Chapter 13
When i saw Lucas again. He had dinner for me. But from the looks of it. He wasn't having his dinner here.
"If i'm so suffocating and hovering."
"I'm going to back off." Lucas announced.
"I never said that. Where did you hear that.?" Brooke asked.
"You want space. I'm giving you space." Lucas added in.
As he left the bedroom.
I ate with tears welling up in my eyes.

When i woke up in the morning. Lucas wasn't next to me.
I called out to him and got out of bed. I checked the bathroom.
I looked out one of our windows and his car wasn't in the driveway.
I decided to check his closet and his clothes weren't there.
I swallowed hard calling his cellphone.
When he didn't pick. She left a voicemail.
