We decided on the name Beverly Brooke Scott.
The doctors put you in the category of Extremely preterm (born before 28 weeks).
When a baby has had less time to develop in the womb, they are often born with problems. That's because many organs are still developing in the final weeks of pregnancy. These include the brain, lungs, and liver. Problems range from mild to severe. They can include problems with breathing, feeding, vision, or hearing.
The doctors laid out the information we didn't want to hear but needed too.
You're mom stayed by you're side. I wonder if you knew that.
She practically moved in. But i had to go between the hospital and seeing you're brothers. Making sure they weren't affected by this.
Thankfully they were so young they didn't know what was happening.

You were fighting. Day after day and it was breaking my heart.
Because it all so much for someone so little.
I apologized when it was just the two of us. The guilt i felt consumed me every day you were in there.
I was supposed to protect you and keep you safe and i couldn't do it.
I would take it all away from you. But i all i could do was watch.
"She's suffering Brooke." Lucas said. When he came by for his weekly visit.
"She's hanging on. That is all that matters. We have to fight for her." Brooke replied.
"You think i wanted this to happen? I love her too!" Lucas exclaimed.
"You made you're feelings about having a third child clear."
"I don't have the energy Or strength to do any of this." Brooke replied.
