The user can create the water from their own body and act as a form of limitless source of fresh and clean water, The user can control water from both their own body as well as sources of existing water and bind it to the users will.
Additionally due to the Devil fruit being water based, the user is no longer plagued by the Devil fruit weakness of being unable to swim as the user can shift their body into water and swim effortlessly in water.
Weaknesses: The user can only manipulate sources of fresh and clean water as such the user cannot control sources of water that's polluted or contains an elevated salt content like the ocean.
Technique: The user has developed a line of water specific techniques to help turn the tide of battle.
-Aqua Cutter: The user starts forming water then fires it in a large arc design that can cut through most materials with ease, dealing moderate slashing damage.
-Aqua Jet: The user surrounds themselves in flowing water then launches themself at the target with increased speed, said to be faster then even lightning and can hit targets even faster then it, dealing incredible physical damage.
-Bubble Beam: The user launched a torrent of bubbles that moves at an accelerated pace and has an explosive force behind it strong enough to rip apart wood and warp metal.
-Hydro Cannon: The user collects a massive ball of water infront of them then launches it in a large beam like attack with enough physical force to even destroy a moderate sized ship in one shot and can break apart sea prison stone.
-Jet Punch: The user surrounds their fist with water and attacks the target with it dealing moderate physical damage.
-Rain Dance: The User collects enough water in the air and causes miniature storm to be conjured overhead, may seem like any ordinary storm but it's ability allows the user to gain a 30% Increase in there water type abilities making them much stronger while in the rain.
-Whirlpool: The user conjures form a literal whirlpool of pure water which doesn't really do much other then giving the target a gut retching and vomit inducing time and confusion.
-Surf: The user creates a slightly cataclysmic looking wave of pure water from their body with enough physical force to move, capsize and even destroy ships of multiple kinds, strong enough to displace the whole battlefield of enemies and allies alike.
