Ash 150: Race Against Time Chapter 13: Talent Show

(Back at Pallet Town Middle School's Talent Show, the electricity was back on, and a group of Female students led by Kelly and Erica were about to start a group dance routine for the audience. They all were wearing identical Pink Glitter Shirts that say, "Pallet Town Sassies", with Silver Glitter arm bands. They began their Dance Performance as Delia Checked her watch, still not having Ash, nor Iris. Then Meyer comes and then sits next to her, and she asks him).
Delia: Did You find them? (Meyer tries to calm her down).
Meyer: Honey, Honey, breathe!
Delia: Okay. (Then he reassures her saying).
Meyer: Breath. Now I am sure Iris and Ash are fine, and they are by chance just off somewhere... getting centered. (Delia nods her head, sure that it the case here. They watch as the Group of Girls do the Dance performance for the audience, consisting of doing hand movements and swaying their hips around. Once they finish the audience applauds them, as the Talent Show Teacher who oversees the Talent show says into a microphone as she comes out onto the Stage).
Talent Show Teacher: Weren't they fantastic? (The Girls cheer as they keep getting the audience's applause). Let us give a big round of applause for the "Pallet Town Sassies"! (Once the Audience calms down a bit, she then says). For our final act tonight, we have (She looks at the card in her hand). Ooh magicians! Oh, I love magic, isn't it exciting? (Delia and Meyer have looks on their faces hoping this was Ash and Iris' performance). So, let us put our hands together for the great "IRISDINY" and her assistant! (The Audience applauds them as they come on stage, but they do not come out. The Teacher says trying to keep her composure and cheerful outlook to the audience). Okay. (She laughs nervously as she excuses herself to go behind the curtains and say to the Man behind a podium, the Stage Manager). Where are they?
Stage Manager: I do not know, do not yell, it is not my fault. (She quickly loses her cool and says to him).
Talent Show Teacher: Well, it is your job, find them! (He blatantly refuses saying to her).
Stage Manager: No! No! Here I need to be here, read my lines. And then if they show up, they show up, it is not my duty... do not send me into a shameful spiral. (She growls at him and goes back to the stage to address the audience of people with her cheerful outlook).
Talent Show Teacher: They are going to be here in a second! (They hear a rumbling sound coming from somewhere. As she asks). What is that noise? Hey, I am sorry! (They hear Snarling and look over to see Ash (Still as Stoutland) coming out from behind a curtain. Stoutland Roars Loudly to the audience showing off his large mouth and fangs, along with what else is in his mouth. The Talent Show Teacher at once freaks out screaming and running away. The Audience, including Delia and Meyer freak out too, but are too scared to make any moves to leave in fear of Stoutland attacking them. Iris now in a Gold Vest and with Pikachu and Axew on her shoulders comes out onto the Stage, standing beside Stoutland. She mutters to herself, Axew and Pikachu).
Iris: Boy I wish we did not cut down on practicing! (She then says to the Audience). Uh, hey, how is everybody doing tonight? Hold on. Well, I am IRISDINY, (She then Gestures to Pikachu and Axew). This is Pikachu and Axew, and this is Stoutland! (She says referring to Stoutland). He is a Pokémon! He is not a Forbidden Pokémon. Common mistake! Anyway, yes, we are... (She realizes that due to everything going on they were not able to settle on what kinda Act to do). What are gonna do? (As if to make the situation worse, the Pokétrix logo on Stoutland begins beeping). We are going to do something Right now! Ladies and Gentlemen, the incredible transformation! (Iris runs and grabs the curtains before pulling it and draping it over Stoutland like it was a transformation/disappearing trick. Ash (As Stoutland) Settles down under the curtain before the sounds of the Pokétrix's de-transformation sequence go off. Then Coming out from under the curtain is Ash Ketchum himself. The Audience applauds them, especially Delia and Meyer. Ash goes and then Stands beside Iris, and Axew, as Pikachu climbs onto his Shoulder. From the Audience Ash's Dad, Meyer shouts to him proudly).
Meyer: You Rock! (Ash and Iris join their hands together for a Bow as Pikachu and Axew join them in taking a bow together. They were just relieved that they were able to play off Stoutland's transformation back into Ash as a Magic Trick).
Talent Show Teacher: Wonderful!
Delia: Bravo Ash! (Among those in the Audience, are Trip, Drew, Roserade, and Serperior. They were in shock to see Stoutland there with their very own eyes).
Trip: So, Ketchum really does know Stoutland.
Drew: Hopefully, you should not have made fun of him, I hope Ketchum does not tell Stoutland that you called him his girlfriend, or your toast! (Trip did not like the reminder of that).
Trip: Can it Drew! Ketchum's cool. He would not do something like that.
Drew: Sorry. (Trip does not want to stick around for this).
Trip: I am so outta here man! (Drew gets and follows him).
Drew: Wait for me friend! (Then Roserade and Serperior prepare follow them).
Roserade: Wait for Us!
Serperior: We are coming too. (The Talent Show Teacher comes back on Stage as she says to the Audience).
Talent Show Teacher: What a finish! Well, it looks like the Judge's decision is unanimous. (Ash, Iris, Pikachu, and Axew feel hopeful upon hearing this). I do not think anyone is going to be surprised by this. The winner of tonight's talent show! First Place is... The Pallet Town Sassies! (The Girls Scream in Pure Joy and happiness, upon hearing that they won the Talent Show and ran out onto the stage. While Ash, Iris, Axew, and Pikachu look a little down that they did not win). Okay Good Job girls! (The Talent Show Teacher gives them the first Place Trophy). Thank You! Good for you! All right. (Kelly and Erica hold the trophy for their teammates to see. Then the Talent Show Teacher turns back to the Audience). And in second place, no slouch. (Ash, Iris, Pikachu, and Axew exchange glances at each other wondering who got 2nd Place). The Winner is the great IRISDINY and her assistant! Congratulations. (They Feel happy knowing they got second place at least. From the Audience, Meyer cheers them all on for their hard work).
Meyer: Yes, Iris that is great!
Talent Show Teacher: Here you are congratulations. (She gives them a way smaller sized Trophy. One that Small Enough to hold in your closed hand to hide it. They feel a bit weirded out at how small the trophy is, as Iris turns to Ash and Pikachu to say).
Iris: I did not practice my limits. (She gives the Trophy for Ash and Pikachu to look at. But given what they have been through recently, this is does not feel too bad for them).
Ash: No, (He then says to her Sarcastically), I would like to see the "Pallet Town Sassies" stop an invading Pokémon army from coming through a rift in space by a Time Traveling Psycho! (Iris smiles back at him also saying Sarcastically).
Iris: Do not be a sore loser!
Pikachu: And hey, we got 2nd Place, still quite good.
Axew: Definitely.
(A Couple of minutes later, Ash, Iris, Pikachu, and Axew, were backstage when Ash's Parents come up to them, feeling immensely proud of them).
Delia: Oh Ash, what a divinely mystical experience. (She goes and then hugs her son and Pikachu). You happen to turn into you from that Giant Pokémon!
Meyer: That is Stoutland darling! He is one of the Heroes that you read about in Papers.
Ash: Dad?! (Ash then corrects himself), I mean, Meyer. Do you know about Stoutland?
Meyer: You would be surprised by what I know about Ash. (Pikachu got a little nervous, wondering what else about Ash may not be as secret as they thought).
Pikachu: Like what? (Before He can answer Mohn and Zoroark arrive).
Mohn: How did you do?
Ash: Second place! (He says holding the Miniature sized trophy).
Zoroark: Impressive.
Mohn: That is Not bad, that calls for a celebration on me! It is not every day you come in second place! (Ash then sarcastically mentions).
Ash: And saved the world!
Mohn: Come on! (Mohn and Zoroark then lead Ash, Iris, Pikachu, and Axew away from Ash's Parents as he tells them). Do not wait up. We got a couple of pizzas to devour! (He winks at them and walks away).
Zoroark: We will see ya. (Then Delia calls out to Ash and Pikachu).
Delia: Be careful of the amount of cheese you eat. You know lactose makes you gassy. (Meyer laughs at this telling her).
Meyer: Let the boy live a little dear. (Then Meyer says to Ash). Eat all the cheese you want Ash! (They wave him off).
