Aphrodite shrieked in happiness, "Did you say mortal teens? That's where all the juicy love stories flourish! I cannot wait to mess with your love life's when you begin school." She gave a final squeal kicking out her legs as a child on Christmas morning.

Athena looked at her reflection through Aphrodite's mirror in horror. She looked to be around seventeen in a mortal's body. She wore light blue jeans and a grey and white striped t-shirt with white vans for shoes. Her brown hair fell a little past her shoulders, and her grey eyes mirrored all of her children. She didn't need confirmation to know she was indeed a mortal as she felt all of her powers diminish to a demigod's level.

She looked over towards Artemis who was staring at group in shock. Artemis who was also around the same age, wore a silver t-shirt dress with navy blue leggings underneath. She had a black belt defining her waist paired with black flats for shoes. Her auburn hair was tied into two French braids, her hazel eyes grew intense in horror.

Apollo was checking himself out in the mirror.

He wore an obnoxious bright yellow hoodie with dark blue jeans. His blond hair swept over his hazel eyes and he smiled in the mirror as he flexed his teenaged muscles.

Zeus gaped at his wife, not believing she would this. He was around the same age as the other gods who've turned. Zeus wore a bright blue hoodie with ripped jeans. His eyes stayed the same piercing electric blue shade and his messy black hair swept in front of them.

Hades didn't look much different except for the fact he was younger. He's just as pale as he was before, no one ever saw him tan. Instead of his godly robes, he had a black long sleeve shirt paired with black jeans. He had shaggy black hair that reached his shoulder's and covered his midnight blue eyes. Athena never compared the similarities between Hades and his son Nico, but she can definitely see it now.

She almost had to do a double take when she looked at Poseidon, he looked almost identical to his son Percy. He was dressed in his same Hawaiian shirt and Bermuda shorts, but his eyes reminded her of the time she first met his son on Olympus right after he held the sky. Poseidon had his longer hair tied back, which was barely long enough for him to do so as a couple pieces fell in front of his face.

"What did you do?" Hades growled at his sister.

"I told you if you're going to behave like children then so be it. Hopefully, the school year will repair your relationships, and if you get along at the end of the nine months, then you'll return to your godly forms."

"Nine months!" Zeus cried.

"Yes, until then you are mortal. You still have some power, but it is greatly diminished from your godly powers. You'll attend school, and I expect you to give it you all and not to flunk it. If you grades slip or if you misbehave, more time will be added to all of your punishments."

"What about our kingdoms? I cannot leave the sea unattended for nine months!" Poseidon asked.

"I'll run Olympus, Persephone will run the underworld, and I'm sure Amphitrite or Triton will run the sea." Hera answered.

"This is ludicrous! There wasn't even a vote before the decision was made." Hades grumbled.

Hera sat back down on her throne, "Alright we'll vote. If seven are in favor of keeping you mortal, then you'll stay mortal for your punishment."

"All in favor for the six to remain mortal for nine months." All of the gods who weren't turned into teenagers raised their hand and Apollo raised his hand.

Artemis smacked her brother's hand, "C'mon Arty! Loosen up! This should be fun!"

"What's fun about being trapped with horny teenaged boys?" Artemis crossed her arms as she shivered at the thought.

Aphrodite clapped her hands in delight, "I'm going to have so much fun!"

"That's seven votes. I hereby rule that Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Athena, Artemis, and Apollo will remain mortal for at least nine months." Hera declared while thunder rumbled in the distance sealing the deal.

Out of all of them Zeus looked the most disturbed, his wife ruled against him and took over his position.

Hermes cleared his throat, "Obviously they can't go to school with their names. They'll need new mortal names to avoid suspicions."

Athena stepped up, "I'll take the name Sophia. It means wisdom in Greek."

Artemis stepped forward, "I'll be Luna, it means moon."

Apollo shrugged, "I'll go by Archer or Archie for short, it starts with an A and it relates to archery. It cannot become anymore awesome than that."

Zeus frowned still upset with the current situation, "I don't think lightning is a name amongst the mortal world. I'll go with Skyler."

"I'll go by the name Adrian after the Adriatic Sea." Poseidon said still staring at his reflection in disbelief.

"I guess that leaves me with Duncan, it means dark warrior. I can't believe you all voted for this to happen." Hades scowled at all of them who voted yes.

Hera waved her hand and dismissed Hades glare, "Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon will be triplets as you somewhat look like brothers, Artemis, Apollo, and Athena will be your cousins. Artemis and Apollo will still be twins and Athena will be their older sister by a year. To tie everything together your last name will be... Lyre."

Apollo pumped his fist while the rest of them rolled their eyes at him. Hera stepped down from her throne, "I'll be escorting you all to the place you'll be staying at."

In a flash they were in a spacious apartment. The kitchen and living room were an open concept. It had a modern touch with the couch set in front of the flatscreen, a loveseat but a bookshelf, plants on either side of the living room table. The kitchen counter was white marble, with dark wooded cabinets. The fridge had Apollo's attention as he was raiding the food from there.

Hera lead the group to the hallway separating the living room and the bedrooms. "Now there's only three bedrooms so each of you have to share." The boys groaned.

"Artemis and Athena will share the bedroom closest to the living room." Hera open the door and the girls peaked in. The walls were painted grey and had navy blue rugs under the two Queen sized beds in the room, a small desk with a laptop was placed between the beds.

"The next room will be Zeus and Apollo's room" Hera open their door, the walls were painted baby blue with yellow rugs underneath their Queen sized beds. Like the girl's room a desk and a laptop was in between the beds.

"The last room belongs to Poseidon and Hades." Hera open the last door at the end of the hallway. The walls were painted a forest green with black rugs underneath the two beds. The walls weren't Poseidon's favorite shade of green, but at least it wasn't black.

"School will start tomorrow. You'll attend Goode High, Hades, Poseidon, Zeus and Athena are seniors while Artemis and Apollo are juniors."

Poseidon frowned, why did Goode sound familiar?
