Chapter 4: The Golf Match

"Oh Mario I can't believe you were able to get through all of Bowser's castles and hordes of enemies. I'm amazed you didn't get frustrated when they kept telling you I was in another castle. You kept going until you found me and freed me from Bowser's evil clutches. You're simply incredible! How do you have so much energy? So much tenacity? I can't believe you're challenging me to a friendly game of golf now after your incredible ordeal. Do you really think you have the stamina? Your putter definitely looks quite capable. Let's see how well you handle it ?" Peach questioned. "Can you not mention all the times when they told me you were in another castle? I'm having some bad flashbacks". Mario disclosed as Peach nodded and she took a seat on the plumber's shaft. "Oooh yes I can see why you are one of the top ranked golfers in the world with a putter like that" Peach exclaimed as she slipped herself inside the mustached hero.
*Camera pans back to show Mario and Peach in the love seat position on the edge of the bed in one of the bedrooms in Daisy's private Boeing 747*
*It's late morning of the next Friday*
*interior Daisy's private 747 bedroom*
*Camera pans back in the sky to show a full view of the plane from the outside*
*The plane is yellow with a giant Daisy on the tail of the plane*
*The couple is wearing their birthday suits*
*Camera returns to show Peach sitting atop Mario*
*The couple is in the hot seat position with peach on top of Mario*
Peach slowly and rhythmically worked her tail along Mario's plunger several times alternating in speed from slow to moderate. Peach shows a deft touch by reaching under and simulating the base of Mario's plunger with her left hand. "Ooooh the perfect spot" Mario moaned. "I thought so." Peach proclaimed with a grin as Mario reached around and massaged Peach's nipples with his right hand. "Oooh yeah just like that Mr Plumber" Peach hooted back as she arched her back and pressed into Mario's groin. "Ooooh that's the way uh uh" Mario sang "You like it uh huh" Peach remarked back as they sing a modified version of the song That's the Way (I like It) by KC and the Sunshine Band. Peach continued to work the bottom of Mario's wrench intermittently as he groped her nipples. Peach worked herself into a slow to moderate to eventually fast rhythm.
"'Ooooh I can't hold it much more the damn is about to break" Mario moaned as he reached the breaking point. "Go! Do it now give me all you got!"" Peach heralded as she increased her pace even faster and Mario finally exploded inside of her. "Ooooh my handsome handyman" Peach cooed as she came soon after. "Perfect" they spoke in unison as Mario released the last of his load. Mario fell back on the bed and Peach cuddled up close to sit on the left side of Mario's chest. Mario gave Peach a big smack on the lips with some tongue which she returned in kind. "Ahhhh now we can get some rest before the match" Mario professed as he rested his eyes a bit before fading off to sleep in about 7 minutes or so. Peach gently nibbled on the plumber's left ear a few times and then gave him a small kiss on the lips before nuzzling in against his chest and resting her eyes.
*Meanwhile the master bedroom of the plane*
Daisy and Luigi are wearing their trademark golf attire*
Luigi and Daisy are taking turns taking puts on the putting mat on the floor of the Master bedroom. Luigi makes a 5 footer and then 10 and finally a 15. Daisy makes the 5, 10 but narrowly missed the 15 on the right edge short. "Damn missed it by that much" Daisy griped. "So close" Luigi piped. "I have to get it before we stop" Daisy vowed. Daisy took a few deep breath and a few practice strokes. Daisy quickly made the 5 and 10 footer. Then she took a few moments to read the 15 footer and then took a small deep breath and took the put which went right into the center. "All right you got it!" Luigi beamed as they shared a kiss on the lips.
"That's the stoke I've got to have when we get to Ridgerock Lake" Daisy reported. "Do you think Mario and Peach are playing golf too?" Daisy queried. "They haven't seen each other in a few weeks. Peach was away for a week on royal business with the Beanbean kingdom remember? I doubt they're playing any golf". Luigi figured. Oh yeah I almost forgot about that" Daisy giggled. Daisy blushed as she thought what the couple was probably doing at the moment. "Oooh Peach may be working on her stroke but it won't be her putting stroke. Maybe they will tire themselves out from all of there fun that that they will be easy picking for me and Luigi on the golf course". Daisy chortled to herself. "What's so funny?" Luigi searched. "Oh I was just thinking that I hope Peach and Mario aren't too tired from all their fun. It would be just awful if they couldn't play to their full potential". Daisy considered.
"I'm sure they'll rest up for our golf match". Luigi figured with a snicker. "I hope so. They are vey competitive so I think we'll be in for a good match". Daisy giggled as she kissed Luigi on the noose. Luigi gave her a playful tap on the bum in response with his right hand. "Oooh" Wedgie" Daisy bubbled back as she nibbled on Luigi's left ear. She then roamed down to his nick which she licked a few times with her tongue which caused Luigi let to emit a happy sigh. Daisy then slid her right hand onto Luigi's belt buckle. She quickly undid the buckle and took out of all the loops and quickly threw it onto the floor. Daisy then slid her right hand inside Luigi's pants. "What you looking for Daisy?" Luigi asked. "My favorite club" Daisy piped back as she promptly found Luigi's club and give it a playful tug.
"Oooh yeah your favorite huh?" Luigi smiled back as Daisy started to take a few practice swings with her club. "Ooooh you have such a deft touch and such a fluid swing" Luigi praised. "Awww well it helps when you have such beautiful equipment for me to work with" Daisy proclaimed back into Luigi's right ear which she then proceeded to nibble on. "She's the one who likes all our pretty songs and she likes to sing along. And she likes to shoot his gun. But she knows not what it means. Knows not what it means". Daisy sang as she gently massaged Luigi's gun with her right hand. "Ooooh Daisy I love your singing and uh handling but those aren't the lyrics to In Bloom you know". Luigi corrected. "I know that's the Princess Daisy remix version" Daisy laughed back she gave Luigi a big smooch on the lips which Luigi happily retuned.
*A couple of hours later the plane lands at a small nearby airport and the quartet takes a shuttle bus over to the course*
*A short while later*
*Afternoon Ridgerock Lake*
*The quartet is in their trademark golf attire*
*All the players have their max stats using the last set of golf clubs unlocked*
*They are playing all the holes from the championship tees*
*The quartet is playing stroke play for 18 holes. The best score at the end wins. They will have playoff holes if there's a tie*

Par 4

After a doing a series of janken matches to decide the order they are teeing off in; Daisy goes first, second Luigi, third Mario and fourth Peach. "It seems like you always beat me at janken" Luigi groaned. "I'm just lucky I guess" Daisy replied with a smile. "Well at least I'm going second" Luigi consoled to himself. "Remember the order for this hole is just to start the game after that we're tying off in the order you finished the hole. Best score will go first, then the second best and so on" Daisy explained as the others nodded in confirmation. Daisy started things off with a beautiful tee shot on the right side of the fairway around 275 yards. "Nice shot!" Luigi remarked as they gave each other a high five.
Luigi followed her up hitting his shot around 270 yards towards the center of the fairway. Mario got the longest drive off the hole scooting about four yards past Daisy on the same line. Mario hit his shot around 279 yards on the fairway. Peach hit her shot around 250 yards into the right bunker. "That's okay you can get out of that" Mario encouraged. "Right I'm just getting started" Peach quipped back. Peach recovered on her next shot landing on the green around 20 feet away with a birdie look. Daisy and Luigi got on the green with their second shots with Luigi on the left of the green and Daisy on the right. Daisy and Luigi were both about 15 feet away for their third shots. Mario missed to the left with his approach shot and found himself in the green side bunker. "Ooooh no that's not what I wanted" Mario groaned. Mario hit his bunker shot to within 5 feet of the hole and saved par. The other three golfers all managed to miss their birdie puts (Luigi over shot his a tad while Peach and Daisy were just short in their shots) but saved par. After the first hole the quartet is all tied up at even par.

Daisy hits her tee shot about 10 feet away from the hole and she will have a downhill put coming back. Luigi, and Peach have uphill puts for birdie around 15 feet away each. Mario undershoots his shot and finds the bunker before the green. Mario hits an amazing sand save and gets the ball in the hole. "Booo yah!" Mario cheered as the others applauded. "Wow what a shot!" Daisy piped. The other three all followed Mario's lead and sunk their birdie puts. After two holes everyone is tied at 1 under par.

On what is one of the hardest holes on the course everyone takes a bit longer with their shots making sure they double check all their yardages, distances, wind direction, lies, etc.
The quartet makes it to the green or near the green with minimal damage. Mario and Daisy make it to the green with long birdie looks. Peach and Luigi end up just short of the green. Mario makes a long birdie putt to go 2 under. Luigi makes a 50 foot put from off the fringe while Peach chips her ball within 10 feet and then saves par. Daisy hits her putt about 5 feet past the hole but is able to save par. "Great shots guys" Peach congratulated the plumbers who piped back "Thanks in unison. The brothers were now co leading at 2 under par. Daisy gave Luigi an enthusiastic playful tap on the rear and said "Nice Luigi keep it up" Luigi blushed and replied "Will do". "He's playing good so far let's see if he can keep hist strong play going." Daisy assessed.
Hole 4
Par 4

Mario and Luigi will tee off first followed by the princesses.
Everyone but Luigi finds the fairway with their tee shots. Luigi is about 270 yards out in the right rough. Luigi makes a great recovery with his second shot and is able to reach the green for his third shot. But Luigi will have about a 30 foot look for birdie going uphill. Peach misses getting to the green in regulation as her ball doesn't have enough juice and rolls off the green and back into the fairway. Peach is able to save par after getting her chip from off the green close. Daisy and Mario make it to the green about 20 feet away with; uphill and downhill putts left for them both respectively. Daisy makes her long put and gets a birdie. "Oh yeah!" Daisy hooted. Mario overshoots his put badly and has a 10 footer uphill for par. Mario flubs his par putt and send it 5 five past the hole and settles for bogy. "Damn I can't afford too many more putting holes like that". Mario chided himself. Luigi gets his long putt within about 5 feet and is able to save par. After four holes Luigi and Daisy are tied at 2 under par and Mario gives back a shot and is now tied with Peach at 1 under par.

Par 4
468 yards
Peach and Mario each make long birdie putts while Daisy and Luigi both settle for par after they miss their twenty some odd foot birdie putts. After 4 holes it's literally anyone's game as the four golfers are all tied at 2 under.
Hole 6
Par 3
198 yards
This is one of the easiest holes on the course. Everyone makes it on the green with their tee shots. Luigi hits an incredible tee shot to within 5 feet which he promptly makes. "Oh yeah Luigi time!" Luigi cheered to the applause of the others. Everyone else hit their shots within 15 feet or so and everyone leaves with a birdie and everyone is tied at 3 under after 6 holes.
Hole 7

Par 4
Mario hits his tee shot too far and has trees on the backside of the fairway hindering his second shot. Mario scrabbles his way onto the green in regulation but finds himself on the back left edge of the green for his 35 foot putt to save par. The others make it onto the fairway and the green in regulation. Luigi makes his 25 foot birdie putt to take the lead at 4 under. Mario misses his par putt and gives back a shot to drop to 2 under par. Daisy and Peach settle for par and are tied in 2nd with 3 under.
Hole 8
528 yards
Par 5
There is an archipelago of fairways to choose from on the left for this hole. However everyone decides to lay up near the middle of the island rather than pushing their tee shots too far to the left where a there's a tree that would be an issue for their shot. Mario uses his power to his advantage and hits the longest tee shot. Then he unleashes his special to reach the green in two and makes a long bomb for eagle. Mario is now tied with Luigi at 4 under par. Luigi and Daisy both make birdie putts. Daisy takes second at 4 under par. Peach misses her birdie putt and walks away with a disappointing par on a gettable hole. Peach is currently in last at 3 under par. "Well I gave that one away. I'll make up for it on the next hole" Peach vowed.
Hole 9
437 yards
Par 4
The 9th hole presents a straight tee shot. Mario hits his ball too far left and ends up on a nearly incline on the end off the first fairway. Mario has to lay up on his next and makes to the green with a longer look than the other golfers. Mario ends up missing his long 35 foot put and settles for par to stay at 4 under. Daisy narrowly misses her 15 foot birdie putt as the ball dances around the cup but fails to go in. Daisy settles for par and stays pat at 4 under. Luigi makes his 12 foot uphill put to take the solo lead at 5 under par. Peach makes a long tricky 20 foot downhill putt to catch up to others at 4 under par.

After a great tee shot Mario misses his second shot and finds himself in the donut shaped bunker on his approach shot. Mario flubs his third shot and ends up with a mouthful of sand. Mario goes on to make his bogy putt and drops back to 3 under par. The others avoid joining Mario in the bunker and all reach the green safely. Peach goes on to birdie the hole and ties Luigi at 5 under. Daisy narrowly misses another close putt much to her chagrin and stays tied for second at 4 under par. "How. how…did I miss that I just barely missed that putt to the right? I thought I read that putt perfectly" Daisy griped.
Hole 11

Par 3
Daisy hits a phenomenal tee shot right at the flag stick which stops inches away. "Well I should be able to make that putt". Daisy chuckled as the others applauded her laser like aim. Everyone gets to the green in one and they all go on to make birdie. Peach and Luigi are 6 under par, Daisy is in third at 5 under while Mario is in last at 4 under.
Hole 12

Par 5
A long par five hole through a curved valley. Peach hits one of the wooden bridges on her second shot and her ball goes careening of course and into the rough. Peach is able to recover though and scrambles to make par and stays at 6 under Mario uses his muscle to curve his second shot along the valley and amazingly reaches the green in two shots. Mario misses his eagle putt but sinks his 10 foot uphill birdie putt to go to 5 under par. Daisy and Luigi play conservatively and lay up before each bridge so their shots are underneath the bridges. The princess and the plumber make it to the green with birdie looks. Luigi overshoots his 15 foot birdie putt and stays at 6 under. Daisy makes her long 20 foot putt and joins Peach and Luigi at 6 under.
Hole 13
336 yards
Pard 4
A southern wind suddenly kicks up to about 15-20mph making this short par 4 play longer. Mario doesn't use enough club and misses his approach short of green and is short by about 25 yards or so. Daisy and Luigi make it in regulation but miss their birdie putts and settle for par. Luigi and Daisy hold at 6 under. Mario chips his shot close but misses his par put and drops back to 4 under par. "Oh noooo! Momma Mia" Mario groaned. Peach also missed her approach short and overshoots her shot at par and gives back a shot to go to solo third at 5 under.
Hole 14

Par 4
The wind is now in the players favor on this short part 4. Mario unleashes his special and drives the green. Mario leaves his eagle putt about 5 feet short and settles for birdie to go to 5 under. The others follow Mario's example and use their special move Daisy is the only other one to drive the green however. Daisy overshoots her eagle shot a bit but sinks her birdie putt to take the lead at 7 under. Luigi misses his 15 foot downhill birdie chance leaving it inches short. "If I blow on it would probably fall in" Luigi whined with a frown. Luigi holds at 6 under par. Peach makes the green in regulation but also leaves her putt just short at holds at 5 under.

Par 3
A straight forward par 3 albeit downhill. Daisy uses a club too much and overshoots the green by about 20 yards. Daisy scrambles and makes par. Mario gives himself a downhill 15 foot put but leaves it 5 feet short. Then Mario flubbed the par putt much to his disappointment and hit it 5 feet past and finally got it in for bogey to drop to 4 under par. "Yuck craptastic" Mario griped as he shook his head and gave back a shot. "Shake it off" Peach advised the plumber. The others all got on the green and missed their birdie putts and settled for par.

Par 4
Daisy hits her tee shot too close to the ridge and doesn't get high enough to get to the green and finds her ball falling back down below. Peach has similar trouble and also can't get high enough to the ridge. Daisy scrambles to try to make bogey but narrowly misses her putt and drops back two shots and now stands at 5 under par. Peach however makes her putt to save bogey and drops to 4 under par. Mario gets to the green in regulation and has a long 30 foot uphill birdie look. Mario misses 5 feet short and holds at 4 under par. Luigi also has trouble reaching the green but hangs on by making a 40 foot putt to get bogey and drops down to 6 under par and still holds the solo lead.
Hole 17
465 yards
Par 4
The long punishing par 4 is the most difficult hole on the course. Peach and Daisy aim their tee shots to the left edge of the fairway to set up an easier approach to the green. Mario and Daisy his their shots through the split tree on the left edge. Luigi and Peach curved their shots around the tree with right to left spin. Luigi and Peach found their balls just rolling into the first cut of rough while Daisy and Mario landed nicely on the left side of the fairway. Luigi and Peach hit good second shots but found themselves short of the green with Luigi in the left green side bunker and Peach in the right green side bunker. Mario and Daisy failed to use enough backspin on their approach and both of them rolled about 10 yards off the green with Mario going to the right and Daisy going to the left. Peach and Luigi both hit great bunker shots to get their balls within about 10 feet from the hole. Mario over shot his pitch and found himself about 25 feet away while Daisy hit a great pitch and got her ball within about 15 feet of the hole. Mario leaves his par putt short and settles for bogey and drop down to 3 under par.
Luigi slightly overshoots his tricky downhill put for par and drops back to 5 under par. Peach spends a while eyeing her 10 foot putt which was on a similar line to Luigi's. Finally Peach took a deep breath and sinks her putt with authority into the center of the cup. Peach gave an enthusiastic fist pump. "Yeah all right. Let's go!" Peach hooted as she held at 4 under par. Daisy spent a bit eyeing her problematic downhill 15 putt for par and after a few small breaths she gave a confident grin and made her stroke which was on a perfect line right in the center of the cup. Daisy holds at 5 under and trails Luigi by just one stroke going into the last hole.
Hole 18

Par 5
"All right this is it for the whole enchilada!" Daisy surveyed as they approached the tee boxes. "Let's leave it all on the course!" Luigi vowed. "All right I'm going to finish strong" Mario heralded. "Don't you forgot about me. Don't, don't, don't you forget about me" Peach sang with a giggle. Everyone unleashed their specials to get their best possible tee shots on the deciding hole. Mario and Daisy reach the relatively flat green in two. Daisy curves her tee shot around a tree and lands on the green with a 40 foot put for eagle. Mario curves his shot around a boulder and has a 45 foot putt for eagle. Peach and Luigi reach the green in three. Luigi has a 20 foot putt for birdie while Peach is the closest with only a 14 foot putt for birdie left. Mario sinks his long eagle putt to finish at 5 under par. Daisy misses her eagle putt about 5 feet short and settles for birdie and finishes at 6 under. Luigi studies his shot from all angles for several minutes. He needs knows this shot will make our break his game. Luigi needs to sink this putt to win the match and finish at 7 under. Luigi takes one more long look at the hole and then nods his head.
"The green is flat I just have to give this shot the right speed" Luigi judged as he took his stroke. The princess and Mario's eyes boggled as they watched Luigi's putt approach the hole. "Oh God he's going to make it I just know it" Daisy gulped as Luigi's putt when straight and true right into the center of the cup. "Yahooooo! Luigi cheered. As everyone applauded. Peach then studied her putt for a bit. Peach then licked her lips and took her shot. Peach followed Luigi's perfect putt by dropping hers into the hole. Peach joined Mario at 5 under par. The final scores were Luigi wins with 7 under, Daisy takes second place with 6 under. While Mario and Peach tie for third with 5 under par. "Great job Luigi" Daisy proclaimed as she gave Luigi a kiss on the cheek.
"Thanks that was a lot of fun we were all very close" Luigi acknowledged. Mario met up with Peach on the green and the two shared a hug followed by Peach giving Mario a kiss on the cheek. "There was no catching you though" Luigi Mario confessed as Peach nodded in accordance. The quartet then gathered in close next to each other on the final green. "So now you guys are all tied up at two wins each in your contest right? Peach" queried. "That's right this horse just evened the score" Luigi chuckled as he gave Daisy a wink. "Horse? Luigi's a horse now?" Mario asked confused. "Inside joke" Luigi disclosed. "Oh I get it...I think" Mario replied.
*Saturday Morning Interior Luigi's living room*
*The couple is wearing their usual attire*
*Daisy and Luigi are seated on the floor with Polterpup*
*There are two white laundry baskets on the floor. One has a sticker with Daisy's face on it while the other has a sticker with Luigi's face on it*
"Okay put the balls with my face in my basket" Luigi advised. Luigi proceeds to hand him one tennis ball with his face Polterpup barked in response and took the ball from Luigi and brought it to the hamper with his face on it and then dropped it in the hamper. Luigi then handed him the second ball and Polterpup dropped the second ball into Luigi's basket. "Okay my turn doggy.
Put the balls that have my face in my basket ok?" Daisy queried. Polterpup barked in response to Daisy's task as she handed the ball to the dog. Polterpup happily took the ball into his mouth. Polterpup then ran over to Daisy's basket and dropped the ball in. Polterpup returned to the princess wagging his tail waiting excitedly waiting for the second ball Daisy had next to her. Daisy promptly handed Polterpup the last of their challenge balls and her took the tennis ball and placed it in Daisy's marked basket*. "With that we are up to speed at two wins a piece" Luigi granted as Daisy nodded her head in agreement.
*Around five minutes later*
Are competitors are sitting on the three cushion couch. The bowl of challenges and the blindfold are on top of the table in front of them. Daisy hands Luigi the blind fold which he quickly puts on. Luigi mixed up the letters in the bowl with his right hand for about 10 seconds or so before taking out a piece of paper out of the bowl. He took the blind fold off and put it on the table. He then proceed to open the paper in his hand. The challenge was in Daisy's handwriting. "Dodgeball. Wow I haven't played dodgeball in ages". Luigi evaluated as he put the piece of paper onto the table in front of him. "You will pick it up again real quick. You'll love this. We'll have teams and there's a ton of places we can play!" Daisy beamed. "Sounds cool I'm game". Luigi approved. "Yes! This is where I take back the lead. This time however I'm going to stay ahead in the contest" Daisy promised with a confident grin.
