A Few Weeks Later

Today was the day they all had gotten their letters from U.A. and today they'd all figure out if they'd get accepted or not. The Bakugos, Kendos, Tokages, and the Levins all showed up so that everyone could open their acceptance letters around the same time. One by one they all opened their letters. Kacchan's showed that he had the highest villain points and was second in the entrance exam with 80 points with 75 of them being villain points alone while his 5 rescue points went towards a girl who wasn't paying any attention to her surroundings. Kacchan was both boasting and complaining that he had gotten second and couldn't figure out who had gotten first. Tetsutetsu's had shown that he was placed seventh with a total of 65 with 35 of them going towards villain points while the last 30 were for rescue points. Tetsutetsu was just happy he had gotten in the top ten overall. Itsuka's showed that she had placed sixth beating Tetsutetsu by only five points. Out of Itsuka's 70 points she had 35 points for villain point and 35 for rescue points. Itsuka like Tetsutetsu was very happy she had placed in the top ten as well. Setsuna's showed that she had been one of the four that had passed the recommendation test to which she was very happy about because it meant she could finally go to the same school as her friends.

After they all had opened their letters they looked towards Izuku who was holding his tightly nervous of what the contents of said letter had said. As he looked up he saw that everyone was giving him reassuring looks telling him that it'll be okay. Izuku took in a few deep breaths before he opened his letter but instead of finding a shiny holo disk that everyone else had a old dusty one fell out of his confusing everyone there. As Izuku started to brush the dust of the old holo disk bright green lines started to turn on turning the holo disk on. As the hologram slowly became clear Everton in the room froze seeing who was on the projection. There I'm the hologram stood Ben smiling.

Ben looked down towards Izuku, "Hey kiddo it's been a while. Yeah I know your wondering how did Nezu have this holo disk for over eleven years, well you can thank our good friend paradox for that one. But back onto the topic at hand you see you had a great amount of villain points around 40 to be exact. Normally that wouldn't be enough to get in but you see you risked your life to save a life how could a hero school like U.A. not take such a great hero. So as you probably know by now is that there were also rescue points and the teacher will from my point of view will give you a total of one hundred rescue points making your total 140 point in total making you have the highest score in U.A. history. Ok now that I'm done reading the script. Son this is it you can now become the hero you've always said you'd be this is just the first step. Always remember you are never alone Izuku, you have friend and family besides you you won't have to carry the weight of the world alone. Look son I'm sorry about the burden that's been thrusted upon you. But know that I'm always with you as long as you have the omnitrix I'll always be with you. Oh and before I go there's a secret compartment under your bed with something I think you'll like in it. Think of it as a gift for passing the entrance exam. Until next time kiddo... I am so very proud of you and the hero you'll become son remember that."

As the hologram shut off Izuku felt tears start to form as his mother and everyone else grabbed him into a giant group hug he broke down crying tears of joy. Happy that his dad had left him one final message and was proud of who he was becoming. After a while they all broke the hug and Izuku got up and ran to his room in excitement with Itsuka, Kacchan, Setsuna, and Tetsutetsu in tow wanting to know what his dad had left him all those years ago. As Izuku opened the secret compartment under his bed he found inside a futuristic looking box that had a hourglass symbol on it. As he touched the box it like the old holo disk bright green lines the emanated from the hourglass started to glow as the box started to open revealing a note with a box underneath it.

Izuku opened the note and read it aloud,

'Hey kiddo if your reading this then that means you passed, your in UA and I couldn't be more proud. As a gift for making it in, the box under this note has something I think you'll love you might even use it as you hero costume. Remember your never alone your friends and family will always be at your side, I'll always be with you son. Love Dad,

P.S. Paradox might be paying you a visit soon so be ready.'

Before any of them could question Izuku who Paradox was a they all heard a voice behind them, "Ah young Tennyson, I see you found your fathers gift."

As all five turned around towards the voice they saw a strange tall man in a white lab coat. He was holding a strange box that had the same hourglass symbol on the front of it.

Izuku immediately recognized who was standing there and just as fast as he turned around he ran and gave the stranger a hug, "It's good to see you again Paradox."

Paradox all to happy to return the hug embraced Izuku before telling the reason for his visit, "Ah it's good to see you as well but before I forget here." As he handed the box to Izuku he explained what was in it, "The contents of this box are a gift of sorts but also a necessity for the omnitrix. When you open the box you'll see what I mean young Izuku."

Inside the box was a cylindrical looking device with green lines all along it with the hourglass symbol on one end of it. Izuku seeing it thought that it was a replacement piece for the omnitrix. When suddenly as he touched the cylinder, it like the box and old holo disk started to glow green before launching in the air before slamming into the omnitrix causing a blinding flash of green. As the light faded the omnitrix started to glow yellow instead of its normal green color and the hourglass symbol started to slowly turn. Before anyone could question what just happened a voice came from the omnitrix, 'Update calibrating'

Katsuki was the first to speak up and get out of his stupor, "Ok what what the fuck just happened."

"That young Bakugo was an update sent for Izuku's support item so he can access more of his quirk for longer periods of time. Oh and I'd suggest testing it at another time before you start at U.A. young Izuku." Paradox explained.

Izuku looked towards his fathers old friend smiling happy that he was one step closer to becoming a hero his dad would be proud of. Then came Inko's voice telling that Grampa Max and Grandma Veronica were here.

As everyone was leaving the room Izuku stopped before joining his friends and family downstairs, looked back down at the box his dad left him, "Can I even become a hero like you, dad."
