Chapter 1

~Victoria's POV~

As I finished unpacking and very thankful that it is summer vacation between my sophomore year and Junior year of high school. When my Aunt told me that I came from a long line of Witches that are very powerful. I asked if my mom practiced it and my aunt told me that it skipped her and went to me. I found out that I was a witch and my aunt would help me practice and I got used to it. My aunt gave me her Grimoire to use only in secret from others. I understood what she meant, so I would practice in the woods when I'm alone and grew my power. As summer vacation was going by fast, I was going to practice again when I met Alucard. I was surprised by how he found where I would practice and he told me that his mother was a powerful witch and how I looked like his sister who died in the arms of his sister's lovers arms. I felt bad for him and he told me that I was his reincarnated sister. I told him that I don't remember my past life and it's all a blur. I needed to practice and asked him to leave. Before he left, he handed me the daylight ring of his sister. He told me to keep it safe and left before I could say anything to him. I was confused for a bit, but thankfully I had a chain for the ring and wore it like a necklace. I would practice my craft.

As the last few days go by, I would enter Junior year as 1 of 2 new student. I was minding my own business and putting some books and notebooks into my locker. I didn't pay attention to my surrounding as Someone bumped into me. The ring stayed hidden and I landed on my butt. 'What the hell? Who was that?' I thought to myself. I got up and shut my locker before heading to my first class. As the school day passed by in a flash, I was going to practice yet again when I ran into Stefan Salvatore.

"Um hi.' I said as held my bag close. Somehow I didn't trust him at all.

"Hi, I was just walking." He said as he took up.

"Weird." I muttered under my breath and went to where my Aunt and Uncle set up shop.

I would enter and talked with my aunt and uncle for a bit. My aunt allowed me to take some protective crystals because she knows I was gonna use a spell to look into the past. I didn't want them to know I was looking into my past life, but I needed help. So I would enter the woods where I know Alucard would be watching my every step. I knew that he would be following me to the spot where I practice my craft.

"I know you're following me... Vampire." I said. Somehow I knew that Alucard was a vampire out very quickly.

"Well, I'm very impressed that you found out that I was a vampire that quickly." Alucard said as he stepped out from behind a tree.

"I need your help with something, but I know you want something in return." I said as I look at him.

"That is indeed what I would do, but I know you would need protection from someone of the Salvatore family." Alucard said.

I nodded. "Alright, I would need to look into your memories of before your sister would've died." I said.

"Alright, but I would be around you and your family a lot in return as a brother." Alucard said.

I nodded in agreement. I set up the circle as Alucard laid in the middle. I lit the candles and placed a protective crystal on Alucard's chest. I started chanting the spell to look into Alucard's memories to see what his sister looks like and why she died. As I placed my hands on either side of Alucard's head and went into his memories.

~In Alucard's memories~

I stood in what looks like early America before England came to America. I saw every supernatural creatures like witches, Werewolves, etc. I allowed Alucard to lead me through his memories. Alucard would lead me to where the ship is just off shore. I looked at the flags and knew it was from somewhere in Europe.

"That is a Romanian flag." Alucard said. "Mine and Raven's father had to send us here to keep up safe from his enemies."

"So You're saying that you and your sister is over a 1,000 years old in this memory?" I asked.

Alucard looked at me surprised. "Yeah. How did you know that?" He asked.

"It just popped up in my head." I said.

"Alright, Dad was keeping eyes on us by Ravens and Crows thanks to a witch that would do that for him." Alucard said.

He led me to a memory where Alucard gave his sister to Elijah Mikaelson and that's when I heard 'My Husband, The Noble Stag.' I was confused at first but knew that it was something that laid locked away. Alucard explained that his sister married someone that held her heart as she held his heart. He explained that I helped Mikael love his children even his soon to be hybrid son. I nodded as I listened to what he was saying at this point. We moved to a memory that is painful for Alucard. All he said is just watch what happens. I would follow behind his sister and Rebekah. I even saw the enemies of Vlad came out of the shadows. I saw how Alucard's sister fight off the enemies and killed 2 of them. Somehow I was transported into Raven's body. I would feel what Raven felt and saw what she saw.

~Out of Alucard's memories~

I gasped as I backed away as a few tears ran down my cheeks. I was surprised that I had to see that. I looked at Alucard as Alucard got up and wipe away some of the tears. I would blow out the candles and packed up the stuff. I even wiped away the tears and took a deep breath. I would look at Alucard as I put on my bag on my shoulder. I know that he can stay with me, my aunt and uncle.

"Alright. You can stay with me, my aunt and uncle. I would explain to them about you and what you went through." I said.

Alucard nods softly. "If any of the memories come to you, let me know, I can help you with it." He said.

I nodded softly. "I know my aunt would give you clothes, because she and my uncle lost a son in a car accident. I hope they would fit you." I said.

He smiled softly as we headed to where I live with my aunt and uncle. I carefully explain to them about Alucard. They understood right away and my aunt got the clothes. I smiled softly as my aunt and uncle help Alucard live in the spare bedroom the clothes of their deceased son, which fits Alucard. I would get ready for bed, but before going to bed. My aunt and Uncle told me that in the family tree, we are connected to the Tepes family through Alucard's mother side of the family. I nodded in understanding and headed to bed.
