Rosalie is angry. No, scratch that, she is pissed. She always knew the Genii were awful people, but to stoop this low is beyond what Rosalie considers normal human behavior. She knows that, if given the chance, she will make them all pay for what they had done.

She remembers the first time she came to the village with a SGA team. Bassel was with her and it seemed that no one was willing to say good morning to them, let alone talk a possible trade agreement.

She remembers seeing Juniper approaching, a bit unsure at first, and take the first step that would possibly lead to said agreement. Rosalie found out later that her husband had been the village leader and that he was gone. She didn't know it had been the Genii who took him.

Now she wishes she had asked more questions about it. Maybe if she had, Chantria, Bassel and Ollie would still be there, along with countless others who have been taken since then. She can't change that now, but she can find them and bring them home, if they're still alive. "Stop that. They're alive and you'll find them.", she silently scolds herself.

As she and the team approach the center of the village, it doesn't take long for them to find the merchant that Juniper had spoken about. After all, he is the only one that doesn't seem to have too much damage done to his stall.

Rosalie walks up to the stall and asks if he's the man they are looking for. When he confirms that he is in fact Cadogan, Rosalie tells him they need to talk, but the man dismisses her, telling her he has too much to do. Rosalie isn't about to take no for an answer and when she tells him again that they need to talk, anger coats her voice and her expression.

Cadogan leads them to a house behind his stall, no doubt his, and asks what this is all about. Rosalie then takes the lead.

-"How many from your family were taken, Cadogan?"

-"None, Miss." - Rosalie can tell he's nervous.

-"And why is that?"

-"Dumb luck, I guess."

-"Don't lie to me, Cadogan, or you'll lose a lot more than just a few supplies." - Rosalie pins the man against the wall behind him, a knife firmly placed near his groin.

-"Rosalie…" - Sheppard reaches a hand towards her, a warning in his voice, but immediately lets it drop to his side when he sees the anger barely contained within her.

-"Let's try this again. Why is it that everyone has had family taken but you?"

-"I made a deal, okay? I give them supplies and in return they leave my family alone."

-"You stupid son of a bitch. Families are being ripped apart and you only care about yourself." - Rosalie releases the man, racking a hand through her hair at the man's explanation.

-"I HAD TO PROTECT MY FAMILY."

-"Why didn't you just told us when we first started coming here? We could've helped."

-"We've been too scared of the Genii to believe anyone could actually help us."

-"Do you know the address where they take everyone?" - Rosalie can hardly believe what she is hearing.

-"I do. I have a standing delivery for them during the times they don't come."

-"Are there guards standing by the gate?"

-"No. They're only there when they are expecting a delivery."

-"How do you know?"

-"I made an unscheduled delivery a few weeks back, after acquiring something that they wanted quicker than expected."

-"Listen to me. You're going to write down that address and you're going to hope and pray to whatever God you believe in that we can bring everyone home. Because if we don't, make no mistake, I'll be coming back and I won't be so polite. Do you understand?"

-"Look, I'm sorry I didn't say anything, but I'm not sorry for protecting my family." - Cadogan hands the address to Rosalie.

-"Well, you better hope I can save everyone else's family, because if I can't, I'll make sure the Genii know it was you who gave me the address. Don't leave the planet."

Rosalie leaves a terrorized Cadogan behind as she makes her way out of his house and back to the main square of the village, being followed by Sheppard and his team, anger rushing through her body like hot lava. But she doesn't get very far, Sheppard grabbing her arm and stopping her.

-"Was that really necessary?"

-"If you're not comfortable with doing whatever it takes to help these people, then by all means, get back on that jumper and fly back to Atlantis. I just won't be joining you. I do what needs to be done, I did it for five years and it kept me, and a lot of other people, alive. So if you can't handle that, leave. Make no mistake, Sheppard, this isn't gonna get any better and I will do whatever it takes to bring everyone home."

Rosalie walks away, headed for the gate, leaving a frustrated Sheppard standing in the middle of the square, wondering how the hell this is going to end.
