I guess Ryuuko got sick of Satsuki because she left one night and she didn't come back in the morning. Between the two of 'em, I think Satsuki was closest to Ryuuko and, when Ryuuko didn't return home, Satsuki lost it. Mom suggested that we go out and find her and Dad suggested that we contact the police but Satsuki wasn't having the second one because she said, "The police will take us away from here!" She was screaming that and then she broke down crying.

Mama and Dad tried to get her to calm down while I told Nui that we'll go find Ryuuko. "But won't she get mad?" Nui asked me and I told her that Satsuki will be happy that Ryuuko's home, so, that night, we left the house to find Ryuuko. I didn't know where Ryuuko went but I knew she didn't go far, so maybe she wanted to play a long game for hide-n-peek. Nui told me, "That's a real mean thing to do, Mako." Nui told me that Ryuuko and her need to do what Satsuki said because Satsuki knows everything and is trying to keep us safe.

"You know Ryuuko don't like that, Nui."

"Well Satsuki's right."

"How?"

"Well, our old mom was a scary lady."

"How scary?"

"I don't remember it all good but I do remember that we didn't eat that much with Scarymom. Sometimes, Sissie would just give us her food but she'd get purpled the most."

"Mom said those are bruises, Nui."

"Well, they're purple and Satsuki got those the most. Mama isn't scary here."

"Oh."

"Before we got here, we had scary times but we don't have those anymore."

"..."

"That's why we gotta do was Satsuki says because we want to stay here."

She told me how mean it is for Ryuuko go somewhere late at night and she looked like she wanted to cry. I told Nui it's just a game of hide-n-peek and that Ryuuko's playing the long game. We looked for awhile, until we found her, trying to cook something in a can. "That was real mean of you, Ryuuko!" Nui told her. Ryuuko wasn't having any of that and palmed her in the face, tellin' her, "I'm done with Satsuki's shit!" They had a back and forth before I told Ryuuko that Mom would get mad if we don't get back home but Ryuuko told me, "Nah, I like it out here."

"It's not safe out here, Ryuuko!"

"I've been out here for two nights and nothing happened."

"That's no good, Ryuuko, we gotta do what Sissie says!"

"Mako don't and, honestly, Sis isn't protecting us from anything."

"You don't know that!"

"I don't need to know anything, Nui."

They were going at it for a bit before I heard something go *CRUNCH!* Nui got quiet and Ryuuko went white like a sheet. I knew why. Mom and Satsuki found us and I don't know what exactly Satsuki was looking like but I know Mom was upset.

"Get home, all three of you."

The next day, Ryuuko was still as white as a sheet. I don't know what Satsuki said that night but I know Ryuuko stayed quiet for awhile, after that.
