OK, readers. This is the 42nd chapter of this story!
Now, this chapter doesn't have anything noteworthy to it, as all Bowser-focused chapters have been so far in this story. 'Basically', Bowser and Kammy Koopa plan to head to Glitzville, and after being rejected for a trip on the blimp, Bowser takes his Koopa Clown Car there, seeing that he's been to Glitzville before, and leaves Kammy in the dust.
Additionally, the Koopa Clown Car loses steam, causing Bowser to plunge into the ocean where he has to swim his way back to Rogueport Harbor, by going through a Super Mario Bros-esque underwater based level, and makes it back to the Rogueport Harbor.

AT THE ROGUEPORT STATION:
Elsewhere, at the Rogueport Station, it turns out that Bowser and Kammy Koopa were looking to get a ride on the blimp that heads to Glitzville. The reason they were there was simple. 'Apparently', Kammy Koopa had gotten some reports about a huge secret being hidden in the floating city of Glitzville, which was likely one of the Crystal Stars that they were looking for, unaware that Andrew had already claimed it.
She had also learned that there was a blimp that could take them directly towards Glitzville, completely forgetting the fact that she could just fly on her broom instead while Bowser could take his Koopa Clown Car as he did before.
Needless to say, Bowser had absolutely no say in this so-called plan that Kammy had in mind, especially since she never told him the fundamentals about it. As soon as they were in front of the train that was to the left, Bowser had to cross his arms and demanded answers from his elderly Magikoopa advisor.
"OK, Kammy Koopa. Why did you bring us here?!" Bowser demanded from her. "What is this so-called plan that convinced your haggy brain into bringing us here!?"
Kammy was taken aback by that tone, but she was still willing to answer him while flying atop her broom.
"My lord!" Kammy Koopa explained. "I've received reports of a great secret in the floating town of Glitzville! And from what I've heard, it might 'possibly' be one of the Crystal Stars that we are seeking out!"
"You're serious?" Bowser snorted, giving her an irritated look.
"Yeah! Well, Your Snortiness!" Kammy Koopa suggested. "Let's ride the Cheep Blimp there! Come now!"
Is Kammy Koopa serious right now? Bowser thought in pure annoyance. Did her senility suddenly kick in, to the point where she forgot that we could just fly up there with my Koopa Clown Car and her cheap-looking broom?
Bowser was frowning at this while Kammy had started asking for a ride from Stewart, the Cheep Cheep who flies the blimp up to Glitzville and back to Rogueport.
"You there! Two tickets!" Kammy Koopa demanded. "One Great and Evil King! And one Sweet, Young Thing!"
Stewart, by contrast, was completely frightened by what he was seeing. As soon as his sights were set on Bowser, he was completely reluctant to give them what they came here for. As such, he then started stuttering nervously.
"Guh-Guh-Good gravy!" Stewart yelled fearfully. "B-Bowser! The evil king! And a deluded old hag! I... Uh... LIFE'S TOO SHORT!"
As soon as he said that, he jumped over to the railroad tracks on the other side and made a run for it. Bowser wasn't surprised by this, as he expected that reaction. Therefore, he was willing to settle on his 'own' plan to reach Glitzville for the second time.
Bah, forget this! I'm not taking that wussy blimp! Bowser thought in a huff. I'm going up there the same way that I did before!
As Bowser stormed off to get into his Koopa Clown Car, Kammy Koopa was not pleased by the fact that Stewart refused to give them services and to be able to ride on the blimp. After finding her voice, she then decided to holler at him.
"...WHAT did he just say?" Kammy Koopa sneered at the fleeing Stewart. "Hey! Come back here, you! Impudent little cheap skate!"
But he refused to come back. Seeing that she was getting nowhere with this, Kammy Koopa turned around to see what Bowser had to say about this.
The problem was, that Bowser was gone once she turned around. This left her all confused as she had no idea where he ran off to at that moment.
"Hey! I'm talking to myself!" Kammy Koopa then scratched her temple in confusion. "Where'd Lord Bowser go?"
She spent the next few moments trying to find him but to no avail. It was at that moment where she heard the familiar sound of his Koopa Clown Car approaching the scene, as well as Bowser's trademark laugh as she then looked up and saw him riding in his Koopa Clown Car. It was clear how he planned on getting to Glitzville.
"Gra ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Forget that wimpy blimpy! I'll be riding THIS, baby!" Bowser patted his Koopa Clown Car as emphasis to his plan. "I snuck into Glitzville once before, so I know the way. No problem-o!"
Bowser then snorted and pointed his clawed finger at Kammy. "You go easy on your old limbs and take the slow ride on the blimp, Gramma!"
With that, Bowser swiftly rushed right by her as he flew off to Glitzville, leaving Kammy Koopa behind in the dust.
And to add to that, Kammy Koopa fell off her broom, as she realized that as a result of Bowser's hasty actions, Kammy was unable to fly on the broom until it could get charged up. Which wouldn't be anytime soon.
"Wait! Lord Bowser, please!" Kammy Koopa tried calling him but with no luck. She held her broom in her left hand. "Awwwww... Now my Special Dirigible Deluxe Brown Bag Kammy Lunch will go to waste..."
Seeing that she had no other way, Kammy Koopa had to sneak onto the Cheep Blimp and stow away on it as it headed off to Glitzville, carrying her broom while sneaking on board. She could only hope to meet up with Bowser when she got there, unaware of the little trip that the Koopa King was going to go on in a few minutes...
MEANWHILE - UP IN THE SKY:
It would appear that Bowser was making good progress so far with trying to get to Glitzville. And he had hoped that Andrew and his puny friends were still there.
Even if they weren't, he hoped that he could get the Crystal Star that was there, on top of having fun while he was there. He was unaware that the Crystal Star was already taken by Andrew as well. Nonetheless, he continued to fly back to Glitzville while keeping his hopes in mind.
Unfortunately, all of his hopes were starting to dash away when his Koopa Clown Car started losing steam as it was shown to shake a bit.
Bowser took notice of this and realized that something was happening to it. He could feel some smoke coming from behind it, as he saw a warning light turn on on the inside of the Koopa Clown Car.
"Huh? That doesn't sound good..." Bowser frowned before commenting on the light. "What's that warning light? Don't tell me..."
Then, just as he feared, his Koopa Clown Car had stopped working and was no longer moving through the air. The Koopa King knew what was going to happen next.
Because it wasn't flying anymore, that meant that it would plummet down below. And seeing that he was flying over a vast ocean, he knew what kind of a fall this would turn out to be.
"AAARRRGGGHHH!" Bowser howled as his Koopa Clown Car turned upside down along with him before it plummeted down towards the ocean.
It took no time at all for Bowser and his Koopa Clown Car to splash into the ocean as he started sinking underwater. He was going to have quite the hectic trip ahead of him if he had hoped to get back to dry land nearby...
DEEP UNDER THE OCEAN:
By the time Bowser woke up, he had to crawl out from underneath his toppled-over Koopa Clown Car, as he realized that he was now breathing underwater. After shaking his head, Bowser saw that he was in the ocean.
"Ah, crud," Bowser uttered. "I'm in the ocean... Hmph! Well, better get swimming if I want to get out of here! I'm a lousy swimmer though, so this is gonna reek..."
With that, Bowser was now swimming in the ocean through a setup that was strikingly identical to the underwater levels of Super Mario Bros. There were a couple of brick blocks that he could plow into with his head while swimming, as he encountered a few small Bloopers swimming in his path. He was in no mood to deal with them.
"Out of my way, Bloopers!" Bowser bellowed furiously. "Coming through!"
With that, he managed to breathe a Flamethrower on the Bloopers, even though he was underwater. And supposedly, the Bloopers were all burnt to a crisp; turning into deep-fried Bloopers.
Some X-Nauts were falling into the ocean, but Bowser fried them up too. He was hoping that the sooner he got to dry land in Rogueport, the better things might be for him.
Unfortunately, he didn't get much luck at this point when he ended up swimming into something big. It was a rather large Blooper. It was the same Blooper that Andrew and Goombella took care of earlier. And by the look on its face, it didn't look too keen on seeing Bowser swimming through its territory.
"Bloobloobloobloop! Blooblooblooblooblooooooop?! (Translation: Hey, you! Giant enormous turtle dragon! You think you can just jump on in and swim through my territory?!)" The Blooper started sneering at the Koopa King. "Bloopity bloopity bloop bloop bloop! Bloooooooooooooooooop! (Translation: Well, let me show you what happens to those who come into my turf! Hope you like being flung through the sea!)"
Before Bowser could even react to this, the giant Blooper grabbed him by the leg with his right tentacle and went ahead and flung him several dozen feet through the ocean.
Bowser made the terrible mistake of keeping his mouth open when he was flung like that, as a smaller Blooper ended up getting inhaled into his mouth. Essentially, Bowser had just swallowed a Blooper.
After skidding onto the ground, Bowser started hacking and coughing underwater upon swallowing that Blooper.
"Augh! Oh, crud. That's not gonna sit well," Bowser grumbled. "Bloopers taste terrible..."
Nonetheless, he ended up swimming some more as he then found a yellow block with some meat that came out once he torched it. Eating the meat caused the Koopa King to grow in size as he continued to scorch any Blooper or X-Naut that tried crossing his path. Now that he swallowed that Blooper, he was in no mood to deal with anymore of these creeps.
After scorching some more Bloopers and brick blocks that were in his way, he ended up plowing through another yellow block with another piece of meat that came out of it. Upon consuming it he grew into a giant and became invincible, just like last time.
"All right! Now we're talking!" Bowser bellowed. "Hopefully this'll help me with getting out of this place!"
With that, he tried swimming as fast as he could while plowing through all the blocks, X-Nauts, Bloopers, and coral reefs that got in his path. It took about 8 minutes or so before he finally reached the area near Rogueport Harbor. He saw a jump pad for him to jump onto with a flag pole floating right above it.
By now, his invincibility wore off. But that hardly mattered to him at all. Now with the jump pad, he could get out of the ocean and back onto dry land.
As soon as he jumped on the jump pad, he plowed right through that hovering flag pole, knocking it to the side as he was propelled onto the dock of Rogueport Harbor; the very spot that Andrew got off and started his adventure at...
AT THE ROGUEPORT HARBOR:
By the time Bowser landed on the dock, he had shrunk back to normal. Fortunately, he was too tired to care, as he stood back up on his feet and started panting and moaning about the terrible experience that he went through. It was clear that he was gonna be in a bad mood.
"Haaaack... Ooooooog... A-CHOO!" Bowser sneezed, hacked, and moaned in exhaustion from the swimming he had done. "That was terrible... I gotta get in shape..."
At that moment, three sailors had seen Bowser landed on the dock. One was a small blue Bob-omb sailor with a bandana on his head, and the other two were Toad sailors. One had green spots on his cap as he wore green overalls, and the other had yellow spots on his cap while wearing yellow overalls. It was the Bob-omb sailor who commented first about this.
"Who's...?" It didn't take long for the Bob-omb sailor to recognize Bowser on the spot as he suddenly entered a state of fear along with the two Toad Sailors. "WAAAAUGH! It's Bowser, the Koopa king!"
"He'll eat us!" The green overall-wearing Toad sailor shrieked.
"Somebody help us!" The yellow overall-wearing Toad sailor panicked.
At that moment, all three of them made a run in the opposite direction near some setup crates and barrels, which were 'apparently' being used as luggage for incoming boats that were planning to set sail on the water. It appeared that someone was about to go sailing out through the ocean soon, and it was 'possible' that Andrew and his pals might be some of those people.
By now, Kammy Koopa was on her broom, which was being held up by several balloons that she got from Glitzville tied to it. And on the front of Kammy Koopa's hat was a sticker of the Rawk Hawk's head. Even with the balloons, Kammy was still capable of getting the broom to move where she wanted to ride it.
As she arrived at the Rogueport Harbor, she saw those three sailors who saw Bowser rush past her in fright. This confused her and she wondered what their problem was.
"What's wrong with those guys," Kammy Koopa wondered to herself before she saw Bowser standing on the docks nearby. "Oh! There's Lord Bowser right there!"
She then steered her broom over to where he was standing until she was floating right in front of him. Kammy wasted no time in getting his attention as she then asked him.
"THERE you are, Lord Bowser! What are you doing here?" Kammy Koopa wondered. "I've been looking all over! If I may ask, where have you been, Your Sogginess?"
"...Swimming," Bowser answered hesitantly as he crossed his arms and closed his eyes.
He was clearly in a foul mood judging by how he furrowed his eyebrows as Kammy then started bragging about how much fun she had in Glitzville.
"Really? Neat! As for me... Glitzville was FANTASTIC!" Kammy Koopa did not pay attention to Bowser's expression as she excitedly explained to him. "The fights were SO COOL! I was overcome! Why, even at my age, I was shaking what my momma gave me! And then...the Hot Dogs! Oh, my gracious! YUMMERLY!"
It was then Kammy Koopa who made the mistake of asking him something that showed how much she missed the point about how grumpy Bowser was right now. "You have fun, too? Hm?"
Bowser felt something inside of him snap, as he did not appreciate that question. Where has Kammy Koopa been all this time? Did she not notice the irritated expression he sported? Or the fact that he had to swim through the seven seas just to get back to Rogueport Harbor?
His eyes shot open, which showed just how furious he was before he gave her the appropriate reaction.
"GRAAARGH!" In a swift movement, Bowser roared before scorching Kammy Koopa whole with his Flamethrower.
By the time he was done, the balloons popped, the Rawk Hawk sticker was torched, the broom dropped to the side, covered in charred marks, and Kammy Koopa fell onto the floor, looking as burnt up and fried as her broom was.
She then realized that Bowser may not have had as much fun as she thought she did. After finding her voice, she then decided to ask him.
"Lord Bowser... Is that a 'no'?" Kammy Koopa questioned weakly.
"It was terrible! You hear me? I swallowed a dang Blooper!" Bowser snarled at her. "I wanted to have FUN! But forget it! It's over!"
Bowser then pointed towards Kammy as he gave her his next command. "Go get me some solid info on Princess Peach and the Crystal Stars! NOW!"
"Uhhh... Your Grouchiness?" Kammy Koopa started to say slowly. "About the Crystal Star...that was in Glitzville..."
"What?! WAIT! Don't tell me!" Bowser's mood was progressively getting worse by the second. "The Crystal Star in Glitzville has already been taken! By ANDREW! RIGHT!?"
Kammy Koopa remained silent. That pretty much said it all, as Bowser was just about to throw another stomping fit at this revelation.
"CRUD! What's it gonna take!? Who else do I have to BURN to a crisp just to get a STINKING measly Crystal Star!? WHO!?" Bowser bellowed before stomping his foot in fury and anger.
It would take a while for Kammy Koopa to start moving again, but after Bowser was done stomping, he dragged Kammy off as they decided to head to their next destination where another Crystal Star was likely located.
There was no doubt that Bowser has been getting the short end of the stick so far, based on what he's been through. And it's only gonna get more humiliating for him the longer he attempts to hunt for the Crystal Stars.
Still, Bowser was determined enough to find and collect at least one of them, no matter how many humiliating mishaps that happened to him. That was a given for sure...

Honestly, there isn't much to this chapter like the other Bowser chapters that I've done already. These Bowser chapters are relatively shorter than most chapters, and they're merely comical compared to the other chapters.
Specifically, the Peach chapters have a more serious tone and at most, a wry sense of humor. And the main Andrew segments are a roller coaster ride in different categories depending on the chapter that they're focused on.
Still, I had fun writing part of this chapter out. I thought it'd be clever to include that Blooper that Andrew and Goombella fought earlier since it was a good call-back. Once Bowser jumped onto the jump pad, it led his direction onto the dock of Rogueport Harbor since it seemed more believable and made sense.
Anyway, the next chapter will be focused on Andrew and his friends again, as they plan on leaving Twilight Town, and Andrew has to give a prep talk to his first four friends about wanting them to continue traveling with him and Vivian.
Additionally, Andrew gets an email from Princess Peach again, which reveals what the legendary treasure is, and this gets all five of his friends freaked out, with Vivian revealing that Beldam never mentioned anything about this to her, while also not cluing her in with most of her supposed plans.
Aside from that, Andrew gets help from Vivian to get by a spiked trap room to get a new badge, Vivian has her thoughts on the sewers, and she gets to see the Thousand-Year Door for herself. And several other things will occur too. How will this go for the group? Find out next time, readers.
