It was a beautiful, misty day in the forest. The trauma of what had previously occurred was starting to become a memory as the flora and fauna try to blossom and bloom. The forest fire had devastated the forest. New days had come, all the animals in the forest were still trying to move on from everything had happened. Bambi became a leader and was honored as a hero in the forest. He took his father's place into being The Great Prince Of The Forest showing that the title will continue on... eventually with Bambi's children...
There was a loud rush of air, branches and rustling of trees, the animals rushed through the forest, not because of another forest fire, Bambi's long time partner, Faline, has given birth to his child! The animals who lived in the forest were excited to see the new baby! Bambi was excited, too. He was walking among the group of animals who were determined to see the new addition. By the time Bambi and the others had reached to the small den, Faline was laying gracefully on a bed of soft leaves with a small fawn near her. Bambi was the first one that had stepped forward to lick the fawn awake,
"Bambi, dont wake them", Faline nervously chuckled.
Bambi paused.
"Them?..,said Bambi in shock.
"Yes, Bambi, them. I gave birth to twins...",revealed Faline happily.
Bambi stepped back to take a full view, the first twin awoke, and the other one was now awake as well.
"It's a girl and a boy.",explained Faline.
Bambi could tell which one was which after seeing that the first fawn had feminine eyelashes just like Faline, while as the other one looked almost like Bambi when he was a fawn himself.
"What do you think we should name them?", wondered Faline
Bambi hummed to himself just to think about it .
"I think the girl should be named Athena which means "praise". Athena was a Greek goddess who was the goddess of war and wisdom. The boy should be named Robert but we will call him "Robbie" for short which means "bright flame" ", said Bambi firmly.
Faline was silent for a few minutes,
"Those are beautiful names, Bambi, I think they will suit our children.",said Faline.
