Mason swings a kick on my face and I fall to the cold ground with my face slamming into the ground. I feel my left cheek throbbing as I try to get up but he quickly steps my back, preventing me from getting up and force to be on the ground. He grabs my hair as I cringe in pain. The pain forced me to look at him despite my neck trying not to cry out in agony.

"How about we settle this quickly by giving all your lunch money to me?" Mason's evil grin makes me scared but I still speak. "I told you, I don't have. Beating me up won't change anything,"

Immediately, he slam my head to the hard ground. "AHHH!" I scream in pain as I see blood dripping down. Giggles and hurtful words come from his two goons. My tears are about to leak but I force my eyes to prevent them from escaping.

"But seeing you in pain does change something. Maybe that will teach you to talk back," His glare goes deep into my eyes as I try to show him I'm scared. Then he gets off me and dusts his hands. "I have enough fun today, also, remember our promise. One word of this and I will make your life worse than hell,"

The sounds of their footstep fade away as I slowly get up but immediately go back to the ground. My sprained ankle makes me struggle to stand up but I force myself despite the pain. I slowly walk back into the school building and go to the nearest washroom. Luckily, nobody was in the hallway. I hate having eyes staring at me. I found a washroom and slowly entered inside as I moved to the sink. The sound of squeaks when opening the tap and water gushing out gives me a sense of comfort. I use my hands to collect the water and splash my face. The cold water is refreshing when it contacts my hot skin. Then I look at the mirror and see my nose with blood slowly leaking out which I quickly use the water to wipe off.

After cleaning my face and managing to stop my bleeding nose, I take one good look at my blue eyes and black hair before walking out of the washroom. Two students see me walk out but go on with their business. A sad sigh left my mouth and I went on my way to go to my classroom. Then someone rushes to me as I walk towards him. His chocolate hair was still visible despite his cap hiding it. His face shows worry as he takes a look at my arms before his brown eyes look deep into mine.

"What the hell happened, Zack?" Kyle asked me as I just walked back to my seat and relaxed.

"Kyle, it's nothing. Just another day of breaking my body," He knows what I'm saying as he takes something out of his bag and has bandages which I laugh at him. "You seriously have a bag full of bandages. I can't believe you want to be a medic,"

Kyle responded by hitting me in my injured chest which forced my body to move down. "Stop joking with me now and let me see your injuries," He applied the bandage on my scratched injured fingers and one on my leg that had a cut. Then he takes out a cotton pack along with medical tape. He puts a cotton pad on my blue-black cheek and uses the tape to stick it to my face.

"Sigh, can't you just tell the teachers about your situation? It also hurts me as much as you," Kyle clenched one of his fists as he put the tape and cotton pack back into his bag. I open my mouth but my mind interrupts me.

*Dare to snitch on us and I will make your life more miserable and painful than hell* Mason's vicious voice scares me as my fingers are trembling from the fear. "I don't want anything bad to happen to you. If Olivia, you or I say one word, they may also target you and Olivia. I don't want you two to be beaten up by them,"

"I don't care about what the hell Mason will do to Kyle or me. You can't just let them stomp on you," A girl with cute cheeks and blue eyes stares at me which makes me jump from surprise.

"Olivia, don't scare me," I sit back down and look at her coal-black hair. Then she grabbed my injured cheek and pulled it which I quickly tried to get out of her grip. "Oww, stop!"

"Then tell Miss Anya about you being bullied," She says in a monotone voice.

"No! I can't do that. Mason may target you two," I told her firmly. She pinches my cheek again and I pull her hand away from me.

"Screw him and his friends! I can't stand seeing you coming back with bruises and lying to your parents about your injuries!" She raises her voice at me as I look at the floor with shame. The class was rather loud so nobody listened to our conversation.

"If you two get targeted by Mason, I won't forgive myself if something bad happens to you two," My hands are shaking with fear as my mind imagines the consequences. Olivia's hand holds my chin as I am forced to look at her.

"Zack, one person shouldn't take all the pain for the sake of others. Friends are meant to help each other and not just watch and do nothing. This hurts me and Kyle too," She pauses herself as I keep quiet.

Before she could say more, the sound of the bell rang as all our classmates went back to their seats and our teacher entered the classroom. "Good afternoon, class. I hope you have a pleasant recess. Now everyone, please take out your English homework that I asked you to do for last Friday and hand it over to me,"

I quickly went through my bag and found it inside. Good thing, Mason didn't come to me today for homework or else I'm dead meat. I pass my homework to Olivia. "Hey, Olivia you mind passing my homework to Miss Anya? I can't move my left leg because Mason sprained my ankle,"

Olivia takes my homework as she gets up and quickly passes it to Miss Anya. She put our books aside, next to a stack of other people's homework. Olivia comes back to us and sits down with us. I go through my bag and take out my computer to on it.

"Did I miss anything in her class?" I asked Kyle as he thought for a second before whispering. "I don't think you missed anything, maybe some points she talked about for the upcoming midterms,"

"Ok, class. I hope most of you are ready for your upcoming midterms that is the next three weeks," I hear some people groaning at the news but I wasn't bothered too much. The exam tests are rather easier than the assignments and homework in class from my view. Not for Kyle and Olivia though since they hate to study.

Kyle whispered. 'Can you help me with studying later? I don't want to fail this exam,' I let out a soft chuckle and nodded. 'Sure, you barely pass the two pop quizzes Miss Carley gave us. Not to mention you almost got caught cheating by Mr Gregory,' His face turned red and he used his elbow to hit my arm as I refrain from laughing.

'Don't mention that! You know I can't understand all that gibberish chemistry he is talking about.'

'Maybe if you ask Olivia, you wouldn't have to be in that mess,' I struggled to show my grin as Kyle looked away from me, embarrassed by that memory. I quickly entered the password from my computer and waited for Miss Anya to tell us about this class.

"I understand everyone doesn't like to have exams but this is the exam you need to take before you can have your summer break," I scan our classmates as their expressions turn from an upset to a pleased face. At least a summer break means I can get away from my bullies. "I hope everyone has done their revision paper that I gave last Thursday's class,"

Hearing that sent my body to shiver as I looked at Kyle. "Dude, you told me I didn't miss anything,"

"Well, you weren't around last Thursday. Miss Anya gave us some past year questions. Don't worry, I will explain to her that you were absent that day," She takes out her tablet and opens up a Word document which I suspect is the revision questions that were given.

"Please enter your answers in Padlet. I have sent the link to the Whatsup group," I click the link and see the answers from the students. *Let's get this class over and done with*

(Two hours later)

"Now, we have done all the revision papers. I believe you guys are almost ready for your war with your papers. Make sure to remember the layout of the essay that I gave you," The bell in the school rings as everyone in the classroom quickly packs up their stuff before running out of the classroom.

"I hear there is a new ice cream shop on our way back. Want to try it out before we go to Zack's house to study?" Olivia asked me and Kyle.

"Sure, you lead the way!" Kyle nodded vigorously until he made himself get a headache.

"I don't mind having some ice cream. I wonder if they sell mint chocolate chip," Kyle gave me a cringed look.

"You really love toothpaste ice cream?" Confused by his statement I asked. "Why don't you try one before telling me that? That flavour is refreshing,"

"I ain't taking put that in my mouth. No thanks," I grab my bag and rush to Olivia who is waiting for us.

"Took you long enough," We walk together through the hallway while Kyle and Olivia are talking about the math questions for today. I look around and see some of the students from the student council talking with each other. They must have an event upcoming later in the future.

We walk out of the school and follow Olivia to the ice cream shop she mentioned. The nice warm sunlight feels good but Kyle whines about the weather being too hot for him. I give him my cap since I enjoy the warm light on me. Olivia just teased him to be as fragile as a popsicle which Kyle berated by making silly excuses. As we are walking past through food stores, I notice a store that seems to be standing out of the rest.

The shop's cyan colours make it shiny reminding me of snow. There is a sign that says 'Cold Blizz' with a cute Vanillish next to the words. I couldn't see the inside because of the sun making the glass black and blocking the view. My curiosity wants to see what is in there. I was about to ask Olivia but she quickly grabbed my arm.

"There is the shop! Let's go have some ice cream," Olivia grabs Kyle's arm as she pulls us to the ice cream shop.

The chilly cold air gives my body a shiver as it is quickly adapting to this new environment. Kyle and Olivia go to see the different flavours of ice creams. A worker smiles at us and asks.

"Welcome, do you want to try our new caramel butterscotch flavour?" I take a look at the man and see his white hair and blue crystal eyes. It is strange to see someone with white hair and this person seems to be in his 20s.

"I will take chocolate chip ice cream on a cone," Kyle points at his choice as the man takes a scooper and a cone. When he is scooping Kyle's ice cream, Olivia also points at the Blue moon flavour. "Blue moon with a cup for me. Want to try something different,"

The man gives Kyle the ice cream and does Olivia's order. Kyle takes out his phone, scans a QR code and pays through his phone. Olivia gets her ice cream quickly as I look at the different flavours and see mint chocolate as one of them.

"Just mint chocolate with a cup. Can't savour it when it leaks," The man lets out a soft chuckle from my comment as he does so. "Also, are you an albino? You look too young to have white hair,"

The man just smiles at me and puts my ice cream into a cup. Meanwhile, Olivia is paying her ice cream "You can say that but I think it is most likely Poliosis. I used to have black hair like you kid. But I don't know why my hair turns white. Pretty strange, right?"

"Oh. For a second, I thought you dye it," Kyle tried to let out a simple laugh but it came out with a nervous voice.

"Don't worry, I'm not offended by it," He passed me my ice cream and I gave a smile in return while scanning the QR to pay for my ice cream. "Thanks for coming by. You can scan this code to give us your reviews," Taking something from a drawer, he shows us a QR code. I scan that and my phone shows me a review to do. We walk out of the store. Taking a scoop of my ice cream, I put it into my warm watery mouth. The sweet mint taste is refreshing and the chocolate melts on my tongue. I look at Olivia and Kyle as they are enjoying theirs too.

"Say, Olivia. Are we going to study at my place?" I asked her as she nodded. "Of course, especially Kyle," She gives a cold stare at Kyle and he moves a few feet away from her. "How are you failing in your studies? You're making your mom worried about you. You're not playing games at midnight, are you?"

Kyle's face turns red instantly and looks away from us while I barely manage to suppress my laughter. "You're grinding that hard to get one of your characters to level 80? That's insane,"

"Hey, I need her to help me win that hard boss level. That damn bug is so difficult to kill. How much health does it have exactly?"

"Well, 3 million if I'm not mistaken," I answer his question as his face turns to shock. "3… million?!" He shouts at me as I just chuckle. "Of course, that endgame is of course a pain in the ass. What do you expect the boss to have? A million hp? That would be too easy,"

"Damn, looks like I have to farm better relics for my characters," Kyle is upset but it is interrupted by Olivia hitting his head. "Forget about that game for now. Let's go to Zack's house so we can study," She gives an upset look as I move closer to him and give him a pat on his backpack.

"Don't worry, it will be easy after explaining a few tricks," Despite his relieved look, I can still feel his nervousness.

Then I bump into someone as I move back as that person is stronger. "Sorry... I di…" I look up and stand still in fear. Mason's evil grin makes me want to move back but fear prevents me from moving back as he moves closer to me. I see his two goons behind me as they are laughing because of me being a scared cat.

"Well, what a coincidence, Zack. Glad to see you," He snatches my ice cream and takes a scoop before spitting it out on the floor. "Yuck, what the hell is this flavour?"

"Just mint cho…chocolate," My voice is shaky as I try to keep myself calm but my fingers are still shaking from fear. He throws it into a rubbish bin and it lands inside perfectly. "Who eats that shit? You're a weird nerd,"

"Mason, please mind your own business. We are going to our own thing," Kyle goes in front of me, protecting me from Mason as I could move a bit back. Olivia gives a cold glare at Mason but he sneers.

"But he is my friend so this is my business. So, get out of my sight," He shoves Kyle and grabs my arm before pulling me to a nearby alleyway. Kyle and Olivia quickly follow me as they are worried about me but his two annoying goons block their path. Only me and Mason are in the alleyway. He put both of his hands on the wall next to my head. I struggle to look at him because of his devilish eyes.

"So, now it is the two of us. Give me your phone," I shake my head but his angry glare forces me to take out my phone. "Password?"

"I will not tell you," He immediately punches the wall that is two inches away from me as I have to say. "P0k34m0N"

"You're really a nerd. Pokemon fans are just nerds all the time," He looks through my phone as I just keep quiet. Then he lets out an 'oh' as I look at him with worry.

"You have the number of Caroline? I won't allow that," I immediately snatched my phone and tried to shove him but he was too big so that didn't do anything. "No, I will not let you delete her number like that!" I shout at him but a slap hit me as I fall to the ground.

"Give your phone. NOW!" His voice becomes menacing as I grip my phone as hard as I can. He kick me in the stomach as I bear the pain while trying to suppress my agony. Then he stomps my head and a bad headache makes it hard to think. My vision became double making it difficult to see to focus myself. He snatched my phone and I couldn't do anything.

"Stop beating him up. That's very low of you to do so," I hear an unknown voice as I force myself to get up. Then I see a teen girl, probably around my age, glaring at Mason. She is wearing a white shirt with a matching jacket and the hoodie is dark blue along with blue shoes. Her white shirt has a cute Meowstic charm attached. A white cap sits on her head with a Pokeball symbol on the cap. Her light brown hair shines in the sunlight and her red eyes show anger towards Mason.

Mason just laughs at him before throwing my phone aside as I manage to grab it. He cracks his knuckles and gives a glare before moving to her. "Listen, girl. I wouldn't want to hurt a cute chick like you. Better get out of our business unless you also want to end up like him,"

"I think you will end up on the floor rather than me," Her face shows no fear as he chuckles.

"Huh. Cocky aren't you?" He immediately swings a punch but she blocks it with her arm. "I will have some fun,"

Mason tries to grab her arms but moves back before dashing straight and slamming into him. That sent him back a bit but he recovered quickly. Suddenly, she rushes to him and jumps in the air, delivering a knee into Mason's head. Mason falls to the ground in pain as she moves back safely.

"Not bad for a chick like you," He shows a middle finger to her and his two goons grab both of her arms. She is unable to escape from their grip. Mason delivers a punch at her stomach and she coughs loudly. He takes her cap and pulls her hair as she stares coldly. "Not so cocky now, huh?"

'I have to help her. And quick!' I force myself to get up despite my pain head. Luckily, they didn't notice me as I quickly pulled Mason's hair. "Get off of her, Mason!" He lets go of her and kicks me in the gut. I fall to the ground and try to hastily get up but Mason punches me in the face, forcing me on the ground.

"You got some nerve to be a sh*t to me," He grab me by the neck. I struggle to breathe and try to get out of his grip but to no avail. "You're going to pay for that,"

Then that girl punches Mason in the face, letting go of me and he moves back. She quickly punches him in the face twice before grabbing his face and slamming him to the wall. As Mason drops to the ground, I see a blood stain left on the wall and I quickly turn away to not see it. I look at his two goons lying on the floor, unconscious.

*How did she knock those two unconscious? They aren't pushovers for no reason* Someone touches my shoulder as I turn around and see Olivia and Kyle.

"Zack, what Mason did to you this time?" Kyle sees my new injuries but I smile at him. "Don't worry, I suffer way worse than just these injuries,"

"Thanks for helping us. Sorry that Mason hurt you," Olivia thanked her as that girl smiled at us. "It's ok. Compared to what I had to bear, these injuries are just tickles. Plus, I can't see someone like you being bullied," She takes her cap and puts it back on her brown hair. Then she looks at me with curiosity.

"You remind me a lot of my brother. That brings sweet memories," She walks away, leaving us along with Mason and his goons unconscious.

"Let's get out of here before they wake up," Kyle suggested as we obviously agreed. We run away from them and rush to my house.

(A few minutes later)

After getting out of the bus stop, we finally can relax and walk slowly to my house. Kyle hums a song but his pitch is bad for my ears so I move a foot away from him. Olivia holds my hand and gives me a look.

"Should we have asked that stranger her name? Maybe we could give her a treat as thanks," She asked me.

I didn't know what stranger she was talking about. "You mean the girl that saved me?" She nods her head.

"Well… I don't know if she would want to give her name to us. Plus even if she did, it would be unlikely we would bump into each other again," Olivia sighs. "Too bad, she is so brave to save you. I really want to meet her again,"

"She's amazing. Standing up against bullies unlike me," I look down with shame. "Who always cower in fear,"

"Don't say that!" Kyle pats my back. "If you didn't jump in to distract Mason, she would have been badly injured by Mason. You be proud that you finally fight back,"

"I just couldn't bear to see someone else getting beaten up. It is so unsettling that he gets away all the time without a scratch," I let out a sigh of defeat. Then someone hit my head and I turned around to see Olivia annoyed.

"Forgot about Mason now. Let's quickly go to your house to study. The less time we chat, the more time we can study for our midterms," Olivia reminds us as we quickly make our way to my home.

I see Mom tending to the rose and hydrangea that are in the bushes. As I wave my hand and call out to her, she slowly gets up and waves back at me. Then a girl rushes me and jumps to me, giving me a shock. She gives me a tight hug which I struggle to get out of her grip.

"Brother, you're back!" Thanks to her heavy weight, I fell to the ground.

Olivia and Kyle laugh at us and I pat her on the head. "Well, how's school, Lailah?"

"Boring as usual. The lessons are too easy so I just take a nap. My teacher wasn't happy with me," Lailah's face turns sour and I get up with a smile.

"Guess you learn way faster than your peers. That's at least something to be proud of,"

"Can you teach me a few things about chemistry? That periodic table you have excites me," Her eyes show curiosity and I can't say no to that. "Since, my friends and I have a study group, I guess having you wouldn't be a nuisance. Right, guys?"

"How can I say no to that? Of course," Kyle grabs Lailah's soft, puffy cheeks and she tries to pull his hands away from her. Olivia nods and talks to Mom, probably about cakes.

"Let's go and study. Also, Kyle, I remember you barely passed Mr Khalid's physics pop quiz so I'm going to test you on that," Kyle's face turned to dread.

"Don't remind me about that. I get shivers from Mr Khalid's stern face," I give him a pat on the back to calm him down. "Well, he doesn't like to see us failing our test. He gets rather upset about that,"

"Are we going to study or continue chitchatting?" Olivia is annoyed with us as we quickly enter my house. Lailah rushes upstairs as I follow her too. She goes into my room and jumps on my bed to relax and smell my cyan blanket. I put my bag on my chair and look at my simple desk.

A small succulent sits next to my open window, enjoying the sunlight. Next to it is my white lamp which I adjusted the head a bit and left it be. Some books are making my desk a mess so I stack them and put them aside. I get down to open a drawer and take out one of my books containing my notes. Olivia and Kyle enter my room and put their bags aside.

"Where is the study table we use?" Olivia asked me. I turn to them. "Probably in my sister's room since she always loves to use her computer on that table," Kyle walks out of my room and I sit down on the floor.

"Brother, are you going to teach me chemistry?" She asked me.

I answered. "While Kyle and Olivia are studying," Olivia gives me a sweet scary look which makes me nervous.

"Don't think you can escape studying. I remember you failing your history and geography," My sister laughs behind my back and I feel my cheeks warm.

"Olivia! Why did you bring that up?!" I raise my voice in embarrassment. *History and geography are so boring. So much to remember and the teacher doesn't give *

Kyle comes back with the study table but he is tired from carrying it. I get up and help him carry the table into my room and put it down. "Why could you roll it on the floor since the table is round?" My sister gives her answer as Kyle facepalm his face.

"Oh god, why didn't I think of that?" He takes out his laptop and opens it. Olivia and I did the same.

"How do you solve this math question?" Kyle asked me. I look at his laptop and skim through the question.

I understood the question and explained it to him. "You need to have the equation of the circle equal to…

(After a bit of brain power used)

"Ahh, so oxidation is when a molecule is oxidised by an oxygen atom," Lailah understands what I told her and I snap my finger. "Good, oxidation is also when a molecule or atom loses some electrons during a reaction,"

"That was interesting, how about reduction?" She asked another question but I feel my tummy is empty. I got up and took my keys and was about to walk out of the room.

"Zack, where are you going? You still haven't solved this geography pop quiz!" Olivia reminds me as I turn my head.

"Stomach needs a snack. Going to 7-12 to get some soft drinks and chips," Kyle suddenly gets up with a wide grin. "Let me come along too. I'm exhausted. Why not take 5?"

Olivia sighs. "I guess we can take a break. I will be staying here with Lailah,"

"Want any snacks?" She shakes her head and we walk out.

"I heard that there is a new Prima that has been released. Wonder what does it taste like?" I gesture my hand to say no.

"You can taste it by yourself. I'm not a fan of energy drinks," We walk down the stairs and I smell something cooking. "Mom, what are you cooking?" I asked her.

"Why don't you wait and find out?" Guessing by smell would be difficult so I just drop it. "Me and Kyle are going to buy some snacks at 7-12,"

"Can you buy some sponges for me? I'm at my last sponge," After showing an 'ok' gesture and getting out of the house, I lock the door and follow Kyle.

We quietly walk to the 7-12 but Kyle's bad humming forces me to move two feet away for my ear's sake. As we are walking, we wave and greet a few people who pass by us. We have small conversations with them before going our ways. Then Kyle broke the silence and asked me.

"Zack, when are you going to stop being stomped over?"

I didn't understand his question so I asked. "I didn't get what you're trying to say,"

I notice his annoyed expression and see his clenched fist. "Are you going to let Mason keep beating up or are you going to have some guts and stand up against him?"

"I will just let him continue until he gets fed up with me and leaves me alone. Everything will work out by itself. You don't have to worry about me so much," Kyle grabbed my arm as I turned to him confused.

"We have been friends since kindergarten and have been helping each other so many times in primary school. Now you are telling me to let fate solve it. How naïve can you be?!" He shouts at me as I stay silent. "Mason isn't going to leave you alone. Bullies hurt others for their own pleasure. He isn't going to stop anytime soon until he graduates from this school," Then he grabs my hands and I see his eyes with sadness.

"Please let Olivia and me help you. This is hurting us too," I feel my eyes are about to leak so I immediately wipe them so he doesn't notice.

"Guess there is no way to change your mind," I let out a sigh of defeat and give in. "Fine, I will tell Mr Casey about it. Just don't say anything to her because I don't want Mason to know that you two are involved," Kyle crossed his arms with a frustrated look.

"At least you would tell someone. I will take that and explain it to Olivia," His frown disappeared and he grabbed my arm. "Come on, I'm hungry. Let's go buy some snacks,"

I giggle and tease him. "You're just like a Greedent. Eat all the time," Instantly, his face turned red and he slapped my back. "Shut… up!"

Reaching the 7-12, we hear the annoying ding noise when we enter the store along with a familiar smell. Kyle and I rush to the snack aisle and look at the different snacks. I take a few bags of spicy chips and one box of chocolate biscuits. Kyle grabbed a small packet of MMs and mint bubblegums along with a bottle of Coke from the fridge. We put all our items on the counter, pay the price and walk out of the store.

Kyle pops one bubblegum into his mouth. I see him enjoying it and stretch out my hand.

"Can I have your coke?" To which he shakes his head. "You should have bought your own coke,"

Then I hit something, dropping my plastic bag and the items fell out everywhere. I look up and see a male teen who is grunting which I suspect he must have been hurt.

"Sorry!" I check on him but he pushes me aside. His breathing is sporadic and I grew concerned about him. "Are you okay? Are you having an asthma attack?"

"No… I'm fine… Don't worry too much," He struggles to speak with me as I try to get closer to check on him but he slaps my hand. "Stay away from… me!"

"Hey! My friend is trying to help you. Don't have to be so rude!" Kyle is annoyed by him. I quickly pick up my items in the bag. When I look at him, I notice the teen is gripping his throat. "Uh, you don't look alright at all,"

"Run away… right now!" The teen shouts at us. I don't understand why he is asking to get away when he needs medical help. "Just go, DAMN IT!" He swung his hands at me and I felt a sharp pain in my right arm. I see a bad scratch on my arm but there is no blood visible.

"Oww, why the hell did you attack me?! I'm trying to help" I move back in pain as he slowly gets up and dashes off.

"Not even an apology?!" Kyle stomped his feet and he ran off where the teen dashed off. "I will catch this rude ass!"

I get up quickly and go after Kyle. He already was far away so catching up to him will be difficult. Luckily, I heard him shouting at that teen so it was easy to know his location. Then I stop because I need to catch my breath but I see him run to an alleyway. After taking a few deep breaths, I rush to the alleyway and see what is happening.

Suddenly, Kyle was thrown to the ground and I was confused what just happened. He quickly gets up and I see him worried.

"What's wrong?" I asked Kyle and he pointed in front. In the blink of an eye, something rushed to Kyle and I couldn't react. I see the teen got Kyle on the ground and Kyle struggling against him. "Zack, a little help would be nice right now!"

I see Kyle's coke next to my foot which I use and hit the teen on the head but it didn't seem to faze him. I use my hands to grab him by the throat. As I try to squeeze his neck, he lets go of Kyle and then grabs mine tightly. The next thing I saw, I was lifted by that teen and thrown to the ground. My back moaned in pain as I couldn't get up. He switched his target to me as I saw him opening his mouth, probably trying to bite me. I struggle against him and use my leg to kick his chest but it doesn't do anything to him. Then I feel a sharp pain in my neck as I see him bite my neck. I couldn't bear that pain and I screamed.

"OWW! GET THIS F***ER OFF ME!" I try to push him away but he is too strong. Kyle tried to pull him away but he couldn't get him off. Tears ran down my cheeks as I knew couldn't get out of this.

The teen loosens his grip on my arms and looks at me. I see his golden eyes and his expression showing shock. Kyle finally pulled that teen off of me. The teen pushes Kyle away as he runs off. I tried to move but I couldn't move a muscle.

Kyle checks on me and I see his panicked face. "Zack, oh god… Stay with me, Zack! I'm calling 911!"

I struggle to focus on Kyle and my eyelids feel heavy. The world feels blurred as I struggle to keep myself awake.

"My friend, Zack got bitten by somebody. Please call an ambulance! He is losing a lot of blood!" Kyle talks on his phone.

Then my world turned black and everything became silent.
