Transformers Prime: A New Adventure.
Chapter 123: Getting Used to More Changes.
(Bigimus Prime's POV...)
In the Autobot base, the rest of the Autobots were getting into the swing of things now that peace has come again, with the Decepticon morale on the downsides.
With the Decepticons having been fooled by Optimus Prime's former Orion Pax clone and Megatron in particular having been unable to prevent the rise of 2 more Primes, there wasn't that much for our army of Autobots to do other than scouting for Energon or patrolling the world.
And now, at the present time, I was with our army of medics in the medical bay, with a cord attached to the left side of my metallic head.
Let me yell you, it's not exactly a cathartic thing to have a power cable attached to your head for anything other than memory probing for lost memories.
But the main reason for this was because Ratchet, Cogwheel, Coldwelder, and the other medics were checking my internal systems to see what's new with my brain module.
Yeah, in Ratchet's paraphrased words, we needed to see what kinds of things were in my Cybertronian CPU, aka my brain module, in terms of my overall health, what vehicle or beast forms I can access, and what kind of Cybertronian frame I have. You know, if I'm a Grounder, a Seeker, a Triple Changer, a Maximal, a Predacon, et cetera. But I was anxious to see what kind of Cybertronian I really was.
Ratchet finishes the scans and he says, "We've run a full scan of your brain module, Gunnar. What we saw was kind of out of order. But it's in a new, unusual but good way. Your internal exoskeletal systems have similarities to a standard Cybertronian frame's exoskeletal systems. But your major components like your heart, your spark, your lungs, your intakes, and your brain module have been turned into the Cybertronian versions. But at the same time, they are the perfect blend between mechanical and organic."
I asked, "So, what that means is I still hold big traces of my human organs, but they're protected by protective Cybertronian metal casings?"
Ratchet answers, "Yes. I'm still not sure how Primus was able to make this possible to be achieved, but I do suspect that his manipulations of organic and metal matter in the magical sense made it reality, even you have the ability to shapeshift between your human and Cybertronian forms. However, that doesn't even hold a candle to the functions we all found in your brain module."
I raised an optic ridge, and Red Alert explained, "The functions we found out about are the most amazing. You have the ability to scan multiple vehicle and animal alternate forms, like Omega Danger and Fortressimus Prime."
I widened my optics in surprise at that.
But then I asked, "But wait, isn't scanning vehicles and animals kind of difficult even on the first try?"
Optimus comes up and answers, "Yes, it is indeed difficult on the first time. But the details will come naturally to you in due time, my friend."
I ex-vented before saying, "Well, first things first, I have in mind the perfect truck for scanning."
An hour later, we had Rafael give a 2D picture of the truck I wanted to scan, just like how he did it with Ultra Magnus after the Rebellion episode.
I chose the vehicle mode of a Kenworth T600 semi trailer truck.
With the knowledge of scanning given, I was able to scan my new vehicle mode and I could see in my optical sight the schematics of the truck and instructions on how to transform into my new vehicle mode.
I initiated my first transformation to vehicle mode and I got the hang of driving with and without my trailer.
Then I had experienced transforming back to robot mode, and I experienced the most cathartic training exercise of my life when I went up against Moonshine.
Granted, Moonshine is a skilled combatant, but I am the better fighter.
But as I lay in my recharging table, I heard a familiar dragon roar in my sleep, but not enough to wake me up.
I had an inkling of a feeling that I knew what that dragon was, but I still wasn't sure.
The End.
