XTCViper: Not even close. Don't assume things just because of a long wait.

GenmTheDestroyer: I see.

Dragonking144: No.

Disclaimer: I do not own WWE. I only own the OC George Edwards/The Bladewolf.

"So you guys are really planning on coming to the WWF?" George asked with hope and excitement as he stood in the catering area that had been set up not too long ago, the stagehands busy working on setting up for tonight's episode of SmackDown. He was on the phone with his two older brothers, Jack and Daryl. Jack was born in 1970, so he was the oldest by six years, and Daryl was born in 1971. Like their little brother, both were wrestlers and had made a name for themselves in the world of professional wrestling.

Jack was known as the Jackal, and Daryl was known as the Bloodwolf. They were a formidable team known as Bulletproof, and have worked on small wrestling shows like he did, then they got signed by WCW in 1993, a tenure which lasted five years before they left in mid-1998. In WCW, the duo were three-time WCW Tag Team Champions, Jack was a 2-time WCW United States Champion, while Daryl was a 5-time. The two of them also won the company's world title, the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, once in their five-year tenure. Neither reign was good, barely even lasting a month.

And who did they lose the title to in their reigns? Hulk Hogan. So they had a feeling he had something to do with their short world title reigns in the company, and he was one of the reasons they walked out of WCW due to frustrations with the company.

They did have a few good friends, such as Steve Bordern AKA Sting, who Jack won the WCW World Tag Team Titles with once when a storyline had Bloodwolf turn Heel on the Jackal, breaking up the duo.

In June 1998, due to growing frustrations and lack of creativity or direction, as well as not being given a chance at the company's world title again, Jack and Daryl quit WCW and signed a contract with Extreme Championship Wrestling AKA ECW, and they had obviously been enjoying their run there. Jack was able to win the ECW World Heavyweight Championship three times, the first reign of which lasted 150 days straight, Daryl also won the title once, and his reign lasted about five months. Jack and Daryl won several titles in ECW during their 1998-2000 run with the company, such as the ECW World Tag Team Championships, which they won three times, and the ECW World Television Championship, that they won once.

However, their contracts ended recently and Jack has just informed George that there are talks between them and the WWF higher ups about possibly being signed to the company sometime in the future. They weren't going to sign right away, as both had suffered an injury that would keep them out of a wrestling ring for the remainder of 2000, so they hope they can debut in the World Wrestling Federation in 2001 at best.

"Yeah. Been talking with the McMahons about it after Vince called us up. Never thought we'd get a phone call from Vince McMahon himself." Jack mused. "Guy is sure something compared to what Eric Bischoff always said about him."

"Do I even want to know?" George asked jokingly.

"No, you really don't." Daryl piped in cheekily, causing George to chuckle in amusement. "But the talks have been going good so far. We expressed our frustrations from WCW to Vince, and he understood. We told him we weren't joining to make fools out of WCW or ECW, we just want somewhere to belong and do what we love. He's going to get back to us on a potential contract deal sometime in the future. Until then, we're sitting on our asses at the house watching our little brother and that blonde vixen of a girlfriend beside him hurt the Hardy Boyz."

George rolled his eyes. "She's not my girlfriend."

"Off-screen that is." Jack pointed out. "But that could change."

"Guys, come on." George sighed.

"Dude! She's banging hot and you're not going to chance asking her out?" Daryl asked in disbelief. "And here I thought we taught you right."

"You taught me jack shit about romance, Daryl, so shut the hell up." George chuckled, shaking his head. "Besides, we're only working together. I doubt she feels that way for me."

"Never know until you at least take her out to dinner." Jack said. "Look, she looks like a nice woman, and not because she's hot and got some size of-"

There was a smack on the other line, causing George to raise an amused eyebrow as he heard his big brother grumble, before Daryl spoke.

"Isn't it me that's meant to say such things about hot women? As Jack said, just because she's hot and got an amazing pair of-OW!"

"There we go, positions switched." Jack laughed before getting serious. "But really, dude, from what you've told us about her, she's nice, smart, funny, beautiful, all best qualities and traits in a woman. I'd love to meet her one day. We're just saying, from what we've seen on TV, you clearly like her."

George sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose before he saw Patricia walking over to him and quickly decided to end this before his brothers embarssed him like they always did. "I've gotta go. Talk to you after the show."

"Remember what we said!" Jack and Daryl shouted before George hung up, groaning in annoyance and frustration as Trish stopped in front of him.

"Bad call?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

"More like a pair of two idiot older brothers who embarrass me any chance they can get." George sighed, shaking his head.

"Oh, I know what that's like." Trish winced. "Having sisters is bad enough. Guess that's something we have in common, annoying siblings."

"Preach to the choir, sister." George said, causing her to giggle as they walked off to get ready for the show tonight. As they walked, George glanced at Patricia and remembered his brother's words, causing him to mentally sigh again and also pray for hope that this next chat does not end badly. "Hey, Trish?"

"Yeah?" She looked at him curiously.

"I was wondering if... w-well, I was going to ask if..." George gulped, nervously clenching and unclenching his hands before he blurted out. "WOuld you like to have dinner with me?!"

Trish blinked. "Excuse me?"

George's cheeks reddened. "I-I mean after the show! W-Would you like to go out and h-have... d-dinner... with me?"

Trish tilted her head. "Are you asking me out?"

"I... I... um..." George stuttered before he froze when Trish leaned up and pecked his cheek, leaning back with a giggle.

"Sure." She smiled. "After the show."

With that, she walked away while George was left staring after her with wide eyes. "Wow..."

Well, hope that was interesting for an off-screen chapter, namely the appearance of George's older brothers, my two OCs, Jack and Daryl, AKA Jackal and Bloodwolf who are planning to come to WWF in the future after being in WCW then ECW. And it seems they pished George into making a move on Trish, now he's got a date after the show.
