All Might: "Hey."

All Might: "So what is it you wanted to talk to me about?"

Tsukauchi: "Remember the blue box from the USJ attack?"

All Might: "Yeah, what about it?"

Tsukauchi: "You reckon you could help us open it?"

All Might: "Why? You can't open it yourself?"

Tsukauchi: "You'd be surprised, that thing is tough."

All Might: "So you needed the number 1 hero to open a wooden box?"

Tsukauchi: "Just come and see."

They reach the Tardis but some things are off about it.

All Might: "Huh? That's odd. There's still smoke. I thought it would've burnt out by now."

Tsukauchi: "That's what I'm thinking. It should've been destroyed numerous times over but it's still here. I'm honestly surprised it's still standing."

All Might then notices something else.

All Might: "That's weird."

All Might walks to the Tardis' main door and touches an unfamiliar detail that he can't recall from the USJ. It was a sign that read Ambulance and it looked less damaged than the rest of the Tardis.

All Might: "I don't remember this sign."

Tsukauchi: "Now that you mention it, that wasn't there this morning."

All Might: "All right, it's time to find out what this really is. Make sure there's no one around."

Tsukauchi looks around and notices no one.

Tsukauchi: "You're good to go."

All Might then transforms and grips the door trying to pry them open but he just ends up moving the blue box a few feet, not really causing it any damage.

All Might: "What is this thing? I can't even scratch it."

All Might continues to struggle until he's interrupted by Tsukauchi.

Tsukauchi: "It's fine, the interrogation is in a bit so I'll try to see if I can find out through him. You can go home."

All Might: "No, I want to talk to him."

Tsukauchi: "Alright then. I guess it could be allowed since it's well… you."

Later in the interrogation room

The doctor is relaxing in his chair with his feet kicked up on the desk when All Might and Tsukauchi walk in.

Tsukauchi: "Put your legs down, this isn't a playground."

The Doctor: "Why?" The Doctor spouts in a confused tone. Not understanding the severity of the situation, likely due to his regeneration being so recent.

Tsukauchi: "Just do as you're told."

The Doctor grunts and lowers his legs.

Tsukauchi: "Alright, who are you?"

Doctor: "Ahhh….pffff….Uhhh… Now that is a tricky one, that's actually a really good question and I genuinely can't remember. I'm sure I'll remember it later though."

All Might: "Quit playing around."

Tsukauchi exhales. He knows this is gonna be a long day.

Tsukauchi: "Where do you live? Your address?"

Doctor: "The blue box."

Tsukauchi: "Your job?"

The doctor shrugs his shoulders.

All Might: "Stop being ridiculous."

Tsukauchi: "You're not helping your case."

Tsukauchi: "Ok, then what were you doing at the USJ?"

The Doctor: "I don't know, I can't control where I crash or it wouldn't be a crash now would it?"

Tsukauchi: "Ok, so you were piloting it?"

The Doctor: "And?"

Tsukauchi: "How is it able to fly?"

The Doctor: "You wouldn't be able to understand." The Doctor says before crossing his arms.

Tsukauchi: "Try us."

The Doctor: "Ha… funny because now that I think about it, even I can't understand. Or I just can't remember. You know? Post regeneration does take a bit of a toll."

Tsukauchi: "Ok? What is it then?"

The Doctor: "It's a police box, can't you read?"

Tsukauchi: "It's not just a police box. We both know that so tell us what it is."

Tsukauchi: "Then why is it virtually indestructible."

The 11th Doctor chuckles

Doctor: "Maybe you're just weak. I don't know. What if it is? It's not a weapon"

All Might: "It can be."

Tsukauchi takes a pause before continuing.

Tsukauchi: "We found these in your possession."

Tsukauchi puts a wallet with a blank piece of paper inside it on the table. A small, thin metal cylinder with a blue glass tip, and a key that was broken into multiple pieces bending in different directions.

Tsukauchi: "What are these?"

Doctor: "They're my stuff."

Tsukauchi exhales in annoyance.

Tsukauchi: "We know but what do they do?"

Tsukauchi picks up the Sonic Screwdriver as the other 2 weren't as eye-catching.

Tsukauchi: "Starting off with this, what does this do?"

The doctor sits forward and crosses his hands.

The Doctor: "It's a torch. Look there's a button, press it, go ahead."

Tsukauchi presses the button and the Sonic Screwdriver emits a blue glow accompanied by a sound that Tsukauchi and All Might find a bit annoying.

All Might: "Pretty weak light for a torch"

Tsukauchi: "Ok then, what does the key unlock?"

Doctor: "It's the key to the blue box."

Tsukauchi is annoyed at the fact it was completely destroyed.

Tsukauchi: "Do you not have a backup key of some sort?"

Doctor: "No, only ever need one."

All Might: "You might want to reconsider that."

Tsukauchi: "Alright… next question."

Tsukauchi: "What's your quirk?"

Doctor: "Well, I like to think of myself as funny, outgoing, confident, and sexy."

All Might: "Don't play dumb."

Doctor: "Well, I don't know! What do you mean by quirk then?"

Tsukauchi: "Do you seriously not know what a quirk is?"

Doctor: "Am I supposed to?"

All Might: "Yes."

Doctor: "Well, I don't."

All Might: "That's ridiculous, you must have some kind of durability quirk where you're able to make objects much more durable."

Doctor: "Ahhh you got me. That's how I was able to build that blue box…. now can I go home?"

Tsukauchi: "No, you can't. Now let's continue"

Tsukauchi: "Ok, so what are you to the league of villains?"

The Doctor leans forward. Slightly more serious this time.

Doctor: "Are they the bad guys? Tell me more about them."

All Might: "We're the ones asking the question. What are you to the league of villains?"

The Doctor then leans straight back onto his seat.

Doctor: "I'm nothing to them, I don't even know who they are."

The interrogation goes on for longer with more questions being answered that I can't remember or something more ridiculous before eventually concluding.

Tsukauchi then stands up, annoyed at the man they were interrogating and the time he wasted

Tsukauchi: "Alright, time's up."

Doctor: "Does that mean I can go?"

Tsukauchi: "Not yet, you'll be released in 96 hours if no further evidence is found and we'll have another interrogation tomorrow to see whether you can recall anything then but for now an officer will take you to a cell to spend the night."

Tsukauchi: "And All Might, you can come by tomorrow if you want."

All Might: "I'm busy tomorrow but tell me if you find anything interesting."

Tsukauchi: "Alright then, have a good night."

All Might: "You too."
