The Doctor and I got the system ready. After nodding to him that the rope was secure, I looked to the incomplete team, "You heard the good Doctor! No man left behind!" The team jumped down as I used another makeshift rappel system and we descended into what could be described only as a monument to all of our sins.
{Moments before the Breach}
My helmet automatically activated its Thermal Imaging as I made it to the ground. The team had already landed, their auras flashing as they landed from their freefall. I noticed a large group of humanoid Heat Signatures by a bunch of clustered signatures packed onto an idle train. I marked the zone with a waypoint before I lost access to the mini map. I came to a gentle stop as I finished my descent and informed the team of my findings, still facing in the direction of the hostiles.
"Counted at least 20 Fang units down there, and that's not counting whatever is on that train they got over there. Heat signatures look like mechanized forces as well as high-grade explosives... My theory is unfortunately true, and that means that if Red has been captured, then they're going to launch the train soon." I turned to the group after gesturing in the hostile's direction; Red's weapon held in Yellow's hands "If the Fang manage to punch through... It'll be Moutain Glenn all over again... Professor, nonlethal may not be an option here... Especially if they..." The uncertain fate of Red went unsaid
The Professor face darkened, Yellow's eyes went red with anger... and dreaded fear... I saw that same fear in my mother's eyes before she died, and I knew that Red was related to Yellow in a way. I resummoned my Semblance checking the chamber once more, and Black's eyes widened. Weiss drew her weapon, a dark expression on her face...
The Professor spoke, his voice dangerously cool, "Lets go..." He held his weapon the way one would hold a missile launcher. Black nodded to me as Weiss and Yellow moved followed the Professor, I nodded back and broke out into a sprint to keep up with the group.

"Somebody kill her!" I popped out of cover to open fire on the Fang as they shot at Red, the kid was still alive...
A few Fang went down with holes in their heads as Red made it to Yellow.
"Ruby!" Yellow's relief filled voice filled the space to my side as she checked Ruby for any wounds.
Weiss looked over to Ruby, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, I'm fine Yang! But Torchwick's got all sorts of weapons and robots down there!" Yang handed Ruby her weapon.
Black took cover as the White Fang focused fire on her, "Wait what?"
"Andoirds, Mechs, they're all loaded up on the train cars!" Ruby popped out of cover to take a shot at a Fang, she froze for a second when she saw the ones I killed. and looked over to me with confused betrayal as I popped out of cover to take out another one. "What..."
An explosive broke against my starting to fail cover, "Red... this was always going to happen... This is what I warned you of. This was an inevitability-! " I jumped behind another piece of rubble as another explosion shattered my old cover, "Out here its kill or be killed! And I'm not dying, not yet!" my voice carried a despair as Ruby watched me kill another person. I threw a Grenade I scavenged off of a Fang and threw it at the enemy, 6 of them got caught in the blast, 2 got up. Both of them fell back down after my weapon barked 3 times. The team moved up, knocking out the Fang when they could, before I could take my shot.
The train started moving as they knocked out the last of the deployed Fang units. I broke into a dead run and reinforced my legs with aura. Ruby soon shot past, trying to call someone on her scroll. She was the first to board the train. I wasn't the last to get onboard either, that would be Yellow.
{Mt Glenn Underground, minutes before The Breach}
I looked at the Fang member that the Professor knocked out and followed them onto the roof. The Ruby's Team looked at me with disturbed disgust, the Professor however was busy opening the caboose's roof.
He quickly stood up before I could say anything to them, "I wasn't expecting them to go easy on us but still..." The item in the Caboose lit up and began beeping, "Time to go! Blake! Detach the Caboose! It will kill us all!" Shit, the Fang really were going all out here... The group moved to the next car as hostile forces began to approach, we moved forward fighting our way through.
I was about to join them on the next car when the Train Car I was on detached on its own, its breaks screeching as the train shot ahead. Shouts of alarm rang out as the train began to leave me behind. The other three had gone into the cars to get to the front and the Professor and Zwei were occupied with defeating a Mech.
"LUX NOO!" Ruby looked at me with horrified shock in her eyes, she was about to watch me perish... A silver light stirred within us both, but we didn't know it yet... The Professor turned to us after knocking the paladin off the flatbed in front of us.
No, I ruined her innocence, I still have to apologize... I can't die here, not yet... I got as much of a running start as I could and poured aura into my legs and jumped. I reached out to them, and knew it wouldn't be enough, the silver light began drifting from my irises again, and it gleamed beneath the surface of Ruby's eyes, I felt my aura shift on its own, felt a wait manifest on my outstretched arm, a hook shot from it, and dug into concrete roof above us, the grappling hook pulled me the until I I reached the halfway point...
[GRAPPLESHOT]
The momentum was enough for me to grab onto the edge of the Flatbed Car. I almost lost my grip before Ruby and the Professor pulled me up, we felt the shockwave from the Car's explosion and I looked to the new device on my arm... I clenched a fist and the hook was reeled the rest of the way back. My aura was in the red.
I spoke, "Thanks for the save kid..."
Ruby composed herself for a moment, still a bit shaken, "No problem." We both looked to the front of the train to see two Paladins rise in challenge.
I drew my sniper and got ready when the Professor stepped in front of us. "Both of you, regroup with your team. I have a feeling they'll need you..."
"But-" Ruby was cut off by the Professor.
"Go on ahead. Besides, its time... I teach them a lesson!" Zwei looked to Ruby for permission, Ruby nodded.
We made it to the top of the engine, the train had no brakes and we were about to crash through the quarantine wall... Ruby and Weiss nodded to each other and we were all suddenly encased in ice, everything went black with a horrid sound of metal crashing, and breaking through stone...
{Vale, The Breach}
I woke to the blaring alarms of my suit, combined with the city's disaster sirens. My Aura was down, but was slowly recovering. My Grapple shot and Magnum both returned to the void they resided in when not in use... I looked around to see and hear the screams as Grimm cut through civilians as if they were farmers reaping wheat... just like-just like-
HOME BURNING BROKEN MOM PLEASE GET UP-
I drew a rusty machete, and an old, damaged pistol. Not again...
My face hardened with resolve...
I WON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN...
My eyes filled with silver Light as my Aura shot back up, and infused itself into the once Lucent Weapons...
