Hey… how are you guys? Hehehe…

Took… quite a while, huh?

Okay, I won't beat around the bush: the last month was a bit off for me. The passing of Kevin Conroy and Jason David Frank hurt. They were my childhood, so hearing them pass away was a hard pill to swallow.

Still, I did promise to continue to reboot, especially with how batshit crazy things are going with season six of My Hero. I can't wait to get to that part of the story… in the next ten years or so.

That was a joke. More like five years.

In all seriousness, I am sorry it took a while. There were just things in life I had to deal with, so that had to be done first. But now that 2022 is about to finish, I figured I might as well update the story that, for some reason, has the most followers.

This chapter is for you guys, so I hope you enjoy.

'U.A High, the next day'

"Alright, everyone take your seats." Aizawa said in his usual blank tone as his students began to take the seats they were assigned to. Though U.A. High was one of the best Hero Schools in the world, it was still a school, so the teachers began to teach their students usual subjects like math, english and science, to help them with general education. While most of the students thought learning these subjects were a waste of time, others chose to just accept it as it would help them grow as Heroes to be. Reaching into his desk, Eraserhead pulled out a blue book with the U.A. insignia on it. "Take out your History book and turn to page 55." The students pulled out their books and began to turn the pages to the assigned reading.

"Ummm, Mr. Aizawa? Are you sure we should be reading this?" Ochaco said with a hint of reluctance as she and the others read the title page.

CHAPTER 12: THE HERO OF THE WORLD, MR. SATAN

"Do we REALLY need to read about this crap?" Bakugo asked with an annoyed tone. "It's a waste of freaking time."

"Yeah. Can't we do more fun tests?" Mina Ashido, the pink girl, asked with a frown.

"Enough." Aizawa firmly told his class with a glare, making any more complaints stop cold. Seeing this, he let out a deep sigh. "Look, it's important for all of you to get a proper education. Quirks may be something common now, but things like math and science are also important for hero work. Plus, learning from the past is a good way to hone your knowledge so you won't make the same mistakes."

Everyone in the class could see the logic in reading the chapter, even though they had some reservations in regards to a certain 'event' it may talk about.

"Midoriya, can you read the chapter for the class?" Aizawa asked the green haired teen, who nodded.

"Y-Y-Yes s-sir." Gulping out of embarrassment, Izuku opened his book and took a deep breath. "At the beginning of the Quirk Era, many individuals began to use their newly found powers irresponsibly, so much so that the police forces of the world could not hold them due to the lack of necessary equipment. The introduction of heroes had brought a sense of stability to the world, though strange instances had occurred over the past few years, such as the strange armored invaders."

'Oh… Vegeta and Nappa…' Gohan thought to himself with a sweatdrop, recalling how much damage the two Saiyans caused during their quest for the Dragon Balls.

"However, no situation had prepared the world for the arrival of a creature who single handedly caused the world to panic." Everyone soon turned the page in their book, only to widen their eyes at the picture the page had.

It was a humanoid-bug hybrid with a black and green color scheme, large head, long black wings, pink eyes and a very arrogant smirk.

"CELL?!" Almost everyone in 1-A shouted in unison, completely caught off guard by the picture.

"I know it's a very personal issue to discuss. Many of you were probably still in elementary school when Cell made his broadcast." Aizawa said to the class, his tone laced with sympathy. He may have been a strict teacher, but even Shouta Aizawa knew when something went too far, such as the discussion of Cell. "If you want, I'll read the next page." As he was about to read from his own book, Aizawa's eye caught something that surprised him.

Son Gohan, the strange prodigy of 1-A, had a look of genuine anger as he looked at the picture of Cell, his hands tightening his grip on the book to the point it might tear apart.

"Gohan? Are you alright?" Aizawa asked with a small hint of concern. Some of the other students turned towards the son of Goku, wondering what was going on. "If you need to step outside for a minute, you can."

Feeling everyone's eyes on him, Gohan relaxed and looked at Aizawa. "Sorry, Mister Aizawa. I'm okay now." Gohan reassured him with a forced smile. He knew he was acting rather strange, but considering how much Cell haunted him and the Z-Fighters, it was understandable he would be more than a little angry.

"Okay, then. Anyone else?" Aizawa looked at his students and saw no one was leaving the room. Taking it as a sign to continue, Aizawa began to read the next chapter. "A creature known as Cell appeared, consuming the lives of 15,000 people, including 250 pro heroes. No matter who was sent to stop him, whether they be hero or military, Cell continued to bring destruction anywhere he went. With the absence of All Might and the open announcement for the Cell Games, it seemed as though all was lost."

"I remember watching the news on TV." Kirishima spoke up with a frown.

"Yeah… I had nightmares for a week." Toru shuttered in fear. The rest of the class was dead silent, even Bakugo seemed to be uncharacteristically quiet. It just showed how terrifying Cell was for all of them.

'All Might didn't fight Cell? Wait…' Izuku thought to himself, recalling what his mentor told him regarding his injury. 'That's right. He must have gotten hurt before he had the chance to fight.'

'Damn you, Cell!' Gohan thought in anger, seeing how the biological android had affected all his classmates. 'I hope you're burning in hell!'

Everyone turned to the next page, which had a picture of a muscle-bound man with puffy black hair, a bushy mustache, small scruffs of hair on his face and black hair. He wore a red Gi with white pants, a matching colored belt and black and white shoes. For some reason, this man had his mouth open wide while throwing two peace signs in the air.

"However, one man stood against this monster. His name is Hercule Satan, the world's 'savior.'" The students noticed the annoyed tone coming from their teacher, which confused them. "Despite being born Quirkless, Satan was able to become the world's number one martial artist and was selected to stop Cell."

"Aww man. Mr. Satan's so awesome!" Kaminari called out with a big grin.

"I hear he's as strong as All Might." Ochaco added with her own smile.

"Do you honestly believe he of all people stopped Cell?" Aizawa questioned the class with a serious tone, much to their surprise. "The first time he tried to fight, Cell sent him flying into a mountain with a slap. It's honestly a surprise he's even alive at this point. It doesn't matter how much you train your body. Against a monster like Cell, a Quirkless person wouldn't have stood a chance."

"Wonder who THAT reminds me of?" Bakugo not-so-subtly said, glaring at Izuku.

"So, if you don't think Mr. Satan beat Cell, then who did?" Jirou couldn't help but ask Aizawa, who instructed the class to turn to the next page.

"This is…" Gohan's eyes widened as he saw an image of the Z-Warriors on the page, including both his father and himself while in their Super Saiyan form.

"Iida, continue for us." Aizawa instructed.

"Of course, sir!" Iida declared before he looked at the page. "While many believe Mr. Satan destroyed Cell, some theorize that was not the case as evident from the broadcast being cut. Eight unknown warriors arrived to battle Cell, though only two of them had fought. One was a man in an orange gi and the other was a young boy with a purple gi, each with glowing blonde hair. They fought ruthlessly against Cell before all footage of the Cell Games was cut. When the broadcast was revived, only Mr. Satan remained standing, declaring his victory over the monster, while the eight warriors disappeared without a trace. However, because of the newly dubbed 'Golden Warriors' and their determination to stop Cell, many heroes were inspired to continue fighting evil as they did. Some believe the warriors were killed by Cell, others believe that they are still out in the world, training for the next threat. There are even those who believe their actions were merely theatrics done for publicity. Regardless, there are those who still believe in the Golden Warriors to this day and hope that one day, they will get the recognition they deserve."

By the end of the reading, a majority of the class were awestruck by the chapter. To know that there was someone around their age who fought against Cell was inspiring. There were even those who wished to reach the level of courage and heroism the boy had in the future.

"Amazing." Momo muttered with a smile before she turned towards Gohan. But she was surprised by his facial expression. He was smiling, but it wasn't his usual friendly, happy-go-lucky smile. It was a genuine, almost proud smile, like a father seeing his son win the nationals.

"As you can see, age doesn't make you a hero. It's your actions that are important. But in order to do that, you need to know as much as you can from U.A. Let's continue with our lesson." Aizawa then continued class as usual.

'Cafeteria, an hour later'

"Man, I thought we'd never get out of there." Odd said while stretching his arms in the air, feeling his joints pop a bit. Currently, Class 1-A, along with the rest of the students in U.A. High, were having lunch in the rather sizable cafeteria in the middle of the school. Multiple venues were located around the room for the students to gather their lunch from. The Pro Hero Lunch Rush was the head chef of the cafeteria, using their Quirk in order to help feed the next generation of heroes.

"No kidding, but it was still pretty cool to read about those Golden Warriors guys." Kirishima said behind Odd with a grin.

"You have to wonder if they had more than one Quirk." Shoji asked out loud.

"Cell did have multiple Quirks from what I saw, ribbit." Tsuyu chimed in with a curious tone.

"But still, they kicked Cell's butt! Imagine if we can do that." Ochaco said while thrusting her fists with an excited grin. Though she seemed like an easy going person, if there was one thing Ochaco Uraraka liked more than anything: it was badass people. And these Golden Warriors were as cool as All Might. "Say, Deku? What do you think of them?"

"Though it isn't revealed in the book, the Golden Warriors must possess a variety of Quirks to counter a being like Cell. Not only that, but because of the kid's small stature, he must have balanced both athleticism and strategy into battling Cell. Maybe if I studied what kind of fighting style they use, then I can incorporate it to help improve control of my Quirk." In classic Izuku fashion, he began to loudly ponder the information given to him by the history lesson, getting a lot of attention from everyone. His classmates were rather embarrassed with his rambling. Eventually, they were able to get their food and sit at one of the many large tables available to all the students. "Hey, does anyone know where Gohan is?"

"Here I am." An all too familiar voice called out from behind Izuku.

"Hey Goliath, how's-" Before Odd could finish, he and the others were shocked, to say the least. In Gohan's arms were six trays filled with large piles of different food: ranging from noodles to mashed potatoes to even meat. Gohan let out a smile before he sat next to Kirishima, setting down the trays in front of him.

"Time to eat." Giving a quick prayer, Gohan then proceeded to eat his lunch at a polite, yet oddly fast pace. The others at the table couldn't help but watch as Gohan practically devoured everything in front of him like a starving survivor who had been lost in the woods for three months. Just as he was about to eat another riceball, Gohan finally noticed everyone looking at him, much to his confusion. "Is something wrong?"

"Dude, is today your cheat day?" Kaminari couldn't help but ask.

"Huh?" Gohan ate his riceball while giving a confused expression.

"Why the hell do you have so much food? You could feed an entire street with all that!" Kaiminari pointed to Gohan's trays of food. Realizing what he was doing, Gohan finished the riceball before smiling sheepishly.

"Sorry. I guess I was more hungry than I thought." Gohan told them while rubbing the back of his head. "Though, this is pretty much how much I eat back home."

"You eat this much but don't gain weight?! Lucky…" Mina pouted in jealousy. "I bet your family works at a restaurant and you have your own personal chef."

"No. My mom cooks." Gohan answered honestly before he went back to his lunch. Everyone just looked at him for a few moments before eventually giving up. At this point, it was like arguing with a brick wall. Deciding to follow Gohan's lead, the rest of the 1-A group began to eat their own lunches, enjoying Lunch Rush's cooking.

"S-So, Gohan I've been meaning to ask you." Izuku spoke up, getting his friend's attention. "What IS your Quirk exactly?"

"Actually, that's what I wanna know too." Odd asked while putting down his drink, bringing up a closed hand. "I mean back in the entrance exam, you shot lasers from your hands, you're super strong, really fast AND somehow, you can freaking fly." Each time he brought up a skill, Odd brought up a finger to count it down. "So what kind of power do you have? Cause it's kinda like those Golden guys we read about in class."

Almost immediately, the group looked at Gohan with a curious look, especially with the comparison Odd made. After all, when the Cell Games were playing, they saw the young golden boy using the same powers Gohan used.

'Oh crud.' Gohan thought while sweatdropping nervously. He was honestly hoping not to have this kind of talk with his new friends, especially after reading a chapter that SPECIFICALLY mentioned him and the Z-Warriors. 'Okay, think. There has to be a way to shift the conversation.' Racking his brain, Gohan soon remembered a certain thing he learned in regards to Quirks that might get him out of the situation.

"Well, I guess there's no harm in telling you guys." Gohan told everyone with a smile. "My dad has a Quirk that lets him shoot energy beams from his hands while my mom's Quirk allows her to fly in the air, but it requires a lot of concentration. As for my strength and speed, my dad trained me to fight since I was four years old so that I could help people whenever I can." It wasn't a complete lie: Piccolo might have started his martial arts and Ki training, but his dad was able to push him when he returned from space.

"Oh. So it's a Quirk marriage. That explains your powers." Iida responded with a nod of understanding.

"You're lucky, Gohan. To have a Quirk that comes from both your parents is rare." Ochaco complimented.

"Dude, you're so manly." Kirishima closed his eyes as manly tears ran down his cheeks, getting sweatdrops from everyone else.

"Like I told you: the guy's a Gary Stu. What's next? Blowing up a planet? Running faster than light" Odd joked, getting a very nervous smile from Gohan.

"Come on. No one could actually do that." Gohan lied through his teeth. 'Though technically, Frieza had to launch a Death Ball into Namek to blow it up.' He then relaxed and adopted a sincere smile. "But I'm glad I got to come here to be a hero. My dad inspired me and my mom wants to make sure I have a good job. That's why I'm working hard."

His words caused everyone to smile in admiration. For someone who had some rather interesting powers, Son Gohan was surprisingly kind and thoughtful. Not like some pro heroes who would flaunt their powers to the public.

'Wow. He really has the heart of a hero.' Izuku thought as he stared at Gohan with even more admiration before he looked at his tray. 'I wonder… if All Might met him first, would he have gotten One For All? And would he have better control of it than me?' Just that thought alone made Izuku tighten his grip on his chopsticks before he shook his head. 'No! I can't doubt myself now! Otherwise, All Might would've given his power to someone worthless.'

Little did the group know, their conversation was overheard from a certain male with short hair, evenly split between white on his right-side and red on his left, with a burn scar over his left eye. He also had different eye colors: gray on the right and turquoise on the left. Shoto Todoroki, one of the five students in U.A who entered via recommendations, narrowed his eyes at Gohan, who was laughing at a joke Odd made.

'So, there's another person who inherited powers from his parents'. He thought before returning to his lunch. 'It doesn't matter. I'll only use my right side.'

For now, Todoroki decided to keep a close eye on Gohan.

'1-A classroom, half an hour later'

After resting up and eating their lunch, the students were asked to return to their classrooms for Hero Basic training. The students of Class 1-A were silently sitting in their assigned seats, some tapping on their desks while humming a tune while others stared at the door, waiting for their teacher to arrive. It looked like Bakugo would blow up at any second, given that he was a rather impatient guy. However, the wait finally ended when the door opened. "I AM HERE!" Everyone widened their eyes in shock as the #1 Hero All Might was hanging from the door, his cape flapping dramatically. "OPENING THE DOOR LIKE A HERO!"

"I can't believe it's really All Might." Denki was the first to speak with an awed tone.

"So he's our teacher? This year's gonna be awesome!" Kirishima exclaimed while clenching his fist.

"Hey, isn't he wearing his Silver Age costume?" Tsuyu pointed out as All Might marched to the front podium.

"Oh man, I'm getting goosebumps everywhere. It's so retro." Mashirao Ojiro said with a smile.

"This can't be a dream." Odd said before he pulled his tail. He flinched and opened his eyes, only to see All Might still standing there with his usual smile. "Holy crap, it's real!"

While everyone was admiring All Might, Gohan was staring at him with a mix of shock and awe. He was a lot taller than he looked on TV, maybe as tall as Piccolo. Not to mention his power level was rather high, maybe almost on par with Tien. But it wasn't his power or appearance that shocked Gohan. It was his aura. To Gohan, it felt like no matter the problem, with All Might around, everything was gonna be alright.

'It's kinda like how I feel when I'm around dad… dad…' A nostalgic smile crept on Gohan's face as he couldn't help but compare All Might to Goku. Perhaps if they had met, they would've been great friends.

"Welcome to the most important class at U.A. High. Think of it as Heroing 101. Here, you will learn the basics of being a pro. And what it means to fight in the name of justice." All Might kneeled down while flexing his muscles. "Let's get into it." All Might turned around and showed a white card with the word 'BATTLE' in red. "Today's lesson… WILL PULL NO PUNCHES!"

"Fight training!" Bakugo shouted, suddenly getting very excited.

"Real combat?" Izuku muttered in disbelief.

"One of the keys to being a hero is… LOOKING GOOD!" The large Hero suddenly reached into his pocket and took out a Capsule with 1-A on the front. Pressing it, he threw it on the ground, causing it to explode in a small cloud while letting out a 'POP' sound. Before long, several metal boxes with different numbers appeared in front of him, much to everyone's shock. "These were designed for you based on your Quirk registration forms and the request you sent in before school started, with the generous donations from Capsule Corp." Everyone began to cheer about the hero costumes they had received, and from Capsule Corp no less. "Get suited up and meet me at Training Ground Beta!"

"Yes sir!"

'Training Ground Beta'

We now turn our attention to All Might, who is currently standing in the middle of Training Ground Beta, his hands on his hips, waiting for his students to come out with their new costumes. It wasn't long before he began to hear footsteps from the shadows. "They say clothes make the Pros young ladies and gentlemen, and behold YOU are the proof." Stepping out of the shadows first was Katsuki Bakugo, who's Hero Costume consisted of a fitted black sleeveless V-neck tank top with an orange X with the top half bordered by his shirt collar. His costume also has a seemingly metallic neck brace fashioned and used as a collar with three holes in both sides. His sleeves reach from within his large grenade-like gauntlets to his biceps. His belt, which also carries grenades, holds up his baggy pants with knee guards. Underneath those guards are black, knee-high combat boots with orange soles and eyelets. He wears his hero mask that has large, flare-shaped cloth.

Next to him was Ochaco Uraraka, whose Hero Costume consisted of a pink skin-tight suit with detached sleeves, knee-high boots, belt, helmet, collar, and thick, round bracers with handles attached to them.

Walking beside her was Tenya Iida, who also wore his Hero Costume, which had a black one-piece suit with a high collar, over which he wears various pieces of silver-colored armor, including a silver-colored helmet, a metal mask with holes that covers his entire face except his eyes, a metal collar around his neck, a breastplate, decorative mufflers extending back from his midriff, metal vambraces that extend past his elbows, and metal boots.

Walking next to him was the multiple armed male, also known as Mezo Shoji. His Hero Costume consisted of a light blue suit with a dark blue design that ends on his chest, several gray circles on his stomach, a dark blue belt and matching boots.

"Take this to heart: from now on, you are all… HEROES IN TRAINING!" Soon enough, a large majority of the class appeared in front of All Might, each wearing their unique Hero Costumes. "This is getting me all revved up. You look so cool! Now, shall we get started, you bunch of newbies?"

"Ummm, sir? Midoriya and Son haven't arrived yet!" Iida called out with a hand raised high.

"That damn nerd. He better not keep me waiting." Bakugo said while gritting his teeth.

*Tap, tap*

The sound of footsteps caught everyone's attention as they turned around, only to see a figure walk towards them. 'Changing room, a few minutes earlier'

Gohan is seen looking at his box, which contained the number 1 on the front since he was ranked #1 during the tests conducted by Aizawa. Truth be told, he never really thought of what kind of hero outfit he should wear. He normally wore his purple Gi Piccolo gave him, but he felt that wouldn't be as impressive as some of the hero outfits he had seen on TV. "Well, let's see what they sent me." Gohan said to himself as everyone else had already changed. Putting his thumbs on the clamps, Gohan unhinged them before opening the box. However, he was surprised to see that the clothes inside were covered by a black sheet, which had an envelope with the word 'GOHAN' on it. "Someone wrote me a letter?" Curious, Gohan picked up the envelope before opening it, taking out the anonymous letter.

Gohan,

I'm glad you got into U.A., though I shouldn't be surprised since you are Goku's son. Anyways, I noticed you didn't have a design for a Costume, so I took the liberty of making one for you. Sorry if that sounds rude, but I was thinking about how your clothes could affect your performance, so I used the fabric I made for Vegeta's Saiyan Armor while also adding a bit of flair. And since I know you'll wanna go Super Saiyan, I made you a helmet that would keep your identity a secret. I hope you like it and come by sometime. I know Trunks'll be happy.

From, Bulma

The half Saiyan, half Earthling smiled at the letter before putting it in his pocket. He couldn't have asked for a better set of friends than the Z-Fighters. Even if they weren't here, they were still supporting him in spirit. "I wonder what Bulma made." Grabbing the sheet, Gohan pulled it out of the case, only to widen his eyes at the design. "Woah…"

'Present time'

The first thing everyone noticed was that the figure was tall, not as tall as Shoji, but tall regardless. The second thing was what looked like a cape flapping behind the figure. Everyone, even All Might, was surprised when the figure stepped into the light. Their attire consisted of a golden and white helmet with small wing-like accessories on each side that covered their entire face, white optics, a red cape, a green gi with a black bodysuit worn underneath, as well as white gloves and boots.

"Woah…"

"So cool."

"Is that Gohan?" Ochaco walked up to the figure, her hands clapped together. The newcomer turned towards Ochaco, as if acknowledging her question.

"That's right."Gohan answered, though his voice was slightly filtered through the helmet.

"Dude, now that's a Hero Costume." Odd said with a whistle. For his Hero costume, Odd wore a full body purple suit with an orange circle on his chest, long purple boots, light blue see through shoulder pads like Aelita, and two pink streaks, one on each cheek. The cat man put his hands on his hips while smirking. "What, slip in an extra 50 bucks to get that helmet?"

"Hehehe, no. This helmet just came with the costume."Gohan replied before the optics blinked, as if copying Gohan's eyes.

"Impressive. The scientists at Capsule Corp are most impressive with the design." Tenya said with heavy respect. "Even your optics follow the movement of your eyes." As some of the students gushed about Gohan's design, Bakugo was too busy glaring at him.

'Stupid nerd. Just cause he's got a fancy helmet doesn't mean shit. I'll wipe the floor with him.' He thought while clenching his fist.

"Oh, that costume is very interesting, young Son. Fitting for a Hero in Training!" All Might declared before letting out a loud laugh. "But now, all that's left is young-"

"I'm here, I'm here!" Everyone turned to the entrance as the last member of their class was running towards them. However, as the person ran in, everyone couldn't help but be mildly put off by their attire. The person wore a green full-body jumpsuit with a red belt, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves, along with red boots. He also wore a mask with long ear-like protrusions that resembled All Might's haircut, and a respirator with a smile on it. Izuku Midoriya was the one wearing this costume, standing tall and proud, though everyone had a different opinion on his attire.

'Bunny?' Almost everyone thought as they compared Izuku to a cute bunny rabbit, mostly due to his ears. Gohan and Uraraka walked up to Izuku, each adopting a smile, though the former's helmet prevented them from seeing it.

"Wow, hey Deku. I love your costume." Ochaco was the first to greet him with an honest tone.

"Uraraka and… Gohan?!" Izuku asked with a surprised tone.

"Yup, that's me. Gotta say, I like the costume, Izuku. Really fits you."Gohan gave his friend a thumbs up, being okay with how he resembled a rabbit.

"O-Oh, t-thanks. You guys l-look cool too." The green haired boy glanced at Uraraka and blushed madly at how tight it looked. While he was no pervert by any means, to see a girl's curves so exposed through a costume was sending his mind spiraling.

"Yeah, I should've been more specific about what I wanted." Ochaco rubbed her head with an embarrassed blush. "This body suit's so tight. Not really my style." Mineta took a look at Ochaco's clothes before giving a thumbs up.

"I love this school…" The short boy declared genuinely.

"Wow Gohan. That's so cool!" Toru spoke up from behind Gohan, who began to turn around.

"Thanks, Toru. What does-" Just as Gohan turned to the invisible girl, he saw a pair of floating light blue gloves and sneakers. "Ummm….."

"What's wrong?" The invisible girl crossed her arms, her gloved hands resting on her elbows.

"W-Where's the rest of your outfit?"Gohan asked with a small stutter, getting a giggle from Toru.

"You're looking at it. I wouldn't be sneaky if I wore too much, right?" Toru teasingly told him, unaware of the effect her words had on him.

'Hang on, if all she has are her gloves and shoes, then… then… THEN!' Slowly, Gohan's optics widened as his helmet suddenly turned bright red at the realization, which seemed very odd.

He was standing in front of a NAKED GIRL! Granted, she WAS invisible, but the fact she didn't have anything else on made Gohan blush madly.

"Hey, you okay?" Toru stepped forward, snapping Gohan out of it as he began flailing his arms at a rapid pace.

"Nononono! E-Everything's fine! No need to worry, hahahaha."Gohan told her with a nervous laugh, kind of taking a page from Izuku. Speaking of Izuku, All Might took the opportunity to look at his Costume and he immediately began to compare facts.

Fact 1: the appendages on Izuku's head resembled All Might's hair.

Fact 2: Izuku's mouth guard looked a lot like All Might's grin. The Pro Hero couldn't help but turn away while covering his mouth.

"You're so obvious…" All Might whispered while trying to suppress a groan before he looked back at the class. "Now that you're ready, it's time for combat training."

"Excuse me, Sir." Iida called out with his hand raised. "This is the fake city from our entrance exam. Does that mean we'll be conducting urbane battles again?"

"Not quite. I'm going to move all of you two steps ahead." All Might explained. "Most of the villain fights you see on the news take place outside. However, statistically speaking, run-ins with the most dastardly evildoers take place indoors. Think about it: backroom deals, home invasions, secret underground lairs. Truly intelligent criminals stay hidden in the shadows. For this training exercise, you'll be split into teams of good guys and bad guys and fight two on two indoor battles."

"Isn't this a little advanced?" Tsuyu asked, wearing a green and black skin tight suit with yellow linings which imitate a frog's skin markings. She also wears goggles, gloves, and boots with a frog-like design while tilting her head.

"The best training is what you get on the battlefield. But remember, you can't just punch a robot this time. You're dealing with actual people now." All Might reminded everyone with a finger raised.

"Sir, will you be the one deciding who wins?" Momo asked, wearing a red leotard-like vest with silver linings and edges and matching red boots. She sports a gold utility belt that matches a band that goes across her chest. Her vest leaves space open from the center of the collar to the waist above the belt. This leaves much of Momo's skin exposed, including the area from her stomach to her chest and her arms and legs as well. As soon as Gohan laid eyes on her, his blush returned and despite Momo wearing some clothes, it was still embarrassing how much skin she was showing.

'Then again, she really does look go-WHY AM I THINKING THAT?!' Gohan screams internally while shaking his head.

"How much can we hurt the other team?"

"Do we need to worry about the losers getting expelled like earlier?"

"Will we be splitting up based on chance or comparative skill?" One by one, many of the students began throwing question after question to their teacher.

"Listen up." All Might's voice was able to stop their questions, much to his own relief. "The situation is this: the villains have hidden a nuclear missile somewhere in their hideout. The Heroes must try to foil their plans. To do that, the good guys either have to catch the villains or recover the weapon. Likewise, the bad guys succeed if they protect their payload or capture the Heroes."

'Wow, it sounds like a classic action movie setup.' Izuku thought as All Might took out a large yellow box with the word 'LOTS' on it.

"Time's limited, and we'll choose teams by drawing lots." All Might informed them.

"All Might, sir?" This time, Gohan raised his hand to get his teacher's attention. "Sorry to ask, but there's twenty two of us in class. If teams of two are facing each other, then logically, there would be one team with no opponent."

At that moment, the class realized that Gohan was right. Had the number of students been twenty four, then everything would be fine. But since it was twenty two, then they needed to figure something out.

"Very observant, young Son!" All Might complimented Gohan before he gestured to the box. "But I did think about that. So to make things fair for everyone, one team of Heroes will have three members while one team of Villains have another three. If three students have the same letter, then they are a team."

Thanks to All Might's explanation, they were able to understand the situation. While having one team of three heroes or villains did seem mildly unfair, it would be random and given how unpredictable battles would become, that had to prepare for the worst.

"Time to draw!" For the next few minutes, several teams were chosen for the test, each representing a letter.

Team A: Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka

Team B: Mezo Shoji and Shoto Todoroki

"Wow, what are the chances?!" Ochaco cheered while getting up close with Izuku, who blushed heavily. "We're a team!"

'Oh my gosh, I have to make a good impression on her!' Izuku thought while trying to calm himself down.

"Awesome! We're on the same team!" Toru exclaimed while putting a hand on Gohan and Ojiro's shoulders. "Now we're unstoppable!"

"Hehehe. That's a bit much, don't you think?" Ojiro asked with a nervous chuckle before he smiled at Gohan. "Still, it's great working with you, Son."

"Same to you. But you can just call me Gohan." Gohan replied before the two shook hands. 'Huh. His Ki is above average. From the way he's dressed, he might be a martial artist too.'

Next to All Might were two boxes, one white and one black, with the words 'HERO' and 'VILLAIN' respectively.

"I declare that the first team of the fight will be….." Reaching into both boxes, All Might pulled out two balls, with the Hero ball having B and the Villain ball having I. "THESE GUYS! Team B will be the Heroes while Team I will be the Villains." Everyone else can head to the monitoring room to watch."

"Yes sir." Most of the class went off to enter the monitor room, save for All Might and the members of teams I and B.

"This way, please." All Might instructed the two teams before they went off to their assigned buildings.

Gohan looked at his hand for a moment before clenching it, a look of determination on his face.

'Let's do this.'

'Battle Building A'

Team I was currently inside one of the empty buildings in training ground Gamma, standing in front of a rather large fake bomb. Despite this whole exercise being a ruse, the team had to admit the bomb looked genuinely real.

Toru Hagakure was taking this chance to look around the room like a curious child, trying to pass the time.

Mashirao Ojiro was taking deep breaths with his eyes closed, mentally preparing himself for the coming battle. The way he was stretching his body kind of reminded Gohan of Tien and Chiaotzu.

'Who knows? Maybe if they met, Tien and Chiatozu would be good teachers for Mashirao.' Gohan thought with a fond look on his face, though of course, no one could see it with his helmet on.

Speaking of Gohan, he was simply standing in front of the bomb, recalling the information All Might had given him and Team B.

'So our job as villains is to keep the heroes away from the bomb or to subdue them within a time limit. Considering how big the building is, it would probably take the heroes some time to find the bomb, especially with three of us in here. Still, besides myself, we don't have anyone who can fight at long range. Then again, these are closed quarters, so fighting hand to hand would be the best option.' Gohan thought thoroughly in his mind, arms crossed.

"Okay, guys. It's time." Toru suddenly spoke up, getting the attention of her two male teammates.

"Time for what?" Gohan asked before Toru began to remove her gloves, much to his and Ojiro's confusion. "Ummm…"

"I'm gonna take all my clothes and totally disappear. They'd never suspect that." Toru reasoned before taking off her shoes, leaving her completely invisible… save for her earpiece.

"Oh. Cool." Ojiro replied with a strained smile before he turned away. 'Hagakure's using her Quirk to our advantage, but having a naked girl around is kinda awkward.'

"T-That's a good plan, Toru. Good job." Gohan told her with a thumbs up, staring right in her direction. The benefit of Ki sense is he is able to sense where the invisible girl is, even though his eyes can't track her.

"J-Just don't look too much, okay? It's really embarrassing." Toru meekly asked the two, getting them to sweatdrop before she put her things away.

"While we're talking, we should have a strategy meeting." Gohan suggested while motioning the two to come closer, which they did. "If we're going to fight as a team, we need to talk about our strengths and how we can use them."

"Agreed. Considering that Todoroki's one of our opponents, we shouldn't take this lightly." Ojiro confessed with a serious tone. He then lifted his tail up. "As you can see, my Quirk is called Tail and it's pretty much a third arm in a sense. I can use it for defense or offense, which combined with my martial arts, makes me a good close quarters fighter."

"And my Quirk is Invisibility. With that, I can sneak anywhere or behind anyone without them noticing me!" Toru cheered happily.

"My Quirk is… Energy." Gohan lied to them while opening a hand, creating a ball of Ki. "It lets me draw out my inner energy into attacks. I can also use it to fly and give me super strength and super speed."

"Wow… it's so pretty…" Toru muttered as she got closer to the Ki ball, though due to the fact she was completely naked, Gohan moved his hand away, causing the ball to disappear. "Awww. Party pooper."

"So now that we know who does what, how should we go about protecting the bomb?" Ojiro questioned his team.

"Well, if it's alright with you guys, I'd like you to stay together in this room." Gohan asked them kindly. "Since Mashirao is good at fighting up close, I think he should be the one protecting the bomb. But Toru, you can give him back up since our opponents won't be able to find you while you're… clothesless." Saying the word 'naked' felt very awkward for Gohan at that moment, so he decided to use another word.

Ojiro actually blinked a bit in surprise at how casually Gohan addressed him. "Ummm, that's a good plan, Son. But what about you?"

Gohan smiled under his helmet while looking at the martial artist. "I'll go down there and fight the heroes head on. Since I have more versatility with my Quirk, they'd have to split up so they wouldn't lose. Oh, and you can just call me Gohan."

*BEEP*

The sound of an airhorn rang through the area, indicating that it was time for the Heroes vs Villain training to begin.

"Here we go." Gohan began to sense his opponent's below. 'Okay… it feels like they're both entering the building, though they stopped.'

"Gohan, why are you just standing there?" Toru asked in confusion as she and Ojiro stared at the half Saiyan.

'Weird. It feels like one of them is leaving the building. But why would they-'

"Huh?" Ojiro let out a breath, only to actually see it in front of him. Almost as if they were in the cold…

"LOOK OUT!" Gohan quickly turned his heel and rushed towards his teammates, a wave of ice and frost engulfing everything and everyone inside.

'Several floors down'

Shoto Todoroki didn't find any excitement nor disdain for this exercise.

He knew U.A. would make him and his class go through certain situations to prepare them for their futures as Pro Heroes.

Still, what annoyed him mildly about it was the fact some of the students were acting like this was some big game of dress up. Given his childhood, Shoto took being a hero a bit more seriously than others, though that was so he could spite a certain person in his life.

So when he was paired with Mezo Shoji, it gave him enough of an advantage to finish this exercise with little to no effort. Once Shoji told him where his opponents were located, Shoto used his Quirk to completely freeze the inside of the building so everyone inside was immobile and his team would be victorious.

'Then again, Son is an unpredictable factor. Ojiro and Hagakure's Quirks are obvious, though Son is someone whose abilities have yet to be seen' Shoto thought to himself as he continued to walk though the halls of the building. His hero costume consisted of a white shirt with matching colored pants, white boots, a yellowish pack on his back and for some reason, he had completely frozen the left side of his body, with his left eye glowing red.

Even if he didn't see what Son Gohan could do apart from what he overheard during lunch, there was no way he could have avoided-

"It took you long enough."

Shoto stopped in his tracks as he saw a shadowy figure several feet in front of him, leaning against the wall rather casually, despite the fact the area was frozen.

"I admit, I didn't expect you to have such a strong Quirk, let alone one that could freeze an entire building. Then again, you were able to get into U.A. through recommendations, so you had to be strong." The figure continued to speak before they stepped away from the wall, making their way towards Shoto.

'So, he really was able to escape.' Shoto thought as he narrowed his eyes at the figure, who was able to step into the light to become visible.

Son Gohan stared at his opponent, his optics narrowing ever so slightly as his cape fluttered slightly from the breeze.

"Now… let's see what you got, hero."

Wow. What a way to end the chapter, am I right?

I'm pretty sure we all know Gohan isn't going to be beat by Shoto, especially if this is season one Shoto Todoroki. But considering what Shoto overheard about Gohan and the things I have planned between the two, I figured I might as well have them face off now to show the gap between them.

Now, I'm sure you guys are wondering why I decided to put Gohan on a team with Mashirao Ojiro and Toru Hagakure. Well to put it simply: I feel like he would be good friends with Ojiro considering they're both martial arts and are humble as hell.

As for Toru… I just think their dynamic would be adorable. So I guess you can consider those two a part of the Gohan squad. Plus, I want to give them a lot more screen time considering they rarely get any in the manga(my boi Shoji and Koda did great in the last few chapters!)

Hopefully next year, I can post more updates for this story, though I would appreciate it if you guys didn't spam me to update on my other stories(they know who I'm talking about). 2022 is about to be done. Let's hope 2023 is a bit better.
