Alison's Point of View
We stepped out of the dark corridor and into the area of Radiant Gardens with the fountains. Ienzo was standing just a few feet away from us and spotted us quickly. "Aly, this is-" Vanitas began.
"Alison! You're alright! Thank goodness," Ienzo gasped.
I ran to Ienzo without hesitation. I didn't care what Vanitas would say about him. I trusted Ienzo one hundred percent. I hugged him before quickly turning back to Vanitas and preparing myself for a fight.
"Okay, clearly, you already know," Vanitas said.
"I found her in the Realm of Darkness. She said she was alone, so I told her to wait for me, but when I returned, she wasn't there. I had hoped one of you found her," Ienzo explained to Vanitas.
I turned back to Ienzo in shock. "Wait, you wanted them to find me?"
"Ienzo is who we're contacting when we have information. I didn't realize that he was the one who approached you back in the Realm of Darkness. I probably would have listened to you if I did," Vanitas said.
"I- oh," Was all I could say.
Ienzo hugged me longer. "I'm so relieved that you're safe. I'm glad you both didn't come here earlier. Xigbar was here."
"Xigbar? What was he doing here?" Vanitas snapped.
"I'll tell you in due time," Ienzo assured him.
I pulled away. "Is Brittany around? She was in Radiant Gardens, right?" I asked.
Ienzo didn't say anything.
"Hey, what happened to Brittany?" I pressed.
Ienzo let out a sigh. "Braig came and said that if she didn't willingly become the Organization's prisoner, she would never be able to speak with you on good terms again. Brittany found out that I didn't tell her that you were with Xehanort and ran off. I don't know where she is now. I'm going to try to find her, but should she end up in The Castle That Never Was, look out for each other."
"I would, but let's hope it doesn't come to that," I shuddered. A thought occurred to me. "If they want Brittany, do you think they'll try to get Molly, too?!"
"I would imagine that would be their goal. Xehanort has told you what makes you three special, I assume?" Ienzo questioned.
"Yes. Where is Molly now?" I asked.
"I heard Xigbar mentioning that she ran away. She figured out how to turn her keyblade into her glider, and she's traveling to other worlds now," Vanitas mentioned.
Ienzo's worried expression mirrored my own. "Why didn't you say something sooner?!" I screamed.
Ienzo shushed me harshly before looking around. "That was very pertinent information. How long have you known?" Ienzo snapped.
"I heard about it today, but it slipped my mind. Look, we don't know where she is, so maybe it's for the best right now. She would be easier to find if she stayed with her parents because the Organization knows who they would go to. At least now, she's entirely unpredictable," Vanitas pointed out.
"She's just a little kid! She can't be on her own," I fretted.
"Alright, alright. There isn't much we can do about it for now. Alison, I promise we'll find Molly. If she were to fall into the Organization's clutches, I'm sure it would be Sora's top priority to bring Molly back. To an extent, Vanitas is right. Let's just hope her knowledge of the worlds is enough that she'll get by," Ienzo said.
"What happens, now?" I questioned.
"I'm going back to the castle to get help finding Brittany. You should go home and keep an eye out for her. If she arrives at the castle, you need to tell me as soon as possible," Ienzo stated.
"Right. Alison, we should get back," Vanitas decided.
The thought of returning to The Castle That Never Was frightened me. "I don't know if I can."
"Ally, it's alright. I wish we could have prepared you better, but I know you're strong enough. I'll see you again. I promise," Ienzo assured me.
I nodded and wiped the tears from my eyes. Vanitas opened a dark corridor, and we went back.
