Brittany's Point of View
After Fairy Godmother talked to us, Mal, Evie, Carlos, PJ, and I went back to my dorm. Mal was looking in her spell book, Evie was doing her homework, and Carlos and I were looking on his computer. Eventually, Jay walked into the room with a tourney shirt on. He showed it off to us. Carlos whistled. "Nice." I cheered. "Did your plan work with Jane? You going over to see the wand?" Jay wondered. "Do you think that I would be going through every single spell in this book if I hadn't completely struck out?" Mal huffed. "Well someone is in a bad mood." Carlos growled. "My mom's counting on me! I can't let her down!" Mal groaned, tapping Carlos on his head. "We can do this... if we stick together." Jay encouraged. "And we won't go back, until we do. Cause we're rotten." Mal stated. "To the core." Everyone but Mal and I said. I looked at Carlos.
"Just something we did on the Isle." He explained. "Oh yeah, I found out that Fairy Godmother blesses Ben with the wand at Coronation and we all get to go. I have nothing to wear of course." Evie mentioned. There was a knock at the door.
"What?" Evie huffed. "Hold that thought." Mal said, going to get the door. I saw over her that it was Ben.
"Hey, Mal. I didn't talk to you guys today, I was just wondering if you had any questions or- anything- that you needed?" Ben asked. "Not that I know of." Mal sighed, looking at us to make sure. We all shook our heads or shrugged.
"Okay. Alright. Well, uh, if you need anything, just uh..." He said, starting to leave. "Oh, wait! Um, is it true that we all get to go to your coronation?" She asked. "Yeah, the whole school goes." Ben confirmed. "Wow. That is beyond exciting. Do you think that, it's a possibility that the six of us could stand in the front row next to the Fairy Godmother just so we could... soak up all that goodness?" Mal asked. "I wish you could. Up front it's just me, my folks, and my girlfriend." Ben sighed. "And your girlfriend." Mal repeated. What are you thinking Mal? He already has dumb Audrey.
"Yeah. Sorry." He apologized. "Okay, thanks. Bye." Mal smiled, shutting the door in his face. "Oh, but you know, there's plenty-" Ben started, but the door shutting cut him off. "I think it's time that Benny-boo got himself a new girlfriend. And I need a love spell." Mal said. She clapped and Carlos tossed her the spell book. Wow! A love spell! This is so exciting! I suddenly noticed Carlos staring at me and my face felt hot.
"What?" I asked. "Oh! N-nothing." He said, blushing and turning away.
I am so sorry it took so long! I've needed to watch Descendants again to write this and I haven't had the time till now. I hope it won't get like this again.
