Brittany's Point of View

Dad and I approached the mansion. "Now remember, we're not making any decisions yet. We're just seeing if there's anything Namine can do," Dad reminded.

"Yeah, I know," I replied.

We entered the mansion and went into Namine's drawing room. Namine was sitting in her chair, drawing a picture of herself. Her head turned to us as we entered. "Brittany! Riku! It's good to see you both."

"Hi, Namine. I was just wondering if there was any way for you to help me restore my memory," I brought up.

Namine's smile fell. "I thought you might say that. I can, but... not without having you sleep for two years."

"Two years?! But you fixed Sora in one, and that was with complications," I said.

"Yes, but that was different. I was the one who tangled Sora's memories in the first place. With yours, that wasn't the case. It will take more time for me to undo the magic that isn't mine," Namine explained.

"If you didn't do this, who did? Can't whoever did this undo it?" I questioned.

"It was Master Yen Sid. If he could undo it, he would have by now. We would need someone who specializes in memories, but this isn't an option. I'm not losing you for two years. Not after I just got you back. We can keep looking for a way, but you might be stuck like this, and that's okay. What matters is that we'll make new memories," Dad stated.

"Dad, that's not your choice. I want my memories back. Of course, I'll stick around for a bit and let everyone know, but then I'm coming back to regain what's been taken from me," I argued.

Dad looked like he was about to argue when my phone rang. I stepped outside and answered it. "Hello?"

"Brittany, it's dad. Well, Sora, I guess. We have a situation, and we need you to get here immediately. We're at Disney Castle."

"Wait, what? Why?"

Sora sounded so desperate as he answered, "Light took Molly."
