Local police officers at Los Angeles Police Department were called by officials at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Reporting a crime that had taken place at The establishment.
They reported that 3 children ages 9-12 were murdered in a staff only costume room. Daniel Bergen, Aged 27 was spotted in The room covered in blood wearing a costume of the character named Cuphead.
Daniel was reportedly standing in The room for over 10 minutes before officers arrived at The scene and arrested Daniel. No weapons were found at The scene.
The three children have been identified as Hailey Furgison, Fred Camilio, And Jacob Pintred. The families of The three children were contacted.
When Daniel was taken back to The station, He claimed that The suit controlled him and that he never wanted to kill anyone. And that The suit was demonic and The suits mouth had opened revealing sharp teeth that bit The children. However doctors has considered him mentally insane.

The man who was in The Mugman costume in for questioning, He claims that Daniel acted normal before putting The Cuphead Costume on.
However when wearing The costume, He acted irratically and even acted rude to some guests at the event.
However when the 3 children came by, He acted in character and even gave The children treats. He then was claimed to have taken The children by hand and walked off with them to The costume room.
George claims he never intervened since he thought that Daniel was just trying to find The childrens parents.
Other reports from witnesses claim that when confronting Daniel about The children, Daniel acted rude and talked in a very deep voice.
The Cuphead Costume has been confiscated by officials as its considered evidence.
When inspecting The costume, Blood was seen on The face around The mouth area. Blood was also reportedly on The hands, Legs, And chest area.
When contacting the officials at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) about info about the event, They claimed that the event was marketing for The upcoming game Cuphead. The costumed characters were supposed to act in character and take pictures with guests.
The costumes were said to have been made at a warehouse in Arizona. However when trying to contact The warehouse, It was said The warehouse was closed in 2014.
When questioning Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) about the info given, They said that it was The exact address listed on The shipping boxes for the costumes.
Daniel was arrested for 3 counts of murder.

The Cuphead costume was reportedly stolen by a local police officer who has since then been reported missing.
Security footage shows the officer walking into the room where the costume was stored, Holding was has been reported as his lunch. The officer puts his food down and walks slowly towards The costume, Before taking it and putting it on. Walking out of the room. This is The last time the officer was seen. He is still being searched for.
