"Everyone has to be tested Violet." Jack kang looks at me coldly
I want to argue something but someone holds my hand . I tilt my head and see him. He has lighter skin but no hair . He has light brown eyebrows and eyes . His brown beard grows fully around his chin. He has stripped tattoos on his neck and back of his Hand . Which indicates that he is a dauntless leader——- Alan Davis
"Violet please ， we will be fine ." Alan grabs my face and kisses my cheek.
"I thought you guys broke up."'Jack kang folds his arm in front of his chest.
"I will never ever broke up with violet." Alan lifts his chin
His hand are tied up behind him now before Jack interrogate him.
"Then you have to be asked by me ." Jack clinches his fist
"Sure ， just come on with it." Alan smirks at Jack kang
Alan is divergent. I believe that he can fight the truth serum but is that really the truth?
Jack's secretary brings out a black box with serum inside . Before she can insert the serum ， I stop her
"I will do it." I take the syringe out of the box
I slowly insert the needle into Alan's neck. He shivers a little . I kiss him on his cheek

"May the truth set you free ." Jack claps his hand ."Before that I will ask you some simple question to test how the serum settled in."
"Okay." Alan nods at Jack
He is stable and calm. I stand beside tris and four . They have to be asked too.
"What's your full name mr Davis." Jack asks
"Alan Davis ." Alan says it so easily.
"Your faction of original and your choice please ." Jack continues
I know that Alan was from Candor but other don't know that .
"I was from Candor and chose dauntless." Alan bites his lips
"This is a faction loyalty question. Why did you choose dauntless instead of Candor ?" Jack laughs coldly.
"I was running away from my dad ."Alan heaving a sigh
I see Tobias shivers a little . Did he experienced that too? Erudite accused marcus Eaton of his cruelty toward his son， is that true?
"Why did you want to run away from your dad . As to my knowledge ， your dad is a Candor leader ." Jack kang hissed .
"He was abusive and he killed my mom . I wanted to run away from him." Alan is crying.
I grit my teeth. Jack is going to ask him for everything.
"So as a lieutenant for dauntless ， did you know max's plan?" Jack says
"Yes I knew it." Alan says
"Did you ever participated it?" Jack smirks
Alan nods and then shakes his head . I don't know what that means

"Then what? If you didn't do it， why don't you leave ?" Jack says
"I can't leave it. I met a girl and I fall in love with her ." Alan shakes his head
I don't know will that girl be me or someone else
"Who is that girl?" Jack retorts
"Violet prior . I fall in love with her and I can't leave her alone ." Alan looks at me . His eyes are watery.
"However you are the one who appointed her to me to be my ambassador ." Jack frowns
I know that Alan has his own purpose for doing this
"I know . I was stupid enough. However I knew the war is coming and I wanted to protect her so I have to send her away. She nearly broke up with me . I rather she broke up with me than staying here and get hurt." Alan sighs
"So now what do you regret the most." Jack asks
"I regret that I didn't tell her the truth because she came back to save us and nearly got shot . I didn't want that to happen." Alan coughs on his word
He loves me so damn much and I wanted to broke up with him. What kind of people I am ?
"Your conclusion is that you are not a traitor of the attack. You are dismissed ."
I run toward him and soldier untied him . He hugs me
"I am sorry Alan. I am sorry to ge si stupid ." I cry. "I love you alan ."
"I want to punish you for leaving me . I want to punish you to be here with me forever ." He kisses my lips

Then rest of them are getting tested . Max and Eric are last. Their trial are more certain.
"Stop !" I scream
Before Evelyn shot them, I stop her . Evelyn raises an eyebrow

"At least they are dauntless, it is up to us to decide their fate ." I smirk
"Faction system is disbanded . I have more people than you Violet." Evelyn says so proudly. "You can't stop me ."
I laugh so loud . Everyone are staring at me .
"You are wrong . You really think those people are your? You are right in the middle of the trap I made for you." I cover my mouth to stifle the laugh.
"What?" Evelyn lowers her gun
"My name is Violet prior . I wasn't from here . I was born in Detroit. When I was 13, I became the ambassador and instructor in dauntless over there and I was dauntless born over there . Most of your people are my people from Detroit." I clap my hand . "Please expose yourself if you are still loyal to me ."
More than 90 percent of the factionless walk toward me . At the front is my best initiate : Jason walker . He is so strong now with the big muscle and he is much taller.
"Escort max and Eric back to dauntless compound now ." I nod at him. "So you want to fight? Go right ahead ."
"You! How did I not notice ." Evelyn steps back
"You are familiar with the memory serum right?" I say. "You know how that work,"
I grab Alan's hand and leave . All our people are following us . Alan wraps his hand around me .
"Violet, you said that you are from Detroit . How is that possible?" Four asks me
"My mom gave me birth there and I stayed with my grandma and she returned back in Chicago." I shrug. "Obviously I don't really know my parent . I was back in Chicago only when I was 16." I sigh
We arrive at train station. Jason and his friends are with max and Eric
"Jason after you escort them, you guys have to go back. Tell Alexander that we will seek refugee soon in Detroit and we need people to come back to fight Evelyn." I nod at him
"Sure I will do it as you say Violet." Jason smiles at me . "We have been missing you for so long."
"I know and I am sorry about that." I say
The train is coming and we hop on the train . When we get on the train, Maria leans against Sam . I lean against Alan . I am so tired .
"Alan , why you didn't tell me the truth?" I blink at him
"I worry that you will stay with us and I can't protect you." Alan brushes my hair away from my face
"I can protect myself . I don't want you to hurt yourself ." I wrap my arms around his neck .
We reach at dauntless headquarter and we jump onto the roof . Uriah and Zeke are waiting for us
"We found Sasha nearly strangle her self to death in her room Alan." Zeke shakes his head . "Don't worry we save her ."
"The reason why I spare max is because Sasha is pregnant." I say
"What fuck? They didn't even marry." Alan is angry now
I grab alan's hand . I know that dauntless has rule for that.
"Alan it's fine . As long as max will be a responsible father ." I say. "He is actually . You can ask four and Charlie . Where is Charlie anyway."
"She is in amity headquarter ." Alan says . "She will be safe ."
I sigh with relief . Johanna has established amity as a safe house .
"Yeah I know that but we can bring her back." Sam says
"Abby is in amity too since Amar dead ." Maria pinches her lips . "She was seeking for refugee ."
"We can go visit her . I heard Abby is already a mom." Tris smiles
I open my eyes wide . How can I not know that Abby is pregnant .
"How is that possible? Amar already dead for so many years ?" I am shocked
"She had a baby with one of the Factionless whose name is Jimmy. He was exactly looks like Amar ." Sam shrugs
"Jimmy?" I am repeating that name
I remember Amar was my initiate and actually Amar wasn't his real name back in Detroit
"Jimmy is Amar . Amar was also my student in Detroit and his old name was Jimmy . Amar was the name I gave to him." I smile at them. "Amar isn't dead . He wrote me a letter and I promised him that I will never tell Abby."
"So the baby is Amar's ." We enter the compound together
I nod at alan. Jason and his friends walk up toward us
"So now what do we do with those two traitor ." Jason narrows his eyes .
"We will spare them. Jason listens , I am doing this for a reason." I sigh
"I know Violet. You don't need to explain that to me . I trust your Instinct." Jason says . "We will leave and bring the message to Alexander ."
Jason and his friends past us .
"Wait , please tell Amar that he has a baby with Abby . They are both in amity." I say
"Sure I will ." Jason says calmly.
