"Somebody zigged when they should of zagged." Bailey says as the group is having trouble with their drill team routine.
"Hey! How'd I get over here?" Molly asks as she sees she's sitting backwards on Calypso before turning herself around.
"Alexis you should really be trying to get Amber used to a saddle. It would be more professional for the event. I know he doesn't like them but still. And it might help you in avoiding accidentally falling off during practice at the rate we're going." Sarah says as she looks at Alexis.
"If you think you can get a saddle on her be my guest but I can tell you it won't happen. She'll just run or buck it right back off. Besides I'm going to put a blanket on her that Will gave me so she won't look as informal without anything on at all." Alexis says as the group gets back to practicing.
*Timeskip*
"Hey Alma your flag! Hold it up!" Bailey says as causes himself and Chloe to collide and knock himself off Aztec the group is trying again but fails.
"This is so completely utterly-" Chloe then gets cut off by Zoey.
"Lame!" Zoey says.
"Took the word right out of my mouth." Chloe says.
"Bailey are you okay?" Alexis asks concernedly.
"Yeah. I'm alright." Bailey says as he picks up the music tape and stands up.
"Sorry. My bad." Alma says as she goes over to Bailey.
"We're going to have to do a lot better than this." Bailey says as he tries to play the tape only for it to be loud and off sounding much to the others discomfort.
"Sounds like we might need a new music player." Alexis says as Chloe and Zoey walk off with their horses.
"Look it's okay. We've got plenty of time before the parade tomorrow." Sarah says.
"Yeah! We can do this!" Molly says as Alexis nods in agreement.
"Not with Bailey riding heard we can't." Zoey says.
"I heard that! You better do what I say." Bailey says annoyedly.
"Oh who falls off his horse and still gets to play lead rider?" Chloe asks as Bailey walks off with Aztec.
"Don't listen to them. You know how they are and they always try to get under people's skin. We'll get better. Just gonna take a bit of time and a lot of practice. But don't worry about what we're doing though. Just focus on your line and the rest of us will follow your lead." Alexis says as she and Amber go over to Bailey and Aztec.
"Yeah. Thanks Alexis. Come on everyone! Let's get back to practice." Bailey says as the group gets back to practicing only for Bailey to correct Alma again and cause himself to collide with Chloe before the two begin arguing.
"This is going nowhere." Alexis says as she goes over to Alma and Sarah.
"I don't know what's wrong with me. I can't seem to do anything the way Bailey wants." Alma says frustratedly.
"I don't think it has anything to do with you Alma." Sarah says as the group sees Chloe and Zoey continuing to argue with Bailey.
"I guess my flag wasn't straight enough huh?" Alma asks.
"Your flag was fine Alma but Bailey's attitude right now isn't. I might never have had the chance to lead a pack like my parents but I know what a good leader looks like and how they act and this is not it. All he's doing is causing stress and more problems by going about this the way he is. If he wouldn't worry so much about what we're doing and more about his own actions then we wouldn't be having so many issues." Alexis says.
"I have to agree with you there." Sarah says.
"Let's take a break riders. It's lunch time." Will says as the group sees him sitting on the rail before Chloe and Zoey leave and get followed by Molly and Sarah as Alma goes over to Will.
"I guess it's a good time for us to take a break. We could use it." Alexis says as she goes over to Bailey.
"We're never going to get this right Alexis. The others won't listen." Bailey says frustratedly.
"It's not us Bailey. I told you that if you just payed attention to your own actions the rest of us would follow. You keep getting onto Alma and when you're watching us you're not paying attention to where you should be. You know what just never mind. I'm going to go eat. Hopefully you'll have a more level head when we get back to practicing later." Alexis says as she sighs and leaves with Amber before stopping by Will.
"Hey Alexis. Tough time?" Will asks.
"Not an easy time I'll say that. Maybe you can talk some sense into him better than me." Alexis says as she leaves with Amber.
