"Mmm. That lunch was amazing today. I'm glad Will was able to talk your folks into having some more meat options for me due to my wolf diet. It definitely helps keep my energy up. Just as I know this apple helps perk up Amber when she's a bit low on energy." Alexis says as she hands Amber an apple to eat while standing with Bailey and Aztec by the barn.
"Yeah. But now that we've had lunch we should get back to practicing." Bailey says.
"Didn't Will say for us to take a break?" Alexis asks as she looks at Bailey.
"Yeah but Will left me in charge." Bailey says.
"He did what?" Alexis asks worriedly.
"He's heading out to help my parents set up the parade stuff. So I'm in charge while he's gone. And I think we should get in as much practice while we can before tomorrow. Besides the others have had enough time to eat. I mean you are pretty quick and so did I. So the others should already be done and ready to get at it again too." Bailey says as he begins to walk off with Aztec.
"Bailey I had a simple ham sandwich. You had an apple. I don't think-... And he's gone. This is going to go well. Come on girl." Alexis says as she sighs and begins to head to the practice area with Amber as the others begin to come with their horses as Bailey is ringing a bell.
*Timeskip*
"Let's stop arguing!" Sarah says as the group gets tangled up again.
"I'm not arguing!" Alma shouts.
"Me either!" Molly says.
"Give me my flag." Chloe says as she tries to untangle her flag from Bailey's.
"This is getting us nowhere." Alexis says annoyedly.
"Hey maybe we'll win a prize for most tangled up team? Right Bailey?" Molly says as she chuckles while seeing she's on Scarlett with Sarah.
"Are you saying this is my fault?" Bailey asks angrily.
"She was just making a joke Bailey." Alexis says.
"Yeah. About me.
"She meant no harm. Just chill." Alexis says.
"What kind of leader are you?" Chloe asks annoyedly.
"Come on Chloe. Give him a chance." Sarah says.
"Sarah is right. Arguing won't help. We all just need to take a minute to calm down." Alexis says.
"But his orders don't make any sense." Zoey says angrily.
"They would if you'd just listen." Bailey says annoyedly.
"Bailey they're sort of right." Alma says.
"Hey! I'm trying the best I can here!" Bailey says annoyedly.
"Bailey try to listen to what we're saying. Sometimes what you want us to do isn't clear." Sarah says.
"Fine! Then I'll make it really, really clear." Bailey says.
*Timeskip*
"Every rider follows a string. Is that clear enough?" Bailey says as he gets done setting up some small poles and strings.
"That's not exactly what we meant." Alexis says as she shakes her head.
"He can't be serious." Chloe says in disbelief.
"Our horses have to step all over that string?" Zoey asks.
"Bailey I'm not sure this is the best way to-" Sarah then gets cut off by Bailey.
"Let's go." Bailey says as he turns the music on.
"This will not end well." Alexis say as the group gets back to practicing trying Bailey's new idea only for it to fail as the group gets back off their horses and sees the poles and string destroyed much to Bailey's annoyance.
*Timeskip*
"Alright. Here are your new instructions. There. Simple enough? All you have to do is follow the instructions and everything will be fine. Any questions?" Bailey asks as he hands everyone a confusing paper.
"Bailey could we talk a minute?" Sarah asks.
"No." Bailey says as the group gets to practicing.
"Oh no! Come on Button!" Alma shouts as her paper flies out of her hands before she and Button begin chasing it.
"Alma! Come back here! You're messing up the formation!" Bailey shouts before Sarah goes over to Alma as she is over by a tree managing to catch her paper only for it to get ripped by the wind.
"Looks like a storm is starting to set in." Alexis says as she looks up at the darkening clouds as Amber neighs worriedly.
"Looks like Sarah got Alma. We can start up again." Bailey says.
"Oh great." Chloe says.
"Where's Alma going?" Bailey asks as Alma goes into the barn with Button as Sarah comes back over with Scarlett.
"I told her and Button she should take a break." Sarah says.
"You told her?" Bailey asks annoyedly.
"It's dinner time." Sarah says.
"It's practice time!" Bailey says angrily.
"Practice is over." Sarah says as the others shout and walk off happily except for Bailey and Alexis.
"I'll go talk with Alma. Bailey I think you should really listen to what Sarah has to say just like you should of listened to me earlier. You need to chill out." Alexis says as she looks at Bailey annoyed before leaving with Amber.
