Chapter 25: Double Trouble (1):
Jackie's POV:
I was in the Temple of Waghoba, looking for the final talisman, the Tiger Talisman. As I was walking, I saw Tohru. He was on the phone with someone.
"Don't worry, I will find a way to take the sheep and dragon talismans from the Big Man."
Is Tohru going to double-cross the Big Man? Tohru then hangs up and sees me.
"Hello."
Tohru then attacks me. I fought back. He tried to grab me, but I kept getting out of the way. Eventually, we both saw the Tiger Talisman in Waghoba's mouth. Tohru tried to grab me, but I punched him in the face, knocking him down. My hand hurts. Anyway, I grabbed the talisman and left.
Shen Du's POV:
"Chan hassss ten talissssmanssss and I only have two," I ssssaid, "Thissss issss the lasssst sssstraw!"
"I know use'a upset, Shen Du..." Hammerhead began.
"SSSSILENCCCCE! I wassss oncccce an emperor!"
Shen Du's POV - Flashback:
It wassss Anccccient China. There wassss an emperor, but he had a problem. Hissss baby wassss ssssick. Hissss sssson wassss worried about hissss new baby ssssisssster. That'ssss when I came.
"Hello, your highnessssss."
"Who... who are you?"
"I am Shen Du, and I can heal your child."
"You... you can?"
"Yessss, I jusssst want one thing in return."
"Anything!"
"Give me your empire."
"Father, please don't; he can't be trusted."
"What? But..."
I wassss about to walk away.
"Wait! Alright. Save my daughter and you will have the empire."
"A wisssse choicccce."
Shen Du's POV - Present:
"I alwayssss find a way to get what I want," I ssssaid, "Nichang, it'ssss time to make some callssss!"
Jackie's POV:
I took the talisman back to the antique shop.
Uncle was studying it. "It has the power of balance!"
Jade then grabs it. "So, whoever holds it is always balanced." She stands on one leg and then falls.
"It refers to Yin and Yang," says Uncle, "light and dark."
"Not a very impressive talisman," says Angelica.
"Well, I'm going to take this less impressive talisman back to Section Thirteen." I started walking, but then I realized it was in two pieces. Did it break in Waghoba's mouth? Then there was a flash of light. I then looked and saw my reflection in a mirror. However, half the talisman is missing. So, I looked for it.
Tommy's POV:
Since Luko broke my camera, I got a new one. I was recording the shop when I saw Jackie.
"Hey Jackie..."
"Get that camera out of my face!" Jackie broke it.
"Well, at least I can say someone broke it," I said. When I told my parents, I had to leave out the part that it was caused by a techno demon with a lot of issues.
Kimi's POV:
I was watching Dummi Bears. Then Jackie came in.
"NOTHING!" I turned the TV off.
"Kimi, we have to find Uncle!"
"Why?"
"I did something terrible!"
"What?"
"I killed a bug!"
I was confused.
Jade's POV:
Tommy and Kimi both came in.
"Jackie just broke my camera," says Tommy.
"He's crying over killing a bug," says Kimi.
"I'm getting mixed messages here," I said. I then had an idea. "Jackie!"
Then two Jackies came in. They looked at each other and screamed.

"The Tiger Talisman has separated Jackie's light and dark sides," says Uncle.
We all looked and saw one Jackie, still crying over killing the bug, and the other one trying to kill a bug.
"Gee, I wonder which is which," says Angelica, sarcastically.
"We must reunite the Talismans in order to reunite them both," says Uncle.
"You want me to go back with this wuss," says Dark Jackie.
"Please, no," says Light Jackie, "he's mean."
"You two will do as I say!" Uncle then hits them both. Dark Jackie hits back. "You will pay for that." The two-start hitting each other.
I then looked out the window and saw not only the Enforcers, Tohru, or Nichang, but also Grundle, Neugog, Talon, Shikata, Big Izzy, Little Izzy, Achira, Pinky the Pirate, Turbo Jet, and Atlas. Why is he with them? Wait, his eyes. Never mind, it's Luko possessing him again.
"Uh, Jackies," I said.
Everyone looks.
"Every villain we have encountered," says both Jackies.
"Except the Kingpin," says Dil.
"So, what do we do," asks Lil.
"Make them all cry," says Dark Jackie.
"Run," says Light Jackie.
Two Jackies are not better than one. Light Jackie started pushing us out. "This is no place for children!"
Dark Jackie's POV:
Tohru came in.
"The Talis..." I kicked him down.
"You didn't let him finish," says Nichang.
It was Tohru, Nichang, Montana, Turbo Jet, the Izzies, and Grundle. I took them all down.
"He's in a bad mood," says Turbo Jet.
"He took my coat," says Grundle.
"Who cares," says Montana, "Ah done took this."
I came out. I took Grundle's hat. They all ran. Except for Nichang, who tried to come at me, but I took her down.
Shen Du's POV - Flashback:
I'm ssssure you're all wondering why I deccccided to sssspare Nichang and have her work for me. I actually feel she owessss me. When I became the new ruler of China.
"You may go."
"Very well."
"I am curioussss. What issss the name of your firsssst child, Lian Chenghu, and what did you name your ssssecond child?"
"His name is Shanbo and her name is Nichang."
"Nicccce namessss, esssspeccccially for the daughter. Now go with your children."
Light Jackie's POV - Present:
I got out with the kids, but I saw Ox, Neugog, and Shikata.
"Finally, we shall have the duel we were meant to have," says Shikata.
"Now, now, fighting is not nice," I said.
Neugog then wrapped his tongue around me.
"We were supposed to do battle," says Shikata.
"Too bad, I'm hungry!" Neugog tried to take my brain, but... "Nothing?" I guess since my brain is technically incomplete, he can't take it. I managed to escape, and the kids and I started running. The other villains showed up and gave chase.
Dark Jackie's POV:
I chased after the goons. They got into a car. It wasn't going to get away. I jumped on to the roof of the car and started beating them down. Then Tohru knocked me down.

I was at the Big Man's hideout. So, the Big Man's a statue. Didn't see that coming.
"Silvermane's trying ta call again," says Hammerhead.
"Hang up on him," says The Big Man.
Hammerhead then had a call.
"We've got Chan," says Ox.
"I know, 'e's right 'ere."
"No, he ain't, he's right here."
"Hello, how are you," Whimpy asks.
"The Tiger Talisman has separated Chan's light from his dark," says the Big Statue.
"So, which awne do we 'ave?"
"I will enjoy this chance to end you," says Nichang.
"What's the matter, too scared to fight me," I asked.
"You are a fool!"
"And you, Sir, are chicken!"
"I 'ave a bettah idea," says Hammerhead, "give us da rest awv da talismans and we will make use very rich."
"Works for me."
Light Jackie's POV:
"He robbed me of my chance to fight him," says Shikata.
"Vhy couldn't I eat his brain," asks Neugog.
"Let's just take him back to the Big Man," says Luko; "the sooner we get the talismans, the sooner he will help me destroy all the idiotic humans!"
"Speaking as a human," says Shikata, "I take offense to that."
"Are these seats made from real leather?" I asked, "THE POOR COWS!" I started crying.
Then Ox got webbed. Neogog got chained. Something grabbed Shikata. I looked and saw that Jade had called in Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, and Cosmosis.
"Mind if we cut in," asks Spider-Man.
They take the villains down. Luko got away.
"I called these guys for help," says Jade.
"We have another problem," I said, "The Big Man has my other half!"

At Section Thirteen, Jade went in.
"There's no way Captain Black's going to believe that there's another you that needs rescuing," said Jade as she was going in.
"So, you're like half of Jackie Chan," asks Spider-Man.
"Yep," I said.
"Huh. I sometimes imagine a Blue Good Spider-Man and a Bad Red Spider-Man trying to influence my decisions."
"If I had that talisman," says Ghost Rider, "it might separate the demon within me from my human side."
"I just hope the other Jackie is alright," says Cosmosis.
Jade's POV:
I went over to Captain Black.
"Captain Black, the Big Man has Jackie!"
"What? We gotta..." Captain Black then sits back down. "Nice try, Jade."
"What?"
"I just saw Jackie walking down the hall."
I then followed him. "What are you doing... where did you get the cool coat and hat?"
"Buzz off," he said.
Light Jackie's POV:
"I'm just saying," says Dil, "what if everything we thought was wrong? What if magic is normal and we're the myths?"
"You're weird," says Ghost Rider.
My Dark Side then came out.
"Brother," I said, "you escaped!" I noticed the box. "Are you going fishing?"
"Went. Talisman fishing."
"You took the Talismans," asks Tommy.
"You're a bad boy," I said.
"And you're ugly." He pushes me back in the elevator.
. . .
I was back in Section Thirteen and saw Jade.
"You big meanie..."
"Was I mean to you," I asked, "I'm sorry!"
"I thought you were the other guy, but in retrospect, I should've realized that it's you because you're not wearing the Grundel's hat as well as his jacket," she says.
"He's about to take the Talismans to the Big Man!"
"Well, not all of them. Besides, Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, and Cosmosis are still out there. They can take care of him."

We got out and saw the three heroes tied up in web and chains.
"What the..." Jade begins.
"We're just as surprised as you are," says Spider-Man.
. . .
The kids were chasing after my dark side.
"You kids, stay off my back. The Big Man and Hammerhead are going to pay me a lot of money for these talismans."
"How much," asks Angelica. Everyone looks at her. "I mean... that's wrong!"
"Look," says Jade, "if you give the Big Man the talismans, something bad's going to happen."
"Don't care."
Jade then kicks him, knocking the hat off.
"I liked that hat." He was about to attack Jade, but I stopped him.
"You shouldn't kick little girls," I said.
He then attacked me, and I was forced to defend myself. While we were fighting, Jade tried to open the box, but Nichang showed up.
"I'll take that," she says.
I looked. "Nichang has the kids!"
"Too bad. Jade's scruffy."
"We have to save them!"
"We do?"
I then thought about it. "You get to fight more bad guys."
"That was enough for me."
Shen Du's POV:
Nichang wassss putting the talissssmanssss back on me while kissssssing each of them.
"I can feel my powerssss returning to me," I ssssaid.
"The Big Man is that statue who Coco LaBouche talks to. I thought it was just my imagination that it was talking and that she was just going crazy," ssssayssss Angelica.
"QUIET," ssssayssss Tohru.
"Uncle Tohru," ssssayssss Kimi, "Jackie said you were planning..."
"Kimi, now's not the time," ssssayssss Tohru.
"Eleven and a half?" asssskssss Nichang, knowing where thissss was going to lead.
"Nichang, I am going to ask you calmly, WHERE ISSSS THE OTHER HALF OF THE TALISSSSMAN?"
Light Jackie's POV:
My dark half and I were at the Big Man's hideout. We brought Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, and Cosmosis with us.
"I sense evil in this building," says Ghost Rider.
"You know, I know a Hammerhead from the Noir Dimension," says Spider-Man.
"Don't care," my dark half said.
An elevator opens.
"Sometimes I feel like nothing is good enough for him," Nichang remarks as she, Tohru, and the Enforcers approach.
"Nichang," says Ghost Rider.
"The Ghost Rider! You guys can handle this without me, right? Thanks!" Nichang then ran off, and Ghost Rider chased after her.
"Okay, I guess it's just the four of us," says Spider-Man.
We then took the goons down.
"You can return this to the Grundle," my dark half says. "Black's not really my color."

We took the elevator and ran into the Shadowkhan.
"Bring it on!"
"Can't we all just get along?"
Shen Du's POV:
"The Chanssss are in the building, but neither of them hassss the other half," I ssssaid.
"Well, it's got ta be..." Hammerhead then realizes something. "Somewhere."
Light Jackie's POV:
We were then faced with the villains the Big Man had called.
"You go after the Big Man," says Spider-Man. "Cosmosis and I will handle these clowns."
"Good luck," I said.
. . .
My light half and I made it, but there was one thing in our way. The Luko controlled Atlas again. He was about to fire, but Ghost Rider grabbed him.
"There is an evil controlling you," he says, "let me free you!"
Luko then disappeared. Atlas then pushed Ghost Rider off of him.
"Get off," says Atlas. He then looks at us. "I'm not even going to ask."
"He's got all twelve talismans," says Jade.
Hammerhead was going to place the final piece. My dark half and I were going to stop him, but it was too late...
Jackie's POV:
My two halves were reunited, but something was happening with the statue. If I can remember from my dark half, that statue... is the Big Man!
"I don't get it, why does a statue want the talismans," asks Angelica.
Shen Du: A SSSStatue, you ssssilly little big-mouthed girl, you have no idea what you're dealing with.
It'ssss funny that you think you know me
But I'm more than jusssst the Crime King
