Uncle Rock

-Late July/Early August 2022-

The entire Justice League, besides Rae and Kara, were sitting in Watchtower, waiting as Rae came marching in. Kara was behind her.

"What is wrong with Lena's mother?" Rae asked, her eyes going to Tantu. In her hands was a book and the League could see the words 'League of Lovers' on it and 'by Pamela Kieran'. Since meeting Lena last year, they had learned her mother was a romance writer.

"Oh, you've seen that," Tantu sighed, kind of having been dreading when Rae would see the book. "We were wondering how long before it got on your radar."

"You've all seen it?" Rae asked.

"Yes," everyone in the League said.

"My question remains: What is wrong with her?" Rae asked. "How could she even do this? We own the rights to our hero names!"

"She didn't use our hero names," Laurel pointed out. "Or the words 'Justice League'. We don't own our powers." Rae frowned, but it was true; Pamela Kieran had made new names for the members of the League she had used and made a new name for the Justice League as well – even having to change the species names of Kryptonian and Daxamites since the Sanctuary owned the rights to them. "We can't stop her from making similar characters and writing books about them."

"This monstrosity makes us look like a joke! Literally the members of the League stop and have sex with the villains they are chasing. There's a character in this who's power is to change the sex of other people. For one, what the hell type of power is that? And two, why would that person be in a League of superheroes?" Rae asked.

"Well, it does add a different element to the sexual side of the story," Winn voiced. "When females…" He stopped though, noticing the look and mumbled something about how he liked to read different types of books. Mon put a hand on his husband at this.

"The character clearly based on me has sex with the character clearly based on Barry. He's my brother, for god's stakes!" Rae yelled.

"Please calm down," Sara tried, seeing that Rae was besides herself with fury.

"My question, is how am I not in the book?" Adam spoke up, making eyes turn to him. "Well my power can be used in interesting ways during sex. Just ask Nora, Sara, and Kara." The three girls looked at each other. "I think I should have a word with Ms. Kieran."

"No," Rae barked out. "Pamela Kieran is never to find out about how your powers work in the bedroom and she's better not learn that you, Kara, and Sara had a three way. Got me?"

"Yes sir," Adam said, nodding his head.

"No one is to talk to Pamela Kieran. Hell, don't talk to Lena Luthor either," Rae said.

"Lena Kieran," Tantu corrected, knowing Rae was a little more use to the multiverse alternates who had been taken in and taken her father's last name.

"You know what I mean," Rae snapped. "And…." Rae didn't finish her sentence as a portal opened up in the room. "Seriously? You want me now?!" Rae knew the answer was yes. Clarky, who had been besides Rae as always, already jumped into the portal. "Fine, my Speed Force mother wants me. Kara take over the meeting," Rae put her helmet back on and went into the Speed Force. The portal closing behind her.

"Think she realizes she's still holding the book?" Jess asked, but didn't receive an answer.

"Is Flash really that annoyed by a book?" Nora Darkh asked instead.

"Rae is not a person who likes these kinds of things. The only reason she knows about this is she got a news feed with comparing it to the Justice League, so she had to find out," Kara sighed, not completely bothered by the book herself. "So, until she cools down, yes, limit contact with the two Kierans. But the real reason for this meeting: Any update on Kate and Beth Kane?"

"Mary has another meeting with her lawyers this morning. Going to go talk to her later," Sara said.

Kara gave a nod, glad Mary had survived to put a damper on the Kane twins' plans.

"Anything else about this approaching darkness?" Kara asked, but there was silence. "Then meeting over. I'm going to go grab Leona from Courtney. She was very exact in only be able to watch her for a bit before her shift and then she has plans with friends." Kara opened a zap tunnel back to the Sanctuary and left.

"I might want to warn Lena the Flash is angry," Tantu mumbled as the group broke up. The pair were friends now given they were both Totem Bearers.

-New Justice-

Clarky ran in the Speed Force the minute the area turned into the familiar sight of the Sanctuary; there was one person there: An older blonde woman who Rae knew was an older version of Kara.

"This is new," Rae said. "No dad or Aunt Nora?"

"Your dad was a good fit for you when you were younger but now I think this face will do. I do like female faces better than male," the Speed Force explained.

"So, what this time?" Rae asked. "More holes in the Speed Force? Need help with a wayward speedster? Is my partner in crime not showing up?"

"We don't need Prime Barry this time," the Speed Force dismissed. "No, this time it's about my brother."

"Which one?" Rae asked, knowing there were a few.

"My sister, the Sphere, told you our other siblings have been more interested in the multiverse since Crisis," the Sphere began; Rae gave a nod. "Well, one of my brothers is getting out of hand. He's focusing a lot of energy on New Daxam."

"Sorry, I'm drawing a blank," Rae said, trying to know the world the Speed Force was talking about but having no idea.

"It's a world where Daxam invasion of Earth won. The Daxamite rule Earth and enslaved the human race," the Speed Force explained, and Rae grip on the book tightened. She was surprised she didn't tear a whole in it. "There is a meta human resistance, currently. I don't understand why my brother has been so focused on this world. The power he is putting into is starting to block me somewhat and I fear he will destroy the world."

"Is that such a bad thing?" Rae asked.

"A force of the universes cannot destroy a world. The effect on the entire multiverse could be disastrous. But he won't listen to me. I need you to go and talk to him," the Speed Force said.

"Why me?" Rae asked.

"Well, One you can actually get into him. The way we talk to each other is different and easier to ignore," the Speed Force said. "And Two, you're a Paragon – and not just any Paragon, but the Paragon of Truth. Your words will have more affect."

"Alright then, so which one? Sneezy, Sleepy, or Happy?" Rae asked and noticed the confusion. "You didn't tell me the name of your brother."

"Oh, it is the Dimensional Superstructure. The one who powers the Death Totem," the Speed Force said.

"Great, so can you send me to that in-between place or should I start running?" Rae asked.

"Start running; you'll get there easier from here than from your world," the Speed Force said and Clarky gave a bark.

"Come on boy," Rae said, going and grabbing the large dog. She had to bring him with her after all. Giving the Speed Force a nod, she ran.

-New Justice-

Sara was waiting inside a little, somewhat illegal, medical facility that Mary Hamilton ran in Gotham, fully dressed as White Canary when Mary came in.

"Hello," Sara said, causing the young woman to jump. "Nice place you have here."

"You're not going to turn me in?" Mary asked, instantly panicked.

"We deal with bigger criminals than giving illegal medical attention. Wild Fire would love this," Sara said, knowing that was true. Caitlin would possibly come and help every so often when she found out.

"This is nothing compared to the hospital you guys have," Mary said, having been impressed by Justice Hospital when she had woken up after her poisoning. "But you're not here for this?"

"No, I'm not," Sara said. "How did mediation go?" Sara knew Mary was going for mediation over her parents estate instead of going through courts. It was faster, after all, and cheaper.

"Well, since my mom never legally adopted Kate or Beth, anything that was solely in my mom's name was hundred percent mine – that includes her shares in Hamilton Dynamics and her money. Anything that was in both, half went to me and half to Kate and Beth. We have to sell the apartment and split the selling. Basically, a lot of money," Mary said.

"What about the Crows?" Sara asked, knowing they owned the security firm.

"It was solely in Jacob's name. It went completely to Kate and Beth," Mary said. "Along with other things Jacob himself owned. There was nothing I could do. I had to consent to them getting something. They did offer me the Crows in exchange for Hamilton Dynamic but I figured keeping majority control of Hamilton Dynamic was better."

"If they wanted it, definitely was better," Sara said with a nod. "We're going to have to keep an eye on the Crows now."

"Yeah… You really think they are the leaders of the Wonderland Gang?" Mary asked.

"Yes," Sara said and Mary looked to the floor.

"I always wanted a sister. When I heard they were back… But now… they killed my mom and the only man who has ever been a dad to me," Mary said. "I want them to pay. Can't you take them out?"

"We have no proof that would hold up in court. We need this to be solid," Sara said and Mary nodded. "I got to go."

"White Canary," Mary said before Sara left. "If the Justice League ever needs a hand..."

"I am sure Wild Fire will take you up on that. Another doctor who's not a multiverse alternate of her or Supergirl would come in handy," Sara said.

"Supergirl is a doctor?" Mary asked, seeming shocked.

"Vet technically," Sara said. "Consider yourself a friend of the League. And I'm truly sorry about your parents."

"Thank you," Mary said as Sara left.

-New Justice-

Rae ran to a halt once she reached the space she considered the in between place – where there were doors with the names over them of which Force to walk into. She knew this was more a visual representation for her than a real place, but it was helpful as she put Clarky down, taking a breath. Clarky was just as big as his father now, and heavy – carrying him was not easy, but the only way to run him here.

"Dimensional Superstructure," Rae said, knowing this was the Force who had injured the Anti Monitor before he had reached the World Forge. For that, Rae kind of liked him but she wondered how he would be. Opening the door, she nodded to Clarky. "You first boy," Rae said and Clarky ran in, then Rae stepped through the door as well.

Walking through the door was like she was in a void of blackness, and she remembered the feeling when she walked into the Sphere – being cut off from the Speed Force, something she couldn't survive without. She was on her knees, hand over her heart as she felt weak and powerles. Clarky gave her a worried look and pawed at her. Then, a light came at her and instantly she was feeling better.

"Sorry…" a male spoke, that seemed familiar but Rae couldn't place it. It sounded like it was coming from all around. "Should have known my sister would send you. Don't worry, you marvelous being, you will always be safe inside me."

"Um… thanks," Rae said standing up and giving Clarky a pet. The dog looking around for the voice. "You know I get I am inside of you and all but could we actually have someone to talk to and something to stand on?" She was surrounded by darkness but could physically see Clarky so there was some form of light in this place.

"As you wish, dear niece," the voice said and around them scenery appeared – but it wasn't what Rae herself was expecting. The area around them turned into a jungle and the two were standing on a boat. Rae quickly found her footing as the boat wobbled and Clarky gave a bark. "First of all, let me congratulate you on your excellent choice of Skipper – of all the jungle cruises you could take in the Amazon, this one is undoubtably the cheapest."

Rae had to blink as the familiar face of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson appeared, dressed in his outfit from the Disney movie The Jungle Cruise; now Rae knew where she had known the voice from. The Dimensional Superstructure was using the Rock's voice. Rae had seen a good number of his movies, including this one.

"Seriously? The Rock?" Rae asked.

"Well, if you could look like anyone you wanted why would you not choose to look like this?" The Dimensional Superstructure said.

"Okay, good point," Rae said.

"Ah, let me take a look at you," Dimensional Superstructure said, putting his hands on Rae's shoulder. Clarky started to bark, but the Force of the universes ignored the dog. "You and all your alternates and siblings are simply amazing..." Rae knew he was talking about speedsters. "What my sister did... Just fantastic. And you! A paragon! The universe radiates off you."

"Paragon of Truth," Rae said.

"Yes, yes, yes," the Dimensional Superstructure said, rubbing Rae's head like she was a child. "So, dear niece of mine, I guess your mother has sent you here about a certain world?" The Dimensional Superstructure indicated for Rae to sit down, and Rae took a seat by the side of the boat.

"Why yes, my great uncle, a certain world is why I am here. But… why?" Rae asked, trying to get into the mindset of her odd uncle.

"Why what?" The Dimensional Superstructure said.

"Why does a being like you care about a world controlled by Daxamites? I get they are awful and enslaving humanity and all, but not exactly something I would think would hit the radar of one of seven most powerful beings in the entire universe," Rae pointed out.

"I don't care about the Daxamites," the Dimensional Superstructure said. "Not until they started to mess with me."

"What?" Rae asked.

The Dimensional Superstructure sighed. "You know I wasn't lying about you being amazing. What my sister did. She made sure that on an infinite number of worlds, certain people got together to get up to you and that brother of yours. Wally and the girl Jesse were just accidental happiness," the Dimensional Superstructure said.

"Okay," Rae said, not sure where this was going.

"I didn't do that. I didn't see the point, but I guess you can say I am benefiting from my sister's hard work," the Dimensional Superstructure said.

"You've lost me," Rae said, her eyes now seeing that stupid book of Pamela Kieran. She must have dropped it when she came in here but decided not to pick it up. It was laying on the floor of the boat.

"You know Amelia Allen," the Dimensional Superstructure said, and Rae nodded. "The one born of Henry and Nora. For unknown reasons, she is more drawn to me. It is another reason why the Death Totem likes her, besides her understanding of death."

"But what does this have to do with New Daxam?" Rae asked.

"Several years ago, on the world you call New Daxam, the Daxamites had her hostage and while they had her, they took her eggs," the Dimensional Superstructure explained. "They have been running experiments to create half meta human and Daxamites hybrids using hers eggs and the eggs from another meta human they had captive."

"And?" Rae asked.

"Not long ago, one of the children of Amelia Allen connected to me the same way you connect to your mother," the Dimensional Superstructure explained. "They have been curious about his unusual abilities. They have aged him up to about 4 or 5 and they are not nice to him. They hurt him and I believe will soon kill him. I tried opening portals but he's so young to understand. I need to be more forceful. I am gathering my power on that world and will surround him in it so I can grab him off the world and hurt those who would hurt him. And if the world blows up, so be it," the Dimensional Superstructure looked at Rae. "So, Paragon of Truth, what do you say about that?"

"Does this really have to rock like a real boat?" Rae asked. "I get seasick."

"That's all you have to say?" The Dimensional Superstructure asked.

"Well, the other stuff is a non-issue," Rae shrugged. "I'm going to go to New Daxam and get this kid without anyone else needing to die," Clarky gave a bark, as if agreeing.

"You would do that?" the Dimensional Superstructure asked.

"The kid is my nephew. I'd free all the Amelia Allen kids they have if I could, but right now I'll take him," Rae said. "Give me all the information you have on where he is and can you send me to my world? I need to collect Frankie."

"The Daxamites are using the human building that use to be Wayne Industries' in what used to be Gotham. That is where my child was born and has been all his life. He is small for what his physical age is, has dark hair, and brown eyes. You will know him when you see him. Thank you, Rachel Garrick," the Dimensional Superstructure said.

"You're welcome but not even an all-powerful Force gets to call me Rachel. It's Rae," Rae said and Clarky gave another bark.

"Got it, and before you go," the Dimensional Superstructure said jumping up. "Get ready for the 8th wonder of the world!"

"Oh Rao, don't," Rae groaned, realizing what the Dimensional Superstructure was about to do.

"Wait for it," Dimensional Superstructure said and cut a rope like was done in the movie so a bucket would fall over and a stream of water would fall besides the boat. They went under it, so they saw the underside of the small scream. "IT'S THE BACKSIDE OF WATER!" The Dimensional Superstructure called, happily.

Rae groaned again, clearly not impressed. "Portal me to Frankie, please," Rae said and a portal opened. "Thank you… Uncle Rock."

"Uncle Rock. I like it," the Dimensional Superstructure smirked. "Oh, you forgot this," Dimensional Superstructure said picking the book up off the floor.

"Do me a favor and burn that," Rae said. "Every last known copy, if you can."

"Easy," the Dimensional Superstructure said as Rae and Clarky went through the portal.

-New Justice-

Sara had gone to the Sanctuary and found Kara doing her job checking over the animals. She had Leona with her, the little girl holding onto Kara's hand and walking besides Kara instead of in a stroller, for once.

"She really doesn't like being in a stroller, does she?" Sara asked; Kathleen was older than Leona but still loved her stroller – even Helen liked being in a stroller occasionally.

"She does not. It's either being held or walking with us," Kara said, picking up Leona at this. "What's going on?"

"I have an update from Mary," Sara said and Kara gave a nod and indicated for Sara to follow her, she bringing them to the Natu habitat. "Is this safe?"

"Nato!" Leona called out, using an 'o' instead of a 'u', holding out her hands. Jay, the red Natu, came over and Leona started petting him.

"They are kittens to me," Kara said, giving Jay a pet. "So, what's going on?"

"Mary managed to keep Hamilton Dynamics and a lot of the money, but the Kane sisters got money and the Crows," Sara said.

"Well it was better than what we could hope," Kara reasoned.

"Are you sure we can't arrest them?" Sara asked

"No proof. You need proof it's them. Capture them in the outfit. Finger prints. DNA. Video evidence. Something," Kara said. "Right now, we have nothing that would prove them guilty in a court of law," Sara gave an understanding a nod. "Hey, Sara I know it's scary since they attacked Wayne Manor, and tried to kill Helen, but we'll be fine. And if you ever want to you can just drop the kids off here."

"Thanks Kara," Sara said. "Where's Leona now...?" She realized the girl had vanished from sight.

"She's…." Kara paused, seeing she was holding nothing. Leona must have phased out of her arms. She heard a gasp and turned to see Leona was on top of Jay, riding him like a pony and had gone into view of the public. "Leona, Jay!" Kara ran out into the habitat and took Leona off Jay's back. Jay gave a sad moan. "You really are like a big kitty to us…" Kara pet Jay's head. "No Natu back rides." Sara actually laughed at the interaction.

-New Justice-

Rae had come out of the portal in the familiar bedroom of a familiar apartment with two familiar people going at it in bed; Clarky jumped up onto the bed, causing them to break apart. "Clarky, Rae!" Frankie complained.

"Better than a pie to the face," Rae said with a shrug.

"Oh god," Gypsy moaned, at being caught in the act by Rae again.

"Get your pants on. We're going to New Daxam Earth," Rae instructed her friend.

"What?" Frankie asked, moving the covers. "Get out?"

"What? I've seen you naked before," Rae said, but noticed the looks. "Fine, Clarky come," Rae sighd, going into the other room; Frankie and Gypsy joining her once they were dressed. "Now, to New Daxam. Gotham of that world. Wayne Industries."

"Why would you want to go to that world?" Frankie asked. "I know what world you mean and it's not a nice place."

"I promised my Uncle Rock – the Dimensional Superstructure – that I would go there and save his son," Rae said, and Gypsy and Frankie looked at each other. "Oh gees, look, they are experimenting on Amelia Allen's DNA, making half Daxamite and Meta kids. One of them has connected to the Dimensional Superstructure the same way I connect to the Speed Force. Now, we go there and save him or that world is getting blown up by one of the Seven Forces of the Universes. Can you open a portal and lets go, or do I need to go get Mutant Cisco?"

"You made your point," Frankie said. "I'll go."

"I'm coming too," Gypsy said, a look in her eyes. Rae had seen that look before when Frankie vibed and wonder what Gypsy had seen. Gypsy was, in fact, the one to open the portal, the three meta humans and one dog going through.

Rae had to blink as they were outside the building she knew as Wayne Industries on her Earth. It was standing, but the city around it was in disrepair.

"The Daxamites destroyed all human cities," Frankie explained, "when they took over. They built several Daxamites cities in other places, leaving the humans one in ruins to show their power."

"And to hide secret experiments apparently," Rae remarked as several Daxamite guards seemed to realize they had showed up and moved toward them. Clarky was fast in attacking – his Kryptonian powers more powerful than the Daxamites and Frankie and Gypsy were able to send vibrations out at them. Rae ran at speeds, throwing a supersonic punch out, knocking out one of the Daxamite – and possibility breaking her own hand that it hurt. "Maybe we should have portaled inside…"

"Can't something in there is blocking me," Gypsy said, taking out another Daxamite as Rae threw lightning at them. They had taken out the Daxam guards well.

"Flash Pup, find any human scents," Rae instructed, and Clarky gave a bark as they went into the building, running at speeds only Rae could keep up with, but she put one hand on Frankie and the other on Gypsy, transferring some speed in them so they could keep up.

Clarky tore down the door of a room and they came in to see two children inside: one was a baby in a crib and the other a boy of around 4 or 5– just as the Dimensional Superstructure said he would be.

He had dark black hair and was hugging his legs, Clearly, scared and definitely hurt. He was small for his age though and very skinny. He was laying on a blanket on the floor and moved back as they approached him.

"Hey," Rae said softly to him, knowing this was the boy she was here for. She could feel it, his own connection to a Force. She picked him up. "You're going to be safe from now on."

"Put him down!" A new voice called, and into the room walked Mik-El, brother of Mon-El, with some guards. "You're not from this Earth."

Rae narrowed her eyes at Mik. She had hated her Earth's version when he had joined the Injustice Alliance, but hadn't gotten to deal with the Daxamite invasion due to her pre-Crisis Speed Force mission. Maybe she could take it out on this Mik?

"I'm not," Rae said, handing the boy to Frankie. Rae noticing Gypsy had been looking into the crib and picking up the baby that was inside.

"Well, we have you captured now," Mik smirked.

"You think," Rae said, and moved fast. She could hear guns going off but was moving so fast the world was frozen around her. She saw Clarky went to take the hits to protect Frankie and Gypsy, who had their hands full. After a moment Rae was right near Mik and phased her hand into his chest grabbing hold of his heart. That was when she slowed down enough that the world was back to normal. Her arm still vibrating and vibrating the heart within Mik. "My hand is around your heart… it's still in place but should be beating faster now. You can feel that right."

"Let go of me or I will have them kill you and your companions," Mik groaned.

"I die and the heart will move, killing you. You kill my companions, I remove your heart, killing you," Rae said. "Do you value your own life?"

Mik seemed to realize Rae had him at an advantage. "Weapons, down," Mik ordered. "Why are you invading our world? You have no place here."

"Normally I would agree but see you kind of pissed off the Dimensional Superstructure - you know, one of the Seven Forces of the Universes," Rae said, and Mik's eyes went wide, meaning he knew what Rae was talking about. "See, he considers that boy his son and he's not happy with what you have been doing to him. He was about to blow up this world before I offered to come and get my nephew. So, you have two choices. Let us go in peace or we fight this out. Remember if you chose the second, I still have your heart in my hand."

"You would really kill me cold blood? I know your type. You don't kill," Mik said.

"That boy has been tortured. I don't like kids being mistreated – especially ones related to me in in a way," Rae said. "Besides, this seems to be the only way to get out of here. Now turn off whatever device blocks my friends' powers and I'll release your heart," she knew since their pre-Crisis invasion of the multiverse, an agreement had been made to stop the multiverse interfering and vice versa – portal blocking devices had been put up in many of the important buildings on New Daxam to stop other worlds coming, and they leaving for other worlds, too.

"Do it," Mik ordered his men to shut off the devices so Rae, Frankie, Gypsy and the children could leave.

"Prince?" One of the guards asked.

"Turn off the device we use to stop the multiverse interfering," Mik ordered, and Rae heard the order being shouted out.

"The device is off," the same guard said.

"Frankie," Rae said, and Frankie held up one hand and a portal opened.

"Now release my heart," Mik said. Rae nodded and let go of Mik's heart, stepped back. She wasn't surprised though when Mik ordered the guards to fire their guns the moment she let him go, with Clarky responding with heat vision.

"Go fast," Rae said, and Gypsy jumped through the portal with the baby still in her arms. "Keep it open for me!" Rae called to Frankie as she joined Clarky, using arm tornados to knock over the Daxamites and push them away. Frankie went through with the boy they had come for. "Flash Pup, you're next." Clarky a disapproving bark. "Now, boy!"

Clarky was a loyal dog and jumped through the portal. "We're going to continue," Mik yelled as Rae went through the portal with speed, hearing Mik order the device back on. She could see the portal start to close, probably from the device being turned on trying to shut it down, but Rae didn't doubt the prince. This world was theirs. They would continue to try to make their hybrids but at least they had these two.

Since Rae had run through the portal with speed, she came out with speed, knocking into Frankie's kitchen counter with force. There was a dent in the cabinet and Rae herself groaned. Her hand hurt from punching Daxamites and now the rest of her body did as well. Adrenaline and Speed Force had kept her going. She would heal fast, but it still hurt. Clarky came up licking her face.

"Down boy," Rae said, giving him a pet and kissing his head. Frankie had come out and held out a hand, pulling Rae up. Rae saw he had laid the boy down on the couch and put a blanket over him. Gypsy was sitting in a chair looking down at the baby in her arms with a loving look.

"Gypsy, what's going on with you and that baby?" Rae had to ask.

"She has the same power as us," Gypsy said. "Frankie, can't you feel it? I think we were meant to go there and get her."

"What?" Frankie asked, coming over and looking down at the girl. "You want to keep her?" Frankie looked down at the baby. "Oh wow, she does have our powers," there was obviously a connection only vibes could feel, given Rae didn't have a clue.

"Well, she is Amelia Allen's daughter, and she has vibe powers on some Earth and… wait a second? Are you really taking in my alternate cousins' daughter?" Rae asked.

"Why not? Nora and Henry are great grandparents," Gypsy said. "They practically adopted Frankie anyway – and she would have great aunts."

Rae blinked. "You know what, I'm not arguing. Tell the nerds to set her up with you," Rae said and looked down at the boy she had really been sent to get. He was somehow asleep.

"I better get him to Cait…" Rae didn't finish her sentence as a portal opened up.

"Bring him to me," it was the voice of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson that Rae knew meant this was the Dimensional Superstructure.

"I know that voice," Frankie blinked at the portal.

"I'll… I'll fill you in later," Rae picked the boy up. "Thanks, you two," she said as she and Clarky went into the portal and it closed behind them.

"Not how I expected today to go," Frankie said, looking around at their one-bedroom apartment. "For one, we need a new place..."

"We can set up a crib in our bedroom; she wont need her own room until she's at least 18 months," Gypsy reasoned.

"And how old do you think she is?" Frankie asked.

"I don't know… we'll have to ask Caitlin," Gypsy smiled down at the girl still in her arms.

-New Justice-

Rae appeared in the Dimensional Superstructure, in the same boat and jungle as before. She also didn't feel disconnected from the Speed Force this and figured her Uncle had taken care of that before she came in. The Rock was waiting and took the boy from Rae's arm putting him down on the boat.

"Thank you, Rae," the Dimensional Superstructure said. He was looking at the boy with so much love the second she'd come here. "Mik-El was a horrible father. I will be better for him."

"You can't keep him," Rae countered, and saw the look, the anger in his eyes.

"And why not?" the Dimensional Superstructure said. "He needs me to protect him! To heal him and to teach him. I will give him anything he could ever want in here. We'll play through all the Rock's movies: Jungle Cruise, Journey 2 the Mysterious Island. Jumanji…"

"I get it, you're a Rock fan," Rae said, holding up a hand. "But he can't stay here forever. He would never live, never age, never love, never have human contact – it won't be a real life. Ask my mother. Ask Aunt Sphere. The point of having a human child is to let that child grow and be out there in the multiverse for you. You can heal him, yes, and teach him, but then you must let him go. I'm the Paragon of Truth. Listen to my words. You know they are true..." Clarky gave a bark and Rae wasn't scared as she stood here in a Force of the Universes, standing up to him.

"And where would he go?" the Dimensional Superstructure said, cautious. "He will not return to the Daxamites. I will not return him to that world at all."

"Well, he's Amelia Allen's son," Rae said. "There are many of those in the multiverse. Find one to give him to. One who will raise him right."

The two stared at each other for a while and then the face of the Rock gave her a nod. "I know you are right," the Dimensional Superstructure sighed. "But I don't want him to leave."

"He never will, in a way. He'll always be connected to you and when he dies, I am sure you can take his soul the same way the Speed Force will take mine," Rae explained. "But let him grow up, have kids of his own someday – maybe give you more kids."

"I'd like that," the Dimensional Superstructure nodded. "Okay. I will heal him, teach him, and when he is ready, I will give him to an Amelia Allen."

"Good," Rae said. "It was… interesting meeting you Uncle. But I think it's time for me to go home to my own daughter."

Her uncle nodded at this as a portal opened for Rae.

"Oh, by the way dear niece, I did burn that book for you," Dimensional Superstructure said, "every last copy, as you asked."

"Thank Rao," Rae said, having almost forgotten about the League of Lovers book in her adventure as she and Clarky walked through the portal, back home.

-New Justice-

Rae came out of the portal in her house and took Clarky out of her outfit and de-summoned her own before going to find Kara. It didn't take long, since Kara was outside the house talking to Sara. Leona ran at speed to Rae, and Rae picked her up giving her a kiss.

"So, what did the Speed Force want?" Kara asked.

"A long story, that involves the Dimensional Superstructure, a world called New Daxam, and children of Amelia Allen. By the way, Frankie and Gypsy have adopted one," Rae said and Kara blinked at this. "I'll go into detail after I get something to eat."

"Well, Leona got to ride a Natu today," Sara said.

"Which one?" Rae asked.

"Jay," Kara said.

"Oh, that's okay. He practically her brother," Rae said, kissing Leona again to a laugh from Sara at the brother comment. "Now that food…" Rae didn't finish as Lena and Tantu seemed to appear out of nowhere, Lena storming up to Rae.

"What the hell Flash?!" Lena yelled.

"What the hell, what, Lena?" Rae asked, blinking at the reaction now.

"I get you didn't like the book, but don't you think this was an overreaction?" Lena fume.

"Overreaction?" Rae said.

"She means what happened to the book." Tantu spoke up, and Rae paused. "Rae, every single copy of Lena's mom book burst into flames; Caitlin called it spontaneous combustion. Somehow though, the books just burned and then the fire went out and no one was hurt. Even the servers where the publisher kept the book and Pamela's own laptop went up. The book has been erased from existence."

"I don't know if I should be flattered or not. You think I could do that, but I don't have that type of power," Rae pointed out. "I can't just burn all the…" Rae paused, thinking to herself. The Dimensional Superstructure had burned the book, but not just the one Rae had on her – he had burned them all. A smile came to Rae's face, and she laughed. "Got to love my uncle…"

"Henry?" Tantu asked.

"No. My Uncle Dimensional Superstructure," Rae said. "I asked him to burn the books. He really did burn them all," Rae laughed as she took Leona into the house, planning on getting food ready.

"What…?" Lena asked, turning to Tantu and Kara now.

"One of the Seven Forces of the Universes," Kara explained. "She's the daughter of the Speed Force, so the others are her aunts and uncles." Kara went to follow her wife and daughter, wanting to know more about what had happened.

"So, what does this mean?" Lena asked the women left with her.

"She killed the book," Sara said. "I suggest you tell your mom to give up on this series idea of hers of superheroes having sex. Rae just pulled out the big guns." Sara herself went to go see what Rae was making before returning home.

"Sara is right. The book is dead," Tantu said. "Come on, there's not much we can do…"

-New Justice-

In Gotham, Kate and Beth looked at each other, smirking. They were inside the Crows' main office, in the office that used to be their fathers.

"What do we do now, sister?" Beth asked. "We needed either Wayne Industries' or Hamilton Dynamics to make our plan go."

"We can still do our plan," Kate said. "It will just be slower. This city will pay for what they did to us."

"I just don't understand how Mary didn't die," Beth pointed out. "There is no cure to the poison."

"She must have not drunk it," Kate reasoned. "But dear sister, we did get this security company and it could come in very handy… once we rearrange some things," Beth smiled and nodded. They had things to do.

Post Chapter Note: Well, another unexpected return to New Daxam. I will say when I wrote the Bounty with the Rae children this wasn't planned for Amelia kids too, but it worked out nicely – especially since the first time we ever saw New Daxam the plot was saving Amelia from the Daxamites. Weirdly it's the only 'evil Earth' that seems to have continuous use after it's introduction.
