Chapter 8: Ki… Eeping Up and Dynamax Follies Part 2

-P.O.V. Change: Amanda; Pokémon Center-

I sighed as I laid back on the bed with Kitten sitting on my stomach with a bored look on its face. I missed my Jamie… And I could tell Ranma is getting antsy. Well, whatever that girl could tell as antsy since she was doing some sort of training outside with her Hawlucha. She must have really missed being around Jamie since she wouldn't be quiet about James going and doing some solo Ki Training. At least he left his Pokémon and phone with me. I looked at it and saw the Ki Training app flashing. I pressed on it and a bunch of stats appeared on screen. Ki Consumption, Ki, Control, Ki Construction… Looks a lot like stats for Pokémon. Interesting… And, they all had ranks too. Some of his stats read Rookie but his Ki Construction read Master. Why is this one Master and the others Rookie? I mean, he was a big Dragon Ball nerd behind being a big Pokémon fan. I guess that is why… Then, the door to my room flew open and there stood a frantic Erza Scarlet panting and staring into the room. I fell off the bed, Kitten flying to the floor. I sat up in a panic as I looked at her.

"For God's sake, woman! Do you have an off button?!" I yelled in shock as she closed the door when she and her Scizor came in.

"You should've told me when you arrived in Jubilife! You know my mother is here!" Erza said as she looked at me. I flinched and remember that Erza was from Jubilife, living here with her mom when she wasn't in Fairy Tail Academy.

"Yeah… I forgot about that. But, why are you here?" I asked her as I stood up and dusted myself off. Kitten hops up and shook herself off by using her black shadow hand to brush herself off. She sitters over to me and hid behind my leg.

"Well, I am with Headmaster Makarov, looking for a Guardian who reawakened their power. You also failed to tell me that your boyfriend was in Sinnoh," Erza said as she glanced at me, "He is quite… A looker." I blushed while rubbing the back of my head.

"Well… I meant to tell you. But, I kinda didn't. I had no idea where he was…" I told her, "It's confusing, I know. Did you charge over here because James told you that I was here?" Erza nods his head and smiled. I chuckled and nodded at her tunnel vision mind.

"There's no one like you, Scarlet. So, what do you wanna do?" I said and she took me by the hand.

"There's a Boutique here. I wanna check it out and get some new clothes," she said and I smirked. I DID want to buy some new clothes to show Jamie. Maybe we can ask Ranma to join us…

-Scene Skip; P.O.V Change: Ranma-

"Come on, Libra! Try it again! Flying Press!" I called as my Hawlucha leaps into the air and dove down to slam into a large stack of pillows to cushion his landing. He rolled off the pillows and pats his chest, patting the feathers off of his chest. He then came up to me and held out his fist. That one was a good Flying Press and he deserved it. I fist bumped him and chuckled.

"Good job, Libra. A few more and we should be comfortable for using it in battle," I told him and he flexed his arms for me. Vixen and Gousei were breaking through some stacks of bricks that I laid down for them to break through when I went over to them. They stood up and smiled at me. I checked their work and saw that Gousei broke about 3 more than Vixen had broke. Vixen broke about 22 and Gousei broke about 25. Not bad to either one of them.

"Good work, both of you! With numbers like these, we can go toe to toe with my brother and his Machoke!" I told them with a smile and they cheered happily.

"Hey, Ranma!" Amanda's voice called to me and I turned to see her and a woman a few years older than her come over to me. The woman looked quite… Intimidating, too.

"Yeah? What do you need, Amanda?" I asked her and she smiled at me, "What?"

"Well, I want to invite you to go shopping with us. You do have some extra clothes on you, do you?" Amanda asked me and I blushed while nodding my head, "With that response, I assume you don't and don't want to tell me. Well, you're coming with us anyway. If you want to be with Jamie, I can show you what he likes to see…" I blushed and looked off to the side. I never minded what James saw me in when we were together, training. He always said I looked cute… No matter what I wore.

"Umm… Well, I do need a new shirt," I muttered as I looked at my shirt.

"Fun! Well, come on! Daylight's wasting!" Amanda said as she pulled me by the arm.

"Ah! Wait, I need to clean up!" I called as we were already gone. My Pokémon looked on in confusion and decided to clean up their mess and come after me. I love those guys…

-Scene Skip; A Few Minutes Later; Jubilife 21 Clothing Store-

Amanda, Erza(The girl Amanda was with), and I arrived at a large 2 story multicolored building with the boutique name on the front and I looked up at the large imposing building. To be honest, I have never shopped in a boutique before, much less been in one this extravagant. I always go to one that has looked… Less big money than this.

"Hey, Ranma! You coming?! I'm buying, after all! You're welcome!" Amanda told me and I sighed and looked down at Gousei who looked uninterested at the building. I pat him on the head and smiled as he looked up at me and smiled small. He followed behind me as we went inside. The place was bustling with people of all ages, shopping with Pokémon and children at their sides while talking with one another. There was some music playing that played on the loudspeaker that made me cringe. It was some pop music from a singer that I forgot the name to and I disliked her music. I groaned and looked around. Amanda took my hand to make sure I didn't get lost and followed Erza to a section of the store that had our sizes.

"Man, I hate this music. Do you listen to this when you come inside these stores?" I asked with a scrunched up face. Amanda laughed and nods her head.

"Oh, don't worry about it. I hate Taylor Swift, too. James always tune any song with her out, and so do I. That's why it don't bother me," Amanda told me and I looked at her. If only life could work that way… Ugh.

"Well, what do you prefer? Short sleeve or low cut?" Amanda held up a pink short sleeve V-neck shirt with frills on the end of the shirt and a low cut shoulder strap blue shirt with the words Bad Girl on the front of the shirt. I honestly liked the Bad Girl shirt… Made me look more… Hmm… I took the shirt and looked at it. I glanced at Amanda as she giggled at me.

"I just had an idea… Wanna give Jamie something to keep him up at night?" Amanda said with a mischievous smirk on her face. I blushed and looked at her as she leaned in close to my left ear and whispered her plan to me. I went deep red at her plan and looked at her like she was crazy as she leaned back and smirked.

"Come on… You know how He feels about you and how He feels about me. Why not give him some… Service?" I looked down while thinking about it. I mean… It would be fun to tease him a little. But, I don't want him to be all pent up like that.

"W-what does it entail?" I said shyly and Amanda clapped her hands together.

"Oh, you just leave that to me and Erza. ERZA!" Amanda called and Erza glanced back at me with a smirk on her face while holding up a red and black bikini set.

"Yeah, Mandy?" she called as she hands the bikini to her Scizor who shook his head and followed behind her. He had the same look on her face as Gousei had.

"We have… A job to do. Know what I mean?" Amanda said as she winked at her. Erza smirked deviously as she rubbed her hands together. I gulped and backed away slowly as the 2 girls got closer to me. I feel like I made a mistake… Oh, jeez.

-Scene Skip; Meanwhile; P.O.V Change: Blanc-

I sighed as I read a book that my grandparents gave to me before I left Vindor Village: A book by a man named James Patterson. Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment. It was a good read, if I say so myself. I want to write a book myself one day when I get famous. But, that is a long time from now. Then, out of nowhere… My Poké Gear rang and I picked it up off of my bag. I looked at the called ID and it was a Unova number. Oh, it's her… Crapbaskets. I picked it up and cleared my throat.

"New phone, who dis?" I answered in a deep voice and I heard a groan on the other line.

"Stop that, Blanc. You know that's my thing," a voice said on the other line. I laughed and shook my head.

"You know I can only get away with it once with you. But, I can still do it regardless. What you want, Neptune?" I asked as I put my book down and looked at my snow white Poké Gear.

"How you doing? I haven't spoke with you since primary school. Doing anything worthwhile?" Neptune asked me and I smirked.

"I am traveling around Sinnoh, collecting badges. I met this guy that I kinda have a crush on… But, he is taken already. But, he has a harem," I told him and I heard Neptune snort, "Are you laughing?"

"Sorry, sorry… A harem? Blanc, you are better than that. What if he doesn't like you like that?" Neptune asked me and I raised an eyebrow.

"Honestly, no. He isn't like that, Neptune. If you meet him, you would be best friends, if I am being honest," I told her and I heard Histoire call Neptune's name from the other side.

"Yeah, Aunt Histy! I am talking with Blanc! Give me a sec!" Neptune called, "Sorry, Blanc. Histy is calling me… I gotta go. Talk later? I wanna hear all about this mysterious guy you fallen for!" I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"Yeah. I got it… See you later," I said and hung up. Then, my Poké Gear immediately rang again. It was a Sinnoh number that I instantly recognized. It was my mom's number… So, I picked up.

"Hello, Blanc's phone," I said.

"Blanc, it's your mother… You forgot to call yesterday," my mother said ad I slapped my forehead, realizing that I indeed didn't call my mom yesterday.

"Sorry, Mom. I was a bit busy yesterday… How is everyone at home?" I asked her and she sighed.

"Well, your father has just called from Unova. He is wondering how you are and is sorry that he couldn't see you go off on your own journey," she said and I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose. Who is my father, you ask? His name is Ghetsis, actually. He is a good man… Most of the time. But, he is not around most of the time. He is taking care of a secret organization he calls Team Plasma and has taken a young man named N under his wing. I wish he would be around his family who is worried about him.

"Yeah, I know. I don't like it that he is spending more time with some strangers than his family, Mom," I said in an annoyed tone.

"I agree with you, Blanny… But, it is your father's dream to make the world a better place for you and the girls," she said and I rolled my eyes. Yeah, I wasn't really buying into that crap that my father says. If he could say it to my face, I would believe him. Whatever, I guess.

"Anyway, how are Rom and Ram? Are they okay?" I asked her, charging the subject to my sisters. Then, I heard their voices call to Mom.

"Come here, you 2! Come say hi to Blanc! She's on the phone!" Mom called in the distance, as if she was leaning away from the phone. I heard their voices get closer and I heard some commotion before it went silent. Then…

"Blanc! Hey, can you hear us?!" Ram's voice called from the other side. I sighed and smiled.

"Yeah, Ram. I can hear you," I told her and she giggled.

"H-hi, Blanc," Rom's voice said and I smiled more warmly.

"Hey, Rom. Are you and Ram taking care of Mom?" I asked them.

"Of course! We are being super responsible!" Ram answered, "Are you gonna come visit us soon?!"

"I can make an exception this time. I do miss you guys, anyway," I told them and they cheered. I have to convince James to come with me to visit my siblings. He haven't met them yet and they would have a field day with him since Rom loves Fairy Types and Ram loves Electric Types. Erica and Alexis would have their hands full.

"Will you show us any new cool Pokémon that you caught?!" Ram asked excitedly and I chuckled.

"As long as you don't mess with anything in my room," I told her.

"Promise!" Ram said and I smirked. I usually have to bribe Ram to behave and it always works. I have to crack down and catch a Pokémon for both of them. I just have to figure out what Pokémon to get them… Maybe I could ask them what Pokémon they want. Hope it's not something that can't be caught in Sinnoh.

"Know what? I will get you both a Pokémon… How about that?" I told and they started talking fast excitedly, "Whoa, whoa! Slowly!"

"Sorry, Blanc. I want a Ralts," Rom said softly.

"I want an Elekid! They are so cool!" Ram said and I nodded my head. Good, that will be easy to do. Ralts are normally around Eterna City side of Mt. Coronet and Elekid are around Valley Windworks. But, if I am lucky… They might be around those Max Raid dens that James told me about.

"You got it. I will find them for you, promise," I told them and they cheered again, "Let me speak to Mom, okay? Love you both."

"We love you too, big sis!" Ram said.

"Love you too, big sis," Rom said and there was some shuffling again.

"Are you sure that giving them some Pokémon would be a good idea?" Mom asked and I sighed.

"Well, no… But, it will make them happy. Besides, you asked Dad the same thing with Sub-Zero," I told her and she sighed as well.

"And, that was actually a good idea. Okay, I trust you," Mom told me.

"Besides, it will be under my Trainer ID until they get their own Trainer's License when they turn 15," I told Mom and she nods her head.

"Smart thinking," Mom said happily and I smiled at that.

"For now, I better go. I have to get something for a friend. I will call you when I get to Sandgem," I told her.

"I will see you later, Blanc. Thanks for answering," Mom told me and I nodded my head and sighed.

"Bye, Mom. Give Rom and Ram a hug for me," I told her and hung up. I put my Poké Gear away and picked up my bag to get ready to pick up a package when the door was kicked open out of nowhere and I looked at the door in shock. Then, a woman with long black hair tied in a high ponytail walked into the room pointing 2 pistols at me while having a crazed look on her face walked into my room and points the guns at me. I recoiled in horror as I pulled my hammer out.

"Who are you?! Where's Numb Nuts?! I need to talk with him immediately!" she said angrily and I stared at her in confusion.

"Who?! What are you talking about?! Who the fuck are you, lady?!" I asked her in fear and anger. She growled and took the safeties off of her guns, getting ready to fire.

"I don't have much time! I need to get to him before they do! Tell me where Scott-Naoko is!" she said and I flinched in shock. That was James's last name, wasn't it?

"You mean James?!" I asked in shock and she frowned at me.

"Yes, him! How do you know him?! Are you his girl or something?!" she asked me and I blushed.

"I am one of his girls, yes… But, it's complicated! What do you want with him?!" I asked her seriously and she shook her head.

"I don't have time to play 20 questions with you, girl! Just tell me where he is!" she said with a growl, "I want to make sure he is safe! He pissed off some scary individuals and I need to make sure he isn't in any danger!" Oh, she must be an acquaintance of James. I relaxed my guard a bit and looked at her.

"He isn't here. He is with a woman named Polycursia, living in a house south of this Center. You probably passed by it on your way here. Or, did you come from North of Jubilife?" I told her and she points her guns down.

"Shit… At least Sis said that Polycursia can be trusted. Thanks… And, sorry for barging into your room," she said as she shook her head, "You said South of this Center?" I nodded my head and she turned to leave the room.

"Wait! Who the hell are you and why are you trying to find James so urgently?!" I asked her seriously. She looked back at me with a fierce gaze and I flinched at it.

"All you need to know is my name is Revy. And, that's it," she said and left the room in a hurry. What the fuck was all that about?! James pissed off some individuals? All I could think of is the PHK… Wait. Was she part of the International Police or something?

-Scene Skip; A Few Minutes Later; P.O.V Change: James-

" Haaaaa!!! " I yelled as I fired off a large blue wave at a wooden dummy and blew it back into a target wall behind it.

"Good… You have gotten the hang of using large amounts of Ki in doses faster than last time," Polycursia called and I looked over at her. I sighed and knelt on the floor, sweat dripping from my forehead. Makarov and Polycursia stood back, watching over me as I continued my training. This was actually a lot more strenuous than I previously thought. The amount of control with certain Ki attacks are insane. I had just used the Kamehameha for the 6th time and I was drained. Looks like it's not as easy as Goku or anyone who uses Kamehameha makes it to be. It uses A LOT of Ki to use and using it multiple times can hurt. Ki Construction uses FAR LESS Ki and can be used immediately. I then heard a familiar voice call to me as Revy races over to me and knelt beside me. I looked at the bounty hunter in shock and she sighed with relief as she stood up.

"Dude, you have some explaining to you. Tell me why the PHK are hunting you down," Revy told me as I stood up as well and took a deep breath.

"It's linked to my missing memories, actually. I dealt with them a lot in the past with a couple of friends of mine. Unfortunately, I lost 3 years of my memories after I was shot by the leader of PHK back in Saffron. It's a long story, I promise," I told her as she folded her arms.

"Revy… You know my rules. What is your business with my student?" Polycursia asked Revy as she walked up to her, "Does Balalaika need him?" She glanced at Polycursia and shook her head.

"No. I just wanted to see if he was okay. No fucker like that Hoyt guy is gonna harm him again as long as I am around," Revy told her as she frowned, "I assume you know what you are up against here, James. I came to warn you and make sure you were safe." I looked off to the side and sighed.

"I am aware of the situation I am in and so does my friends. I still have about a day left before I head out and continue my Gym Challenge," I told her and she nods her head, "And… I got your package." She smirked deviously as I frowned at her. She laughed and snorted as I blushed.

"Triple Extra Large, Jamie! I wanted to make sure it would fit in case, you know?" Revy giggled and I frowned again.

"Okay, how do you know how big I am?" I asked her and she wriggled her eyebrows.

"That's my secret, buddy. Not like you won't put them to good use, like I know you will," Revy teased me and I ran my hand through my afro.

"Fair enough. So, where are you headed next?" I told her and she smirked as she took a cigarette out of her left shorts pocket and a lighter from her right shorts pocket. She lit up the cigarette and took a puff.

"Anywhere you are going, dude. I decided to stick by you and make sure you get some extra security… Just remember that I don't do battling like you do. I don't use Pokémon to battle… I use my guns and hands," she said and I nodded my head.

"I am aware of that," I told her and she nods her head while taking another puff from her cigarette. She turned back to Polycursia and shrugged her shoulders while Polycursia glared at her.

"I swear, girlie… You are something fierce. Wait over there until James is finished. He doesn't have that long left," she said and Revy smirked and walked over to a set of dummies that were standing by. Polycursia looked at me and nods her head and I stood up, refreshed from the small break I took.

-Scene Skip; 18 Hours Later; Pokémon Center-

With my training complete, I bid farewell to Polycursia and Makarov and once again promised that I will pay Fairy Tail Academy a visit. With that, Makarov and Erza(who had spent time with Amanda and Ranma for some reason she didn't tell me) left for Hearthome City and Revy and I went on the Center. When I arrived, I was tackled by Alexis to the ground and she rubbed her left cheek against my face. I laughed and scratched her head. She purred happily and licked my right cheek. She got off and I sat up to see the others coming towards me. Amanda hands me back my Poké Ball belt and I put it on. She hands me my phone and I looked at it. The Ki Training app was flashing and I clicked on it. It showed a screen of multiple stats for my Ki Training. Weird… My Ki Construction is at Master rank and the Ki Consumption is at Intermediate while everything else is Rookie.

"You and your growing harem, James. Who is the girl?" Amanda asked me and I groaned as Revy smirked while taking a puff from another cigarette.

"Don't start. This is Revy, the same one who sent me the sword and condoms," I said nervously as I point to Revy.

"Sup? I am his bodyguard," Revy said as she raised an eyebrow.

"Wait, this is the girl who sent the condoms?!" Aqua said loudly, which made some people turn their heads to us. Dawn clasped her hands over Aqua's mouth and chuckled nervously while looking at the group.

"Nothing to see here! Go about your business!" Amanda called as she glanced at the people. They went about their business and Amanda glanced at Aqua.

"Man, what a loudmouth," Lola said as she shook her head. I sighed and nodded my head.

"Triple Extra Large, am I right?" Revy smirked and Amanda glanced at me.

"I still don't know how she knows my size, Mandy. I did not touch her " I said and she chuckled.

"I'm also a merc, James. I got files on everyone, thanks to the Black Lagoon company," Revy said as she held the cigarette in between her fingers and looked at me, "Just know that I will not let anything happen to you our your girls, got it? I can make a call to Sis and have backup show up just in case."

"Thanks, Rev… I will make sure no one will fuck with us again, too. Count on it," I said as I nodded my head, "Let's get a move on to the next town, okay? Anyone in charge of the map?" Aqua pulls out a Sinnoh Regional Town Map and showed it to me. The next major town was River City, which was a few hours of walking north of us farther ahead of Honore Town. Hmm… I wonder who we will run into in River City.

"Cool, River City is our first destination. Ready to go, ladies?" I said and they agreed. We set out for North of Jubilife after leaving the Pokémon Center.

-Scene Skip; A Few Minutes Later; Jubilife City North Exit; 204 Entrance-

Well, I would say we left the city… But, we got sidetracked again. This time, it was by Prof. Rowan, Lucas, and… Bradley facing some Team Galactic grunts at the entrance of Route 204, just like in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. But, this time… They were locked in combat already. Prof. Rowan stood behind Lucas as Lucas was using a Grotle to fight a Glameow and Stunky and Bradley was using Sparx, his Pikachu, to fight several Zubat at once. Kitty called out Drek to help Bradley and I called out Wukong to give Lucas a hand.

"Hey, James. It's a good thing you and your friends showed up when you did. Don't know if Bradley and I could hold them back for long," Lucas told me and I smirked at him.

"I got you, bro. Don't sweat the details," I told him and looked straight ahead, "Can you handle the Glameow?"

"Yeah. You got the Stunky?" he asked me and I nodded my head.

"Let's do this," I said and Wukong clenched his fists and Grotle called out his species name. Lola and Alexis stuck at my sides and Lola had hearts in her eyes while she watched Wukong battle. Lucas and I steeled ourselves for battle as I clicked on my headphones and a familiar bad guy theme played from them.

-Cue Battle! Team Galactic Grunt from Pokémon D/P/PT OST-

"Wukong, Mach Punch!" I called and his right fist began glowing while he raced forward.

"Stunky, Smog!" one of the grunts called and his Stunky shot a large purple gas cloud at Wukong.

"Grotle, cover Wukong with Protect!" Lucas called and Grotle created a large green energy wall in front of him, stopping the gas cloud. Wukong jumps over the wall and threw his fist forward, creating an air pocket that smashed into Stunky and knocked it back. He lands in front of the Stunky and looked back as Glameow charged at him.

"Grotle, Bullet Seed!" Lucas called to his Grotle and Grotle shot multiple seeds at Glameow, knocking it off course. Wukong smirked as he gave Grotle a thumbs up. Grotle smiled at him as Stunky slowly got back up.

"How about this? Wukong, Texas Smash!" I called and his right fist began sparking with red electricity and orange flames. He launched his right fist at Stunky, knocking it into a wall with a large gust of pocket air. He smirked as his fist sparked with energy when he brought it back to his side. The Stunky passed out as it hit the ground stomach first. I will never get tired of that, honestly… Wukong whooping ass like a G. Bradley and Kitty stood side by side as they told their Electric-Types to fire off simultaneous Thunderbolts at the flying Zubats flying around them. To be honest, I was impressed by their synergy… It was a lot better than I previously thought.

" It's good to see the gang back together again," I said to Myself and I agreed as I nodded my head. The Zubats fainted and crashed to the ground. Sparx hops onto Bradley's shoulder and rubbed his left cheek against Bradley's right cheek lovingly. Bradley scratched Sparx on the head with a smile as Kitty hugged him tightly.

"Are you okay?" he asked her and she lets go of him and nods her head yes with a blush.

"You brats will pay for this later! Grunts, retreat!" one of the grunts called an the group of grunts ran off. I clicked my headphones off and the BGM stopped as I went over to Bradley and Kitty.

-End BGM-

"It's been a while, old friend. Nice to see you again," I told him as I held out my hand. He shook it with vigor and pats my shoulder.

"You have no idea how relieved I am to see you alive again, James. I was so worried about you," he told me as he looked at me, "What happened after you got taken?"

"Long story. Willing to hear it?" I told him and he nods his head, "Well, let me talk with Prof. Rowan first."

"Fair enough. Professor?" Bradley said as he looked back at Prof. Rowan. The old professor walked over to us and pats me on the shoulder as Lucas followed behind him.

"Thank you for the help, James. You and the others, too. I am glad you arrived when you did… I was on my way to Honore Town to host this week's Coliseum. Bradley and Lucas were gonna accompany me there to participate. It's about an hour walk there," Prof. Rowan told me and I looked at the girls. They looked interested in this, especially Amanda. I remember the Orre Region was one of her favorite regions and Coliseum was her favorite spin-off game.

"How's about we all head there? It will be safer for you to have a few more experienced trainers go with you, after all," I said and he nods his head. Prof. Rowan smiled and we headed out for the next town, Honore Town.

-Scene Skip; A Couple Hours Later; Honore Town-

-Play Azalea Town/Blackthorn City From Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver OST-

Our large group arrived at a relatively lively town with multiple houses and a large Pokémon Center nearby in the middle of the town with a large arena like field behind it. Prof. Rowan cleared his throat as he walked to the Pokémon Center.

"I will head to the Center to check us in. Why don't you go have a look around, James? Seeing as you haven't actually been this far out of town," Prof. Rowan said to me and I nodded my head while taking Ranma and Amanda by their hands and walking off, "Meet back at the arena in an hour! The Coliseum will start soon!"

"Hey, Jamie? Aren't you gonna participate? This seems right up your alley, " Amanda said curiously as she looked at me.

"I would… But, I didn't sign in. Maybe Prof. Rowan would do that," I said honestly, "Besides, even if I don't participate…I get to see Bradley battle. Sounds exciting!"

"I wouldn't mind getting in the action. I'm gonna go sign up," Ranma said a she kissed me on the cheek, "Be right back." She lets go of my hand and rushed off. Amanda and I looked at each other and went into deep thought.

"Hey, James… After thinking it over, isn't there a way to cure Kitty of her ailments using Ki or Aura or something like that? I mean, this world is different than ours… So, all bets are off," Amanda told me and I scratched the back of my head.

"I… Have no idea. I mean, you would think there would be something like that now. I could ask Dad about it or Cynthia," I told her and she scratched the back of her head. Kitten pops out of her Poké Ball as well as Belina and they stuck by Amanda's side as she and I walked side by side to the arena where Bradley and Kitty were spending time together, catching up and having all their Pokémon all out to catch up. Kitty's Empoleon looked over at me and called out to me. The rest of their Pokémon turned to me and Amanda as we walked over to then.

"So… It has been a while seeing you all again. I am feeling almost whole again," I told Bradley's Pokémon; which consisted of Sparx, his Pikachu; Eragon, his shiny black Charizard; Akame, his Leafeon; Mavis, his Milotic; Oshy, his Samurott, which if I remember could talk in the older story I had written a while back; and… Vergil, my Victini?! Wait, Vergil was still with Bradley?! I think maybe Bradley went looking for Vergil after my disappearance and kept him around. Vergil stared at me in disbelief as it trembled. He hovered over to me and touched my face with both hands. I smiled and pat Vergil on the head as I decided to switch places with Myself.

-P.O.V. Change: TPPOV-

James hugged Vergil as the Victini sobbed in his arms, burying his face in James's chest. Erica pops her head out of James's bag, looking up at the crying Mythical Pokémon and hovers up to him and looked at him curiously.

"I'm sorry, Vergil. I made you really sad… I am just glad no one came to hurt you. Did Bradley keep you safe for me?" James told him, petting the Mythical Pokémon on the head. Vergil stopped crying after a minute and looked up at James with a smile. He nods his head and James sighed with relief. Erica tilts her head to the side and James pets Erica on the head.

"Erica, this is an old friend of mine Vergil. Vergil, this is Erica… She is quite young… You can treat her like a little sister," he said to the hovering Pokémon. Amanda, Bradley, and Kitty watched this exchange with smiles on their faces. Vergil hovers onto James's shoulder and smiled at Erica, who was giggling happily at meeting a new friend. Vergil hovered around Eric with a smile and hugged her. Alexis pops out of her Poké Ball and shook her fur out and stared at Vergil in confusion.

"Lex, this is Vergil… An old friend. Vergil, this is Alexis. She is one of m new Pokémon… And, a friend whose life I saved a while ago," James told Victini. Vergil hovered down to wave to Alexis, who smiled warmly at him.

"This is very nostalgic, being with you 2 again as well. I promise, I will be more serious this time around. You can count on it," James said to his 2 old friends. Bradley and Kitty nods their heads with smiles on their faces. James then switched back places with Himself and returned control to his primary soul.

-P.O.V. Change: James-

I cleared my throat and Bradley came up to me and hands me Vergil's Ultra Ball. It was attached to a necklace that he had around his neck. He took it off and hands it to me. I put it around my neck and Vergil cheered happily while hovering around my neck.

"So, what are you gonna do about Vergil?" Amanda asked me and I smiled while looking at the Mythical Pokémon. He tilts his head to the side.

"He will not battle… Not yet. I want him to make that choice himself, Mandy. He wants that much from me," I told her and she nods her head, understanding what I meant, "Vergil, I know you dislike battling… But, it is your choice on what you do from here. I will not force you to-" Vergil pumped his fists while smiling at me.

" I want to help however I can without fighting too much. If I can act as a coach, I can! My powers can help the team in a good way!" I heard a voice in my head and blinked in surprise. He used telepathy to speak with me! I then remembered back to my story and realized that he used to talk to me using telepathy. I chuckled and nodded my head.

"Since you are a Mythical, your powers will help the team get up to snuff and give them some good training. I can agree with that, Vergil… Oh! I should scan you, just in case," I said as I pulled out my PokéDex, "Hold still, okay." Vergil hovered in place while making the same pose a Victini would make in a Black and White sprite. The PokéDex scanned Vergil and read off his information to me.

" Victini, the Victory Pokémon. It creates an unlimited supply of energy inside of its body, which it shares with those who touch it. This Pokémon is a Mythical Pokémon, very rare to come across. This Victini has the Modest Nature and the ability Victory Star with the moves V-Create, Fusion Flare, Fusion Bolt, Psychic, Searing Shot, Calm Mind, and Helping Hand, " PokéDex explained and I smiled. Modest Nature ain't bad…I would prefer Naughty Nature, honestly. But, sure… I will roll with that.

"Sweet. That can work… Now, let's get a move on. I wanna meet up with the others and see if they are gonna participate," I said and looked at Amanda.

"Good idea. Let's do that," Amanda said.

"I think they went inside the Center," Bradley told me and I nodded my head. After that, we went inside and found the group settling down and Aqua and Ranma standing off to the side, taking care of something. Amanda and I glanced at each other and went over to them.

"Whatcha doing, ladies?" I asked them. Aqua and Ranma looked up at us and smiled.

"We are gonna be in the Coliseum! And, so are you! Hey, what's that on your head?" Aqua asked as she points to Vergil.

"This is Vergil… An old friend from 3 years ago. Remember I told you about what happened in Saffron?" I told Aqua and she nods her head.

"Oh! So, you both reunited? I am so happy for you both!" Aqua said while clapping her hands together.

"He's a cutie. Can I hold him?" Ranma said with a smile and Vergil floats towards her and snuggled in her arms, "Aww! He's so warm…"

"He is a Fire Type, so that is a true statement," I said and rubbed the back of my head, "Has Prof. Rowan come back yet?"

"Actually, yes… He is with Nurse Joy right now, getting everything ready," Ranma said as she looked up at me, "By the way, Jamie… I-I have something to show you. I-I wanted you to see it first… And to tell me what you think, honestly." I raised an eyebrow and Amanda giggled behind me as Ranma blushed heavily. It seems Amanda was in on it. This could be good… Or bad.

"Okay, sure… What is it?" I asked her and she took my hand and led me away.

"I'm gonna borrow him for a few minutes, Amanda… If you don't mind," Ranma told her with a heavy blush. Amanda giggled again and waved her away.

"Well, work it! You don't wanna keep our man waiting, do you?" Amanda told her and Ranma led me away to some dressing rooms in the beck of the Pokémon Center. She hands Vergil to me and blushed as she went into a stall and closed the curtain behind her. I sighed and Vergil sat down beside me.

" What is happening?" Vergil asked me as he looked up at me.

"It's… Complicated. Just let me handle it, okay?" I told him and he nods his head as Erica sat on my lap. After a minute, Ranma pops her head out from behind the curtain and looked at me with a blush on her cheeks.

"Okay… You have to promise that you won't laugh, okay?" Ranma told me and I nodded my head. She sighed and poked her head back behind the curtain. She came out from behind the curtain fully… And a HUGE blush appeared on my cheeks. She was dressed in a red crop top with the logo of a Growlithe leaning on a large pink heart on the front, leaving her midriff exposed to show me a tattoo of a heart with her initials and my initials in the middle on her lower left side, near her pelvis; a blue zip up hoodie unzipped to show me her crop top; red and blue pleated striped thigh high skirt with a black garter belt and fishnet stockings underneath; and, red high laced shoes that went up to her lower thighs. I was speechless as Ranma blushed heavily while having her left arm behind her back and her left hand holding her right forearm while swaying side to side. Goddamn, she looked adorable! Then, my headphones turned on and began playing some Panic! At The Disco for some reason.

-Cue Hallelujah By Panic! At The Disco-

"You look great, Ranma. I mean, wow… You are absolutely gorgeous. You hid all that?" I asked her curiously and she looked off to the side.

"Well… I wanted you to look at me for me, not as another martial artist. As a woman, you see…" she said as she blushed again. I stood up and held her arms and she blushed while looking up at me. I kissed her softly on the lips and she jumped slightly at the action before melting into the kiss. We stood there for a few seconds, locked in a kiss before separating and looking at each other in silence.

"That was my… First kiss. I… I'm sorry that I'd must've been weird for you since…" Ranma said and I shook my head.

"No. It was great… Better than great," I told her and she giggled while touching her lips. I held her hips as I leaned in to kiss her again. We kissed again and she placed a finger on my lips.

"I want to save our first time for later… We have a few minutes before the Coliseum starts. We better get ready," Ranma said cutely as she and I separated. We then walked hand in hand together to the front, where our friends were waiting. They saw Ranma dressed in her attire and Aqua whistled.

"Girl, you look hot! Where were you hiding all that hotness?" Aqua teased and Ranma blushed as she rubbed the back of her head. Amanda smirked and pats Ranma on the shoulder.

"You ready for tonight, Ranma? I know you want him so bad…" Amanda said in Ranma's ear. Ranma blushed heavily and cleared her throat, trying to change the subject as I spotted Prof. Rowan walking up to us with a young woman about 20 with blonde hair and green eyes walking together with a Sceptile following behind the woman. Bradley gasped as he looked at the woman.

"Vert?! What are you doing here?!" Bradley said in surprise. Vert?! Oh man, are you serious?! We got Green Heart in the building! How long until I meet Noire or Neptune? Blanc looked at the woman and smiled small.

"I was called by a friend who lives in this village to host this Coliseum. He told me that you were participating, Bradley… And, to see Kitty and James in the same place… It does bring back memories," Vert said and I flinched in shock. Ohh… Now, that is interesting. I have an answer to why she knows me… I remember back about 3 years ago that I delved into the world of Hyperdimension Neptunia and took a special interest with Vert since she was the only goddess in Gamindustri that didn't have a CPU Candidate. So, I made a version of Bradley that was her adopted brother and CPU Candidate. I looked through My memories and found… That Bradley is from Orre, like Vert. Huh… In my original story, Bradley was from Kanto. Glad that is a change that I can 100% agree on. It seems that I visited Orre for a few weeks with my Dad and Nessa to go see someone. But, for some reason… I don't know who it is. While I was there, I met Bradley and Vert and Bradley and I became instant friends. I nodded my head and folded my arms, regaining my composure.

"Sorry… Caught me by surprise. It HAS been a while, Vert. How are you?" I told her with a smile and she giggled. Bradley hugs her and hops up and down excitedly, happy to see his sister.

"I have been well. Being single is boring, however," Vert said as she looked at me, "What about you? I see you have a harem of girls with you… Do anything different that I should know about?" I flinched and Amanda laughed as she looked at me. She had an I Told You So look on her face as she looked at me. I cleared my throat and tried to change the subject.

"So, who's this friend you were meeting? Is it someone we know?" I asked curiously as I sweat dropped. She smirked and nods her head.

"Well, it's actually a good friend of mine… Her aunt is also one of the judges of the Coliseum here regularly," Vert said and I raised an eyebrow. Aunt? Only aunt that I know right now is… Oh, shit.

"VEEEEEERRRTTTT! HEEEEEEEYYYYY!" a girl's voice called as a familiar looking girl was charging to us in the distance. She was kicking up a dust cloud as she ran. She had long purple hair tied in twin braids that went halfway down her back and purple eyes and fair skin. She rams into Vert and tackles her to the ground, knocking the wind out of Vert and rolling to a stop on the ground. She laid on top of the busty blonde as she had swirls in her eyes. We all looked in confusion while I snorted, trying not to laugh out loud at her antics. Yep, it's Neptune… And, she had her Purple Heart look. Well, she looked slightly younger, like she was a young adult instead of her sexy mature body in Hyperdimension Neptunia. Vert sighed and looked down at Neptune, knocking on the top of Neptune's head and stirring Neptune from her sleep. Neptune shook her head and looked up at Vert.

"Hiya, Verty! You showed up! Aunt Histy is looking for ya!" Neptune told her as she stood up and helped up Vert, "We better hurry! The Coliseum is gonna start soon!" She stopped to look at us, who hadn't really said anything.

"Who's your friends? I only know… Hey! Wait, is that James?! Oh, my goodness! He looks older!" Neptune said as she raced up to me and looked me over, "I thought you were missing!" Okay, that confuses me… Wait! Cynthia knows Histoire, so it isn't that far fetched actually. By now, I should keep a checklist on who knows me. Anyway, I chuckled weakly and rubbed the back of my head.

"Hey, Nep. How is your family?" I asked her as she held me in a tight hug, "Ack! Too… Tight…" Neptune quickly realized she was holding me too tight and let's me go. I let out a deep breath and exhaled.

"Sorry… Well, all Guardians should know each other, am I right?" Neptune whispered in my ear and if my mouth would hit the floor, it would have at that moment. What the hell?!

"You're… A Guardian? How did I not know that?!" I said loud enough for her to hear as I stared at her, "How many of us are there?"

" I can answer that since I know some of them," I said in my head and I blinked, remembering this in my story, " There are about… 15 of us that I know of. Most of them are in Unova or Kanto. I do know Bradley's cousin, Hilda, is a Guardian… There is also Melody, who is in Kanto with Erika, training to be the next Gym Leader. There's Mike… But, he fell of the radar and was last seen in Orre. Janine, however… Doesn't really take too much into the Guardian business." Janine? Like, Koga's daughter Janine?

"About 20 that I know of," Neptune said as she and I stood up and she dusted herself off, "A few are here in Sinnoh that I stay in contact with, including Wendy Marvell." Wendy?! Oh, shit!

"I know Wendy… And, I know her grandmother Hama. I did a delivery to them a while back before I became a trainer," I told her and Neptune raised an eyebrow, genuinely surprised that I know Wendy, "To think that someone like her is a Guardian… She didn't have an Ocarina when I was around he. She must've been keeping it a secret… Fair enough. Oh, did you see Blanc? She's here, too." Neptune looked over at the group and gasped when she saw Blanc.

"Ah! Blanc! I am so sorry for not noticing you earlier!" Neptune called as she rushed over to hug her. Blanc sighed and smiled as she hugged Neptune back.

"Nice to see you again, Neptune. Has Histoire been doing well?" Blanc said and they separated to look at each other.

"Yep. Aunt Histy has been kinda busy lately with business in River City and has only been around for a few weeks at a time," Neptune said and rubbed the back of her head, "She is back in town to host this Coliseum, though. It's gonna be a big turnout, too! I heard a Champion is gonna participate!" I glanced at Bradley and he gave me a knowing smirk. Oh, he is gonna sweep this competition.

" For now, I have to file the Guardian business away in my head. More pressing matters I have to get to right now, " I said in my mind as I folded my arms.

"Excuse me… The Coliseum is about to start. To whomever is participating, please follow me," Nurse Joy called from the front of the Center. Bradley, Ranma, myself, and Blanc went over to Nurse Joy. Amanda gave me a kiss on the cheek before I went away with Ranma and Kitty kissed Bradley on the lips.

"Do your best, guys! We are all rooting for you!" Amanda called. We waved to the group and went on our way.

-With that, this chapter and 2 part comes to a close! So far, I have been speaking to a few people about where this direction of the story could go. One follower requested a great idea over PM: Cure Kitty of the STD using Ki and Aura. However, it will not be that easy. You'll see in the upcoming chapters why… Just know that River City will take a few chapters. A lot will go down in River City. The Coliseum idea is mine… I wanted to showcase Ranma, Blanc, and Bradley's teams in the next chapter and show off their unique battle styles as they go on. Now, I decided to participate in the Coliseum as my OC will battle Bradley soon as well as Ranma and Blanc. Also, expect some crazy characters to start appearing in River City as well as the Coliseum. Finally… the elephant in the room, Rebecca "Revy" Lee. Yes, she was always gonna be part of the group. But, she is gonna be one of the only members to NOT have a Pokémon with her. There will be another member farther down the line that will not have a Pokémon.
