The kids and puppies watched as Ms. Spink held one of the dogs in her lap, and she sewed an angel costume for one of her dogs. Last they checked, it was the dead ones they made angel costumes for. This weirded them out a little bit, but honestly they'd seen a lot of weird things lately that this just seemed like another normality of life. Coraline, however, wasn't one to hold back her opinion.

"Uh, don't you only make wings for the...dead ones?" she asked.

"Just looking ahead, dear," Spink replied, "Angus hasn't been feeling very well of late."

"Like, wow, shows how concerned you are about your pet," Shaggy muttered to himself. If Scoob or the little pink dude weren't both feeling very well, especially on the brink of death, like, I'd not be able to think straight. I'd be by their sides twenty-four/seven.

Coraline could see a tiny scowl of disapproval from Shaggy, and she nudged him. Shaggy's scowl turned back to a vacant expression, and suddenly Forcible's voice rang around the room.

"April, aren't you getting ready?" Miss Forcible asked.

'We've lost our ride, Miriam. Caroline says her parents have vanished quite completely," Spink replied, and Forcible seemed enraged.

"WHAT?!" Miss Forcible burst out while being behind a changing divider, then used some machines to remove her wig, and complained, "We've waited months for those tickets," She soon left the changing divider, and walked towards Miss Spink.

"Well, I suppose we could walk," Miss Spink suggested, clearly trying not to argue.

"With your gammy legs?" Miss Forcible questioned, "It's nearly to miles to the theater."

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all shook their heads in disapproval since these two seemed to lack a little thing called sympathy. First, they sew wings for one of their dying dogs, now they were completely disregarding them and Coraline. The three ignored the old ladies as they argued some more, they seemed to love doing that for some reason.

Eventually, Coraline cleared her throat indicating she and her friends were still here.

"Oh yes, your missing parents," Spink said acknowledging them, "We know just what you need. Miriam, get-"

Forible already was on it, however, getting one of the bowls of candy.

Miss Spink nodded, "That's right."

Coraline, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage eyed each other skeptically.

Miss Forcible soon puts the glass on the coffee table, and Coraline asked with a glare, "How is one-hundred-year-old candy gonna help?"

Coraline soon noticed, that Miss Spink had her knitting NEEDLES and screamed, causing the the cowardly trio to scream as well, as Miss Spink use the needles on the taffy until it is all dust, then Miss Forcible looked at it, and blew the dust way, then Miss Spink took a triangular object in the middle, by using the needles as tongs.

"There you go, sweeties," Miss Spink said, as she handed the object that look like a dark green triangle with a hole.

Coraline took the object, "What's it for?"

"Well, it might help," Spink explained, "they're good for bad things."

"No, they're good for lost things," Forcible argued.

"It's bad things, Miriam," Spink argued back.

"Lost things, April," Forcible retaliated.

"Bad things," Spink whispered in protest.

"Lost."

"Bad."

"Lost."

"Bad."

"Lost."

"Bad."

"LOST."

Realizing the rest of the conversation was going nowhere, Coraline, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage left.

Coraline set up a bunch of pillows placing her mother's neck brace and her father's glasses to make it feel like it was her parents. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage watched as she curled up in her parent's bed with the pillows, and they curled up at the foot of the bed.

Coraline kissed the pillow representing her mother," Good night Mom," and then the one representing her father, "Good night, Dad," and finally she and the boys looked at each other, "Good night, guys."

The three best friends watched as Coraline cried herself to sleep.

Once she was asleep, Courage sighed, "Good night, Coraline."

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage found that they couldn't sleep. How could he given the circumstances. Where could Coraline's parents have gone? They all knew they were a little neglectful, but they'd never just abandon her. As their friend slept, the trio decided this needed more investigation. Maybe there was something around the house, or maybe they just got held up in town.

"Like, there nothing in Charlie's office," Shaggy reported.

"Rere could they had gone?" Scooby asked, getting concerned.

"Well, we can't give up yet," Courage said determinedly.

Hours of searching left all of the three empty handed as far as clues.

"RI'm sorry Rourage, we looked everywhere," Scooby said anxiously.

"Like yeah, there's nothing that led us to anywhere," Shaggy added. Ohh…Like, if only Velma were here.

"Maybe they got caught up-" Courage was cut off when suddenly the Cat approached the three.

"Oh, it's you little cat dude," Shaggy said, "Like, do you know where Coraline's parents are?"

The Cat didn't answer, but Shaggy, Scooby and Courage followed him as he went up to Coraline. He tickled her nose, making Coraline jerk her head away. The cat played with it harder, causing her to scratch her nose, and she woke.

"Oh, hello, how did you get in?" she greeted groggily, "Do you know where Mom and Dad are?"

The Cat sat up, and he nodded and went off.

"Hey, wait for us!" Courage called out.

With the children and puppies followed him, as the Cat approached the mirror, the same mirror that in the other world, and Scooby, Courage, Shaggy and Coraline were shoved through. As they approached, their reflections distorted into a frightening sight.

"Mom! Dad!" Coraline cried out as her parents were revealed shivering, and Mel spelled out something to them.

Which was 'HELP US,' though when she wrote it, the kids and puppies see it was, 'SU PLEH,' with the letters backwards.

"Rus Pleh? Rhat does that mean?" Scooby asked, looking at the message with confusion.

"Scoob, that's backwards for help," Courage explained.

The image of them vanished.

"Zoinks!" Shaggy shrieked in fear.

Coraline pounded the mirror, and it broke sending shards all over the area. Shaggy, Scooby, Courage and Coraline ducked to avoid getting cut, and Courage was careful to avoid the broken glass as he approached and placed a paw on her shoulder. The Cat jumped, and he meowed.

"How did this happen?" she asked turning to the Cat, and he took the children and the puppies to another room.

The children and puppies gasped as the Cat pulled out a doll, but this one was different now. One side was resembling Mel, and the other side was Charlie.

"Oh-no!" Courage wailed, shaking with fright.

"Rikes!" Scooby cried in panic.

"She's taken them," Coraline uttered, and she threw the doll to the ground in anger.

Coraline soon took the doll to the living room, and lit the fireplace, and threw the doll into the fire. The the kids, the puppies and the Cat soon watch as the two-sided doll burns to ashes. Coraline soon closes her eyes a bit, then looks up and holds one of Mel's snow globes, which was the DETROIT ZOO one.

"They're not coming back, are they? Mom and Dad," Coraline glanced at her friends and the Cat, "Not on their own."

The Cat shook his head a bit.

"Only one thing to do," Coraline glanced at the door.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage saw her giving the door with a glare and a determination written on her face.

"Oh! I know I'm not gonna like this," Courage whined.

"Re either," Scooby added in with a groan.

"Let's get this over with dudes," Shaggy sighed, knowing they had no other option.

Well that's all for now. This is vakarns signing off.
