"Itsuki Uchiha." I said leaning on the side of the store the light rain hitting the warm ground. "Where have you been?"

"Training hard now that we are home." I nodded, I have been doing the same. "I do like spending so much time with my father." I smiled kindly at him. He started walking looked at me and nodded for me to follow.

We ended walking down the river along on the path, the smell of wet warm grass filled my nose bringing peace to me. We chatted and it felt normal so comfertable and I missed him. A loud crack of thunder was almost startling, a second later lightning crossed the sky.

The wind picked up and the rain got faster, his hair stuck to his face making me wonder how mine looked. I grabbed his hand and we ran towards my home.

I shut the door behind us as we laughed looking like wet dogs.

My kitchen was small that all I had was a small couch and tv in the room, attached was a small bedroom that once held two beds being the biggest room in the house that now only hold a small bed and a ton of shelves covered in books I will never read again.

Attached to the bedroom was a small bathroom with only a shower, I grabbed my only towel and tossed it on his head. He griped it and rubbed his hair dry looking around. I turned on the tv for noise and dug around my fridge for some form of snack.

He was in my room searching my books when I pulled out this bag of chips and weird dip everyone says I am crazy to mix until they try it and sat at my tiny kitchen table, he slid in and we sat quietly eating.

"Your home is small." I felt a little ashamed and a little mess really feels like a big one and I am a lazy child that never cleans. He looked at me, his eye's scanned my face. "No, I like it, it is all yours, you can just do whatever you want in here."

He looked behind me at a shelf and stood up, leaning over me I leaned back as far as I could startled at him being so close as I stared at the Uchiha symbol in my face. He stood up and placed a Shogi board in front of me. "I love this game."

I smiled and opened it starting to play, the sound of rain and random sounds of thunder filled my home. We played for a few minute's real serious, I did not want to appear dumb and I think he felt the same way.

A loud bang and then we were sitting in the dark, the tv turned off, my fan I had in my room always on. Dead silent as we sat there. I stood up and peeked out my door, the rain so heavy but there was not a single light on in the whole compound.

Another flash lighting up my home for a second.

"Look's like power is out." He was then pressed to my back as he peeked around, I felt a little off but it was nothing.

I moved and started to dig in a small cupboard looking for candles. I found three but could not find a match. "Here." A small flame came from his mouth and he lit them. I then placed them around my kitchen with one next to the game.

We continued the game when I noticed he was shaking, he was soaked he must be cold.

I stood up without a word as he watched me walk into my bedroom. I have no clothes that would fit him but I grabbed my warmest blanket and tossed that over his head making him chuckle again, wrapping up like a baby.

The game was a real game, the guy is good but so am I. It lasted forever as we chatted and laughed, I think being home brought us both out of the dark we used to be in. We never laughed so much together then tonight. Once we finished the game he decided to head home as his mom might worry.

I blew out the candles and laid in bed now I was alone when there was a knock on my door. I opened it to this young blonde boy, I seen him around but we never talk. "I saw you blew out your candles." He was barely wet. "Can I have some." He asked coldly and pointed across the large road where this older women sat under the porch, dry.

I nodded, gathered and handed them over.

I sat back in my bed and opened the window, leaning on it I watched the rain a little sad I did not have a porch.

"Ya, poor girl being motherless." The boy spoke, it was hard to hear but I heard it.

"Ah her mother was a whore." The old lady spoke, I glared to myself. "From that boy that just left, I am sure she does not fall far from the tree." I bit my lip sadly almost wanting to cry.

I am eleven come on, I guess she never liked her huh?

I wanted to get my candles back from the bitch.

Due to my mom being the black sheep, they treat me like a family member but it shifts to slightly useful to the lowest crap depending on who and their mood that day.

I am thankful for grandpa, a sweet, calm, smart, kind head he was. He cares for everyone and I am glad that includes me.

"Abducting a value target with significant protection." My eye's grew, a new section to try. The boy's did not speak and I tried to stay professional but this interested me. "He needs to be brought back here alive."

He held out a small paper making Reili step forward and grab it. Stepping back I peered over and it was just a map with a few x's on it.

"You have one more joining you, a tracker we could find for this, this man needs to be interrogated for a few reasons, so alive." The Hokage said again looking at me. That is where my family ends up, must be thinking I will as well.

Torture and Interrogation Force.

I really don't want to, it sounds like the worst and being uncared for, I don't need to, one good thing that comes out of that. I have a choice. I was never stuck in the formation, I am not expected to do anything. I am free from most of the rules that apply to being a Yamanaka.

On the way out of the room Reili looked at me with a smile and rubbed my hair pissing me off as it was perfect for once and I tried to fix it as he just laughed his head off at me.

Passing the book store I did not have time to browse the way I want but I need a book on me when I leave for the time's I have nothing to do. I checked out non fiction and grabbed the first one I could see that I could use. Some book on chakra, ways to enhance your control, something good for a Yamanaka. About Yin and yang, getting deep into every chakra point I never really knew about and more.

I was afraid to be late but I got there before them by a few minutes but that did not matter as the three of us were waiting for like fifteen minutes when I flopped down, laid my head on my backpack and stared at the sky.

Reili would mumbled something under his breath every once in a while but I ignored him and tried to find shapes in the clouds. "Look a bunny." I pointed.

Reili looked up. "I hate bunny's." He mumbled. "So scared all the time."

"You sure." Hyuga said making me laugh.

"Sure you don't want to cuddle and throw them?" I said adding on.

"What are you talking about?" He looked between us making me laugh, a small smirk on Hyuga's face.

"What is taking this person so long!" I yelled.

"Must be a female." Reili spoke making me roll my eye's.

"What does that mean?" I asked calmly.

"You all take so long to get ready." I kicked at his leg making him step back a little pain on his face.

"I am always here before you." I blankly spoke.

"Ya, well." He looked away rubbing his neck.

I never noticed before how sexist this guy was. Then again, most men are, mostly to a young girl like me. I just laid back down, after a minute they sat next to me and we stayed like that for another ten minutes.

Suddenly someone landed behind us, It was that guy. He eyed me over and I wonder if he remembers me. I stared at his one blank and board eye a little annoyed at him, I was not alone, we all stared at him annoyed.

"Let's go." He spoke and headed out the slightly opened gate before we even got on our feet.

"Fucking guy takes forever to come and now he is in a hurry." I mumbled before we ran after him.

"Maybe he was detained." Hyuga spoke.

"That is the white fang's son." Reili spoke making me look at him confused.

"I remember the story's of him." I said back about to speak what I heard but he looked back at his his eye looking both bored and pissed like he was telling us to shut up, so I did. We followed him out into the tree's quietly as I shared a look with Reili.

"Hey how do you know where to go?" Reili spoke up landing next to him. "I am the leader should I not lead?"

"I am a jonin." He spoke. "I can track, lead all you want but you will be going the wrong way." Reili looked at me like 'what the fuck' and I just held back a laugh biting my lip.

I sped up jumping next to him. "What is your name?" He looked me over and faced forward a little angry but never said a word. "Okay." I said and slowed down a little back to next to my team.

"I know him." Hyuga spoke like he finally remembered something. "His teacher is the yellow flash."

I looked at this young teens back my mind taking me back to the first day in the war.

I saw him, with Minato.

He had two eye's, right?

What happened to his eye?

I wanted to ask but felt I should keep my mouth shut.

Ah whatever, that was common to lose something in that war, I almost lost my left hand but thanks to Sensei I did not.

He seems like he would never say anyway, he does not even speak. At one point we completely switched direction. We did not speak for a long time but that was normal in the war, it just made me on edge like I was back there.

We found his caravan traveling south, there was five men around the area as a small horse pulled it, the man must be inside.

"Byakugan." Was so quiet as his face changed. "He is inside with his back to the front. There is two more in the tree line at the back, one will head our way soon, we should move." We jumped away finding a safe spot.

"We should ambush." Hyuga spoke.

"Or she can take over his body, say he has to pee and just walk off." Reili nodded his head at me making me smile slightly staring at them as the other two looked at me actually thinking about it.

"It is funny but not possible." I laughed quietly, it was nice to smile as much as I have lately. "One I need to see him and stop him to get a straight shot and two, they will probably pee with him, I don't want to have to actually, do that."

Reili put his hand over his mouth to not laugh.

"He needs to be alive, so we need to take them all out anyway or they will come after us, ambush is best." The new boy spoke taking over. "We take out the hidden stragglers, she hops into the front man as he is front for a reason, then we just take out the rest, tie him up and go home."

It was a good plan.

"Now a plan to ambush the rest."

We started sharing ideas.

We split into two groups, Hyuga with me. Following the projection we made a small trap with paralyze seals hidden in the grass. We slid up with them at the same time, his eye's were perfect for it.

The second our guy froze we moved in and took him down fast and quietly. According to him they also did quietly and fast. We moved opposite sides along the caravan, I sped up to get out front my chakra suppressed just in case.

I waited around a corner alone, I needed him to be directly in front of me as he was moving around. I found a safe place for my body in a bush where I could still see them coming, hoping no one spots it. I hate leaving it alone but I had to this time.

They need me.

I dug into the dirt fast under a bush, shuffling my body as low as I could and got ready.

I waited for the perfect shot.

I was in him, I paused and then started to move, his feet were so heavy and there was this weird feeling in his gut. White fang kid was right, guy was a leader for a reason. I slid my hands into my pockets looking casual but I was doing something, checking out what he had on him before getting set up secretly.

I heard the bird call telling me to attack. I spun tossing eight kunai in my hands, attached to paper bombs and threw them at the front two, exploding. One dodged them but the other got hit.

Hyuga was on the back right, slamming his fingers into anothers body.

Masked guy attacked the back left and Reili moved in to help. The one Hyuga was fighting got some distance but Reili fought him back into the zone. The new boy moved so damn fast but I focused on these two men.

The one I barely hit opened the caravan, grabbed the target and ran into the woods with him. I moved towards them but the other blocked my path looking me over like I betrayed them. He then glared, did fast hand signs and yelled. "Water style: fanged water spout." Not sure why he told me the name but it sounded bad.

I tried to run and looked down at the hard mud my feet were stuck in, he glinted at me when a sharp water came out of his mouth.

That was it.

I let him go.

I had dirt in my mouth and on my face as I embarrassingly drooled. I jumped onto my feet, from here I saw this strong wave go over the man I just was. His body went flying away when it stopped, there was a large hole in his chest, Senbon covering his skin.

Damn that is a burst Jutsu combo. Strong and scary.

I grabbed my kunai and tossed more bombs at him, this time it missed, I switched with a small stick behind him. I got low and tried to knock him over by his feet. He swung his foot moving to stomp my head.

I rolled, flipping backwards as I kicked him in the chest, he grabbed my leg and tossed me over to the tree's where my body just was. He was on me fast in the air, kicking me up. He moved to make a combo attack but I was small and I could move my body like a cat more then him.

As I moved gripping his wrist, I dug my nails into it, Kicked him in the chest and flipped back again getting space. "Hyuga and you, guy." Was yelled. "Go after our target." Reili yelled at the two boys.

I peered at the others, my team tag teaming the one and the new guy was dominating the other. My eye brow shot up impressed at the speed.

That was a mistake to look.

A fist slammed into my chest, he gripped my leg and slammed me into the dirt so hard I was short of breath. He flew down at me about to slam into me, I saw from the side Hyuga came running towards us in the same second but Reili stopped him and told him to go.

I rolled just as his feet smashed into where I was but he was still upright and kicked me away.

"But Kei." Hyuga yelled running to me.

"The mission is the most important thing." Reili yelled making him pause mid save. "Do the mission." I rolled and slid on my feet just trying to dodge. He kicked me back into the air, I used chakra to stick to his leg as he pulled it back switching to change his attack but I was still there. I Slammed my foot into his junk. He fell to the ground pain on his face.

It was an honorless move but it needed to be done, I flipped to land on my feet in a slide.

"No it is not." The masked kid yelled out.

"What?" Reili yelled as Hyuga ran into the treeline. "Go maybe?"

"No." He said as his target fell to the ground out. Another down. He blankly stared at my teammate who was growing red in anger and then the kid looked at me, scanning my fight.

"Fine I will." Reili yelled and ran after our other teammate leaving the last one for him as I dealt with this one.

This man I fought glared at me, pissed as fuck. His hand moved from his junk again to his other hand and they were so damn fast, I tried to avoid the mud trap but it was to late as he brought his hands to his mouth. I scanned the immediate area looking for something to escape with when I was tumbled into.

The water shooting at where I was.

My feet were free as I flipped sliding on them my eye's landing on both men left over. The warm hands left my body. The strong one I fought whispered something. "He said to go after them." His quiet voice spoke almost in my ear as I peeked at him fast seeing how close this kid was to me.

"What is your name?"

"Right now?" He seemed a little thrown but just ran in cutting the other from our team and our target so I ran closer as well. The four of us paused for a moment in wait for someone to move.

Okay, what do I know about this guy on my side.

He can move fast, he has a strong one hit attack but it needs stealth I think. He can track.

I slid my hand in my pocket to hide and I made a clone in the treeline not far behind me and traded with it. It stood where I stood in the same position.

I quickly moved around the outskirts to get on the other side of this kid. The man started attacking, tossing weapons at my clone. I just made my clone avoid as much as she could distracting him as I slid behind the boy.

He tossed weapons and did the hand signs for the water thing again. He did not see that his weapon just missed my clones arm but she pretended to be hurt and dove into the tree's before the mud was cast, seeing it this time before she got stuck.

The water spout came out as he moved it slowly cutting into the tree's he hit my clone and she vanished as it moved destroying them all, some starting to fall over, the loud noise of cracking bark and smashing tree's helped me hide better.

I did what I was used to, hiding behind someone bigger then me. This boy jumped missing a kick, his hand gripped on a wrist blocking a kunai, his other arm had his fist blocking his. I dove down low between the kids legs, with my duel Kunai I sliced both bottom legs at the same time badly and deep.

He was falling ass first into my face, my eye's got large when I was pulled out by my foot, just missing his nuts as he landed on the ground. I looked up at the mask boy hand on my ankle, his eye had a tiny glint of humor in it, before he moved smashing his foot into that mans face as I got on my feet, the mans head bashed into the dirt road, the boy moving fast and finishing the man off.

"Go." I whispered as the last ran at us pissed until he noticed the boy vanish. He stopped and look around in every direction. I tried to look intimidating but I was a small girl, I spun a kunai in both hands and took a stance.

He panicked, ran to the caravan as I watched confused, he grabbed some bulky necklace and a large sack of what I assume was money and ran off. The boy was next to me at that moment, I am sure the look on my face could be comical.

"I think you scared him." He spoke a little lighthearted.

"Me, no it was you."

"You do know, we can't let him go, right?" He spoke to me as we watched him run.

"Really?" He nodded. I sighed and started to run after him, him a little faster taking the lead.

"Kakashi." He spoke confusing me at the strange word before I noticed, oh that is his name.

"People call me Kei." I spoke back.

After taking him down decently fast we found our team with ease, this kids tracking ability is damn good.

They had taken down the last and had the targets hands bound. Hyuga seemed happy to see us but Reili was pissed, glaring at Kakashi.

"You did not listen to me, you may be the strongest but I am the leader and a shinobi needs to listen to the leader." This was the first time I ever saw this funny and lighthearted boy get mad.

"Your view is wrong." Was all Kakashi said before he started walking along the grass and dirt into the tree's leaving us behind.

"Where are you going?" He yelled glaring at me but not at me. "Fucking guy." He pulled the larger man to his feet, he tried to not walk and sat back down but the kid was angry and almost tossed him into the air to get him back up before dragging his non moving feet in the dirt. "You want to fight me?" He glared. "I will drag you there from your neck."

Hyuga just glanced my way as we locked eye's like 'wow, he is pissed.'

I took a break from learning telepathy. It is way different then a body switch. I had to be careful, better chakra control and it is way more subtle then the other. I fixed my weapons, grabbed chakra paper and headed to find new clothes as I am still growing.

It was nice to shop in here wishing for a girl friend to join me as I watched a group of three show each other things and ask opinions.

I walked home and dropped my large bag on the messy floor of my bedroom and opened the fridge to find food. Digging around it was empty of anything worth cooking and what I would not mind to cook looked spoiled.

"Urg." I picked up a large piece of meat in plastic and tossed it in the full garbage.

I sat alone again and just ate some toast.

I just want a friend.

Walking through the Uchiha compound was creepy.

They all looked at me like I was unwelcome, I almost wanted to run away. Why is everyone here so damn intimidating, there dark eye's baring into you trying to read your every move. I came to Itsuki's home, he was like me. Not in the main family so he lived in a small home.

But small here is not small.

I knocked and some pregnant dark haired women opened the door looking like six months as she held her belly and looked down on me curious, her face turned into a small smile before I spoke. "Itsuki" She yelled waving me in. "Take off your shoes cutie." I nodded and slipped them off something I don't do at home.

I worried about how dirty my feet were as I walked into the home.

She wondered into the living room as I peered to my left where the door opened and out walked my old friend. "I think your taller." I smiled at me and he looked like he was happy to see me.

We ended up walking down the same path as last time before pausing on a small dock, kicking our legs over and peering into the water. He talks more then he ever did, I loved it.

"So, you will have a sibling." I spoke with a smile.

"Ya, I don't know if I am excited or not."

"I would love one." I said sadly, to not go down this sad path. "So you going to be a jonin soon or what?" I asked, the kid was the strongest of us all, he was good before he even got his eye's.

He almost smiled and nodded. "Been non stop training, I think I will be one soon." He sighed. "My father thinks I should go into the police force, give our little family some power in the clan but I want to do missions outside the village."

"Ya, running free in the tree's is one of the best things."

He was so easy to talk to as we strolled.

He picked up a squished flower trying to fix it and then slid it on top of my ear so sweetly. I smiled at the ground nervous, my heart fluttered a little. What was that? I looked at his face and his hair that hung to the one side now. Huh.

I think I always had a little something for him but in a war you just don't think about it. I looked at the ground. He is kind of amazing. We hung around until sunset, he is a real friend to me and I like spending time with him.

I curled into my bed that night thinking about him, the flower moment repeating over and over until I fell asleep in peace.

Come morning I tried to make pancakes but was failing when I spotted the stack of mana paper I bought and forgot about. As I waited for them to bubble I opened the pack and pulled one off.

It shows me my main chakra element but why so many in one pack when you really only need one is stupid, there was like twenty here and even a seasoned ninja only needs five.

With a nervous smile I shoved my chakra into it thinking I would get fire, most have fire nature in the village, if I got earth that would be crazy and nearly impossible, the rest is common but an earth leaf ninja was rare.

I slowly opened my fist to peek.

It was cut in half.

That is wind?

Cool, wind.

Now what do I do with that knowledge.

I don't know much about wind jutsu's or really anyone personally with it.

Putting on my new clothes after a long warm shower I slid my headband off my head and hung it around my neck so I could fix my hair in the mirror, I love my long hair and the ponytail. The fact the headband messes with my hair and I liked the look on my neck I left it hanging there.

It would even protect my neck from the front as I spun it around getting it in a better spot.

Hmm. I really like this.

I tied it better.

"Don't you dare." I spoke to Itsuki as he held a kunai in his hand.

"I am doing it." He spun it in the air and caught it.

"I spent so long to get the damn rocks up there." I moved to protect my trap.

"It is broken and seeable, try again." He ran around me, I tripped him grabbing his jacket and tossing him away.

"Have you ever done this?"

"Yes but I do it right." He ran closer but I got in his way.

"How?"

"Figure it out."

We wrestled on the ground not really trying as I pushed and tossed his Kunai away.

"I never did this one before." I rolled on top of him as he wiggled and he got my elbow pulling my arm down and shifting on top of me.

"Take some classes." He yelled almost laughing. Suddenly a familiar sound was heard, a flash of reflected light flew over our heads making us look up as we were right under my trap. The weapon cut to rope and the stones started to fall towards us.

We moved fast but they stopped in the net.

"See, wrong." He spoke coldly but cocky. Two slowly fell and then they shifted one fell out after another at a pace that would not harm a slow animal.

"So wrong." Reili laughed at me, he placed his hand on my shoulder not stopping. "You suck." We stared at him in wait for him to breath. "We got a mission." He laughed walking away, looking at the stones still in the net and laughed more.

"See you." I smacked his arm lightly and followed him away, I looked back at him once with a smile before I ran off after him.
