Miraculous Special: Frightful Night (Halloween Special) (2023)
At the Agreste Manor
"Great, the first time I get to go trick or treat with my friends, and I have no idea what to wear" Adrien sigh before falling backwards on his couch in a slump.
"Look, kid, just wear the vampire costume that is right next to you." Plagg hold up a vampire costume packet in front his face.
"I guess, I wonder what Marinette is going to be" he grabbed the costume, before heading to the bathroom to get changed into.
At the Dupain-Cheng Household
"Thank you, Alya, for dropping this package off, but where's your costume?" Marinette grabbed her package from Alya's hands.
"Can you believe that my sister, Nora ripped it in half, accidentally." Alya's rolled her eyes at Nora's action.
"Yes, and no offense, but she have big arms" Marinette walked behind her changing room to change into her costume.
"None taken, and the twins is going as grimlins" Marinette emerge in her costume as a fairy that knits. "Ah, a knitting fairy, right?" Alya asked her, which she nodded.
"So are you going to be somebody?" Marinette asked her.
"Nah, I think I'll skip it, this time around, and we better hurry since we're meeting the boys at the park" Alya opened the hatch to go down stairs, with Marinette following her, and meeting with her parents.
"Oooh, there's my little princess" Tom is dress as the Frankenstein monster, while Sabine is dress as a scientist, with a white and black tall wig sitting on the top of her head.
"Hey, daddy" Tom bend down so Marinette can give him a kiss on his cheek, before standing back up, and offering them, some cookies that are in little plastic bags, while Sabine gave them the bags to put their treats in it.
"Thanks, mom, see you later" She gave her mom a kiss on her cheek, before putting their cookies in their treat bags, and was about to leave but pause to ask them something. As if reading her mind, Sabine held up two other little plastic bags, with cookies in them."Thanks, mom and dad" running up to them, giving them a hug, while grabbing the treats, and leaving the bakery with Alya to meet the boys at the park.
At the Park
A little boy was crying for his mom to make things real, as Alya and Marinette was walking pass them. The little boy is dressed in a knight outfit, while riding a fake horse stick.
At Shadow Moth's Lair
Shadow Moth can feel the negative emotions coming from the little boy. "Aah, a boy that wants everything to be real, and what better way than to give myself, a Halloween treat." Shadow Moth covered a white butterfly with both of his hands, turning it, into an akuma, while summoning a white feather, and turning it, into an amok. "Fly away, my akuma and take this amok with you" he opened the big window to let the butterfly, and the feather towards its target.
At the Park
The akuma went towards the little boy's fake sword, while the amok went into the fake horse stick. A purple butterfly insignia suddenly appeared on the boy's face.
"Hello, White Knight, I'm giving you the power to make fake things alive, while anyone in a costume, acts real life like. All I need is the Ladybug and Cat Noir's miraculous. Do we have an agreement?" He asked the little boy., communicating through the mask.
"Okie, Mr. Moth, let's make things real." The little boy was suddenly in darkness, with his fake horse stick. He turned into a real adult version a white knight, with his real sword, and he is now riding on a real black horse. His mother screamed in fright, as he use his sword to shoot out a beam of light at the three skeleton props, making them suddenly turn real. The three skeletons slowly stood up, making the mother screamed again, before running away.
While this is going on, the four friends is talking about which house they should do, first.
"I still can't believe your sister ripped your costume in half, because how you going to be my second half of the Djs." Nino looked disappointed, as Adrien patted his friend's shoulder in comfort, while Marinette is blushing at how good Adrien is in his costume. All four of them not realizing an akumatized villain is looking at them.
"Let's make them real" the akumatized villain pointed his sword at them, shooting a ray of beam at them. Alya eyes widened when Nino and the others froze. She secretly and immediately took Marinette's earrings and putting it on her own ears, before running off, and hiding behind a bush. Tikki appeared next to Alya, as they both watched what's happening in front of them. Alya eyes widened in shock to see Adrien turning into a bat, while Marinette started to fly with the wings that she have on her back, as Nino randomly produce a record, and started to play it on a mixer, that had suddenly appear.
"This is crazy, but we gotta save them. Tikki, spots on!" Alya exclaimed turning into Scarabella. She took out her yo-yo to wrap it, around a pole, swinging herself to it, and spotted the vampire Adrien in his human form, talking to a girl that is about their age, leaning against a wall. The girl tilted her neck to him, as he produce real fangs, just before he could take a bite out of her, a yo-yo appear, wrapping him in it, and pulling him away from the girl. He turned into a bat to get out of the yo-yo grasp, flying away again.
She noticed that Adrien had revert back to his human self, again. She sighed in annoyance before looking at the three skeletons that is supposed to be just props. "Alright this is getting ridiculous. Lucky Charm!" Tossing her yo-yo in the air, turning it into a pair of sticks, but not just any sticks, but knitting sticks." What am I supposed to do with this?" She asked herself, before using her Scarabella vision, that highlights Marinette, one of Nino's records, her own knitting sticks in her hands, and a rope that is being used to keep some decorations from falling down.
"Something, seems to be missing" as soon as she said that Adrien turned back into a bat, making her vision finally highlighted the bat."Of course, now let's put my plan into motion." She grabbed the rope, pulling them away from the decorations. She ran up to the mixer to grab a record, ignoring the glare that DJ Nino is giving her. She swing the rope at the bat, catching it. Scarabella swung the rope is with the bat in it at Marinette to get her attention. The fairy knitting Marinette was hit by the bat, making her fall down to the ground.
"Oh my, I fell to the ground" Marinette giggle, before noticing Scarabella holding up a pair of knitting sticks, before snapping them, in half. "Oh no, do I need to make you something, Marinette looked concern.
"Yes, can you make me a sweater?" She asked her, as Marinette speed through making her a sweater. "Thanks" she grabbed the sweater off of Marinette, tossing the record at the White Knight sword, making it fly into the air, and getting snatched by the sweater, she is holding. Scarabella broke the sword in two, releasing the akuma.
"Gotcha, goodbye evil akuma." She caught the akuma in her yo-yo, before purifying it. She also caught amok, that the fake horse had. "Goodbye, evil amok" purifying the amok into a white feather. "Miraculous Scarabella!" She exclaimed, tossing her sticks into the air, and restoring everything back to the way it was.
Shadow Month's Lair
"You may have won this Halloween, but the next one, I will win" he closed the big window.
Later that Day, at the Bakery
The group of friends is enjoying each other company, as Alya was telling them how were acting, and that Scarabella saved the day.
