Sakura felt him sweep of her feet and carried her.

"Put me down, Kakashi!" she told him, the villagers are starting to stare at them.

"No." He declined.

"They're staring at us." She pinched his side. But Kakashi's hold on her didn't waver.

"Let them stare." Kakashi said. "I love you." he declared earning gasps from the nearest villagers, who heard his words.

"Kakashi!"

"You really want to walk?" He asked, sadness in his eyes.

Sakura sighed as she saw the sadness in his eyes, she just pressed her face on his chest. "No."

Kakashi chuckled softly, and pressed his masked lips to her head, earning another gasps from the onlookers. But it didn't matter to him. They can talk all they want. He doesn't care.

Kakashi held Sakura tightly, and the two of them continued to walk through the village, ignoring the stares and whispers of the villagers. He cherished this moment of openly expressing his love for Sakura, making it clear to everyone that she was now safe and loved.

As they strolled through the familiar streets, Sakura leaned into Kakashi's embrace, her heart brimming with happiness and contentment. She had come a long way from the darkness she had endured, and with Kakashi by her side, she was finally free to embrace the love and happiness she deserved.

No longer hidden, their love was a beacon of hope for others, a reminder that healing and happiness were always possible, no matter how deep the scars ran. Kakashi and Sakura were a testament to the power of love and the strength of the human spirit, and nothing could diminish the joy they felt in each other's arms.
