Sneak Peek 002: It's a Fountain of Fun, Charlie Brown
"Well, let's see...I spy with my little eye...something blue, it's kind of square, and it's under a window. Do you see what I see?" Barney asked.
The kids looked hard until Mario spotted it. "I do! I do! It's the mailbox!" Mario smiled.
"Right!" Barney praised. "Now it's your turn, Mario."
"OK...I spy with my little eye...something brown, it's cute and fuzzy, and has long ears. Do you see what I see?" Mario asked.
The kids looked hard until Lila spotted it. "I DO! It's a rabbit by the bridge!" Lila pointed out.
"Why hello." Barney waved at the rabbit before facing Lila. "OK, Lila. It's your turn."
"Oh, I got it! I spy with my little eye...something small and yellow that's high in a tree!" Lila exclaimed. "Do you see what I see?"
"Hmmmmmm...small and yellow and high in a tree..." Linus repeated "Woodstock!"
"Exactly. Your turn." Lila giggled, as Schroeder and Franklin watched on.
"Okay...I spy with my little eye...something silver...it's made of metal and it's good, when you need a drink." Linus said. "Do you see what I see?"
"I DO! It's the drinking fountain!" Barney bubbled.
"Your turn." Rerun giggled.
Barney smiled, he looked around before seeing something. He then faced the gang. "I spy with my little eye. Something small, wearing glasses and a great big smile. Do you see what I see?"
Charlie Brown studied the area carefully. "I know! Linus!"
"Nope. Try again." Barney said.
Lila smiled "I know this one! It's Mario."
"Nope, one more try." Barney stated.
"May I try?" Franklin asked.
"Be my guest." Barney said.
"If he gets it, I'll eat my hat." Peppermint Patty whispered.
"It's Marcie!" Franklin smiled.
"RATS!" Peppermint Patty huffed, taking a bite out of her hat before gagging in disgust. "YUCK! Don't ever eat a hat."
"I'll take your word for it." Lucy said as they approached Marcie, who was carrying a stack of books.
