Chapter 5 – Brother of Lucifer, Satan! Samurai Duel
(Woods)
Ripley is still restrained by an unseen force emanating from Issho.
"What? He knows your name?" Charlie asked.
Issho said, glancing at Hiroshi. "It's been a long time, hasn't it?" He asked, causing Hiroshi to utter his reaction. "You have forgotten about me? Pitiful. I'll just have to refresh your memory."
An unseen power emanates from Issho, bringing Hiroshi to his knees.
"What are you doing?" Ripley muttered.
"A psychic?" Charlie said, becoming puzzled.
"Not exactly. This is different. I obtained Devil Fruit." Issho answered.
"Devil Fruit?!" Charlie and Ripley exclaimed.
"An oni ate the Devil Fruit? That's impossible!" Hiroshi grunted.
"With the Press Press Fruit, I am able to control the force of gravity. That is part of my ability to restrain the enemies you witness." Issho replied.
"You may trap me in your gravity. But try this!" Hiroshi muttered, holding out his hand to send a Ki blast at the oni.
Issho quickly removed his shikomizue blade from the cane scabbard and sliced the energy ball in half, splitting it into sides and causing small explosions.
"I cannot see with my blind eyes. But I have my mind and ears to detect your movements." Issho replied.
Issho sensed something coming from behind and quickly swung his blade, colliding against another blade.
Due to being distracted, his gravity power faded instantly, freeing Hiroshi and Ripley.
"What now?" Ripley asked as Charlie helped him up to stand on his feet.
Hiroshi rose from the ground and saw another person locked in combat with his blade. "Who is that?"
His skin is almost fair, and he has red eyes. Wearing a brown coat, his shoulders hang like a cape. Dressed in a black vest, he covers his long-sleeved ivory white shirt and baggy black pants. His black shoes complete his attire.
"A man. No, you were different." Issho murmured.
"I won't let you get your hands on Lucifer's daughter. She's my niece, and I'm worried about what will happen when she arrives with her friends." The man growled.
"Your niece?" Issho replied.
"What?" Charlie gaped in surprise.
"How did that guy know her name? Who is he?" Ripley asked.
A human pushed the Oni, causing it to skid across the ground. Issho used gravity to send himself flying back into a tree.
The man shouted, "You two! Take her and go! I'll keep him busy; go!"
Ripley held onto Charlie's hand and took off at a dash, while Hiroshi followed them.
"You can't get away for long enough," Issho muttered. "Gravity Blade!"
Oni channeled his Devil Fruit's ability through his blade and swung it, releasing a purple gravity wave of a slash towards them. A man sped towards him and quickly deflected the force right back to its user. Issho leapt out of the way, leaving the impact creating a medium-sized crater.
A man holding the katana that defies gravity, pulls his arms back to the right side in a diagonal motion.
His katana consists of the tsuka-maki (handle/grip wrapping), which features a pattern that closely resembles a real katana, giving it the traditional diamond shape in negative space. It has a gold dragon-shaped menuki inserted underneath the tsuka-maki to allow the fingers to grip. The tsuba/hand guard is now gold and a deep navy blue, shaped like an octagon with two trapezoidal halves, each with gold dot pattern patches and in a groove-like motif with gold rings, inside of which are various circles in clusters of three, arranged in triangular patterns, and the gold habaki/fuller is also with a similar embossed pattern. The hamon (wave crest) pattern featured is a kawazuko chōji or tadpole head clove flower-styled hamon similar to those found on blades historically made by Osafune Nagamitsu. The blade has also been given prominent temper lines.
"Best not to harm or my sin of Wrath makes you suffer." He said.
"That's a fine blade you wield. In my realm, we forge weapons and make them more durable than mortal ones." Issho replied.
This is called Yamato. It is a fine blade made by the very Tsubasa Family from the third generation. I have held this blade since the very moment you witnessed it.
Charlie, Ripley, and Hiroshi maintained their pace.
"What about the others in the cabin?" Hiroshi asked. "Should we go back?"
"And got us almost captured by the band of ninjas? I probably disagree with it." Ripley murmured.
Khan Ninjas leapt across branches of trees in pursuit of their targets.
"They are gaining on us now." Charlie said.
"Blossom Flurry!" The voice uttered.
They saw the pink wave of blossom petals coming right at them and hitting all the ninjas.
"What was that?" Ripley asked.
Hiroshi noticed one of the blossom petals gracefully falling onto his hand before fading into nothingness.
"A blossom? Where did that come from?" Hiroshi's expression turned puzzled.
An adult woman ran up to them. This Japanese woman had an athletic, slim build but displayed voluptuous proportions. She had tan colored skin with long, waist-length black hair and red highlights, and golden yellow eyes. She was dressed in an off-the-shoulder light beige sweater, concealing a white shirt underneath, along with short denim pants and slim high heels. She also wore a white headband.
"Who are you?" Hiroshi asked.
Charlie gasped in surprise. "Aunt Momiji!"
"That Japanese woman is your aunt?" Ripley whispered.
"Talk later. We have to lose them first! Follow me!" Momiji exclaimed.
They agreed with her, knowing they still needed to get away from the ninjas.
(Wooden Cabin – Living Room)
Kami, Raccoonus, Hana, Tsuki, Aggie, Husk, Niffty, Dexter, Crymini, Ripley, Zidane, Tybalt, and Millie were all fighting back the Khan Ninjas, with some being knocked down and most of them swinging their swords or bo staffs.
Tsuki casts the Fira spell twice on two Khan Ninjas, blasting them away. She then swirls herself around to make another attack.
"Dancing Stars!"
She glimmered in a bright light, with light blue and silver, darting across the living room and stopping suddenly.
"Woo! I gotta rest a little bit." Tsuki said, looking dazed.
Arnold fires the lasers from his gauntlets at Long Pang, but the Chinese martial artist cartwheels to evade the laser beams and swiftly kicks him in the face.
"Sensei, Arnold needs some help!" Raccoonus grunted, deflecting the kunais with his pair of tekko.
"We can finish with the rest of the ninjas and save him." Kami said.
One of the ninjas kicked Raccoonus, causing his tekkos to fall to the floor. A ninja stomped on them, crushing them into pieces.
"My tekkos!" Raccoonus cried, growling at them.
Master Long Pang dodged Arnold's punches and then unleashed another deadly technique.
"Kaizen-Jutsu Technique: Fierce Monkey Kicks!" He shouted.
The man's legs became blurry as he developed a flurry of kicks toward Arnold. Arnold tried to defend himself, but he was easily overwhelmed.
"Arnold!" Aggie said.
"Hey, Zidane! Toss me!" Millie told him.
Zidane grabs her arms and throws her right into Master Long Pang's head, earning him a cry of agony and sending him straight into a wall, knocking him unconscious.
Millie shakes her head to suppress her pain as Tybalt rushes to her.
"Are you okay, Millie?" Tybalt asked.
"I've never felt better. It's just what I needed to help me relax." Millie replied.
Eventually, Arnold reached his stand and his cybernetic armor was regenerated by the nanoparticles.
"With his kicks, he somehow managed to bypass my defensive armor. He's very proficient in combat." Arnold commented.
Master Long Pang burst through the same hole from which he had been flung.
"You meddlesome scum! How dare you interfere with my technique? Wait until I finish!" Master Long Pang scolded with his white eyes and shark teeth in anime style.
"Who cares?!" Zidane yelled. "Your technique is kind of lame if you ask me!"
Master Long Pang growled in response, banging on the wall with his right fist.
"This has gone far enough till it's over! Khan Ninjas! Take them all out at once!"
"Looks like you're making him mad." Husk replied.
"That was my point, okay?!" Zidane yelled.
Before the Khan Ninjas could perform their Kaizen-Jutsu technique again, a smoking bomb was thrown out and landed beneath Master Long Pang's feet. It exploded into a cloud of smoke, engulfing the living room.
The group soon heard the girl's voice. "Time to move!"
"Who's there?" Tsuki asked.
"Let's hurry!" Kami urged. "Go!"
They are all scurrying out of the living room.
"Don't let them escape!" Master Long Pang ordered.
(Outside of the Wooden Cabin)
Once the companions emerged from the cabin, they turned to the young woman. Her body was fit and slender. She had long hair with fire-colored highlights, golden yellow eyes, and exotic tan skin. The black shirt she wore featured a silhouette of a red spider lily, and she wore black jeans and red and black sneakers. She tied her hair into a high ponytail braid.
"Who are you?" Hana asked.
"Didn't we recognize or hear from her?" Husk asked.
Zidane whistled and shouted, "Strike!"
"No time. We better get away from them." A young woman replied.
The group noticed the Ninja Mobile was being driven by Spam and Vanessa sat right next to him.
"Spam? Vanexa?" Niffty asked.
"Good to see you again, gang." Spam smiled.
"How do you two know we're in trouble?" Tsuki asked.
The door was opened by Dr. Fuji. "We don't have time!"
Aggie, Husk, Niffty, Crymini, Dexter, Tybalt, Millie, Zidane, and Arnold hurried into the Demon Wagon. Kami, Raccoonus, Hana, Tsuki, and the other woman dashed into the Ninja Mobile.
Master Long Pang and his ninjas burst out of the cabin. "You all can't escape from us!"
"Start up the gear!" Aggie replied.
Arnold and Spam started their vehicles, driving away from the goons.
"We almost had them!" Master Long Pang said. "No matter, we can follow them wherever they go!"
(Forest)
In the Ninja Mobile, Spam is on the wheel while Kami, Raccoonus, Hana, and the other female are sitting on the seats.
Raccoonus asked, "Can you at least tell me what your name is?"
"I'm Arabella, so call me that. You were all saved by my parents and me." Arabella murmured.
"What about Hiroshi, Ripley, and Charlie? Did they make it?" Kami asked.
"Do not worry. Momiji has got them on the way safely. They're fine." Dr. Fuji told them.
"Momiji?" Hana asked.
"You mean my mom. And you were talking about Charlie, who happens to be my cousin." Arabella smirked.
"Cousin?" Raccoonus asked.
"I will tell you more when we get into my house." Arabella responded.
Raccoonus, Kami, and Hana exchanged puzzled glances.
"I gotta say that's pretty impressive," Tsuki commented.
(Dark Fortress – Throne Room)
Fawful, Zant, and Ghirahim observed Hiroshi and the others as they fought against the Khan Ninjas.
"We have another group of evil attacking the heroes, interesting." Zant said.
"Do you know them, my liege?" Ghirahim inquired.
"In case you want the answers." Fawful said, grinning. "The Sovereign of Evil. The notorious and formidable organization of the Quantic Universe."
"I see." Ghirahim murmured. "It would seem we have the newcomers around. Whatever their motives may be, they will need our help."
Fawful adjusted his glasses slightly, pondering his thoughts.
"What are you suggesting we do now?" Zant asked.
"I paid them a visit to my fortress, and we made a perfect plan for eliminating the rest of these goodies." Fawful murmured.
"Well, you don't have to do it if you don't want to."
They turned to the man who happened to be the leader of the Sovereign of Evil. He wore a heavy armored suit with two long, thin, dark red ribbon-like strips of cloth on his back, wide armored shoulder pads and a long pair of metal gauntlets outlined by strange markings similar to the codes in the Miraculous spellbook. He even wore the oni's skull mask over his face.
"How did you get here?" Ghirahim asked.
"I didn't come into your fortress." The Leader of the Sovereign of Evil murmured. "I contacted you from my universe."
"Impressive." Fawful said. "Tell us what your name is."
Master Koji said, "I am the master of the Sovereign of Evil, and I rule over Paris with my tyrannical power." He continued. "I have chosen a new name for myself: Oni Shogun."
"It looks like we're getting to know each other, my new friend." Fawful said.
"How about you start filling me in on your malicious intent?" Master Koji asked.
(Lakeside House)
The Lakeside House is a residence for Satan's family and is a three-story building. Its exterior is rustic, inspired by Japanese architecture, and features stone and concrete pillars, with the wood covered in the finest wood coating finish. It has a three-door garage with Japanese design elements. The colors of the residence are white, dark red, and dark beige.
The two drivers of both vehicles parked in front of the Lakeside House got out. The two groups then climbed out of their vans.
"We're here. I hope these goons won't be able to find our safe spot." Dr. Fuji said.
"Look at that house!" Tsuki exclaimed. "It's much better than the cabin in the woods."
Arabella walked over to her mother's side.
Momiji said, hugging her. "I am a little worried you got caught, Arabella."
"Mom, I'm fine." Arabella sighed.
"Mom?" said Ripley and Hiroshi in unison.
Charlie grinned at them. "Didn't you guys know? My cousin Arabella is the daughter of Satan! Of course, he's my uncle."
The revelation sent a great shock throughout the entire group, causing Raccoonus and Tybalt's eyes to bulge in utter shock.
"WHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTT?!" Both of them screamed in their lungs so loudly.
Nina fainted from her shock as Zidane caught her with his right arm.
"This is crazy!" Zidane uttered.
"Do not tell me you're serious." Hiroshi replied. "The Satan guy is your uncle?"
"I can't believe it." Hana uttered.
"Charlie, time out! I'm so lost, okay? How would you know your Dad has a brother?" Ripley asked warily.
Charlie giggled. "It's a family secret; no one else knows."
"Did you have something to say?" Aggie asked.
"We're still kinda lost." Crymini muttered.
"There are a lot of questions going here between Lucifer and Satan." Dexter said.
"Indeed. Now we will understand why we are under these circumstances." Kami responded.
"Who are we kidding here? Won't everybody in Edin know that that girl is a demon-human hybrid?" Millie asked.
"I have assured you, there are many complications, but this time, we should go inside first and talk." Momiji stated.
"Is this where you live?" Hana asked Arabella. "Your home has similar architecture to Japan."
"My Mom's side of the family is Japanese. She works in Reefside as a nature conservationist." Arabella explained.
"Not outside here, dear," Momiji said to her with a slight firm look.
"Yes, Mom." Arabella replied.
"We need to go inside the house." Kami said.
"And what about you?" Raccoonus asked, turning to Dr. Fuji.
"I better go somewhere where I can hide. In the meantime, I'll try to contact Billy. He's been working on developing a new technology." Dr. Fuji replied, hopping back onto the Ninja Mobile and driving away. "Take good care of yourselves."
(Lakeside House – Living Room)
Hiroshi and the others were sitting on the three and four-seater sofas around the large Japanese coffee table and the white and pink ceramic vase.
"We just have to wait for him. He'll be here in any minute." Momiji said.
"We are surprised to know Satan and that human lady were married and had that girl over there." Husk pointed at Arabella.
"In any case, we are in the middle of something important." Tybalt said.
"Does Lucifer know about his brother Satan raised his own family?" Raccoonus asked.
Momiji spoke. "Satan has entrusted me to keep this secret from the others."
A demon maiden approached them. She was a mixture of doe and succubus.
Her eyes consisted of lilac sclera and white pupils. She had strawberry blonde short wavy hair and pale white skin. On each side of her chin, extending down to her upper neck, were two black marks resembling the shape of a heart. The same marking extended upward onto her forehead, while her arms and hands appeared as if they were covered in long fingerless gloves. Her legs and feet were adorned with a pair of extra-long, curved, blackened hooves. Her horns resembled zebra stripes. She wore a short black pinstriped coat, a light gray leotard with a pentagram symbol emblazoned across her midsection, a red plaid skirt, and purple skinny leggings. She used to have black eye shadow, red lipstick, and a pair of bat wings completed her ensemble. She has a long, white shaped tail and tied by a pink ribbon.
"Oh, my. We have guests, I see." A pretty demon lady murmured before recognizing the Sinful Gang. "It's you guys again. It has been a while since I left the Pentagram island with Satan."
"Valentine!?" The Sinful Gang exclaimed in unison, followed by Spam and Vanessa. "What are you doing here?"
Valentine smiled cheekily. "I was going to ask the same question."
Dexter turned his esca upright, then let himself sink slowly as he flashed his goofy grin.
"Another strike for the pretty lady!" Zidane exclaimed. "That is too much for both girls!"
Aggie slapped him on the cheek twice, but Zidane was still overwhelmed by his love-struck emotions.
"Him too?" Hana asked, gesturing toward Dexter.
"Please. These sleazy boys aren't meant to hook women up." Aggie groaned. "That is Valentine. She is formerly working with Charlie's parents and quit from St. An's Hospital."
"Hello Nurse!" Dexter and Zidane exclaimed in unison before they suddenly realized what they had said and glared daggers at each other.
"Dastard, you stole my words! I could fall on my heels for that woman!" Zidane growled.
"You keep her away! She is mine!" Dexter argued, tackling him down to the floor.
Zidane and Dexter were wrestling with each other playfully while the rest of the group watched them in awe.
"Should we go over there and break them up?" Niffty asked.
Aggie frowned. "Just leave them. This is what they wanted to do."
"I agree. They acted like a bunch of morons." Tsuki agreed.
"I love the way they fight funny." Spam chuckled.
"Save your amusement for later." Vanessa pouted.
Valentine giggled in amusement. "I do like aggressive boys."
Dexter bites Zidane's monkey tail, causing the latter to cry out and put his hand on his neck in pain.
"If you boys stop fighting, I will give you the best refreshments." Valentine murmured.
Both of them turned their heads toward her as Zidane let go of his grip on Dexter.
"You do?" Zidane and Dexter said in unison.
Valentine walked over to the two boys, placing the charms on them.
"Now be the good boys and no more roughhousing in the house. Household rules are rules." Valentine said, wrapping Dexter up in her heart-shaped tail and making him blush.
"I… Whatever." Zidane muttered, seeing Dexter give a smug grin at him while Valentine hugged him, and he went to take a seat on the sofa between Husk and Niffty.
"Boo." Niffty teased. "It sucks to be you."
"It's great seeing you, Dexter." Valentine said. "How come you won't see me, fishy?"
Dexter chuckled a bit. "I haven't been able to find out where you were since you left. What are you doing here in this residential area?"
"I just thought I quit," Valentine began, pulling away from him. "And then I ended up being a maid again to support Satan and his family. But, it broke my heart."
She sniffled a bit, giving herself a sad smile. "I should spend more time with you."
Momiji cleared her throat. "Valentine, did you forget something?"
"Sorry, ma'am. I gotta go bring some drinks." Valentine said.
Dexter didn't look away from her until she winked at him and then ran off into the kitchen.
Charlie asked, "Dexter, how did you end up dating my former maid?"
"You dated the maid who works from Morningstar Family?!" Tybalt asked.
"Was that before she left Pentagram Island?" Millie asked.
"Why are you guys giving such a shock? I didn't ask her for a date." Dexter murmured.
"Liar, sly fish. It's Lady 'G' Valentine, a nurse works in St. An Hospital." Crymini smirked.
"It's you?" Millie questioned.
"I just… Does she have no eyesight or suffer from brain damage?" Tybalt asked.
"You aren't hiding from us this time." Aggie teased, kneeling before him. "You and Zidane are both totally creeps."
"I am not!" Dexter retorted. "But Zidane is far worse than he is!"
"You are the creep here, pal!" Zidane growled. "I am the best ladies' man you have ever seen!"
"Oh yeah! I'm going to give you a piece of my mind!" Dexter said.
"Cool it off, boys!" Arabella and Charlie pushed between them.
"We're in the house so one of the rules is no more fighting." Momiji added. "And it has nothing to do with pretty ladies around here."
"I get that, lady. Listen, I have no problem making this a bigger deal than it needs to be. And I'm not interested in intruding on your stupid personal lives." Dexter huffed, crossed his arms.
But his gang, Spam and Vanexa, disagreed with him.
"I don't want you to do that all the time, Dexter!" Tybalt shouted.
"You hated being accused of doing that." Millie said.
"You should totally do that, punk." Crymini muttered.
"That's a lie!" Husk retorted.
Charlie exclaimed, "You are so embarrassing!"
"Can't hide from the gossips forever." Vanexa groaned.
"You are totally crazy like a fish out of water," Niffty said.
"Screw you, Dexter." Aggie sneered.
"You actually do, Dexter." Spam replied.
Millie gave a naughty look with her eyelids lowered, teasing Dexter. "I wonder what it's like having sex with her as a nurse."
"Millie, put it away from my privacy!" Dexter yelled.
"He's right." Tybalt said. "Can you respect his personal space? You embarrassed him enough."
"So what? We're talking about a household maid here! Will it be that sensitive when someone offended everybody's lives?" Millie asked.
Tybalt tried to point it out but responded to her. "Touche. But don't look into their lives just yet."
"Crystal clear, Mox." Millie nodded.
Hiroshi, Kami, Hana, Tsuki, and Raccoonus all shook their heads in disbelief and annoyance, while Arnold maintained his cool and calculated demeanor.
"Your immature behavior must cease." Arnold said to them.
"I don't want to hear the word 'sex'. It makes me disgusted just thinking about." Tsuki retorted.
"No offense." Crymini noted.
"Stop arguing over this point. We are now moving on to this more important aspect." Hiroshi replied.
"Say what? Who says you're in charge of this whole conversation?" Zidane asked.
"Well, what does it look like I'm in charge? My patience has run out. I'll give you all a chance, but don't make me wait too long." Hiroshi said.
"Gosh, Hiro. Where were you?" Ripley asked. "Were you too busying on your own time?"
"I have been dealing with Yiga Clan and some dino skull man." Hiroshi replied. "It wasn't like I have a chance to do any training."
"Neither do I," said Hana. "I would probably need some more meditation."
Satan entered through the front door, into the living room.
"Sorry for keeping you all waiting. I manage to drive that oni away from causing more harms." Satan said before turned to Arabella. "Arabella."
"Dad." Arabella ran over to him. "I brought Charlie and her friends. It's really good to see my cousin is here."
"Glad you did, my little blossom. Now I gotta change back." Satan uttered.
"Arabella. Could that be him?" Kami asked.
"Wait and see." Arabella said.
Satan veiled in the scorching aura resembling the flames and the pentagram sigil appearing beneath his feet. The group sees the shadowy figure through the flames and emits the soothing trill before the flames dissipate and reveal his true form as a demon.
His skin was white, with bleached blond hair streaked in indigo, and red eyes. He still wore his usual attire.
"No way! That was his human form all along?" Raccoonus exclaimed.
Momiji said, "He is a demon capable of taking on human form."
"Uncle Satan!" Charlie rushed towards him with her arms spread and hugged him tightly.
"Whoa there, Charlotte. How long has it been?" Satan questioned. "My little brother's speck has grown naturally from hundreds of years. I almost remember when you were a little kid."
"Stop! I am the woman now." Charlie giggled.
"My dear niece, what are you doing in Reefside? No other demon can travel between worlds." Satan replied.
Charlie lets go of him. "I know. I have my knight in shining armor with me, so I won't get hurt."
"Who?" Satan replied.
"She's talking about me." Ripley said. "Name's Ripley."
"We just met," said Satan. "And that sword you carry..."
Ripley unsheathed his Excalibur from the scabbard and revealed his weapon.
"An Excalibur?!" Hana exclaimed. "The legendary sword from the Arthurian legend?"
"No kidding." Hiroshi replied. "Back in my world, I read about the legend of King Arthur and his sword."
"The Sword of King Arthur has chosen you as its new owner." Satan stated.
"Yeah. I was the only guy pulled out this Holy Sword from the stone." Ripley murmured.
"Uncle Satan. I know it's a lot to take in. We both have been through a lot. We zinged" Charlie said.
"Zing?" Satan asked, chuckling. "I see now why you like her."
"What's a zing?" Kami asked. "Is it some sort when two persons are in love?"
"You're correct. Satan said it is only come from the Transylvanian folklore; you can only zing once in your life. It does remind of me and Satan back then when we are in love on first sight." Momiji said.
"Oh, who are you kidding? Wouldn't anyone know that you and that Satan were married?" Zidane asked.
"Only Lucifer and the rest of the high-ranking demons know about our secret marriage." Satan said before admitting himself. "I must admit that it sounds inexcusable for me to get married to a human wife. And I am well aware of the forbidden rule that demons and angels are not meant to be couples."
"Why's that?" asked Hiroshi. "Do you mean demons and angels won't get married?"
"That's right. The high-class demons, such as myself. I must never forget the sacred vow to keep our kind and the angels from giving birth. They call it a Forbidden Birthright." Satan stated.
"The Forbidden Birthright." Ripley murmured.
"It also has another name for the hybrid between our races - the Nephalem, with blood of demon and angel. An ancient mural says that the world will be in peril if the Nephalem cannot control both powers; all life in the world shall perish into ashes. That's what the demons fear from the unstoppable Nephalem." Satan explained.
"What you said to us, is pretty bad." Ripley said.
"Sounds like we have a bad omen." Raccoonus murmured.
"Are the Nephalem that powerful?" Tybalt wondered.
"Yes. I sadly doubt that. My father Sparda told me about the prophecy of the Uprising Nephalem." Satan replied.
"My dad never told me about the ancient legend. But after hearing it from you, Uncle Satan, it makes sense as to why my kind can't know about the Nephalem," Charlie said.
"Father told me the same details. It troubles me greatly." Arabella replied.
Valentine walked out of the door from the kitchen, holding the tray with a jug of aloe vera juice and cup of glasses.
"Aloe vera juice for everyone." Valentine murmured.
"An aloe vera juice? Nice choice." Hana said.
"That was my favorite drink from Japan." Hiroshi said.
"Drink it up, guys." Raccoonus murmured.
They all poured it onto their glasses and drank it, savoring the sweet taste of aloe.
"Amazing!" Dexter sighed.
"So do I!" Zidane said.
"Tastes sweet!" Niffty squealed.
"Not bad," Husk said, nodding.
Millie smiled and said, "I love that stuff!"
"Feeling refresh." Tybalt smiled.
"Marvelous. I hadn't been drinking the aloe juice for ages." Kami commented.
"It is also my daughter's favorite drink." Momiji said.
"I just want to ask." Tsuki said, after she drank the glass of aloe juice and set it on the coffee table.
"What?" Momiji asked.
"Do you ever know about Morbius?" Tsuki asked.
Satan's eyes narrowed on hearing the familiar name before turning to face Charlie.
"Charlie. You mentioned a name to them?" Satan asked.
"Yeah. I shouldn't have told them about Morbius. It isn't a right thing…" Charlie began.
"I don't need to blame you. But we can't let the enemies discovered his true heritage." Satan said.
"When's the last time you met Morbius?" Millie asked.
"Before he has met any one of you, he was seeking the answers for himself to find out about his birth when he was a young teenager." Satan said.
"What happened?" Kami asked.
"To put it that way…" Satan sighed. "Morbius is the Nephalem."
The entire group was completely stunned in utter shock, even Arabella and Momiji.
"Holy rabies!" Charlie gasped, mimicking the same line as Mavis.
"Morbius D. Ashford is a Nephalem?" Aggie asked.
"But how?" Niffty wondered.
"The Supreme Counsellor of Heaven and Hell was the hybrid of angel and demon?!" Husk muttered.
"I don't believe it!" Crymini cried.
"That just can't be!" Dexter exclaimed.
"You've probably heard about the Shadaloo pirates. After the celebration of victory with the Avenging Heroes, Morbius was secretly contacted by one of the agents and asked him to come beneath the city of Paris. Down below them is the Hive, a top-secret area on behalf of the Trinity Corps. He discovered the Virtues Sanctarum et Peccata Nigra. The Holy Virtues and Black Sins. The ancient tome contains the various supernatural spells, enhancing the natural abilities, summoning the portals between the worlds, and most of the pages are written in ancient glyphs that Morbius cannot decipher them. However, he is able to find out the mural depicts of the Nephalem and becomes questionable to his theory." Satan told them.
"Then what?" Arnold asked.
"His necklace, the Demon Seraphim Cross has somehow activated and draws the power from the tome. The moment he takes off his cross, the shadow of inner demon has torment him in his head and he began to thrash everything in the Hive. The agents were holding on him to help him sustain his control, but he is quickly overwhelmed and transformed into a demon." Satan explained.
"That's terrible. That's the reason he is a Nephalem. Like you said before, the Nephalem won't be able to control both powers of demon and angel." Aggie frowned.
"Correct. He is easily becoming berserk and doing terrible things to the agents. Luckily, Eraqus and his companions were able to subdue him. Eraqus put the cross necklace around Morbius's neck, which instantly turned him back to his former self. The Avenging Heroes and agents had witnessed the great struggle between Morbius and his inner demon. They didn't want to let anyone find out what happened; they covered their involvement and sealed the Hive, which later became known as the Prohibition Sector, and no agents or others were allowed to return to the former Hive. It has been ages since then." Satan clarified.
"Can you tell us what the Demon Seraphim Cross is?" Valentine asked.
"The Demon Seraphim Cross is the ancient artifact crafted by the Christian Lords, a religious cult founded by my mother, Lena, an angel from Skyworld. Wearing it keeps Morbius from being controlled by my inner demon." Satan answered.
"Without wearing it, he went spiraling out of control." Tsuki murmured.
"That's right. The very reason why Morbius was kept under watch by the Christian Lords and watched over when he was little. They taught him how to manipulate his holy power, the Holy Magic Arts, and had him trained with other methods to help him unlock the secrets of Kuna." Satan murmured.
"The Kuna? What does it do?" Ripley asked.
Kami stepped forth and explained. "I heard the distinctive knowledge from the Hamato Clan, my fallen sensei Hamato Yuuta spoke about the Kuna, but he gave another name called 'Haki.' The Haki is the mysterious power and physical version of Ki. Haki represents the physical energy while Ki represents the excessive lifeforce. There are only three of them since one of them is rare that no one has mastered it or unlocked it, only the ones who have inherited it and it is called the Supreme Ambition Kuna or referred to as Conqueror's Haki. The Conqueror's Haki enables to paralyze the foes with the power of intimidation. The two Kunas are Armament Kuna and Mind-Eye Kuna. Armament Kuna is based on coating around the body which can be used for both defensive and offensive techniques. And the Mind-Eye Kuna that allows the users can sense the presence of enemies, energies, and emotions, even if they are on the far distance. That can also grant the limited precognitive abilities such as sensing their opponent's movements and predicting their actions and attacks."
"I never knew about the Kuna…" Raccoonus uttered.
"Awesome!" Niffty said.
"I might say that is interesting." Spam said.
"That rocks…" Crymini smirked.
"Where is that main source of Kuna?" Tsuki asked.
"It used to happen as part of the natural forces across the Multiverse," Arnold informed. "But now they must acquire their powers through intense training."
"I knew it!" Hiroshi exclaimed. "I just wanted to learn how to control the Haki. But Uncle Kami, why didn't you tell me?"
"I haven't taught myself with Haki for years." Kami chuckled.
Hiroshi said, "Maybe I should have done it sooner so I could be stronger now."
"Not now. Be patient," Kami whispered.
"Me too. I wanna get stronger." Ripley added.
We demons know about the Kuna. Most of us have harnessed the two types of Haki, and some of us were born with it. The users of Kuna include Lucifer, Satan, Zillian, Nero, Asteroth, etc.
"Many folks have achieved that kind of power." Husk replied.
"Arabella, have you been trained to unlock the Kuna?" Hana wondered.
Arabella said, "I tried, but it takes plenty of time to master both types of Haki."
"I have only mastered the Observation Haki." Momiji responded.
"How about we can talk later after I've finished discussing the important events?" Satan implied. "Right now, during the training, Morbius has only mastered Armament and Observation Haki. Some of the sorcerers believe him that he has inherited this skill from one of his parents. However, his home was ambushed by the Dark Trolls. The Christian Lords fought back with great effort, but it turned out to be a traitor named Killius who was responsible for summoning the Dark Trolls from the Holy Virtues and Black Sins that young Morbius brought to his sanctuary place. One by one, the lords fell to their downfall, and Morbius is the only one who has survived after being saved by Brennan Shanks, who gave up his arm while protecting him from the Infernal Slayer."
"Brennan Shanks? Who is he?" Tybalt asked.
Didn't you know? He is the strongest fighter and is better known as Red-Haired Shanks. He has been living for centuries. Crymini told him.
"But how?" Millie inquired.
"He was a former pirate who had worked with the Newgate Dracé crew a long time ago. He and his pal Buggy had served their captain well and were under the apprenticeship of Tyler." Satan said.
"Aren't you saying Shanks is just a normal human?" Tsuki asked.
"Not quite. Both Shanks and Buggy were accidentally drinking the two bottles of Elixir of Immortality since they found them on the mysterious chest. These bottles have made them immortal without aging or dying, they belong to Daoist Heaven. Funny thing is they won't get older anyway. Anyway, Shanks gave his old watch to Morbius for safekeeping and promised him to give it back in the future; however, Morbius became the greatest and bravest warrior." Satan said.
"Morbius has connections with Red-Haired Shanks?" Aggie asked. "That's amazing!"
"This is how Morbius got his watch from. Shanks has asked him to take care of it." Charlie murmured.
"Wow! I didn't know Shanks was so important of a person." Zidane said.
"And same as me who met Ryu. I can't believe two of us were having in common." Hiroshi chuckled.
"As soon as I finish the story, promise me you won't let anyone know who Morbius' father is," Satan replied.
"Why would we need to hide it from everyone?" Vanessa asked.
"You have to trust me. Things are getting complicated. Since you all know Lena is Morbius' mother, I will tell you who his father is." Satan replied.
"We wanted to know what his dad was like." Crymini whispered.
Satan stood in front of the sliding glass door, gazing out at the lake beyond.
His father has grown in terms of his power and strength; he is barely equal to my limits. Brace yourselves, everyone. Morbius' father is Diablos, the Unholy Maw Revolutionist. Satan revealed.
"Diablos, huh?" Hiroshi asked.
All the Hellish Demon friends, including Arabella, Spam and Jack, wore concerned and shocked expressions.
"The Revolutionist?! The almost all-powerful demon is Morbius' dad?!" Spam yelled.
Arabella said. "Even though he is infamous, Morbius must have known about him."
"Wait. Diablos has a son?!" Millie asked. "What kind of freakin' family have they got?!"
"Everyone never knew who Morbius' father was, but they kept talking about him." Valentine said.
"Why are you guys being so frightened? What's going on?" Tsuki asked.
"Tsuki! You have to understand. Diablo is Lucifer's right-hand man, but he is in fact, an extremely powerful demon." Aggie said.
"Diablos works with Morningstar Family?!" Hana asked.
Charlie said with a cautious look. "These are the rumors that have been circulating about my family. Ages ago, he vanished completely, and no one would tell where he is. There are no answers as to his whereabouts; he is mysterious."
"Indeed. Most of the demons have feared his powers too except for Lucifer, me, Lilith, Louis, and others." Satan responded.
"My data contains records of your details on the Nephalem and the Diablo. I must ensure that no one can discover these secrets. I intend to conceal them." Arnold clarified.
"Good. Keep the truth to yourself, Arnold." Satan said.
"We all know the truth about Morbius's birth and what he has become. It will be even more devastating if the word gets out to the Edin." Valentine spoke.
"In case you're wondering, Morbius has an initial name is D along with his covered last name. That is called the Will of D." Satan said.
"Will of D?" Husk asked.
"The Will of D is also known as the Will of Destiny, but most people believe it is a mysterious will that those who bear the initial 'D' must carry out what they truly desire." Satan answered.
"Sounds very interesting," Tsuki said before asking him. "What does Morbius have to do with the Will of D?"
"His goal is… Giving the second chance for the demons claimed to have a Change of Heart. Lucifer complains that he is ridiculous as his daughter." Satan murmured.
Charlie sheepishly hung her head. "Don't remind me."
"I assure you that Will of D isn't a dangerous will and nothing to do with the great misfortune." Momiji said.
"Just remember, we can't let them get involved with Morbius or Diablo. Or the universe will spiral into chaos." Satan said, turning to the others. "No one will be able to stop it from happening."
"I understand. I guess I can't tell my friends about the secrets. Though, I feel like I've missed out on sharing them with them." Hiroshi said, recalling his experiences from his world.
"There is something you should know." Charlie said. "We find out Wrathnar has stolen the Demon Booster Arm."
"What?" Satan asked warily. "Did Wrathnar steal the heirloom from Morningstar's domain?"
"Who is Wrathnar?" Arabella asked.
"A trained and dangerous assassin works with Ganondorf." said Tybalt. "That's who we need to find."
"Dad." Arabella said, turning to him.
Satan felt grim at the thought, looking down. "I should have known. I just remembered the time when Lucifer's son was already taken by the hands of that dastard."
"You mean Dante? So, you're telling me your brother is alive?" Charlie asked.
"Not exactly sure. But I believe there is something to do with Wrathnar. I'm sorry, I haven't seen him so I don't know where he is." Satan said.
"Don't worry, we want to know. We can find him no matter where he goes." Ripley said.
Charlie nodded in affirmation as Hiroshi looked slightly baffled by what he had heard.
"Charlie has a brother?" Hiroshi asked.
"That's a long story." Aggie responded. "Right now, we can find him on our own."
All of a sudden, the floor began to shake.
"Oh no!" Hiroshi and Ripley exclaimed in unison.
"Issho." Arabella muttered.
(Lakeside House's outside)
Issho drew his shikomizue, emitting the gravitational force which surrounded the residence and made it shake violently.
"Come out here, Demon Princess. Or I'll tear this building down along with the rest of them." Issho called out.
Standing alongside him are Master Long Pang, Ghirahim, Master Kohga, Yiga Footsoldiers, and Khan Ninjas.
"Who would know another ninja clan is working with the Yiga Clan? This will be more than enough to satisfy our thirst for victory!" Master Kohga boasted proudly before cackling loudly.
"Indeed, it is." Master Long Pang smirked.
(Lakeside House – Living Room)
Everyone must take steps to steady themselves against the force of gravity.
"Great! What did we do?!" Raccoonus asked.
"We can fight them, that's what!" Ripley muttered.
"Let me go with you!" Tsuki said.
"I'm in!" Crymini shouted.
"Fine with me too!" Millie said, brandishing her huge double-edged axe.
"Let's kick booties, guys!" Niffty added.
"That's more like it!" Spam murmured.
"Gonna need some assistance." Vanexa groaned sarcastically.
"Look likes I aid you and your friends. I can even take care of Issho and hold him long enough." Satan murmured.
"Charlie, you gotta stay here, just to be safe." Arabella told her, turning to Aggie, Husk, Dexter, and Valentine. "Valentine, look after them."
"Will do." Nodding, Valentine agreed.
"Satan. I better go help you." Momiji murmured.
"Yes, my dear." Satan nodded.
"Kyuubi! Downstairs!" Arabella called out to her pet.
They heard distant barking coming from upstairs and ran down to find the source of it. To their surprise, they revealed a little fox with one tail. Its fur was red, as were its paws and muzzle. Its eyes were bright yellow.
"You have a pet?" Dexter asked.
"Yes. This is my fox pet, Kyuubi! He is a boy." Arabella said, stroking Kyuubi's furry cheek.
"Oh, it's so cute!" Charlie squealed.
Just then, a little fox spotted Raccoonus and hurried over to the raccoon-dog mutant; it happily leapt onto his arms.
"Just a normal fox, huh?" Raccoonus murmured, tickling one of his ears, earning Kyuubi a squeal.
"Not just a normal fox." Arabella began. "It is a fire fox demon with nine tails."
In response, Kyuubi transformed into a bright orange fox with nine tails and had a red and yellow pattern resembling flames on each of its tails.
"Whoa!" Raccoonus awed.
"My dad had gifted it to me when I was fifteen. Come on, Kyuubi! We have to deal with these bad guys." Arabella said as the little fox demon barked in response and hopped off her arm to follow her.
"We gonna go fight them!" Hana said.
"I better stay here with the others." Zidane murmured. "I'm getting too tired of fighting."
"And I will guard them from the threats." Arnold said.
(Lakeside House's outside)
Hiroshi, Raccoonus, Kami, Hana, Tsuki, Satan, Arabella, Momiji, Kyuubi, Ripley, Crymini, Niffty, Millie, Spam, and Vanexa rushed out of the front door, taking up their fighting positions. Arabella drew out her Moeru Tsuka, which had a gold handgrip with a red cloth wrapped around it, and at the end was an orange, red, and yellow Japanese-style lanyard. Her mother, Momiji, wielded her Wado Ichimonji sword, one of the heirlooms from her family.
"Tang Hiroshi! You cannot keep us waiting any longer! With the help of the Khan Ninjas and Master Long Pang, we will succeed this time!" Master Kohga said.
"Whatever you say." Hiroshi muttered before turning to Issho. "You said that you met me? How could I not remember you?"
"Answer will wait, boy. A distant past can reveal everything." Issho spoke.
Ghirahim gazed at Arabella as he sneered and licked his lips. "I shall have another demon girl carry the tsuka. It will be even more amusing for me."
"Long Pang. I see how you join with the Dark Order." Satan said.
"I have in mind of personal business partner." Long Pang replied. "And those two girls are coming with us."
"You don't lay a finger on Charlie or Tsuki! And you sure as hell won't touch my daughter!" Momiji retorted.
"Is that obvious? I guess I can have her too to be my slave." Long Pang taunted. "Especially she is a demon-human hybrid."
Arabella scoffed in response, while Kyuubi growled angrily and stood behind her.
"Here's the warning. The oni named Issho has consumed the Press Press Fruit, he is now controlled the power of gravity." Hiroshi said. "Be careful."
"An oni ate the Devil Fruit?" Crymini asked.
"This is bad! Really bad!" Hana replied.
"I have no intention of harming your family," Issho said. "I suggest you keep them away so I can fight you."
"I want them safe, but they have no fear in taking down their enemies," Satan replied, drawing his Yamato.
"Be my guest." Issho scoffed.
"I hardly disagree with you about the fair fight, but don't say I didn't warn you," Master Long Pang murmured.
"It is going take a long fight. Yiga Clan, charge!" Master Kohga yelled.
"Attack, my ninja warriors!" Master Long Pang commanded.
The Yiga Footsoldiers and Khan Ninjas both charged at the alliance and began fighting them.
Raccoonus was able to punch the Khan Ninja without his Tekko and whip him with his tail, knocking the ninja down.
Kami evaded the three Yiga Footsoldiers and two Khan Ninjas as they punched and kicked him. He charged his ki energy into his palms and fired two blasts at them, hitting them all as they fell back to the ground.
Momiji held her Wado Ichimonji firmly as the katana glows in pink.
Momiji shouted her attack, "Blossom Flurry!" The wave of blossoms sent the five Khan Ninjas crashing to the ground.
Momiji then leapt back as the two Yiga Footsoldiers tried to slash her with their Vicious Sickles; she then slashed her sword at them diagonally from left to downwards.
"What's that move?" Kami asked.
"The Blossom Sword Style." Momiji answered.
"Check it out!" Tsuki exclaimed, performing a leaping kick onto one of the Khan Ninjas.
Tsuki dodged as one of the Yiga Footsoldiers tried to slash at her with his Demon Carver and she swung her Keyblade, knocking both Footsoldiers down and rendering them unconscious.
"A Keyblade? Not bad for the wielder." Arabella smirked as she sliced the Yiga Footsoldiers' weapons off and performed a sweeping kick on each of them.
"I'll show you!" Arabella swung her sword, transforming it into a large, white, sharp, and powerful blade.
She swung her blade to slash the four Khan Ninjas in circles as they cried out in agony and fell to the ground.
"What was that?! A blade comes out of that handle?" Tsuki asked.
"This is the Moeru Tsuka. It looks like a katana grip, but when I activate it by swinging, the blade pops out. And I've developed my own sword style called the Foxfire Sword Style. It is very handy." Arabella stated.
Tsuki smiled and said, "Cool!"
Another ninja ran up behind her, but Kyuubi saw it coming and opened its jaw to shoot a ball of fire at him, stunning the ninja.
"You're always have my back." Arabella said as Kyuubi barked happily.
Hiroshi grabs a foot of the Khan Ninja and brings him down to the ground, slamming him. He then goes for another Ninja by kicking him in the stomach and delivering the punches to the Yiga Footsoldier. Finally, Hiroshi readies his finish move.
"Shoryuken!" Hiroshi threw his uppercut punch against the opponent's face.
The Yiga Footsoldiers charged towards him as Hiroshi dodged them effortlessly and leapt up from the ground. He landed behind them and performed another attack.
"Tatsumaki!"
Hiroshi leapt towards them in a flurry of mid-air roundhouse kicks, knocking all of them down at once.
"Ryu is so proud of me when sees me." Hiroshi sighed with a smirk.
Spam tried to fight back against Yiga Footsoldier but the footsoldier caught his head and tossed him aside to the ground.
"Take a break, Foxy!" The Yiga Footsoldier performed a butt-stamp attack and landed on top of him.
"Whaaahhahhh! Waaaaaaaahhh! Help me! Help me!" Spam cried out for help.
Vanessa appeared as she leapt kicking a Yiga Foot Soldier, knocking it down to free Spam. She then grabbed his collar and slapped him multiple times in quick succession.
"Struck by that cat." Yiga Footsoldier moaned before fell back to the ground with his anime dizzy spiral eyes.
"Thanks, Vanexa," Spam said as he glanced over at her without looking away from his work.
Hana bashed a single Khan Ninja and another footsoldier. She flung her kanabo at one of the Yiga Footsoldiers, knocking him down to the ground.
Khan Ninja shouted. "Get her now!" He and two others headed straight for her.
Hana grabbed the charging Khan Ninja and threw him onto the ground below, then she blocked his punches and slammed into him with her elbow. She flipped her kick towards the Yiga Footsoldier, knocking him out.
Hana retrieved her kanabo and leaned it over her shoulder. "Wouldn't dream of it."
"Come on, girl!" Millie said to Niffty.
Nifty rushed over to the three Yiga Footsoldiers and kicked one of them in the face while Millie swung her double-edged axe, knocking off all their weapons. Millie then jabbed her axe and leapt across, hitting each of them squarely on the face. Nifty brought out her whip, lashed it towards another footsoldier, and wrapped it around his feet before tossing him against the garage wall.
"Oops! I made a big mess over there." Niffty replied, bring out his dust feather and cleans on wall.
"What are you doing?" Millie asked. "It's not the right time for chores."
Satan calmly stood as more ninjas surrounded him.
"Let's get his sword!" Khan Ninja said.
Satan swiftly drew his Yamato and quickly sliced around them with a wave of dark blue energy before sheathing his katana like a samurai. All the Khan Ninjas simultaneously collapsed to the ground afterward.
"Never underestimate of Yamato." Satan responded.
Ripley wielded the Quad Blaster, shooting at the multiple Yiga Footsoldiers with electric shots as he dodged some of the slashes by dashing down and firing the plasma lasers at more Footsoldiers.
Ready to armor up! For the sake of the Great Soul of King Arthur, Excalibur is mine to wield... if I am worthy!" Ripley chanted as his Excalibur in its scabbard began to glow before he removed it.
(Arthurian Sequence)
His holy sword emitted the blue mist and swirled around Ripley as the pieces of armor appeared, surrounding him. Closing his eyes, one by one, the armor pieces merged with his body, completing the assembled suit of armor. When complete, Ripley raised his Excalibur to the air.
(Back to reality)
"Just as I feared." Ghirahim said.
"He has the Excalibur and transformed with this armor?" Master Long Pang asked.
"Too late for the guess." Master Kohga said.
Ripley charged towards the group of Khan Ninjas and slammed his Excalibur on the ground, creating a shockwave that sent them flying out into the lake.
"It's time for a change in strategy." Issho sighed.
Ghirahim dashed towards Arabella before drawing out his Demon Blades and Arabella locked them with her mystic tsuka.
"It looks like I got a challenger to deal with." Arabella grunted.
"No mistake, dear. I pledge my loyalty to Lord Fawful and Ganon." Ghirahim chuckled.
Master Kohga and Master Long Pang are fighting against Kami and Hiroshi as they manage to evade the punches and kicks from both masters.
"Give it up, old monkey. I'll take your fur off and lay it down on the floor as a trophy." Master Long Pang replied.
"Is that what you think?" Kami inquired before disappearing in a blur of motion.
"Where did he go? Is it a trick?" Master Long Pang's expression was one of puzzlement and caution.
Then suddenly, Kami landed a powerful kick to his face.
"Here's my specialty! Thousand Nerve Needles!" Kami said.
The snow monkey mutant unleashes his fury by attacking Master Long Pang from all angles at a fast pace, hitting him in the shoulders, arms, neck, lower body, upper body, and legs.
Master Long Pang muttered weakly as he fell to the ground, his body limp and lifeless.
Hiroshi tried to punch, but Master Kohga grabbed his arm and put his own arms over his enemy's shoulders.
"Got you! Yiga Kamikaze!" Master Kohga yelled as he poofed into a cloud of smoke before creating the explosion that collided with Hiroshi.
Hiroshi was sent flying across the ground and managed to stand up. "Darn it! I gotta be more careful!"
Issho and Satan were seen clashing their blades so vigorously, but Satan caught him off guard by conjuring the demonic energy wave that the oni barely managed to avoid getting hit; only the slit mark appeared on his face, and it was bleeding slightly.
"You are my perfect adversary." Issho said. "I have been searching for you. Raging Tiger!"
The Oni samurai channeled the gravity into his blade in the form of a dark purple aura and unleashed the great force of waves with black lightning upon the demon deity.
Satan shouted. "Yamato: Blade of Sinful Wrath!" He quickly swung the Yamato blade in a horizontal direction, forming a large, dark blue demonic energy slash.
As soon as they collided, the massive shockwave almost blew everyone away, even paralyzing Master Long Pang. Issho skidded away on his feet and held himself against the blasting force, kneeling down to the ground with one leg.
"You exhaust me, demon deity of Wrath." Issho said.
"You fool!" Master Kohga scolded. "You almost had me blown away when you fought against that devil!"
"It's just a minor misfortune, Kohga," Issho remarked.
"But you are the one who did it!" Master Kohga exclaimed with anger-veined marks on his face and emitting steam puffs from his head. "How dare you disrespect our clan's dignity!"
Hiroshi brought his fist down on Master Kohga's face and sent him flying into the lake near the residence.
Ghirahim kicked Arabella, causing the young demon-human hybrid woman to skid backwards. He then summoned the red, sharp blade-like diamond.
"You see, this is very helpful." Ghirahim smirked.
The Demon Lord was propelling the diamond projectiles at Arabella. She quickly deflected the projectiles, causing them to consume into flames and burn into ashes.
"Pretty impressive move. You're a fine swordswoman, I might add." Ghirahim said, stroking his hair.
"Foxfire Style: Flame-Rend!" Arabella uttered the technique of Foxfire Style, sending the slash of fire at Ghirahim.
Ghirahim then guarded himself with demon blades, earning his grunts and struggling to push him back.
Ripley swung his Excalibur towards the remaining few of the Khan Ninja and Yiga Footsoldiers with a devastating blow, causing them to collapse to the ground.
"That was the last of them." Ripley panted.
As Arnold stepped out of the front door, he moved away slowly.
"Pops! What are you doing?" Ripley asked.
"I had a situation here. Zant has held captive of Charlie." Arnold informed.
"What?" Ripley exclaimed. "I've gotta help her!"
"Don't! If you tried to go in, Zant will harm her." Arnold said.
Zant stepped out of the front door, carrying Charlie in his arms.
"Just do what the old fool says." Zant chuckled.
"Charlie!" Arabella gasped.
Ghirahim took advantage of the situation by having her distracted and knocked her down with a forceful telekinetic blast. He then held her down with one of his arms, restraining Arabella.
Issho emits the gravitational force by tapping his shikomizue against Hiroshi, Hana, Raccoonus, Kami, Ripley, Tsuki, Satan, Momiji, Crymini, Niffty, Spam and Vanexa. This causes Ripley's powered-down state to revert back to her normal state.
"No! Come on!" Hiroshi exclaimed.
Excellent work, Zant. Master Long Pang replied, having recovered from the nerve pressure points. That's what Issho has planned.
"This is what happens when you defy us," Master Kohga muttered, emerging from the water alongside some Yiga Footsoldiers.
He spotted Yamato in Satan's grasp. "And I may have to take that marvelous blade."
"I'm afraid I won't let you take it." said Issho, frowning.
"Why not?" Master Kohga asked. "I just want to sell it for the highest bidder."
"Because if you take his sword, I won't fight him again without it," Issho replied. "Only a cowardly fool would know better."
"You were the one who talked, oni. That was part of the deal when you accepted the offer from Master Long Pang. And you are the coward who couldn't kill that fool without a weapon." Master Kohga pointed his finger towards the oni and laughed.
"Don't go making yourself a fool." Master Long Pang told him.
Hiroshi grunted in pain and agony, struggling against the oni's gravitational pull.
"I will make you a better slave." Master Long Pang sneered before stepping towards Charlie.
"Keep away from her!" Ripley asked.
The three Yiga Footsoldiers brings Husk, Dexter, Zidane, Aggie, and Valentine.
"Leave her alone!" Aggie shouted.
"Let her go!" Zidane roared.
"Don't touch her!" Satan yelled.
"Tell me sweet thing. Who are your parents?" Master Long Pang asked.
"Don't bother. I already know the fact that she is a daughter of Lucifer and Lilith." Zant responded.
"Lucifer!? Now I can see he has a daughter. And I know why you are so desperate to find her. It was Wrathnar, wasn't it? The man who wore the Demon Booster Arm. I had met him briefly before we left, and it is too late now. Wrathnar mentioned he has bizarre memories that keep messing up his head, complaining about seizures." Master Long Pang said, making Charlie and the rest of their allies become puzzled.
"You shouldn't say that so often." Ghirahim scoffed.
"Oh, my bad." Master Long Pang uttered. "But anyway, I am bringing this little princess. Auction's over."
"You… arrogant… filthy… old man!" Ripley shouted.
Master Long Pang demanded in a threatening voice. "What did you say to me?"
"You heard him. You are such a creep." Valentine said.
"Tell him that, Valentine." Dexter added.
Master Long Pang formed his fist firmly. "You were starting to make me mad!"
He approached Ripley, kicking him five times and gloating over his fallen opponent.
"Complaining! Disrespect! Miscreant! Weakling! Showoff!"
"No! Stop! You're hurting him!" Charlie said.
"Hush, demoness." Zant covered Charlie's mouth.
Watching him get beaten up by Master Long Pang, Hiroshi gets overwhelmed by both struggle and rage. He triggers his Zen Power Mode, bursts his aura, and yells at the top of his lungs.
"Powering up?!" Master Kohga exclaimed.
Issho braced himself after seeing Hiroshi powering up. "What kind of raw power does that boy possess?"
Hiroshi realized he could overcome gravity before standing up from the ground.
"He bypassed your gravity ability!" Master Long Pang urged.
Hiroshi flew straight at him, charged his fist and landed a punch on his gut, causing Master Long Pang to spit the saliva from his mouth. Master Long Pang whined in agony before passing out to the ground.
"He took down Long Pang!" Yiga Footsoldier exclaimed.
Zant drew out his scimitar from his right sleeve.
"Stay where you are! Make one wrong move, and the princess will die!" Zant threatened.
"Back off!" Hiroshi exclaimed.
Something exploded within him, unleashing the unseen force directly at Zant. The latter fell to the ground, and the force spread among the other enemies, including Master Kohga, Khan Ninjas, and Yiga Footsoldiers, rendering them unconscious just like Zant. Ghirahim nearly fell to one of his knees, but he managed to withstand the unseen force. Same with Issho, cancelling his Devil Fruit ability, allowing the others to escape.
"Whoa!" Husk said.
"What did he do?" Arabella asked.
"Just as I witnessed… He awakes the Supreme Ambition Kuna." Kami awed.
"Wow!" Charlie exclaimed. "Hiroshi unleashed his Kuna right before our eyes!"
"A power of Haki lies within him all along." Satan murmured. "The rare ability stands above the others."
"This can't be… I guess he pulled this off." Ghirahim muttered.
Hiroshi canceled his Zen Power Mode, causing his aura to dissipate and fall to the ground.
"Hiro!" Hana grunted, running towards him.
"We failed!" Ghirahim snarled.
He might be the first one to acquire the Conqueror's Haki. From now on, we must retreat." Issho said, turning to Satan. "Mark my words today; I will not forget our promise to meet again."
Issho threw the crystal orb and smashed it on the ground, causing everyone to be blinded by the flashing light. When it finally faded, they realized that all of the footsoldiers and villains had vanished without a trace.
"Is everyone alright?" Arnold inquired.
"We are all okay! We're fine!" Tsuki yelled.
"We gotta bring him inside." Momiji said before turning to Valentine. "Get the medical kit for him."
"On it!" Valentine affirmed.
"Is Hiroshi okay?" Raccoonus asked.
"Yes. I guess he must have used up most of his energy while using the Haki." Dexter clarified.
"It was so relief to hear that." Vanexa added.
(Fortress Island – Throne Room)
Lord Fawful watched through the viewing image, witnessing Hiroshi having unleashed his Supreme Ambition Kuna.
"Though they have failed me, it appears my plan worked out pretty well. The source of Haki has been revealed to me. Shahahahahaha" Lord Fawful cackled, his laughter echoing throughout the throne room.
