Felicia was swinging to the RKP Palace while dodging air kicks form Odessa and Odessa got her down and in a headlock that Felicia got out of and began fighting back while Odessa became more brutal. "Why are you making me do this Felicia... Why are you still fighting to be a declawed successor to El Chat Noir? What would your father say if he was here to see what you became?" Odessa ranted as Felicia kicked her in the face and then kicked her back in the gut.
"He got himself killed by biting off more than he could chew; I am not my Papa as I am now better!" Felicia said as she then pushed Odessa back and started scratching at her face and kicked her back while Odessa got a punch to the jaw of Felicia and then put her into an arm hold.
"How do you expect to beat me without your necklace Felicia... Without it; you are just a kitten playing dress up and join up with me again and I could teach you to be the Felicia that you were before!" Odessa told her as Felicia managed to get out of Odessa's arm hold and put her whip around Odessa's neck to choke her before letting go and a kick to the face knocked her out.
"That necklace was a crutch and I am better than the woman that I was before; Spider-Man helped show me that I could be much better than being the daughter that Papa was moulding me into." Felicia told her before going to the RKP Palace.
Inside the RKP Palace; Peter was dodging blasts from several masked criminals and then found Grizzly charging at him with his head and then readied the hand of his new Advanced Suit to punch him hard in the head and knock him out. "I will spare you singing the Bear Necessities..." Peter then said as he saw a monitor with the captive camera crew showing the arena where there was an army of Jumpsuit Mafia holding handheld weapons and at the announce table there was Hammerhead having Garner and Hedy forced into the seats.
Peter shook his head and found the wrestler's entrance and ran down the ramp to the Jumpsuit Mafia members and began dodging their weapons while punching, kicking and web shooting them back. Peter dodged a chair shot and then used his web to steal it so that he could knock the same criminal out. Peter noticed the Fisks booing as the only crowd members and joked "Tough crowd..."
After a few minutes Peter felt tired as he managed to knock them out and then Hammerhead came and and Peter was dodging his headbutt attempts and punched hard at his stomach but got hit with a headbutt and and then punched in the face with the brass knuckles. He got down but a kick to the gut sent Hammerhead up in the air and Peter used a web to web him up and take him down.
While Peter was fighting Hammerhead; there was Fisk walking down the ramp with his cane with Vanessa keeping silent and getting Richard to be quiet as well. Fisk then entered the ring and then attacked Peter with his cane with him a bit too tired to react to his Spider-Sense.
Fisk then got him to the ground and began punching hard at his gut and face as Felicia swooped into the arena with wide eyed but then noticed the hostages with their vests. "Come on Mi Amour..." Felicia pleaded in a whisper thinking that she had to prioritise the hostages with the explosives around them.
"You think adding a white bigger spider to your suit changes anything Spider-Man? It doesn't you have been allowed loose in my city for too long! You should have joined me when you had the chance but you made the mistake of messing with me and my family! Getting my wife arrested and almost had our son taken away from me? That's unacceptable; you costumed types should have known to stay away from my business that I conduct in my city! You shall serve as a lesson as I beat you to death; unmask your corpse for the cameras and then I am going to find anyone that you care about and take care of them!" Fisk roared and then saw Felicia as the Fisk wife and child cheered loudly as Peter took in every punch and word that Fisk said. "I am going to force your pet cat to work for me or else..." Fisk roared but fire returned to Peter's eyes and he foudn the strength to catch Fisk's fists as he was putting them down to punch him again.
Fisk was taken by surprise as Peter then kicked him in the gut hard and pushed him off with Peter getting the strength to get him back on his feet; Fisk grabbed his cane and went to strike him but Peter caught it and took it away form him as he snapped it in half and attacked Fisk with the diamond on it. "Fisk... When I kicked your butt earlier... I was holding back as I usually do and guess what... Despite how much I am letting out; I will still be holding back..." Peter warned him with fire sick of bad guys threatening his loved ones.
Peter then sent webs t his hands to pull him closer and then punched him hard at his gut and then pushed him down to the ground and punched him hard in the face and gut. "You think that you are a tough unstoppable god of crime and that you could kill me? I fought all sorts of powered criminals and bad guys with advanced tech; I fought Thanos the guy that erased half of the universe! Could you handle one alien? You thought that you were clever inviting your family here but that just means that they can see that even beaten up by your goons and about 60-80%... You still are unable to fully beat me!" Peter taunted him as Vanessa was screaming her husband's name in shock and went over the barrier but Richard freaking out then ran away with Vannesa torn between chasing after him but seeing her husband in distress.
"You are not some powerful nemesis for me; you are no Green Goblin, Mysterio, Vulture or even Shocker... You are just a big bully who can't take on anyone who can take you on in a fair fight... Let the world see the Kingpin for all you are..." Peter said as he finally let go and looked to the cameras as the camera people were cheering his name. Felicia smirked as she managed to disable pipe bombs so that Garner could run away. Peter then put his foot on Fisk's gut as Felicia decided to jump into the ring to act as referee as she counted the pinfall 1-2-3!
Peter then put it off as Felicia raised his arm and caught him as he was tired; "Had to take care of my ex as I said and then the rest of the goons in the building before coming here... Let's go home as I think the authorities can take care of everything and I wouldn't worry about Fisk as I think you destroyed any respect or credibility for all the criminal underworld to see... Spider-Man just killed the Kingpin... From a certain point of view..." Felicia told him as Peter laughed at her reference as he got his webs to leave with her as she used her whip to swing away.
Vanessa helped Fisk into the helicopter with Tracksuit Mafia goon as the pilot with the radio on.

"Richard run off but we can find him... When we do we just go toh the island to hide and regroup what is left... We know who Spider-Man really is and that is going to be an advantage when we get return..." Vanessa told him as Fisk saw that they were up in the air as he grabbed a gun. He then aimed at the pilot and shot him in the shoulder and then gut leaving him dead.
"WILSON! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Vanessa screamed as she went to the controls but Fisk held her back with his black eyes and bruised up face.
"It's over Vanessa my dear... After everything that I did... All I have planned... I made this one big gamble and I lost... No one will ever respect me again after being trounced by a superhero... There is no going back from this but at least I can end my story with the love of my life by my side..." Fisk muttered in a low defeated whisper as Vanessa was frantic.
"Wilson no... You are not in your right mind... Help me steer please..." Vanessa pleaded but Fisk ended up shooting at the controls.
"I thought that I had fought the devil but now I am on my way to meet the real deal; all that is left is to let the records show that I took the blows and did it my way..." Fisk muttered embracing his frantic wife as the helicopter crashed on top of a building and set fire with them inside.
This climax was inspired by the big fight from the Back in Black story where after all that had happened to Peter at the moment; a fugitive from justice due to the Civil War event haven't happened, his identity public with his rogues gallery after him and his loved ones and the Kingpin pushes Peter too far by ordering the hit that puts Aunt May in the hospital near death. Spidey then decided to teach Kingpin a lesson why it wasn't wise to push him when he was already in a low point and then shows how much he holds back against normal non powered criminals and how he has been capable of beating Firelord a Herald of Galactus.
