Nelson, Murdock & Page; a law firm office in New York and sitting down at a table were 2 of the firms partners Franklin 'Foggy' Nelson & Matt Murdock who were watching the news being reported on WHIH News by Christine Everhart. "...The mastermind of the events at RKP Palace this past night; criminal kingpin Wilson Fisk and his wife Vanessa Fisk have both been confirmed death; killed in a helicopter crash to escape but the reason for the crash have yet to be clear. In custody are most of the criminals involved; including disgraced former wrestler Joe Martello better known as 'Hammerhead'. What has people buzzing is the footage of Spider-Man taking a beating from Fisk and several of his cohorts only to fight back and beat him down with his partner the Black Cat acting as the referee. It looks like the superhero scene here in New York has a new heavyweight Champion. Fellow Avenger; Scott Lang better known as Ant-Man had this to say..."
"You know in his first big fight; I actually knocked him down but still impressive fighting there from the webhead..." Scott's voice said as Foggy turned to Matt incredulously.
"After everything between you; it's not you who is the masked one in red who has the final fight and gives him his final defeat; how does that make you feel?" Foggy asked as Matt just shook his head.
"Well he is gone and even if he wasn't killed; the myth of the Kingpin was killed by Spider-Man." Matt said as he shrugged but Foggy then grinned.
"You know... You was his lawyer and got him off the charges from that Mysterio business so as his lawyer; his victories are your victories so in a way by getting him off the hook; you led to him beating Fisk once and for all!" Foggy then said as Matt just laughed.
"Spider-Man beat the Kingpin and a helicopter finishes the job..." Felicia told Peter as they were in the studio building after classes.
"He couldn't have done it with out his amazing partner who knows how to difuse a pipe bomb showing that she doesn't need powers. I'm the brains and brawn and you are the brains and beauty... That came out wrong..." Peter said as Felicia laughed.
"No worries Mi Amour and I know that I don't and I got rid of the serum..." Felicia said as Peter's eyes widened but then came Hedy looking cross as Peter gulped. "Enough stalling and Ms Wolfe..." Felicia said as Hedy put up her hand.
"I just want to say that I have had a hectic time being kidnapped for the second time in so many years but at least Spider-Man was able to save me. For the second time but watching him beat the snot out of Fisk as well as my ex made it worthwhile; who cares that I am not the centre of the story this time." Hedy said as Peter and Felicia shared a smile. "I have good news for you Mr Parker... You're fired!" Hedy told him as their jaws dropped.
"That's good news... I'm fired..." Peter asked feeling dread that he was going to be back to being unemployed and who is going to hire him after any reference asked for him by his previous employer and a check for why he was let go off his previous job? The one that Felicia got for him?
"Good news for me. You get distracted; you sometimes come in late and you left without telling me so I don't have to deal with an unreliable lousy photographer anymore." Hedy said as Peter just put his head down as Hedy smiled. "But good news for you Parker is that it means that you are free to work for my gal pal here!" Hedy said as Sasha came forward to the surprise of Peter and Felicia.
"I was interested in those notes that I saw of your's Mr Parker and checking with your records at ESU; as long as you make an effort to be more on time; I would be happy to put you on the Hammer Industries team." Sasha told Peter as his mouth was wide open and Felicia smiled at him as she nudged for him to continue.
"I don't know what to say... Yes Thanks!" Peter then agreed as Sasha smirked.
"I will give you details to contact me for when and how you can start Mr Parker." Sasha said as Sasha then left.
"Looks like I manage dot earn a job for my talents after all..." Peter told Felicia relieved and she embraced him.
"That's quite nice and do me a favour please and start leaving this building never to return; if I don't have to deal with you again Parker then I will die a happy woman." Hedy then yelled at him as they then started to go for the door.
"Hey... Fisk's son... Seeing what he did... What do you think it will do to the kid and how he was raised?" Peter then whispered to Felicia.
In a foster home Richard was shown to the living room while he heard the couple living here talk to the officers and social worker; "The kid is going to need help but he is in good hands; at least his parents can't poison him any more with them rotting in peace..." the officer said as Richard then glared at a newspaper article with Spider-Man on it as he pulled out the rose that his father had given to his mother.
The Bar With No Name that night and the patrons were gathered together as Kazi the now field leader of the Tracksuit Mafia addressed everyone while they were arguing about what to do with Fisk dead; but the Watchdogs began trashing Fisk's area in the VIP section as well as his framed pictures on the wall. "Everyone... We can't let what happened destroy the power structure and have us devolve into a needless gang war for territory... We need to stay united..." Kazi said as some laughed mockingly.
"We should listen to you; one of Fisk's men?" asked one of the Black Widows but then Ox was tossed from to bar from the front door as then they jumped as there was Peter as Spider-Man and Felicia as the Black Cat looking casual.
"Someone called in an anonymous tip about this place to the authorities but let's say we have a party before they get here?" Peter asked sharing a grin with Felicia as everyone there got ready to charge for a fight.

Thank you for reading and for the 3rd part of this trilogy; it may start in December or early next year and I'm not sure about the title yet. So for the exciting end of the trilogy we will pay off this tease and have Richard Fisk seek vengeance for his parents' death as the Rose because Spider-Man facing off against a non powered masked pre-teen child is what people will want to see in a Spider-Man movie; especially to close off a trilogy... What? What do you mean they don't? Uh... Fine; I will think of something else...
