Jon Snow was born in Folk-City, a northern town known for its harsh winters and unforgiving terrain. He was an orphan, and while he was intelligent, he was uncared for by the guardians in the orphanage, and bullied due to his thin size. This made him cruel, and he only looked out for himself.
At the age of 27 in 1922, Jon Snow became a respected and rich surgeon. One day, while walking home, he found a newspaper in the garbage. After reading it, he discovered that his birth father was Eddard Stark, a businessman who had been shot in the head after raping Jon's mother. This made Jon realize why he had never known love, and why he had been treated so badly.
Upon further inspection, Jon Snow discovered that his father's family were nobles that had been cast out of power in Folk-City. Eddard's father had established a company to keep the family in power, and when Jon visited the museum to see his family's sigil he was fascinated by the fake likeness of a snarling grey wolf.
As time passed, Jon Snow started to lose money, and the rich people of Folk-City, who had originated from Andalos, were taking advantage of him. In an effort to get revenge, Dr. Snow donned a white shirt with thin brown belts, grey trousers and long grey boots, grey gloves with long metal claws attached to them, and a large snarling wolf's head. Dr. Snow started a killing spree on the rich people of Folk-City, their corpses left hacked and gored and their wealth stolen. He also targeted young girls to rape them. He was called by the reporters the 'Wolf'.
Jon Snow gathered a following and used an abandoned radio station to communicate with them. The police used this information to capture him, and in 1928, on a calm night, they tracked him down. While on the run, near the abandoned radio station, he took off his mask to breath and was shot in the shoulder. As he fell due to blood loss, he was apprehended and sentenced to life in prison.
