June 6th, 1944 1:00 AM *cue Dies Irae*

In a C-47 transport plane at the end of a jump line, William wears an M1942 Jump jacket and trousers, with an M2 helmet, Jump boots, and gloves. His equipment is a parachute, an emergency parachute, a life vest, a musette bag, rope, a canteen, a shovel, a compass, and an M2 switchblade. Slung on his shoulder is an M1 Garand, an M3 fighting knife is on his leg, and on his hip is an M911.

GO GO GO! The words from the Sergent yell out and William steps forward into the blowing wind and flak fire the smoke and the ash boom nearby as some soot sticks on the plane side William softly whispers "I trained for this... no need to chicken out..."

William jumps and flies a few feet in the air as his parachute opens and he looks down trying to guide himself down safely. "Come on... come on... get down... destroy that bridge and I'll be a hero..." He utters his voice is what he can only hear as flak booms by his head. Lady luck wasn't so nice today and one flak round booms too close hitting his parachute and it burns as he falls and blacks out seeing only the burning chute...

(Inzuma the Nation of Eternity,12:00 PM)

Narukami Island, Ritou

Lumine and Paimon are still new to Inazuma which is locked away, Thoma has been a help but he has some motive for helping. The sky opens up a bright hell of fire and smoke boom over Inzuma. Debris falls to the ground still burning. Lumine runs to a shard of metal to see a burned white star. As the sky closes like nothing happened pieces of metal and burning items fall from the skies.

Paimon: Traveler what could this mean? is the Raiden Shogun mad at us for coming to Inzuma..? she says scared

Lumine: No.. it can't it wouldn't be how would the Raiden Shogun know if we are a threat..? Lumine replies calmly

Paimon: You are right how would she know we came here? Paimon says with confidence.

Lumine: This isn't what an Archon would do... I feel it is a power greater than we can see... maybe a god's...? As she stares at the sky with the burning pieces of metal and items falling like... fireworks...

Narukami Island, Unknown (12:20 PM)

William's eyes shoot open as he is falling his brain thinks back to his training pulling on his emergency pack, The adrenaline rushing to his head makes him focus on being alive as he is jerked up by his parachute and slowly flows down in the night. He lands in a field and looks around his area. This isn't France He thinks it was more cloudy and the sky is clear... no C-47s what the hell...

William packs his parachute, grabs his M1 Garand, and starts walking around the fields staying close to cover. He sits down and pulls out his compass and map and he stares up at Inzuma's landscape and back at the map of the French countryside... this place is way different and the needle on his compass is pointing to the left.. normally it would be more in the middle... if he was in France... "God Damn it... I'm lost and I'm far away from France... I guess I'll try and figure out my location..." he mumbles

William gets up and shoves his map and compass into his jump jacket. He looks around this place and its plains... not the bushy hedgerows of France and a French person would have found him already... The airdrop was noticed so the French villages probably knew, so much for being sneaky. Willaim sighs and he continues to walk around the plains. William reaches a sign in Japanese and he stares at it. "Is that Japanese?" Now it was even more weird... Japanese writing on a sign and he doesn't know where he even is. "Shit... let me remember something from school... It's been 3 years since I've read Japanese, Konda Village is what it reads then... maybe the villagers can help me." William slings his M1 Garand on his shoulder and he walks up to an old man.

"Hey, sir," William says

Old Man: "Ō? Wakamono wa daredesuka?" the old man replies smiling

William tries to think back to his language classes and he replies to the old man

William: "Watashi wa U~Iriamudesu..?" His American accent is heavy and he kind of butchers Japanese (I don't want to translate anymore)

Old Man: "William...? Ah you must be an outsider" the old man replies

William: "Yeah an outsider that's me I'm American... you must be a Japanese person"

Old Man: "Japanese..?" says the old man

William: "Yeah aren't you a Jap..?"

Old Man: "No I'm Inazuman."

William: "Inazuman..? but you speak Japanese and look like a Jap..."

Old Man: "Jap..?"

William: "Forget about it..."

William walks away and deeper into Konda Village reaching Inzuma city, he starts talking to Aoi the owner of Tsukumomono Groceries, then the Shogun's Army spots William and yells at him to halt, William tells Aoi to "Have a good day" and tips his M2 helmet, and runs away the sound of his gear making a clanking sound as the Shogun's Army chases him...

Narukami Island 12:42 PM

Lumine and Paimon spot the ruckus and they gasp at William as his outfit is very different than the people of Inzuma, Mondstadt, and Liyue.. who could he be?
Paimon tells Lumine "Maybe we should stop this person" Then Paimon is bumped into by William as the squad of soldiers follows him and Lumine follows closely with Paimon by her side.

Lumine draws her blade and is about to slice William but he turns around grabs his rifle and points an M1 Garand at Lumine, The barrel of the rifle stares down at Lumine and she stops in her tracks as the rest of the shogun's soldiers stare at the barrel of his gun. Then one of the shogun's soldiers runs at him with a katana and Willaim clicks off the safety switch and clicks the trigger of the M1 Garand sending a .30-06 Springfield round right at the man running at him when the bullet strikes the shogun's soldier the man jerks back as he falls down the force of the round making him cough as casing of the bullet falls and the bolt sliding back as William steps back giving himself room.

"No!" yells out Lumine as Paimon gasps at the blood coming from the man's chest, the rest of the soldiers back away from William as he looks at everyone holding up his M1 Garand the barrel smoking as the man yells in pain clenching his gunshot wound.

"Who's Next?" William says as he stares at Lumine, Paimon, and the retreating soldiers.
