The real mystery gang does exist but they died of old age many years ago. After their deaths, Their mystery solving and adventures made them famous legends. Many people soon began worshipping the mystery gang as gods when the world came to ruins. So, the leader decided to create a new mystery gang to be used as entertainment for people to watch and love. First, they built a giant simulation place. Then, they created the clones and reprogrammed them with false memories and backstories. After that, they dumped and trapped the clones in the simulation and recorded their adventures and life.
But why did the leader create the simulation and the clones for people to watch their adventures?
The leader used to be an old friend of the original mystery gang. For many years after they died, the leader missed his old friends so badly that he wanted to relieve the nostalgic experience all over again. When he heard the news about people worshipping the legendary mystery gang worldwide, he took it as an opportunity and began creating the simulation world as a result. guess who the leader is?
