Code Xana Another World Episode 6: More Trouble

I never finished this... IDK if I will. I was rererererereading and... yeah. Might do the "They go, fight, win, return" to skip Lyoko action like I'd been doing on other series.

Two attacks later, Sanne is working on a new program. "Dante, my parents locked you away. We can't do that to Xana so I think we need to make a sort of..." She taps a finger trying to think of a way to explain her idea. "An EMP, but on Lyoko. What do you think?"

"That is an interesting idea. How would one implement it?"

"No idea. That or a black hole to suck everything up on Lyoko."

"That would include me."

"And? Look, I get it. You're free, now. But what can you do?"

He struggles to hold back a scream. "Get me out first. I was sent here I should be able to come back to Earth."

"And then what? Go to school? Jim will recognize you. We don't have any paper work for you. No bank account either. I'd rather focus on killing Xana once and for all."

She will kill me before seeing me as human. I must prove I am more than the son of Xana if I want to live. "All of that can be created. I could take a few days to create all of the documents needed."

She shakes her head. "And while you're doing that, Xana will attack. Get stronger. So," She checks the time. "Work on the EMP idea if you don't want me to work on a black hole."

"I will." He closes the screen as she gets up from the chair.

Walking over to the elevator, she doesn't notice someone watching from the other path.

"Dinner soon. Hopefully Krieger is done with homework and can help me with mine. I'm getting behind on it." She steps on the elevator still unaware of another presence.

The doors close, and Skitz climbs over the wall and gets to the computer chair. "Dante?"

The screen comes back up. "Skitz! I would like to talk but I feel I should focus on Sanne's new idea."

She smiles as she thinks about what she over heard. "Which one? The EMP doesn't make sense if you ask me."

"It does not make sense to myself either. However, the alternative is disagreeable to me."

"What idea is that?"

"A black hole to suck everything up. Including myself."

Her eyes narrow. "I don't like that idea. We need to get you out first." He nods in agreement. "How do we do that?"

"I do no know, yet. I can work on both now."

"After we talk?" He smiles. "I want to know how to do more on here. If Sanne is on Lyoko and you're trapped or something, I might need to send vehicles. Or bring someone back before they fall in the Digital Sea."

"I would like to teach you and the others more. Maybe you could learn enough to help with Materializing me if we can."

"That would be great. I'm okay with computers but no where near as good as Sanne." She doesn't realize she is rubbing behind her right ear.

He sees this and remembers another program he had been working on. "If you like, we could test implanting data directly in to another person. I have theoretical physics and advanced trigonometry prepared if you are ready."

"Really?" He nods. "Yes, yes! If this works you can just implant everything I need to know about the Super Computer and more. I can get homework done so much faster and hang out with you or the others more." She stands up from the computer chair. "Now?"

"If you want. The middle Scanner will be best for this."

"Got it!" She can't hide her excitement as she goes to the ladder and climbs down to the Scanner Room.

She stands in the middle Scanner. Soon, the doors close, and...

"Not now." Sanne hears the Super Scan go off on her Jtop. "Krieger, chug your drink and get ready. Xana is attacking."

"Mmpf" He chews a couple times and swallows. "Got it. I'll call Ark if you call Skitz."

"Of course."

On Lyoko, Dante starts to panic. "Skitz?" The Tower shakes. "Pulsations? Xana is attacking? He must have done something!" He starts to panic until he realizes what an activated Tower means. "The others will come. They will help me save Skitz."

Sanne and the others, minus Skits, make it to the Factory.

Dante sees them in standing around in the Control Room. "Hurry! Skitz, uh, tried to come but something happened."

"What?" Sanne is confused. All three had tried to call her and no one got an answer. "She was here? Why?"

"I thought you called her. She came in and told me to send her but then an error appeared."

Sanne narrows her eyes. "That doesn't make sense. You know how to send people to Lyoko. And," She types away at the control panel. "She was sent at the exact time the Super Scan detected a Tower." She looks up at Dante. "What did you do?"

"Nothing! I swear. It was close. I was surprised she could come so quickly. I thought it was late there. Dinner time, isn't it?" If he could, he would be sweating. "It was as if she were already in the Control Room but you had just left. Did you see her?"

"No." Sanne pushes away from the control panel. "Krieger, Ark, go. I'm staying here to figure out what Dante did."

"I didn't do it! Xana did it. I swear." If they knew what we had been doing, they may try and keep Skitz away. She is the only one to treat me like a human. The only one that is a friend. "Please, we must hurry."

"Well, you heard her, Ark. Let's go."

Krieger and Ark get in the elevator and take it down to the Scanner Room so Sanne can send them.

They go, fight, Sanne looks over the information she has while the others try to get Dante to the Activated Tower. She sees...

"Skitz wasn't being sent to Lyoko. Something was being put in to her. A virus like my mom? Or thought was a virus? Is Dante trying to stop me from destroying Lyoko with a black hole? That bast-"

A return to the past cuts her off.

Skitz blinks a couple times and realizes she's at the Factory. "Oh, hey, what happened?" She shakes her head as it feels like static is playing in her brain.

"Skitz, you are here? Yes, can you hear me? Skitz!"

"Whoa, calm down Dante. I'm here. I just, whoa. Hey, I know math now." She smiles. "It worked. Although, why was a return done?"

"Xana attacked. He seized the Scanner you were in and... I'm not sure. Sanne sent the others here but stayed behind."

Skitz reaches down and pulls her phone out. "Hello? Hey Sanne, thanks for saving my butt."

"What did Dante do to you?"

"What? Nothing. Sanne,"

"No! He put a virus in you or something. He's trying to stop me from,"

"Hey, no. He didn't." Skitz laughs a little. "Since I'm not ported, I figured out a way to implant information in to my brain. I can do math now." She laughs again. "Dante helped me with it."

"No, that's not what I saw. That's not what Dante told me. He said you came and he tried to send you to Lyoko."

"Oh, uh, he lied to you? I did tell him not to let you and the others know. In case we couldn't figure it out."

"We? Skitz, you've had him distracted with this for how long? He could, no, should be working on stopping Xana."

Skitz starts to get mad. "Hey, I'm not ported. My parent's are too old school. So I found a work around. I'm not sure it is the same as how being ported goes but I can do trig now. When we have the chance, I'll get more done. Like anything I need to know about the Super Computer so I can help you two with it."

"Oh hell no. He put a virus in you. I'm already on my way over and I'll prove it."

Skitz can't help but roll her eyes. "Sanne, he's not Xana. He's just a kid who got the short end of the stick from life. Ark and I think he's pretty cool and are friends with him. Why you and Krieger don't try is annoying."

Dante is confused by Skitz saying her brother is his friend. Ark very rarely, if ever, spoke with him. He decides to keep quiet for the time being.

"When I find the virus he put in you, I'm doing everything I can to send his ass in to the Digital Sea." Sanne hangs up on her.

She sighs. "Sanne is mad at us."

"Me. She is mad at me. I did lie."

"To cover for me." She leans back in the chair. "This is pretty cool though." She taps her temple. "It worked. With porting, from what I understand, it isn't instant. Like, if I wanted to learn Japanese it would be ported to me but I wouldn't be fluent. I would still need lessons but instead of months or years it takes days or weeks to become fluent."

"The process I performed should work better than that. If I am not killed, and you wanted to, we could implant any information you want. Although, perhaps, only one or two lessons at a time."

"Why?"

"We do not know how much information you can hold at once. If we tried say, five languages, it could be too much. You could come out speaking your language and five others all at once with no idea you're doing it."

Her eyes go wide. "I did not think about that. Is that like, a real thing?"

"I do not know. However, we should not push our luck."

She looks down at her phone. "Oh, it's two days ago. Why so far back?"

"I panicked. Sanne is..." He sees the elevator doors close. "Not happy with me right now. I wanted to launch a return as quickly as possible before she tried anything."

"I'll tell her to cool off. Once she sees I'm not infected with a virus."

He nods to her as the elevator doors open.

"You," Sanne points at Dante. "When I find the virus I'm putting your ass in the Digital Sea."

"Calm down, Sanne." Skitz gets out of the chair. "He didn't put a virus in me. Scan me and see for yourself."

"He better not have. I can't risk you getting hurt." Sanne puts a hand on Skitz's arm as she walks to the elevator. "I messed up turning the computer on. If you, or anyone else, gets hurt it will be my fault."

Sanne's tone of voice scares Dante a little.

For Skitz, it makes her worry. "It will be all of our fault. None of us turned it back off." Skitz pats her hand until she lets go. "Now scan me and I'll prove Dante didn't do anything bad."

Dante feels Sanne's glare the entire time they wait for Skitz to get in a Scanner.

When she sees Skitz is in a Scanner, she runs a program and... "No virus. This time."

"There will never be a time I do that!" He flinches when she snarls at him. "I swear."

"So you say. She's my friend. If she ever gets hurt because of you I will make you pay." Her face softens as she fights back tears. "For any of my friends. I messed up so badly I can't think of any way I could have done something worse. Except for them getting hurt."

"We will do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen. I know you don't see me as such, but I am human."

She pushes away from the Control Panel. "I do see you as human. Humans have done things so frakked up before it seems impossible." She stands up from the chair. "Like creating Xana."

"I am sorry he was created as well. Even though I only exist because of him."

"So do I."

He is confused at first and then realizes what she meant.

Without Xana, Aelita is never locked away on Lyoko.

For Jeremie to find and free.

To fall in love.

To marry.

To have Sanne.

A/N So... long time since updated. So much going on, easily distracted. I wanted the next episode done and since on Vacation got the time to focus! Not a very long episode but got in what I wanted.
