Then just as things were about to be different, Sharptooth did a huge leap and landed on Littlefoot's mother! I gasped at the sight of that. Oh no! This is bad! I don't want anything bad happening to her at all.
Then I felt some movement from beneath my feet. Something is telling me that something's not right. I know what it is, earthquake! This is not good. I have to get to safety and fast.
I began to wonder what happened to Littlefoot and Cera. I hope that they're ok. I then heard their shouts of help. I hope Littlefoot's mother heard that. She did alright. I heard Littlefoot shouting for me as well, "ELSA!" I got up to my feet and ran to help. I hope that I can help him.
I saw Littlefoot's mother with the hatchlings in her mouth. She must've saved them. Littlefoot ran up to me and asked, "Elsa, are you alright?" I removed the taste of iron from my mouth and answered him, "I'm fine, I'm ok."
Then something just occurred to me, Littlefoot's mother! I have to look for her, Littlefoot needs her. The two of us started to look for her. Rain was pouring down after we started our search. I then saw her, but I had a good strong look at her, she's wounded from the nasty wound that Sharptooth gave her.
It looks to me that she's dying from the wound! Littlefoot and I looked at her and she said to Littlefoot to let his heart guide him. She turned to me and said, "Dear sweet Elsa, guide Littlefoot to the Great Valley and I can promise that you will find your way home."
I nodded my head saying, "I won't let you down. I'll protect Littlefoot with all my might." Then she died. I had my head down in sorrow. Littlefoot was mostly upset. I don't know how to help him now since he's parentless. He has no other family members, but his grandparents, but they were separated from us in the earthquake.
I looked up at the pouring rain and knew that I have to help Littlefoot to the Great Valley, no matter what is out there and how long it takes.
I can do this.
