The scene reveals a faculty area with a few warehouses with a tall metal bar fence surrounding the whole area, and there is a lone boy standing in front of the fence with the sign that says "No Entrance Allowed" though the boy didn't care.
"Here is where the man I'm after, gotta admit… this is very exciting." The young man smirked.
This young man has shaggy, neck length brown hair with bangs and reddish-brown eyes. He wears a tan peacoat with black buttons, striped black and white tie, black pants, black gloves and black loafers. His casual winter outfit consists of a white long sleeve shirt with flaps under a blue argyle sweater vest, beige pants and brown shoes.
He is Goro Akechi, the young detective of Tokyo and secretly a Phantom Thief (mostly).
"Now, time to see if this man can have his heart change and if not… Well, the others may come to hate me what I might do." Akechi said as he took out his phone.
Akechi spotted a special red app with an eye and pressed, putting in some keywords into the slots and pressed enter.
"Beginning Navigation." The AI voice of the app said.
"I hope the Senator doesn't mind the sudden visit within his heart." Akechi chuckled.

"And you sure this will work?" A tall and muscular man asked, looking at the small machine that looks a lot more like a smartphone.
This man is standing at an imposing height of 2 meters (6'7"), Armstrong is a titan of an individual, with an incredibly muscular physique. He is a towering middle-aged, Caucasian man with black hair containing traces of white, and gray colored eyes. Armstrong's main attire appears to be primarily comprised of vertical lined striped dark suit worn over a white shirt with a yellow tie, as well as dark pants to match his political outfit. He also dons a lapel pin on his suit in the shape of the flag of the United States of America.
This man is Steven Armstrong, the Senator of the America and a secret insane boss for the "True Freedom of USA".
"Yes, sir. We have gone through the research notes and done some… testing, and the machine should take you within your own mental world or whatever you may call it." The scientist answered while typing on the keyboard.
"This better work, or else you'll be the one with a dead brain." Steven threatened with a death glare.
"O-Of course, just pressed the eagle icon on the phone and we can begin." The scientist said, feeling very scared from this man.
Armstrong picked up the phone device and pressed the eagle icon starting it up along with the machine causing some powerful electricity around him, and the next thing he knows, he is now in a completely different place.
(With Akechi)
"Now, just need to know where to find the ruler." Akechi said, now in a completely different outfit.
Akechi is now wearing a body-covering, black and dark blue striped outfit. In this form, he has several black studded belts strapped around his legs and arms, a short black cape and clawed gauntlets. He also wears a dark enclosed knight helmet, with a black mask tinted red.
When Akechi is like this in the Metaverse, he is known as Crow, and he can also be a "little" insane when it comes to hunting down the targets.
"To think such a mighty man like Steven Armstrong would be a potential threat, and now I'm going to make sure that threat is never gonna happen." Crow gripped tightly on his sword.
"Now, just gotta find the man and be done with this job." Crow said, trying to see where to search for Steven's Shadow." Crow looked around.
"I have to say, this place is very outstanding. It's like I'm walking in my own dream." Armstrong amazed loudly which got Crow's attention.
He jumps from one building to another one and look down to see the man of the hour.
"That was easier than I thought." Crow smirked and takes out his sword.
Crow jumps from the high height of the building and came down right at Armstrong to slice him in cut, but the Senator felt his instincts kicking in and turn around to grab the sword with his arm turning black because of his nanomachines in his body.
"Nice knife, son." Armstrong commented sarcastically.
Crow was surprised by this a little and got a headbutt that send him flying back about 20 feet away.
"I don't think I have someone trying to kill me in my own mind." Armstrong said, walking forward.
"Doesn't matter though, this will be a great exercise for me to kill some time." Armstrong smirked.
"Oh, you're going wish you let me kill you." Crow chuckled a little crazy and the Attack Master skill activates.

HERE WE GO!
Armstrong starts off with slamming his fist to the ground and lifting a large chunk of the ground then rips it in two and threw one right at the black mask freak.
But Crow isn't worried as he jumps out of the way and fires some bullets from his gun though they don't have any effect on Armstrong.
"Come on, you can do better than that!" Armstrong taunted before charging at the intruder of his inner world.
Armstrong throws around some strong punches that Crow narrowly dodges and jumps over the muscular man, but the Senator quickly turns around to grab him by the leg and slams him down onto the ground repeatedly for several times before throwing him away into a building.
"Surely, this can't be over now." Armstrong said.
"Oh, don't you worry…" Crow said with a dangerous smirk.
Crow grabs onto his mask and said one word that will make this man see his true strength.
"Persona!" Crow shouted and burst out with a punch on Armstrong's face, protected by the black harden, send him flying away and crashes onto the ground.
Crow comes out with his Persona, Hereward and he fired one arrow at the Senator that struck him in the stomach but could not break through of the black harden of his nanomachines as he snap the arrow in two.
"Uh, I actually felt that." Armstrong impressed with that attack.
"This fight might actually be interesting, kid." Armstrong commented as he stands back up.
"Now let see if you and your ghost friend can handle this!" Armstrong ripped his shirt off showing off and started drawing in all the energy from the machines around them.
A small moment later, Steven Armstrong has become a little more muscular and looking meaner too as he dashes straight for Crow with a charging punch as the black mask boy performs a Laevateinn move to clash against his opponent's fist causing a powerful shockwave and they are both pushed away.
But Crow recovered faster and runs at Armstrong while firing several bullets for a little distraction, this gave him the opening to slash at the Senator on the side and clashes his sword against Armstrong's arms.
"Do you honestly think you can actually cut me like that?" Armstrong asked as he threw a punch to the head, but Crow dodges it.
"Oh, I got more than just cutting." Crow chuckled.
"Is that a fact?" Armstrong threw another punch and a kick that connected to Crow's chest.
But Crow is not finished as he got his Persona to do the Eigaon move that surprised Armstrong that it actually hurt him a little. Suddenly Crow does the Eigaon move three move times and have Hereward fire three of his arrows.
Armstrong saw the arrows coming and slam his black fist that have burst into flames into the ground causing a fire wave to break through the arrows though Crow managed to dodge that.
"Someone sure is feeling hot under the weather." Crow joked before charging at Armstrong to attack again.
"You should see me when I get really hot." Armstrong said while blocking the slashes and grabbing him by the face.
"Actually, I can show you right now!" Armstrong stomped his foot onto the ground making the cracks glow and they exploded causing big damage to Crow.
Crow stumble side to side a little trying to get his bearings together, but Armstrong suddenly appeared in front of him and grabbing him by the neck.
"This is the might of the USA!" Armstrong tossed Crow in the air and threw a fast and powerful flurry of punches.
"Don't fuck with this Senator!" Armstrong kicked Crow away to crash into the ground.
But despite the damage he has taken, Crow just ends up laughing like a manic with a dangerous red and black spiked from his body.
"Somebody is feeling the crazy going on." Armstrong commented.
"Oh… You have no idea just how CRAZY I CAN BE!" Crow laughed loudly with Hereward being summoned.
"Let see how hard you really are!" Crow pointed his sword at Armstrong.
Hereward performs the Riot Gun sending over several dozen bullets at once, Armstrong quickly coated his entire body in the black harden to defend against the bullets.
"Just what I was waiting for!" Crow grinned and have his Hereward perform the Debilitate on Armstrong for he is unaware that his attack, speed, and evasion has been decreased.
Crow dashes at the Senator unleashing some swift and vicious slashes at the man who blocks them with his harden body, but he started to notice something off is going with his defense, but the curious thoughts went away when young insane thief started slashing him again.
"Come on! Come on! Come on! Come on!" Crow repeated the word in a crazy tone. He also watches closes how the harden is moving to each other left and right and left again.
"Try all you want you can't hurt me!" Armstrong mentioned with a counterattack in the form of an uppercut.
But Crow didn't let that stop him as he slashes at Steven again right on the face.
"What did I tell ya?" Armstrong smirked, but then a little blood came down from his forehead and Crow jumps back letting his Persona hit him again with Eigaon.
"You little shit!" Armstrong angered.
"Hereward! Rebellion Blade!" Akechi ordered and unleash the most powerful Almighty skill in his aerial.
Armstrong prepared himself to block the attack, but the attack cut right through the arms and made a giant cut on the chest even cutting onto the heart part where the source of his nanomachines is.
"What the…? How the fuck…?!" Armstrong shocked.
Then Crow jumps at the Senator impaling his sword right through the heart while laughing insanely followed by Hereward firing an arrow that goes right through the head.
"Looks like USA dies with you." Crow smirked evilly.
He has Hereward perform one last move: Megidolaon and the massive power of the attack engulfs Armstrong into nothing, not even a single speck of dust left of the man.
"Guess I'm the one you shouldn't fuck with." Crow smirked.
But suddenly everything in the Palace started to shake, meaning it was time for him to leave. Crow runs to the exit calling it a day from this job.

Here is a little treat for this trick of Goro Akechi and Steven Armstrong fighting off. And of course, Akechi is the one to win the death match, and within Armstrong's own little world which is pretty crazy when you think about it. But hey, Armstrong has the crazy resources to make giant machines and give himself nanomachines, so why not getting into the Metaverse.
