The Doctor, The Master, and Alison take a trip to Mawdryn Delta for a short shopping trip. But things on the bazaar planet aren't what they appear. The residents of the planet begin worshipping stones of mystical and mysterious power. The Doctor and Alison's investigations reveal much more than what the shopkeepers are letting on.
