Ok so long time huh, I'm sorry for not being frequent in posting chapters, but the academics tend to get the better of me...but I have a surprise for you all to compensate with the wait you had to do all this time.

"Are you sure about this, C.K.?"
"We have to check that possibility out, don't we Mr. D."
"Well then, this changes everything. How are you planning to do it without getting in touch with him?" asked concerned Mr. Dickenson as he adjusted his glasses.
"My exile is over Mr. D and they can't stop me from seeing him anymore."
"I hope you two reunite soon; I can see the sadness in his eyes when someone asks him about his family and he can't tell them about you because of the promise he made to you."
She felt guilty by Mr. Dickenson's statement as she hated not being able to be there for him. She's been trying to talk to him through phone, but as soon as he hears her voice, he cuts it off and if someone asks him who it was he would say "Wrong number", not that she can blame him, it was all due to her punishment (which he obviously didn't know about) and if she hadn't accepted the punishment they would have taken away his Beyblade and Bit-beast and there's no chance she would let that happen, not till she's breathing.
"Well, it's a good thing that I've been transferred to Japan to establish a research center here as the head of the department; it made our job a whole lot easier.."
"You will have to work with Hiro, I hope he won't deny that."
"Hiro won't be able to help himself when we tell him what we've found, so don't worry about him. Are you ready to bring our plan into motion, Grandpa Granger?"
"No worries dudette, everything is ready as per our plan."
"Looks like it's time to finally meet Bladebreakers as my real self."
At the Park
A happy sunny day and all of them were asked Mr. Dickenson for taking a day off from helping in the reconstruction of BBA.
Tyson decided that they all should relax at park and Tyson's way of relaxing means a beybattle with either Max or Daichi. Kenny and Dizzy were watching the Beybattle and Kai, Hilary, Ray and Mariah (Mariah had stayed there with Ray) were relaxing (And I mean actually relaxing) under the tree.
Even though it seemed unusual to Kenny and Hilary they had to agree that a day off was needed as they all have been working there asses off to provide a helping hand and even though Kai's been recovering he insisted that he won't be just sitting there and watching so he's been using Hiwatari Corp. for arranging funds for BBA so lack of funding won't be an issue. PPB and other Beyblade organizations are also helping BBA at this time of crisis.
And unknown to everyone except Kenny (come on many books are not legally available for public you know) Hilary's reading all kinds of books related to bit-beasts to see if Mystique was wrong and if still there's a chance to reunite Kai and Dranzer (she can't unsee the fact that Kai still misses Dranzer and is still unable to accept it and it breaks her heart to see him like that) but death of bit- beasts is less discovered area of research, she had found a book written by CK and HG which had been solely dedicated to the life cycle of Bit-beasts and unfortunately it seemed to confirm what Mystique said, but she wanted to discuss it with them that if there's something that they didn't included in book like some kind of loophole that could be used.
"It feels great to get a day off, right Kai?" asked Ray.
"Hn"
Tyson, Max and Daichi joined the group under the tree after getting exhausted and Tyson started ranting again about how even after his betrayal Grandpa and Mr. D welcomed Hiro back as if nothing ever happened much to everyone's annoyance.
"Tyson would you stop it about Hiro already, you have been playing a lot of cruel pranks on him since he came back to live with you and Grandpa to make his life hard and well he hasn't complained about it even once, don't you think he's had enough."
"No I don't and why are you defending him Ray? I thought you should be last person to defend Hiro given how he first acted with you."
"It's just... nothing, I just wanted to say that all he wanted was for you to become stronger and better beyblader and yes I know training a psychopath was not one of his brightest ideas but come on at least your brother knowledge's your existence Tyson." That last bit cane out a little more loud and angry than he intended.
"Woah, where did that come from Ray?" Kenny asked Ray. Yeah, Ray had point but they all had agreed to not to interfere between two brothers.
"It's just...forget I said something." Ray started walking away.
"Ray you're not leaving not until you answer my questions." Kai got up
" What kind of questions Kai?" asked Hilary.
"Who's been calling for you all these days."
This shocked Ray a bit 'Ofcourse Kai had to notice' .
"I...I don't know what you are talking about."
"Then, how would you explain the calls you have been getting and why you are cutting them off as soon as you hear the voice?" added Hilary.
"That's none of your business guys." said Ray clenching his fists angry that Kai had pressed his pressure point and now everyone would want to know what he's been hiding.
"Well Ray, we want to know about it too; so now you have to tell us, and even I can tell that they are not wrong numbers." pressed Tyson.
'Maybe I would have to tell them about her and there's no point in hiding it anymore' he spared a glance at Mariah who nodded, immediately understanding what was going on his mind.
"Ok then I'll tell you guys, the person who I have been avoiding to talk to is... my elder sister."
"WHAT!!!???" exclaimed everyone (except Kai...why? come on have you people ever seen him exclaiming).
"You have a sister?"
"Yes"
"Wait a second, just now you were scolding Tyson about the way he's been treating Hiro then what would you say about you not talking to your sister."
"Believe me she's worse than Hiro."
"Woah! no one can beat Hiro in bad sibling competition."
"It's just she doesn't care about me, we haven't seen each other in ages, whenever I try to talk to her about she would just say that she's too busy and she's never come to see me beybattle. If she thinks she can just forget the fact that she has a brother, then suddenly try to contact whenever she wants and get away with it. So well, she's wrong. "
"But why did you never told us about her even once?"
"Ah... the thing is that she told me to keep her existence from you all."
"Why would she tell you to do such thing?" asked Hilary 'What kind of sister does that?'."
"God knows, maybe she's just ashamed of calling me her brother."
"Woah dude, she does sound worse than Hiro."
"DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT!!!!!!" shouted Mariah with anger.
"Mariah." no one expected Mariah's outburst at this moment.
"How could you say she doesn't care about you when ever since you two lost your parents she was the one who took care of you, how could you just forget all the struggle she went through to raise you,she was a kid too but used to work two jobs along with studies to support you guys, you mean world to her and you are calling her worse than Hiro because she couldn't come to see you, don't you think there's a reason why she's acting like that."
"Whatever you say Mariah, reason or not but until she comes to meet me and tells me that reason herself, I'm allowed to stay mad at her." said Ray folding his hands like an angry child.
Everyone sweatdropped at Ray's childish behaviour, well it's not everyday you see most level-headed person on the team acting like this but Kai could see the pain and sadness Ray's hiding behind all this hate.
"You will melt like butter as soon as she hugs you."
"Not this time, Mariah."
"We'll see Ray, we'll see." said Mariah patting Ray on his back with sympathy.
"Well anyways tell us about her what does she looks like , her name, her age, what kind of Beyblade does she use, her bit-beast and all." asked an eager Kenny, well can you blame him look at family members of the bladebreakers if his calculations are correct (which they always are) she too is definitely related to Beyblading.
To say that Ray was overwhelmed by all this questions about his sister won't be an overstatement, but it was bound to happen.
"Well, she's as old as Hiro if not younger, she's not a blader and doesn't owns any bit-beast but she's a world class Beyblade mechanic and best bit beast researcher on this planet, her name's Crystal and how she looks I think you people know."
"Come on Ray, we never met her, how would we know how she looks." asked Max.
"Hn... Crystal Kon... ofcourse I noticed how Kenny and Max fawning over Dr. CK irritated and angered you."
"Kai, you don't mean..." Kenny looked at Kai and gulped.
"Hn..." nodded Kai.
"Yes Kenny, my sister Crystal Kon happens to be Dr.C K on whom you and Max happened to have a what you said yesterday 'A huge crush' on." reminded Ray while cracking his knuckles and a dark aura surrounding him.
"Well even though we are not on speaking terms I happen to be an overprotective brother and now since I don't have to hide the fact that she's my sister I would suggest you two to watch your words... understood."
"YES SIR!!!!" shouted Max and Kenny not wanting to anger Ray anymore.
"Hn... we should go back to dojo." said Kai after glancing at the darkening sky.
Granger Dojo
Finding out that Dr. C.K. aka Crystal was Ray's elder and estranged sister was a shock to everyone and while going back to dojo, this remained the centre of there thoughts and talks.
Hilary sighed 'Well if she can't find the time to meet her brother then my chance of getting to meet her are in minus, but their conversation with 'H.G.' left no room for discussion anyway.
Flashback:
"Kenny do you really think Hiro can help us."
"Well given his huge network in Beyblading world and the fact that he convinced C.K. to fight his case says 'yes, he can help us'. Let's go and talk to him now as everyone else is sleeping."
They knocked on his door. Hiro was a bit shocked two see two of them at that time as it was nearly midnight, nevertheless he invited them inside his room.
"What can do for you two or is this one of Tyson's pranks, don't worry you can tell me because I have been seeing through all his pranks but I been playing along and making fool of myself just so he'll... anyways what is it?"
They felt a bit sympathy for Hiro as he's been trying so hard for Tyson's forgiveness ever since he got back without luck but can you blame Tyson, Hiro did betrayed them when they needed him the most.
"Well we wanted to know if you can arrange one meeting for us with C.K. since she's your friend, didn't she just fought your case."
"No I can't and she's not my friend. About fighting my case it was my dad who convinced her to fight my case that too because she wanted Boris behind the bars but why would you guys want to meet her?"
So they explained Hiro about their intention to find a loophole so that they can bring back Dranzer and since C.K. was off limits they asked if asked if he can introduce them to H.G. and saying his answer shocked them would be an understatement.
"You're sitting in front of him."
"You're H.G.? co-discoverer of CKHG phenomenon when all dead bit-beasts gather at one specific place to pray to Four Holy Bit-Beasts that proves the initial hypothesis by you guys called HGCK hypothesis."
"Yep, that's me."
"So, if you used to be CK's research partner then how come you're saying that she's not your friend."
"You answered it yourself Kenny ' I used to be her partner' we are not on speaking terms anymore."
"Wow, bothTyson and CK god knows what's wrong with them." sarcastically remarked Hilary.
Hiro let that comment slide and continued "Coming back to our main topic I think the points made by Mystique are way too accurate to contradict 'cause Black Dranzer is as remarkable as all Holy Beasts well according to CK it was incandescent and if it can't come back from death then as per our current knowledge the rules are same for Red Pheonix of Fire."
Contrary to popular belief Tyson was also thinking 'Why would Ray's sister save Hiro? not that he didn't enjoyed her slaying Boris and he's enjoying punishing Hiro by himself but does that means Hiro personally knows her? but it was their dad who convinced her right? God this things are confusing I'm feeling hungry I hope Grandpa made us something good, god please let it be curry rice or noodles or ...'
Kai felt himself getting cold, usually Dranzer would provide her heat to his body to keep him warm. The sense of security Dranzer would provide him was comparable to the warmth and security a child feels in it's mother's embrace. He just couldn't accept the fact that she was no more even though he did bid her farewell.
They all reached Dojo right before the rain started, as soon as they entered the home Kai notice a pair high heeled boots which obviously belonged to a girl properly kept there "Hn... looks like someone is here."
"Maybe Grandpa has a visitor."
"I don't know 'bout any visitor but wow the smell of food... oh god, Grandpa I'm home and I'm hungry."
"Tyson!! atleast wash your hands before eating." scolded Hilary running after Tyson.
Tyson made a face at Hilary further angering her and they started their cat and mouse chase around the house but stopped after seeing a rather large feast on the table.
"Oh my god, Who would have made all this?"
"Well, I am just glad that it wasn't you who prepared all this."
Well before Tyson could realise what he had done his face was met with Hilary's punch.
"Watch it, Tyson!"
As everyone reached them they all skipped over Tyson as it was a daily show for them while Daichi was checking the size of bump on Tyson's head. All of them (well except Daichi and Tyson) were wondering who had prepared all these.
"Looks like they are home Grandpa" said a female voice.
Everyone was looking at door after hearing the voice in anticipation of getting answers to their questions while Ray had a hunch that he knows who is behind the voice.
The door opened and Grandpa greets them.
"Welcome home, my homies. Guys there's someone special who wants to meet you all especially you Ray."
"Ray." called Crystal as she came out of the shadows.
"Crystal... it's you" Ray came forward with a bit hesitation, his hunch was correct.
"Yeah Ray, it's me... your sister."
But as she came closer to hug him he starting to get away deciding to face her with his back.
"Why are you here Crystal?" asked Ray clenching his fists trying to act strong, it felt too much for a day really just now he revealed that he had a sister while complaining that she never, never bothers as much to at least see him and now she's standing in front of him, it's really too much.
"I think we should wait in another room while two talk, let's go homies." said Grandpa being 'responsible and sensible' person he is took all kids out much to their chagrin and oh well, who was he kidding they were going to watch the whole scene from behind the door.
"What do you mean Ray?"
"It's been three years since you last met me you won't talk to me properly on phone, just a letter with a new Beyblade on my birthdays and that's supposed to make me feel loved ..." everyone was silent watching the interaction between the siblings they had to talk thing out, years of miscommunication was what led to all this misunderstandings between them.
"... ever thought maybe I would like if my sister would just come atleast once to watch me beybattle and now you suddenly show up and expect me to just... don't you get it that you are the only family I have in this world and it really hurts that you don't give a damn about me most of the time, I don't even know what I've done that made you to hate me, I just..." Ray stops in the middle of his rant as Crystal hugs him omitting a string of apologies.
"I'm so so so sorry Ray, it's all me who should be blamed,I am sorry, I was the one got caught up in all this work and it's responsibilities that I couldn't take out some time for the most important one that was given to me by our parents, you have all right to hate me and I get that but I don't hate you... atleast not in this lifetime, where did that even came from?"
"It's... it's just...I just missed you alot and you weren't there...and the fact that you think one sorry change everything upsets me more." replies Ray as tears wells up in his eyes and tightening the hug he was sharing with his sister, he tried to hold back those tears in vain as a teardrop slides down his cheek.
"I know and again I'm sorry for that but I promise it won't happen ever again, we...we can both stay together as you always wanted."
"Really.." Ray asked as he pulled away from their hug to see if she's saying the truth or not, to say that he was overwhelmed would be an understatement. She nodded and wiped his cheek whit her thumb, kissed his forehead and ruffled his hairs in motherly affection.
"See, told you guys that he'll melt like an butter as soon as she hugs him." reminded Mariah while watching the whole scene.
"Never thought we would see Ray like this." said Hilary.
"Ray's most level-headed person of the group but he's most emotional one of us too." provided Kenny.
"How long do we have to wait, I'm feeling hungry?" complained Tyson and Daichi.
"How could you two be possibly thinking about food at a time like this?" scolded Hilary.
Kai was standing a bit away from the 'spying crew' as Dizzy named them while they did the same thing when Hiro came back , he didn't like to pry in anyone's life but this all seemed so sudden or one would say weird to him like Crystal showed up during all this Bega incident and after all this time now they now that she's Ray's sister, they all have been in many life and death situations before but she never showed up and even though she was important part of the committee that organized the world championships she wasn't there for one single battle and to say that she didn't cared enough about Ray won't be a viable option to consider as Mariah told that she had raised Ray as if he was not her brother but her child, things were not adding up and he won't let his guard down because he is still responsible for this team as their captain (he tried to leave the position but they won't let him.).
"Yes Ray, I got transferred here as head of of new Bit-Beast research center so we can stay together now and you won't have to leave your friends behind."
"WHAT!??" Hilary exclaimed causing her and Tyson to fall through the door and blowing up their cover. Kai slapped his head and everyone showed up in room embarrassed they were caught watching the reconciliation of two siblings.
"We...we were just passing by and just...jus.. Sorry"
Crystal sweatdrops "It's ok...I guess."
Kai helps Hilary get up much to Tyson's amazement "I might need help too, you know Kai".
"Help yourself, Tyson." said Kai trying to ignore what Tyson was implying too.
Tyson puffed his face like a puffer fish in anger.
"Thank you so much for blowing up our cover Hilary."
Crystal clears her throat to get their attention, while Ray was folding his hands and taping his foot.
"I'm uh... um, I'm Sorry ma'am. But Is it really true that you are going to be here now?" Hilary asks awkwardly.
"Cut it out Grandma, don't you get it that we're hungry."
"Daichi!!!"
"It's fine, we can talk during dinner, right. Better eat it before it gets cold. And oh, you guys can call me Crystal."
Everyone sat around the table and dug into the meal.
"Wow, you prepared all this by yourself Grandpa."
"No Tyson, it was all Crystal she is very talented."
"It's nothing and Grandpa did helped me alot."
"Yo dudette, If by helping you mean staying out of kitchen then you're most welcome."
Everyone laughed and continued eating this delicious feast.
"You seemed to have prepared everyone's favourites."
"You arwe vewy gowd coowk Crwystawl."
"Thank you Tyson but you shouldn't talk with your mouth full it's not a good habit okay."
"Ok."
"Hn...you didn't answer her question." asked Kai gesturing at Hilary.
"Oh yep, it's true, World Beyblade Committee wanted to develop a Research Facility here and I was asked to design and lead it."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Believe me, I tried but someone didn't wanted to pick my calls."
"Fair enough."
"Well Crystal, thank you for announcing that g-revolutions have your permission to use Hard metal system - that you originally designed- during Justice 5 tournament, otherwise Boris and Hiro were all set to prove us as theives."
"I should give that to you Kenny, you were the one who solved the problem I put forth as a challenge for who wants to acquire and modify the hard metal system. I am impressed with what you did with it also because I had thought that one should go through all those lectures I've given at universities to get through that problem, guess I was wrong you're going to be a tough competitor as you enter the big show."
Hearing all those compliments from his crush was too much for Kenny, he became all red and started stuttering "Um...uh"
"Kenny are you ok?" asked concerned Crystal.
"Yeah Kenny, Are you okay?" asked Ray with fake concern.
Remembering what Ray previously said about him being protective for his sister, Kenny came back to his senses. "Uh...yeah I mean, you're actually right about not being able to solve that problem without all your lectures I had to go through each of them to concoct the solution for it."
"As far as I know they're not publically available and I mean even through illegal sources then how did you got hold of them?" asked Crystal, not that she had some problem with Kenny watching those lectures to be honest she was glad that her hard metal sysstem could help them but she had to know how ge got them.
"All thanks to Hiro you know, he gave me a pendrive with all your lectures during World Championship as I had to repair Tyson's blade before final as I didn't had much knowledge about that kind of rotation discs and then he forgot to take them back."
"Hmm..'' 'It had to be him' thought Crystal.
"Well, we've heard about blades but what about bladers?" asked Hilary.
"Well, in that case who wants to go first?"
"Me" Tyson and Daichi said in unison.
"Ok, Daichi first since he's younger. You are most energetic beyblader in this team and the youngest too, your are random and carry a free spirit of forest wind with you while you carry millions of things in your mind at once and it works as your strength mostly, but when you use Hard metal system it works as your weekness because you have to fully focus on blade and your bit beast, you have to make it a part of yourself so only problem you faced during controlling it was you not being able to concentrate because of Ming-ming, it will get better as you grow older and mature and with meditation you might be able to achieve it sooner, got it."
"I'll do it and then I'll be better than all of you." Daichi announced making everyone sweatdrop.
"Max, you have a great control over defence and keeping up a defence against someone like Mystel is remarkable but you have to let Draciel a wee bit lose because that's what hard metal system is about 'letting lose with absolute control' maybe it's something you and Daichi should work together on to help each other, I get that you've identified that issue and solved it during your match but you can always keep work on it."Crystal said with a wink.
"Yes, I will!!!"
"Ray...,"
"I must've disappointed you with what I did."
"Ray no, you didn't disappoint me but rather made me feel proud that I've raised you to be a good man. I know that you could've won that match but your emotions they came inbetween at that time saving one life was more important to you right."
"Saving Life?" asked Kai.
"Kai, I had got to know that if Crusher had lost that match then Boris would have cancelled his sister's operation, I couldn't just live with myself knowing what price my victory entailed."
Now it made sense and there was one more thing that Ray didn't say that he just couldn't see Crusher lose his sister he was a brother as well and he couldn't imagine what he would do if something were to happen to Crystal.
"You were great during that match and no matter who won but you showed great sportsman spirit, only advice I would like to give you is from next time try not to get involved personally with your opponent and yeah try unlock your inner White Tiger."
"I'll try."
"You know what let go tomorrow morning at 6:00 clock to train like old times "
Ray's eyes lit up like a child on Christmas "Yes Crystal." it was something he yearned for years.
"Tyson, you are the keeper of Dragoon the force of wind is at your command. Your relationship with your Bit-beast is that of two brothers, like partners. And well I would say Dragoon is more reliable with you otherwise I don't think any of the Bit-beast would have joined him during your match with Brooklyn and believe me, a tie with Brooklyn is huge so I would say you are best partner Dragoon ever had, the way you control him after unleashing almost the 90% of him is something not everyone can do and that's what makes you difficult to defeat but just don't let your overconfidence get the better of you."
"You know what I was leading Bit-beasts during Bit-beasts wars."
"Shut up."
"Huh.." everyone was looking at Crystal as if she had grown an extra head.
"Oh haha, it's just... ignore it guys I sometimes talk to myself haha. Btw do you get what I mean Tyson."
"I get it." Tyson smiled and rubbed his nose filled with pride.
"Kai..."
Everyone was now focused on what she would say to Kai and that to without hurting him as he just lost Dranzer and
"Kai...first of all I'm sorry for your loss. Dranzer was a great Bit-beast and the relation you shared with her was the one of mother and child so I might know how you feel about it but know one thing that Dranzer raised you to be warrior so no matter what happens she would want you to continue. The fact that you were only person she ever partnered with so that fact itself speaks loads about how great of the blader you're, if not the fact the you are the only one to defeat the God. Now if you asked me about the way you used hard metal system it was like I was seeing supreme power of Creation of this universe at it's war. Dranzer was the symbol of creation while Zeus represents destruction and know one thing that 'creation always holds a bit more power and way more hope than destruction and start of creation lies at the end of destruction' which is what allows this universe to exist. So only advice I would give you is that don't be hard on yourself and try to see what you have and cherish it."
Kai looked at his teammates they were now most precious people of his life and he understood what Crystal was trying to say, even though he was still Captain of Bladebreakers (His team and mostly Hilary were successful to convince him) he wasn't sure how he was going to Beyblade ya his teammates would say that he is great even without Bit-beast but...maybe Crystal was right and he should give it a try. It wasn't like he trusted Crystal or anything but she somewhat seem way too much familiar and he didn't know why and something about her assured his mind and she did described nature of his relationship with Dranzer accurately.
"Hn...for someone who doesn't Beyblade or own any Bit-beast you have good knowledge of how they feel and even their previous partners."
"I'm a researcher and an Archaeologist so we have quite good grip on history and Who said I don't have bit beast? how do you know that I don't Beyblade?"
Everyone looked at Ray who was whistling as if he did nothing "Come on, I had to tell them today about you after all those calls and all and look at coincidence that I them about you today and you are here if anything I should have done it sooner."
"Yeah but me not having a Bit-beast did you forgot about Cubby."
"No he's too cute to forget, I didn't tell them everything because I didn't know how elders would feel if I did."
"Well, my bitbeast is Cubby and as the name suggests he's a baby tiger. He is not a combat type, he was given to me as I was a part of fang tribe, it's more like an Nationality Certificate. "
"Why did you asked Ray to never tell anyone about his sister?"
"I was waiting for right time I guess."
To Tyson, Crystal seemed like a nice person so he asked her the question which was bugging everyone "Why would you save Hiro? I mean you could've had send both of them for punishment, couldn't you?"
"We talked about it Tyson." Grandpa interupts.
"Oh please, let him Grandpa I can handle it, You tell me Tyson 'Why wouldn't I?'" Crystal cross questions.
"Because he's a traitor, he drove Brooklyn to madness who tried to destroy the whole city, he was mean to all of us especially to Kai and Ray, he flipped when we needed him the most and he was a very bad brother."
"Oh good god Tyson, you know so little about your brother, don't you? first of all Hiro Granger is anything but a bad brother, you are centre of his world Tyson, almost everything he does is for or about you, don't you get it that the reason he joined BEGA was that he not only could create a better opponent for you but also if somehow the plan had back fired then we will have someone to spy on BEGA from the inside, yes he got a bit off the rail but there is some reason for what he did and why he did and the interesting part is that he himself doesn't know why he did that."
"How do you know so much about Hiro?" asks Kai.
"You figured those things out yourself too, didn't you? and we had a meeting with few young jury members after BBA was sold, it didn't go well so I would say he didn't had another option."
"Hn ...that theory answered many of the question I had earlier but that's not what I'm talking about." Kai knew that she was trying to avoid his question but he won't let her off the hook so easily, her presence might be reassuring but trusting someone in very first meeting was not Kai's nature.
"Oh about he being a good brother, Mr. Bruce told me...how would I know that otherwise, right?" 'Like Father like son' thought Crystal.
'Or maybe because you were his research partner' thought Kenny and Hilary they didn't shared that thing with anyone because well they didn't wanted to get anyone's hopes up until they had something solid.
"But that still won't that explain his mean behaviour and why he drove Brooklyn to madness." asked Kenny.
"Well, you'll get that when we meet him, just don't interfere." said Crystal.
"Tadaima Grandpa" Hiro had came back home after a grueling day at work drenched in rain and as went to shop to get ice-cream for Tyson as per his daily routine the only thing left was choco-chips which if given an option he would have refused to take and now he has to deal with helping the people of new research centre that's being established here and till now Mr. Dickenson hasn't given him a single clue about who is the Head with whom he has to deal with.
"Looks like my Homeboy's back, just go little easy on him, will you?"
"Don't worry I won't do anything that's unnecessary."
"What's going on?" asked Tyson.
"You'll see."
Hiro enters the room after getting fresh and is shocked to see Crystal Kon sitting right in front of him with his family and members of g-revolutions.
To say Crystal was ready to face him one-on-one would be a lie but duty comes first so here she was.
"Dr.CK." Hiro greeted her and extended the hand for a handshake.
"Mr. Granger" nodded Crystal accepting it.
The sudden increase in tension went unnoticed by no-one (well maybe Tyson and Daichi), Hiro sat at his place and started to eat, after he couldn't help but ask "So Dr. CK what brings you here at Granger dojo? or should I say Japan."
"Well, I came here to meet my baby brother Ray and you must be aware of the new research center being developed here, well you're sitting in front of it's head."
"Congratulations I guess...well I didn't know that you and Ray were siblings."
"Thanks I guess and about me and Ray, well you do now."
'God, get over with it already the tension's killing me' thought Mariah impatiently.
'What's she trying to do?' Kai thought suspiciously.
'I don't know why everyone's acting like this well there loss, I would rather enjoy this yummy food.' thought Daichi focussing completely on his food.
"So how's life after BEGA ?"
"Tough, yours?"
"Busy, I've been working on cleaning the mess someone created by unleashing the psycho, especially when I had to work my ass off to keep that someone away from jail." taunted Crystal.
"Didn't asked you to help me, did I?" countered Hiro, he felt an unnecessary anger building up inside him.
"Well yeah, you're right that one's on me."
"Well I would say that kids did an awesome job with hard metal system don't you think."
"Hmm.." he was trying to control that anger from taking over him and the last person on this planet that he wanted to see today was not helping.
"If you would ask me about my favourite match it was 'Kai vs Brooklyn' well I mean you can't see such Beyblading spirit everyday right guys."
Well that match had been great but they had lost Dranzer that day so it's not just a match for them but it was rather a war and talking about that match so casually was difficult for them all.
"Well, did you saw the look on his face after losing."
'How much more numb can she act' thought Ray but couldn't say anything because they had to follow her instructions.
'Look, she's going out of her line show her who's the boss' 'Shut up' A evil voice was trying to manipulate Hiro "Well yes, Brooklyn was way too terrified."
"I'm not talking about Brooklyn."
"I'm sorry"
"The person or let's say creature I'm talking about is Zeus."
"Take that back, you filty human."
"Hiro!!! How dare you talk to my sister like that."
"What did I just say?" asked Hiro to him it felt like he had lose control of himself for some moments, his head hurt like hell.
"Raymond."
"Yes Sister" Ray stopped focused on what his sister had to say as when she calls him Raymond you should know that matter is serious now.
"Pull Hiro's Right ear and tell us what's there."
"Is it necessary?" asked Hiro.
"Yes and now stay quiet."
"Why Ray gets to pull his ears?" complained Tyson
"That's you're concern Tyson?" shouted Hilary in disbelief to which everyone sweatdropped.
"Hn... I see what you meant by him not knowing why he did that." said Kai as he started to put two and two together he didn't completely understood the situation but from what he did understood it was evident that those things that were done by Hiro were not his fault.
Crystal nodded at Kai.
Kai didn't know if he could trust her or not but she seemed somewhat familiar
"What do you see Ray?"
"Its like a seal it's black in colour but there are purple outlines it's like... oh god its a bit like Zeus."
"Ok now take your Bit chip and press it on that seal. Warning: Hiro 'It might hurt.'"
"It might wha... Aahhh God stop it"
" Kai, Tyson keep him steady" they did what they were asked.
"Stop it!!!!" growled Hiro.
It seemed like a scene from horror movie were exorcism is being performed. After few minutes Hiro calmed down and all four of them were panting.
"How do you feel Hiro?"
"It's just...I just feel a bit light... I don't know a bit nauseated and my head's spinning, but fine."
"I know it's not something one should do during dinner but it wasn't a good idea to wait more than we already did."
"Wait for what?" asked Hilary.
"The seal Ray saw behind Hiro's ear it's a sign of possession by Zeus, must've been planted there after Kai vs Brooklyn because you know wounded pride and all. Zeus used Hiro to drive Brooklyn to madness before Tyson's match but it couldn't just beat you guys as you all were a united front consisting of Four Holy Spirits and many other strong Beasts."
"Well then, how did you found out about it."
"To be honest, during the break of your trial at WBC, I couldn't quite understood what it was but after a bit research I came up with a solution."
"Does that mean I'm free now ?"
"Um...no we just banished him for sometime, for it's eradication you will have to bring out your Bit-beast Metal Drigger but that should have happened a long time ago how long has it been since you last let it rip? "
"Last time was... while training Tyson and Daichi."
"No, I mean a real match where you had to bring out your kitty."
"First of all it's not a kitty and second it was my match with Ray."
"Did you won?" Crystal suddenly asks Ray.
"Um...no...I'm Sorry."
"It's ok... I'm sure it was a close call, Hiro's a remarkable blader it's hard to beat him and I bet none of you had done it in a actual match."
After seeing that no one contradicted the statement "Thought so." said Crystal. Hiro didn't know what to make of the compliment Crystal just gave him.
"Ray was a quiet good competitor I've had in long time, he actually made me take out my Bit-beast."
"It's been months since that match and you haven't once tried to call out Metal Drigger seriously what's wrong with you?"
"I... don't know I didn't felt any need to. After BEGA I just couldn't let it rip even if I wanted to. But why didn't Metal Drigger warned me about it, it's not a first time I tried something dangerous like that but Metal Drigger always warns me or rather fights it itself."
"Zeus must've subdued it, that must be why Zeus could put the seal on you your bond with you Bit-beast became weak and that makes it easier for Zeus to manipulate you. Hiro you for the one should've known that one should keep a continuous contact with their Bit-beast in order maintain the strength of the bond and I would say Zeus started messing with your mind as soon as he saw you and it would have been dangerous for anyone as manipulation is biggest power of Zeus and even Four Holy Beasts can't counter it one-on-one so he must've first subdued your bit beast and then started to corrupt you. "
"So what do you suggest I should do to strengthen back our bond."
"But first tell me why didn't you let me pull Hiro's ear."
Everyone sweatdropped at Tyson's question "You're still thinking about that?" asked Hilary.
"That's actually a good question." commented Crystal. Tyson rubbed his nose in pride (Well, mostly to tease Hilary.).
"It's because Hiro's main Bit-beast is Metal Drigger which is a variant of Drigger so it will help metal drigger to fight Zeus. But it's not enough, Hiro, you have to call out Metal Drigger, wake him up again and strengthen your bond.Why don't you help him White Tiger?You know what you two should totally train together."
"As you wish Crystal." agreed Ray, he couldn't help but feel pride when she called him White Tiger.
They finished the dinner and were sitting around the table eating ice-cream brought by Hiro .
"Wow, what a coincidence. You know what Hiro, it's Crystal's favourite flavour." Mariah pointed out.
"Is it now? I didn't know."
'I'm painfully aware of that fact. Could this day get any more worse?' thought Hiro.
"Where are you living now Crystal?" asked Mariah.
"I just landed here today Mariah and the place were I'm supposed to live is not ready yet, so Grandpa being the kind person he is offered me to stay at dojo with you guys till it's ready."
"Oh you are going to watch them till I get back from another town after completing some urgent work."
Hiro thought 'There it is, I had to ask.'
Then Hiro asked "Where are you going Grandpa?"
"Well, I have to go out of the town to resolve some issues so I'll be leaving tomorrow morning and you two have to keep an eye on these kids."
While everyone else is busy chating or fighting for ice-cream, Crystal's cellphone starts ringing so she excuses herself and goes outside to talk saying it's from work.
"Is it there already?... I want it on maximum security...yes I mean it...Level 10 and do not let anyone come anywhere near it unless it's me or someone with me...if something happens to it then know that I will not forgive you... I'll be there first thing in morning..."
Crystal hung up on her secretary and goes inside unaware of the black silhouette that was watching her...
So here it is, Ladies and gentlemen I've finally introduced Crystal Kon Ray's sister and yes, she is full of surprises, I don't know if you people will like her or not and about this chapter, it might be a disappointment I don't know, it was a longest chapter so far and hope it's not boring and people are saying that Kaihil Fandom is dead, hope they're wrong.
Well you must be having questions like who's that black silhouette? what's Crystal talking about? will Hiro be able rekindle his bond with his Bit-beast? What does Tyson now think about Hiro after what he witnessed? and many more.
Oh and as told you all at the intro that I have a surprise you all, so the surprise is a oneshot fic about Kai having doubts about himself as the Captain of Bladebreakers while they all try to reassure him about it, it's a part of this series and takes place between chapter 4 and 5. I've given some hints of that fic in this chapter.
