Transformers Prime: A New Adventure.
Chapter 12: Blades of Light.
In the fringes of space just before entering the Milky Way, an Autobot exploration, resource transportation, cargo transportation, and overall battleship by the name of the STS SS BS Manchester Messenger finished its light speed travel to the solar system.
Onboard the ship, an Autobot Scientist Class Medic by the name of Sonicblaze says to her crew, "Autobot Viper Pressure Assault Division, Autobot Trauma Intelligence Squad, Autobot Situational Assemble Unit, Autobot Emergency Relief Squadron, Autobot Cyclone Annihilation Crew, Autobot Thunder Enigma Crew, Autobot Blitz Squad, Spark Arms of Primus, status report!"
One of the Scientist Class Dinobots by the name of Battlebearer answers, "Well, ma'am, we're entering the Milky Way now. At the rate of Energon consumption combined with the ingenious Matter Duplicators, Matter Multipliers, Energon Multipliers, and Energon Converters among other things, we should be ready to enter Earth's atmosphere within the next three to six breems."
Sonicblaze replies back, "Excellent to hear, Battlebearer."
One of the Spark Blades of Light called Worldroar then says, "Additionally, we have bad news: the Decepticons on their ship the Nemesis have been detected flying around Earth's orbit."
Sonicblaze says, "Oh, great. I knew this wouldn't be easy. Birdsaur, send out an untraceable coded signal to the Autobot base on Earth, and see to it that the cloaking shield's Energon lines are full.
Birdsaur, an Autobot Corvicon, replies back, "Yes, ma'am!"
Birdsaur then proceeds to do what he was told.

came back to base carrying over one thousand, two hundred and sixty-seven large-sized Energon crystals.
Ratchet remarks, "There's enough Energon in those crystals to make fifty thousand, six hundred and eighty additional Energon cubes."
Fortressimus and his away team puts the crystals in the Energon Refiners before the computer sounds an alarm.
Ratchet takes a look and he says, "By the Allspark!"
Vaingain asks, "What? What is it, Ratchet?"
Ratchet answers, "It's an Autobot ship inside this solar system, and it's about to get fired upon by the Nemesis!"
Fortressimus growls, "So, the Decepticons under Ironspan's command are making a comeback several months early. No matter! We must intercept our fellow Autobots at once!"
An away team consisting of every Autobot in the base so far uses the Space Bridge to get to the battle zone much faster, in their flight modes for the vehicle Fliers, their flying beast modes for the flying Maximals and flying Predacons, and their Transmetal flight modes for the Transmetal 1 Maximals and Predacons who have flying vehicle modes and flying beast modes like Metals Airazor, Transmetal Waspinator, Transmetal 1 Megatron, Transmetal 1 Cataclysm, Transmetal 1 Armada Predacon, Transmetal Terrorsaur, Transmetal 2 Razorclaw, Transmetal Skywarp, Transmetal Bluebolt, Transmetal Buzz Saw, Transmetal Dirgegun, Transmetal 1 Tigatron, Transmetal 1 Optimus Primal, Transmetal 2 Optimal Optimus, Transmetal 2 Primal Prime, Transmetal 1 Apelinq, Transmetal 1 Cheetor, Transmetal Depth Charge, Transmetal 1 Dinobot, Transmetal 2 Megatron, Transmetal 2 Cryotek, Transmetal 2 Cybershark, Transmetal 2 Nightglider, Transmetal 2 Prowl, Transmetal 2 Scourge, Transmetal 2 Sonar, and Transmetal 2 Tigerhawk.
In Earth's orbit, the Autobot Flier Army exits the Space Bridge portal and emerges in deeper space before opening fire on the Decepticon Fliers consisting of clones resembling different iterations of Acid Storm, Aero Raid, Afterburner, Air Hunter, Airwave, Apeface, Avia, Bitstream, Blackout, Black Shadow, Blast, Blast Off, Blazewake, Blitzwing, Chain Gun, Cloudcover, Cyclonus, Dark Jet, Darkfly, Darkwing, Dirge, Doubledealer, Dreadwind, Dreadwing, Eagle Eye, Eclipse, Falcon, Flare Jet, Flanker, Flashwing, Flywheels, Gigant Bomb, Guyhawk, Hawk, Hawking, Hellbat, Hooligan, Hotlink, Ion Storm, Leozack, Lugnut, Megaplex, Misfire, Missile Run, Moon Jet, Nacelle, Needlenose, Nightflight, Nova Storm, Octane, Powerdive, Raker, Ramjet, Ransack, Red Wing, Rotorbolt, Sandstorm, Scourge, Shadow Jet, Shuttle Gunner, Sixshot, Skydive, Skyfall, Skyfire, Skyhopper, Skyjack, Skyquake, Skywarp, Slipstream, Slugslinger, Smokescreen, Smokesniper, Snapdragon, Snare, Snipe, Space Case, Spacewarp, Stalker, Starscream, Strafe, Sunstorm, Supersonic, Tailwind, Talon, Terradive, Thrust, Thundercracker, Thunderwing, Tornado, Triggerhappy, Viper, Wheezing Arrow, Whisper, Wind Sheer, Windrazor, Windsweeper, Wingstun, X-Gunner, and even Megatron among other Decepticons who transform into military aircraft of Earthly and Cybertronian origin.
A Decepticon Flier calls out, "What?! Those are Autobots and Predacons, and other kinds of fliers!"
Optimus calls out, "Autobots! Attack!"
In no time, the Autobots defeated the Decepticons by either destroying them or reprogramming them while making sure to send a message to the Decepticons still on the Nemesis: that the Autobots were also back, but they were much, much, much, much better than before, and they had everything they needed to launch an all-out assault if they wanted.
In the Autobot base, Optimus says to the new Autobots, "Sonicblaze, Battlebearer, Worldroar, Birdsaur, Aquatrap, Neutroblaze, Fierysight, Twinklesweep, Howlerwave, Meandome, Speeddome, Virtuebite, Cometraid, Havocstuff, Wildrumble, Rumbleshot, Honeyraid, Tridenttrap, Scratchtop, Vigorvortex, Retrotracks, Hothaste, Dirtbrute, Fangslide, Brushbarrage, Icebrawn, Oraclerunner, Rabidcrusher, Deliriumspike, Hammervortex, Voltviper, Residuepunch, Fluxclaw, Whizstorm, Scorchshift, Wildwar, Gearcut, Botaniguard, Elementhead, Cindershot, Tigerdome, Fusespin, Hornwheels, Barbariantrap, Brakesplitter, Beastthing, Rushslinger, Quakecharger, Elementtron, Aerostrong, Brushglitch, Crankbrawn, Coilload, Meteorblaze, Mercydealer, Volleywise, Flowdrive, Switchviper, Hydrautwinkle, Tigaspot, Aerojump, Jetwave, Iciclebeast, and Brutequake, welcome to Earth, and welcome to Team Prime."
Sonicblaze replies, "It's an honor and privilege, Optimus."
Brutequake adds, "And with even more civilian and military firepower and personnel, you guys will have some of the additional forces you're gonna need when it matters."
Optimus then says, "Indeed, Brutequake. But do not get overconfident; even with numerous Autobots transforming into military vehicles, we would still be outnumbered."
In no time, the new Autobots got acclimated to their new surroundings – especially since Fortressimus had earlier forewarned Agent Fowler and NASA about the space battle and asked permission for the new Autobots to scan some military and civilian vehicles for each eight personnel in the first seven groups of Autobots – and after everything else was explained, the Autobots welcomed their new recruits.
Optimus knew that Fortressimus was curious about any more Autobots on Earth, so he decides to tell his new lieutenant when the time comes.
However, just when they thought that they were gonna get a break, the computer detects an Energon mine in the Shuanghedong Cave Network in China.
The Autobots gathered around the monitors, including Dustblaze, Powderfire, Stokecaust, Sootflagration, Sparkburn, Volcanihot, Ruinlight, Hotflame, Emberkindle, Relicignite, Ashglow, Clinkershine, Cinderglare, Brandflash, Slagsparkle, Smokeblush, Smoldflush, Residueflare, Liveredden, Slackbright, Charglint, and Searoxidize, who look exactly like Charcoalfire in the sense of this: they have optics in various bright shades of blue with hints of orange or red, they have long flowing metal "hair" wires on the tops of their helmets that glow or darken whenever they're angered, and they have varying shades of red, orange, yellow, blue, and white as they are the colors of colored fire, a few of them have scars from previous Decepticon fights while others look healthy and undamaged, and their faces are either gray, silver, or white, along with their lip plates being various shades of blue, orange, yellow, red, white, black, green, purple, pink, brown, and other common colors.
And in addition to that, they have various models of flamethrowers, swords that can burn through any form of metal regardless of temperature required melting points while also creating fire and lava which can burn through alien metals of varying durability levels, and varying Cybertronian weapons and varying Cybertronian versions of Earthly weapons, used by Autobots, Decepticons, and humans alike arranged in thirty weapons for all twenty-two of them.
Dustblaze turns into a 2016 Alpine A110 sports car, Powderfire turns into a 2016 Aston Martin DB11 sports car, Stokecaust transforms into a 2015 Aston Martin DBS sports car, Sootflagration transforms into a 2015 Audi R8 sports car, Sparkburn's vehicle mode is a 2014 Audi RS5 sports car, Volcanihot's vehicle mode is a 2014 Audi TT sports car, Ruinlight has the vehicle mode of a 2013 BMW 6 Series sports car, Hotflame has taken the vehicle mode of a 2013 BMW Alpine B4 sports car, Emberkindle turns into a 2012 BMW M Model sports car, Relicignite turns into a 2012 BMW M4 sports car, Ashglow transforms into a 2011 BMW M4401 sports car, Clinkershine transforms into a 2011 BMW I Series sports car, Cinderglare's vehicle mode is a 2010 Bentley Continental sports car, Brandflash's vehicle mode is a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro concept sports car, Slagsparkle has the vehicle mode of a 2009 Ferrari 488 sports car, Smokeblush has the vehicle mode of a 2009 Ferrari 812 sports car, Smoldflush can turn into a 2008 Ferrari GTC4 sports car, Residueflare can turn into a 2008 Jaguar F-Type sports car, Liveredden transforms into a 2007 Lamborghini Huracan sports car, Slackbright transforms into a 2007 Lexus LC sports car, Charglint can change into a 2006 Lexus LC500 sports car, and Searoxidize can change into a 2006 Lexus LC500H sports car.
The instant the alarms blared, the Autobot forces gathered around the ginormous command center.
Starscream asks, "Let me guess: another Energon mine?"
Optimus answers, "Yes, Starscream. And it gets worse: there are numerous Decepticon signals there, including the signals of the Decepticons known as Goldglide, Duneframe, Torrentfire, Dynamostop, Topbite, Wrangleburner, Ditchbite, Switchlock, Ripricochet, Leoswitch, Auroraside, Comethorn, Thunderslinger, Athenaraker, Deliriumshift, Dinodrive, Talonbrawn, Earthflight, Ditchwhip, Silverburns, Landasor, Frostsinger, and Strikerwar."
Overscreen then says, "That is weird; we thought that even after Sonicblaze and her team came to Earth, the Decepticons wouldn't want to waste their time with Energon mining and Energon scouting until they're sure that their Energon Transfusion Capacitor and Energon Duplicators are functioning properly with no chance of burning out or malfunctioning after prolonged usage."
Fortressimus replies, "Nevertheless, Overscreen, we cannot take our chances."
Optimus replies as well before saying, "Indeed not, Fortressimus. Ratchet, Cogwheel, operate the Space Bridge. The Autobot away team gets to the cave system, only to find numerous Decepticon troops alongside the mentioned Decepticons.
Optimus gives out the orders as follows: he along with the Lighters would take the left flank, the other Grounders would take the right flank, the Predacons would take the center-left flank, the Triple Changers would take the center-right flank, and the Aerialbots would provide air support.
They each went to their posts and the moment they were in place, Optimus gave the order to charge.
The Autobots went after the Vehicons and the named Decepticons while Optimus went for Megatron's cousin, Morgatron.
Optimus activates his Energon blades and takes a swing at Morgatron, only for her to dodge Optimus' blades and take a swing of her own with her own arm blades.
Optimus blocks Morgatron's blades and the rest of the fight continued until they were on top of the cave.
With the other Autobots, Skywarp says, "Autobots, heads up! We got 23 different fighter jets coming towards our position!"
Suddenly, a 2016 Fairchild Republic A-10C Thunderbolt II attack/CAS fighter jet, a 2016 Lockheed AC-130J Ghostrider ground attack bomber airplane, a 2016 Rockwell B-1B Lancer strategic bomber airplane, a 2015 Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit stealth strategic bomber airplane, a 2015 Boeing B-52 Stratofortress strategic bomber airplane, a 2015 McDonnell Douglas F-15C Eagle air superiority fighter jet, a 2014 McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle multirole fighter jet, a 2014 McDonnell Douglas F-15EX Eagle II multirole fighter jet, a 2014 McDonnell Douglas F-16C Fighting Falcon multirole fighter jet, a 2013 Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor stealth air superiority fighter jet, a 2013 Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II stealth multirole fighter jet, a 2013 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18A Hornet carrier-based fighter jet, a 2012 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C carrier-based fighter jet, a 2012 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18D carrier-based strike fighter jet, a 2012 Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II carrier-based fighter jet, a 2011 Northrop F-5A aggressor fighter jet, a 2011 Northrop F-5B Freedom Fighter aggressor fighter jet, a 2011 Northrop N-156F fighter jet, a 2010 McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II fighter jet, a 2010 Northrop F-5F/N Tiger II aggressor fighter jet, a 2010 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18E/F carrier-based fighter jet, a 2009 Lockheed AC-130W Stinger II CAS/attack bomber airplane, a 2009 Lockheed C-5M Super Galaxy strategic airlifter, and a 2009 Beechcraft C-12C transport airplane in varying shades of purple, yellow, red, green, blue, orange, and pink with varying shades of white, black, magenta, cyan, red, blue, yellow, and purple for the symbols of earth, fire, water, wind, metal, darkness, electricity, ice, energy, force, time, flower, shadow, light, moon, sun, flight, fighting, nature, and poison on their wings blasted over the Autobot Grounder and Triple Changers' helms. And they appeared to be heading in the direction of the fight between Optimus and Morgatron.
Bumblebee asks while pointing to the top of the cave, "Is that where Optimus is?"
Purple Gnat remarks slightly sarcastically, "What gave you that idea?"
Clippoint then says, "Come on, Optimus is gonna get blindsided by those Decepticon Fliers!"
Everyone flies to catch up, and they see Morgatron take a cheap shot at Optimus, disorienting him for a TMNT Shredder style Ninjitsu beatdown before delivering a spinning hook axe kick and then a spinning uppercut and spinning left hook combo attack.
Optimus falls to his backplate, and Morgatron remarks, "Give my regards to the Autobots Megatron and I exterminated during the War for Cybertron."
Just then, the aircraft struck Morgatron either by ramming into him or by firing machine gun bullets, cannon shots, or even their missiles.
The jets then transform into femmes resembling one of Optimus' reserve Triple Changers by the name of Lightsword, but with their own paint jobs in this order: from oldest to youngest and shortest to tallest, each one's paint job had varying shades of purple, yellow, red, green, blue, orange, and pink with varying shades of white, black, magenta, cyan, red, blue, yellow, and purple for the symbols of earth, fire, water, wind, metal, darkness, electricity, ice, energy, force, time, flower, shadow, light, moon, sun, flight, fighting, nature, and poison on their wings.
The Autobots were dumbfounded to see Triple Changer femmes literally helping Optimus with Morgatron despite some of them reaching up to her hips.
But they also got there in time to see Morgatron trying to take on all 23 femmes at once, and she appeared to be struggling due to the fact that even despite size differences, the Triple Changer femmes appeared to be tougher than even Optimus.
Searoxidize asks in concern, "Optimus, are you all right?"
Optimus answers as he gets up, "I'm alright, Searoxidize."
Just then, Morgatron then does a smoke spinning attack and he knocks all 23 femmes off their feet and into Bumblebee and his relatives.
Bumblebee moans, "Ow."
Optimus looks to see Morgatron transform to her jet mode, which is a combination of Megatron's jet mode in Transformers Prime, Transformers The Last Knight, Transformers RID 2001, Transformers Energon, and Transformers Movieverse 2007.
As soon as the other Autobots came bearing new Autobots and newly acquired vast amounts of Energon, Brown Mark asks, "Is anyone damaged?"
A chorus of negatives sounded.
Optimus then says, "Autobots, return to base!"
Optimus, Fortressimus, Silverimus, Buzzimus, Needleimus, Triggerimus, and the other strongest members of the team picked up the unconscious Triple Changer femmes.
In the base, at the same time that the Autobot teams who scavenged the Energon and reprogrammed as many Decepticon troops as they could reported their mission progress, Ratchet was given the rundown on the unknown femmes who saved Optimus and took on Morgatron, only to end up losing due to trickery and dirty fighting.
In no time, the Autobot medics finished repairing the unknown Triple Changer femmes, and the Autobots went to recharge as it was now night time in Nevada.
In the morning, as everyone was finished with taking their daily Energon, an alarm blared from the medical bay.
Even Fortressimus knew that the alarm meant that the femmes were waking up.
Everyone in the command center, including Optimus' reserve forces, rushed to the medical bay, which was equally as gigantic as the command center.
The first femme bolts up on her berth and questions quickly as she spots the Autobots, "Where are we? Who are you guys? And why aren't we dead?"
Optimus answers before quizzing, "The twenty-three of you are in our base, we are the Autobots, and as for all of you not being dead, you have Cablepipe, Elixdote, Hitchlink, Sublive, Digbury, Firster Aid, Clutterion, Shivskiver, Kaltor, Kaput, Medix, Rest-Q, Moonline, Flatheart, Bumpup, Buildback, Cogcrusher, Remedy, Cogwheel, and Ratchet to thank for your repairs. What are your callsigns, and what faction do you affiliate yourselves with?"
The first femme answers, "I'm Fireépée."
The second femme answers, "I'm Reddensteel."
The third femme answers, "I'm Flamescimitar."
The fourth femme answers last, "I'm Brandblade, and these are Hotsaber, Lightcutter, Flameyataghan, Kindlemachete, Ignitestiletto, Glowbodkin, Shineponiard, Glaresheath, Flashstylet, Sparklebowie, Smokeblush, Flushbroad, Flarerapier, Hearthcutlass, Tindersmallsword, Searcleaver, Scorchhack, Pyredagger, and Coalshiv."
Fireépée then says, "We're Neutrals, but we mostly support your army. Or whatever's left of it."
Optimus smirks a bit as he shows the entirety of the new Autobot army behind him, much to Fireépée's shock and much to the shock of her fellow Triple Changer femmes.
Reddensteel then says, "Anyway, Cablepipe, Elixdote, Hitchlink, Sublive, Digbury, Firster Aid, Clutterion, Shivskiver, Kaltor, Kaput, Medix, Rest-Q, Moonline, Flatheart, Bumpup, Buildback, Cogcrusher, Remedy, Cogwheel, and Ratchet, thanks for repairing us. But I don't think we deserved repairs."
Tailgate asks, "And what makes you say that, Reddensteel?"
Reddensteel answers, "We're Neutrals, and therefore, we could've been Decepticon spies without really answering to Megatron."
Bulkhead inquires uneasily, "You're not spies... right?"
Flamescimitar answers, "No, we're not. We're as kindhearted and heroic as you guys are, and the Cybertronian and human Codes of Honor dictate that you should never judge a book by its cover, a person from the outside, a person who has a different paint job, frame, hair style, or skin color than you do, and to never eavesdrop on anything you shouldn't know unless you're in a war on the wrong side."
Brandblade adds, "But that's just us."
Ratchet then says, "All right, everyone, out. We need to do a check-up on our guests."
Everyone leaves the medical bay.
Hotsaber then says, "Hopefully, this won't take too long."
Ratchet scoffs, "And what makes you say that, Hotsaber?"
Hotsaber answers, "I'm very impatient with interruptions during checkups."
Ratchet looks shocked at that, but he pushes it aside.
After the checkups, Cablepipe then says, "All right, according to the checkups, your upgraded repair systems have managed to repair all of your damages, your Energon levels are at maximum, your overall health levels are at optimal level, no signs of Cosmic Rust, no signs of Scraplet bite marks, no signs of Red Rust, no signs of dust mites, no signs of servo-rust, no signs of normal rust, no signs of the Cybonic Plague, no signs of metal fatigue, no signs of Rust Rash, no signs of Corrodia Gravis, no signs of any Energon Discharge Viruses. By our Cybertronian standards, the twenty-three of you are in perfect, ultimate health."
Lightcutter remarks, "Well, that's wonderful to hear."
Ratchet then clears them from the medical bay, and they run into Dustblaze, Powderfire, Stokecaust, Sootflagration, Sparkburn, Volcanihot, Ruinlight, Hotflame, Emberkindle, Relicignite, Ashglow, Clinkershine, Cinderglare, Brandflash, Slagsparkle, Smokeblush, Smoldflush, Residueflare, Liveredden, Slackbright, Charglint, and Searoxidize.
Fireépée remarks, "You're Dustblaze, right?"
Reddensteel remarks, "You're Powderfire, right?"
Flamescimitar, Brandblade, Hotsaber, Lightcutter, Flameyataghan, Kindlemachete, Ignitestiletto, Glowbodkin, Shineponiard, Glaresheath, Flashstylet, Sparklebowie, Smokeblush, Flushbroad, Flarerapier, Hearthcutlass, Tindersmallsword, Searcleaver, Scorchhack, Pyredagger, and Coalshiv remark one after the other, "You're Stokecaust, right?" "You're Sootflagration, right?" "You're Sparkburn, right?" "You're Volcanihot, right?" "You're Ruinlight, right?" "You're Hotflame, right?" "You're Emberkindle, right?" "You're Relicignite, right?" "You're Residueflare, right?" "You're Liveredden, right?" "You're Slackbright, right?" "You're Charglint, right?" and "You're Searoxidize, right?"
The questions were answered and asked right back at the Triple Changer femmes, and they decided to call their new friend group The Blades of Light.
They said at the same time, "Together, we are the Blades of Light, with lots of lights and blades." "Together, we are the Blades of Light, with lots of lights and blades." "Together, we are the Blades of Light, with lots of lights and blades." "Together, we are the Blades of Light, with lots of lights and blades." Fortressimus then comes up and says, "Blades of Light, welcome to the Autobot big leagues."

In the SAFE, as he trains with the hologram projectors, Fortressimus mentally says to himself that he knows there will come a time when they encounter more Autobots, more Decepticons, and potentially more humans.
So, he decided to rely on his foreknowledge of alternate Transformers Prime universes to help him and the others out.
