Story Start
Tiffani and Lexi slowed to a stop side by side on the deserted road when they saw the three Autobots. "How do we change and not get killed?" Lexi asked over their radio connection they had discovered during the drive.
"Like this," Tiffani said and rolled down her windows. "Hey Mr. Moo, did you miss me?" she yelled over the radio out to Ironhide before transforming into her new sleek Autobot form.
The three Autobots froze at hearing that voice. Lexi took their hesitation to slowly transform too. She looked exactly like Tiffani just white instead of dark grey.
"That can't be possible," Ratchet whispered.
"Tiffani," Ironhide said with his jaw dropped.
"Lexi, is that really you?" Optimus asked while slowly walking towards the femme, who was softly smiling at him.
"It's really me and that's Tiffani," Lexi said and smiled more when Optimus slowly grabbed her hand. It was so crazy to be able to stand by him now instead of sitting on his hand when she was a human.
"So how do I look, sexy?" Tiffani asked as she did a little spin for Ironhide, who seemed to shake himself out of his shock.
"How did this happen?" Ratchet questioned the two new femmes, well Lexi and Tiffani.
Lexi explained everything while Ratchet did different scans on the two new femmes. He was shocked to discover that they were real Autobots now, well they didn't have the Autobot symbol yet, but they would soon. Ironhide and Optimus made sure the girls were ok the whole time Lexi told the story.
"You are so reckless," Ironhide growled as he pulled Tiffani into a tight hug.
"So are you," Tiffani grumbled but she happily hugged Ironhide back. "I get to hug you now," she said softly and he held her tighter to him.
"And I'm not letting you go," Ironhide grumbled and kept holding Tiffani until Ratchet started coughing at them. "What?" Ironhide shouted at his old friend.
"We need to get back to the base now," Ratchet informed the four of them.
"Yes, we should tell Will and Sarah what happened," Optimus said and they all changed back into their car forms. It took Lexi and Tiffani a minute or two to change back, but the change was exhilarating. The Autobots led the way back to the base since the girls when human had never seen the actual way there.
Will was already waiting on the raised platform in the meeting area for the humans and Autobots. Tiffani and Lexi drove in behind Ironhide. Optimus transformed into his mech form and started telling Will what happened. Lexi and Tiffani drove and parked beside Ironhide and Ratchet. Optimus had told them during the drive to not transform into their mech forms until he gave the all clear.
"What do you mean they are not the same anymore?" Will shouted from the raised platform. "Did Megatron kill them? Where are the girls, Optimus?" Will shouted as his anger and worry grew. His wife and Annabelle had been stressing to death over their two friends, and he did not want to take news of their deaths to his wife and kid.
"The girls fought against Megatron and were able to pull the remaining piece of the All Spark out of his chest, which caused his spark to explode. The girls were caught in the explosion, but they are not dead. The All Spark had some power left and used its remaining power to change them into sparks. Please do not panic, but the girls are now like us," Optimus told Will and hoped that the man and the soldiers around him did not bring out weapons towards the new femmes. "Ok girls," he said to the two new femmes by Ironhide and Ratchet's car forms.
"Finally," Tiffani said as she and Lexi transformed into their new mech forms. They were both learning that it was more comfortable as a mech than a car. "Hi Will, look we got taller," she said to a shocked Will, who had his jaw wide open.
"Hey Will, it's really us," Lexi said and warily eyed the other soldiers.
Will opened and closed his mouth a good number of times. He did not know what to say at first. He could tell that these two new mechs were really Tiffani and Lexi with how they were speaking and interacting towards him and each other. He definitely knew it was them after Tiffani called Ironhide Mr. Moo, who immediately transformed into his mech form and gave her a light shove.
"Sarah is going to kill you two," Will finally shouted.
"Maybe, but Annabelle is going to be so excited. We can finally throw those weddings now," Tiffani said with a mischievous smirk. She laughed when she watched Ironhide give a quick excuse to go train at the shooting range.
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that, but you're getting married first," Lexi said to her friend, and she smiled when she saw Optimus give a little sigh of relief.
"Sounds like a plan," Tiffani responded with a shrug.
"Alright you two, we're going to the medbay. I need to do some more scans and explain certain things to you," Ratchet said and crossed his arms over his chest when he saw the two femmes pouting.
"Oh goody let's go get the birds and the bees talk from Ratchet," Tiffani said and laughed when Ratchet and Lexi choked up.
"It's an important thing to know," Ratchet growled and grabbed an arm of each girl and pulled them to his office.
Optimus and Will chuckled at the sight before getting to more serious conversations. The girls would need to swear their allegiance to the Autobots, and the government would have to officially erase all knowledge of the girls existing since they were no longer human.
"Sarah is still going to kill me too," Will thought with a sigh as the meeting was ended.
