Chandler and Monica were lying in Monica's bed. They were facing each other and Chandler reached with his hands and took Monica's in his. He was looking down.

"So, tomorrow is Valentine's Day. Do you have any plans?"

Monica smiled. "Yeah, a romantic evening with my secret boyfriend. The blond guy from apartment 6."

Chandler looked up, annoyed. "Ah, you think he's attractive?"

"Chandler, I was just kidding."

"But you chose him, so it must be because you are attracted to him."

Monica rolled her eyes. She squeezed Chandler's hands. "I just picked a random person. Yeah, he's good looking," Chandler lifted his eyebrows, "but there's no one I rather be with on Valentine's Day than you. You don't think I find you attractive? You don't think I find you attractive when you're on top of me and I shout your name?"

Chandler moved closer to her, wrapping his arms around her back. He laid his forehead against Monica's and closed his eyes. Monica wrapped her arms around his back.

"You're beautiful," he whispered. She held him tighter.

"The most beautiful woman you've ever known in real life?" She asked with a small smile.

Chandler moved his head back, surprised, and looked at her. "I can't believe you remembered that."

"I was feeling very bad, and you said all the right words. And you hugged me. For a long time. I thought about that moment for weeks after that."

"You did?"

"Yes."

"I thought about it for a long time as well." He moved his right hand and stroked her cheek, then tucked her hair behind her ear. He gave her a small kiss on the lips.

"Well, I must have had an eye surgery while I was unconscious, because my sight has gotten better, and I can say now that you're not the most beautiful woman I've ever known in real life. You're the most beautiful woman I've ever known in real life and in general. And you're not the most beautiful woman in most rooms. You're the most beautiful woman in any room."

Monica smiled and hugged him even closer, laying her head on his chest.
