Prologue 2:The Black Prom Aftermath

Across the town of Chamberlain, Maine, the darkness was illuminated, by the lights of houses and streetlights… but also the burning wreckage of the Ewen High School, during its Prom Night for the senior year students… Several students & teachers who attending the school, were seriously injured, or killed during a deadly rampage, caused by one of the students, known as Carrie White…
Carrietta 'Carrie' Nadine White, was the daughter of Margaret & Ralph White, who Margaret had managed to settle down in Chamberlain, Maine, where she gave birth to Carrie at home, in a pool of Blood, on Thursday 21st September 1995, but had to keep secret that Carrie was a Supe, for 18 years, with everyone around them thinking they were a dysfunctional family…
As Carrie grew up, Margaret tried to raise her the best she could, but because of when she was tortured from the compound V experiments, while pregnant with Carrie, as well as losing her husband & Carrie's Father, Margaret had suffered deep mental & Psychological damage and scaring, causing her to develop severally untreated Schizophrenia, also teamed with Margaret turning to extreme Catholic religion, hoping that God would protect herself and & her daughter from being found by Vought, which made things even harder, especially when it came towards Carrie… Margaret had to do everything she could to Protect Carrie, even if meant having to be extremely strict with her, hitting her with her bible, or locking her in a prayer closet… even though she felt it was what she had to do to protect Carrie, She knew it wasn't what she wanted to do or want for her daughter… Margaret originally intended to homeschool Carrie, but when the state discovered this, they declined the idea, leaving Margaret no choice but to let Carrie go to a mainstream school, where she attended Thomas Ewen High School… But school life was no better…
Since 6th Grade, Carrie's following of her mother's beliefs, as well as her vulnerability, made her an easy target of bullying, from nearly every student & teacher in the school. The worst of the students who bullied Carrie, was a group of girls in her class, known as: The Mortimer Snerds, led by Christine 'Chris' Hargensen, also consisting of: Christina 'Tina' Blake, Susan 'Sue' Dee Snell, Nicole 'Nicki' & Elizabeth 'Lizzy' Watson, Heather Shyres, Rachel Spies, Anissa Chen, Jessica Upshaw, and several others. For years, they would cruelly prank and torment Carrie… but the worst time they humiliated Carrie, was during the end of Gym Class, While Carrie was showering, she found herself bleeding out of her vagina, believing she dying, she screamed and cried for help, but Chris and that, recognizing it as just her first menstrual period, They threw tampons and laughed at Carrie, while chanting 'Plug it up', as Chris recorded the incident on her phone, the incident was halted, when the gym teacher: Rita Desjardin, who would in later days, punish Chris and the Snerds, by making them do Gym Detention every day, anyone who refused, would be suspended, and have their tickets to Senior Prom refused… Everyone complied… Except Chris unsurprisingly…
Despite being punished, so they didn't miss out on Prom Night, all the girls still wanted and made fun of Carrie… All except Sue, who realized how far she and the girls had gone since the gym class incident, was wrong… As a way of both punishing herself, and making it up to Carrie, she asked her boyfriend: Thomas 'Tommy' Everett Ross, to take Carrie as his prom date to the prom, instead of Sue herself. Tommy was reluctant at first, especially after Carrie rejected him at first. Tommy eventually tried again, and Carrie nervously, but happily agreed, hoping this was a chance for everyone to finally accept her…
After getting banned from the Prom, as well as her father not being much help to her, Chris was determined to get revenge… the night before the prom, She, her boyfriend: William 'Billy' Nolan, & his 2 Gang friends: Jackie Talbot & Kenny Garson, Killed a pig on the local farm, and drained it's blood into a bucket, and setting it up for another cruel prank, probably her cruelest and most humiliated prank yet…
During Prom night, all seemed to be good, everyone was happy, having a great time… That is, until the Prom King & Prom Queen were announced… as Tommy & Carrie's names were called out… Tommy then guided Carrie towards the main stage, as everyone clapped & cheered for them… Unbeknown to everyone, except Chris and her friends, who had rigged the votes, so that Tommy & Carrie would win, as part of Chris's Prank…
As Carrie & Tommy stood upon the stage, Sue, who wasn't supposed to be there, who had been alerted by a text from Chris, saying what she was going to do, tried to make her way through the crowd of people, to try and alert Carrie & Tommy of Chris's prank, only for Miss Desjardin, to stop Sue and lock her out of the sports hall… giving Chris the opportunity to execute her plan… as she and Billy pulled a rope, as the bucket containing the cold pigs blood, overturned and poured the blood, all over Carrie, with some hitting Tommy… Everyone gasped in shock, while Tommy called out in rage, before Tina replayed Chris's recording of Carrie's Gym class period meltdown, causing everyone to laugh at her… except for Tommy, Tommy's 2 friends: George Dawson & Erika Gogan, as well as Sue, who watched everything in horror…
As everyone else continued to laugh at her, Carrie could feel her fear and humiliation, beginning to boil into Rage & and the lust for revenge, as her eyes began to turn from Aqua Green to Crimson Red, while remembering from every time she was bullied by Chris and her friends, she noticed her was capable of unimaginable powers, causing objects to move or break… and much more…
Miss Desjardin tried to reach out to Carrie, only for Carrie to use her powers, and push her to the floor, causing everyone to gasp in shock again… but then Carrie heard a clank from behind her, as well as seeing the gasp in horror from everyone, as Carrie turned, to see Tommy laying on the stage floor… Dead… The bucket had come loose and fell, fatally hitting Tommy's head, cracking his skull… Carrie was devastated, as she knelt and cradled Tommy's dead body, crying… until she noticed and recognized Billy's sunglasses, realizing the true culprits behind all that had just occurred…
Carrie then turned towards everyone, noticing many of Chris's friends were trying to escape, causing her entire body, to Glow Red… Before Carrie let out a powerful shockwave, in the form of a Crimson Red Aura, sending everyone, as well as tables and decorations flying across the room, smashing Heather into the Fire Escape doors, face first, killing her upon impact… Carrie then used her Crimson Auraed powers to close and lock all the other Fire Escape doors, to trap everyone, before continuing to kill everyone who wronged her throughout her life… Jackie & Kenny were caught & Bisected in the bleachers, controlled by Carrie's powers, while using them to try and escape, as well as Jessica falling off to her death… Freddy Holt was fatally hit my a table flung at him by Carrie, while recording her, with his camera… Nicki & Lizzy were pushed over and held down by Carrie's powers, as she activated the water sprinklers, allowing those trying to escape to trample them to death… Carrie broke several cables throughout the hall, triggering a fast growing fire… Tina tried to escape with Mr Ullman, one of the teachers she'd influenced and flirted with to bully Carrie, only for Carrie to Telekinetically throw the burning moon decoration at her, separating them, before brutally whipping Tina with the electric cables, as Miss Desjardin, George & Erika watched In horror, before Tina stood in some fire, as it ignited her dress, quickly spreading as Tina screamed and waved around, as she burned to death, until she fell to floor, as her corpse continued to burn…
Carrie then turned to Miss Desjardin, as she looked back at her in terror, after watching Tina burn to death… Carrie then grabbed her by the throat with her powers, before rising her off the floor, as she let go of the electric cables, as they electrocuted to the drenched floor, also electrocuting and killing everyone within the vicinity… Carrie then moved Miss Desjardin onto the stage, landing her next to Tommy's body, before Carrie then slowly floated out of the school, as it continued to burn down…
After Carrie landed outside the burning school, she noticed and heard the rev of Billy Nolan's car, as she saw it leaving the parking lot, with Chris in the passenger seat… Carrie slowly pursued them, while destroying other parts of the town in the process… Chris and Billy both agreed to leave town and never return, seeing what their prank had caused, and all the lives that had been lost because of it… as they drove off, Carrie stomped her foot, causing the road to crack and collapse in front of them from another Crimson Shockwave, as Billy managed to stop before he and Chris were swallowed into the ground. As they turned around and headed back, Chris and Billy saw Carrie standing in the road before them… Chris egged Billy on to run her over, but when they were about to hit Carrie, Carrie's powers kicked in once more, causing the car to crash right in front of her, causing Billy to break his nose and neck, killing him instantly… Once Chris found Billy dead, she was horrified, but when she noticed Carrie, she tried to escape, only for Carrie to lock and trap her inside the car with her powers, as well as strangle her with seat belt… Once Chris managed to free herself, she tried again to run Carrie down… only for Carrie to lift the car up, and throw it into a nearby gas station, causing Chris's head to get imbedded into the windscreen… as Carrie walked over, to see Chris's final pleas for help, as well as her last breath… Carrie then walked away, before causing a nearby powerline to spark, igniting the leaking fuels from both the car, as well as the gas station, as they both were engulphed by the flames of the massive explosion, as Carrie continued to walk off back home… But unbeknown to Carrie, she was being watched from afar… not by any residences of the town… but by 3 strangely dressed people, looking like they were superheroes or something…
One of them was a man, dressed in a Dark Royal Blue skintight suit, with red trim, Golden Eagle shoulders, red and gold gauntlets with red Gloves, a Golden Eagle belt around his waist, Red and Golden Eagle boots, and an American flag themed cape from his back, he also had blonde hair and blue eyes (Homelander).
Another was a man, but dressed in an all-black skintight bodysuit, with tactical pants, but his face couldn't be seen, as his head was masked by an all-black battle helmet like mask, masking his eyes, with some black fabric covering his face, nose to mouth (Black Noir).
The last one was a woman, with Burnette-red Hair, green eyes, who wore Silver-Grey & Maroon Red female warrior like armour, including Silver Grey armored gauntlets, with red Rubies, a chest plate & right shoulder plate, attached to a Maroon Red Corset, with a charcoal grey skirt, and black knee-high boots (Queen Maeve).
"Another one, like us?" Maeve asked in wonder and concern.
"Let's Follow her, see where she goes next…" Homelander said.
"What about the school?" Maeve asked again in concern.
"I think she's done the damage… the authorities can handle it…" Homelander said again, as he and Black Noir started making their way after Carrie, as Maeve reluctantly had to turn away from helping those in need, from the aftermath of Carrie White's Prom Massacre, and follow Homelander and Black Noir after Carrie…
