Chapter 4: Nightmare:
Jackie's POV:
I opened my eyes, and I was in a dark void.
"Jackie Chan!" It was the Night Terror. "You will cease and desist! This land belonged to my people and you outsiders took it from us!"
"I'm sorry that happened," I said, "but that was not a good reason to make a deal with an evil spirit!"
"Perhaps you need to see for yourself," says the Night Terror.
. . .
Now I'm in some kind of western town. I then entered a pub.
. . .
Everyone was looking at me funny. I then sat down. "We don't want your kind here!"
"How did I know you were going to say that," I asked.
"You lookin' for trouble?"
"It does not matter," I said, "none of this is real."
Jade's POV:
Jackie was now on the couch. "Is he going to be okay," I asked.
"The Night Terror will try to break Jackie," says Dennis, "he will fight back. We must perform the spell!"
"We better hurry," says Chuckie, "because there's a dark cloud covering the city and I'm freaking out!"
"That is why his dark magic could not work on you," says Dennis, "because you are already scared!"
"This is nonsense," says John.
"Look, on Halloween, Tommy was held captive by a thunder demon," says Kimi, "and there's a demon sorcerer spirit that likes to cause trouble! What does that tell you?"
"That you have a heck of an imagination," says John. He then steps outside.
"Let him go," says Dennis, "we have a bigger problem."
John's POV:
When I stepped outside... there were people, and they were laughing at me. They seem to think that I do believe in this stuff. "What are you all talking about," I asked, "I don't believe in any of it!" It's like my worse fear, being seen as a laughing stalk!"
Jackie's POV:
"You are a tough nut to crack, Mr. Chan."
"Does this mean I can go home now," I asked.
"I have a better idea."
I then turned around and it was Shen Du. "I will destroy you, Chan!"
"Bad Day," I said.
