Intermission Before War
Because this is bigger than I expected, and to help some viewers, I agreed with Primarx's review to make an intermission chapter that goes a bit in depth to each character that we have seen (and will come back to in the future). This should contain everything, if not at the least the most important bits. Any other questions can be DMed to me if so desired.

He made it out with his uncle, who escaped into Hotsprings where he learned to wield his father's old zanpakuto. He is a fervent believer in the Uzumaki clan, thinking that they and their family are the closest to a truly just empire.

Belserion, Irene | Fairy Tail | Uzushio | Whirlpool | A Divine Mage that was loyal to and serving Ashina Uzumaki before the fall of the old Uzushio, she is the Archmagus principal of the Spellsword is a third gen Uzumaki descendant, her great grandmother being granted the blood of the Uzumaki for her family's loyalty. She is the mother of Erza Scarlet.

She has the power to manipulate gravity, and this makes her a threat to be left unattended in the public. She does not remember her previous life, instead only knowing that the small island she was on was all she remembers.
Earl | Path to Nowhere | Legion | Fire | The Region Leader of Legion in Fire, he is fiercely loyal to Zoya for his own reasons. He has the power to form remote explosives in the bodies of those he touches, which he can detonate so long as he sees the person. He is the older brother of Horo.
Feng, Sui | Bleach | Uzushio, Onmitsukido | Whirlpool | The Commander of the Onmitsukido after her predecessor, Yoruichi Shiohoin, she sits as the strongest of her other agents. She is loyal to Uzushio and is dating Kisuke Urahara.
Franc, Cabernet | Path to Nowhere | Legion | Fire | The Lady of the Franc family, she is still loyal to her country but unlike her father she does not see the daimyo as a person she can follow. Therefore, she works with the Legion to make her country a better place to be, and support the Uzumaki Prince when war eventually breaks out. She has the power to steal the "essence" in a person and mould it into any ingredient she imagines, even if it doesn't exist (I.e. mermaid tail, unicorn meat, etc).

Her familiar, a skeletal spectre she calls Nightmare, can vary in size but is usually twice the size of a house. She now resides in the outskirts of Whirlpool with Dreya and Nox, serving as the third under Zoya's direct control in Whirlpool.

The experiments left her with an enhanced and powerful healing factor on par to a Kyuubi Jinchuuriki. She has a sadistic humour but really cares for her comrades, especially Ninety-Nine

She has the ability to drain the life of those around her, but Naruto is the only one unaffected by her. However, because of her time focusing on healing techniques and taking things easier, she sees herself as rusty and not near when she was in her prime.
Urahara, Kisuke | Bleach | Uzushio | Whirlpool | A former young Reaper before Uzushio's fall, he now runs Urahara Shoppe that caters to many various needs. He still helps out and has a seat on the governing council under the Prince.
Uzumaki, Shanks | One Piece | Uzushio | Unknown | A cousin of Naruto's, he serves as the main commander of the Uzushio Privateer Fleet.
Zaraki | Bleach | Uzushio | Whirlpool | The second strongest fighter under Naruto's command, he serves as a Lieutenant in the Fourth Division.
Organisations
Spellsword Academy | The education centre for the magically gifted within Uzushio. Magic is taught here, located in Whirlpool, and to graduate is to be taken as an apprentice or to be recognised by the Archmagus.
Ninshu Monastery | The most wide-spread religious organisation, they live solitary lives and advise local daimyos and lords. The Fire Monastery is the longest-standing building because of their Sealed Walls, gifted to them by the Uzumaki.
Jashinists | The worshippers of Jashin the Blood God, otherwise known as Lilith the Vampire Queen. Jashinists are split between two factions; the Coveted and the Ghouls. Hidan was a member of the Coveted, who believed that wanton destruction and sacrifice is the best way to earn Jashin's favour.
Elemental Nations
Earth | This country's daimyo is a puppet of Iwagakure ever since the shinobi's founding when it silently killed the most influential ruling family and backed a more controllable people during the Second Shinobi War.
Fire | This is the first of the great nations, hence them having the most land. The Ichijo family was backed by the Uzumaki and the powerful Oda clan. They had great relations with their hidden village, Konohagakure, until the recent daimyo.
Roran | Roran is run by Sara Naga, whose family has protected and used the Chakra Ley Line to create the thriving city. Zora, Sara's son and Roran's crown prince, is Naruto's child and will eventually appear as Zora from Black Clover. That's what I was thinking at the time at least.
Gaal
Claw | A currently unexplored country in Gaal, but they are mentioned to primarily worship Odin's pantheon.
Wolf | A currently unexplored country in Gaal, but they are mentioned to primarily worship Odin's pantheon.
Marsh | A briefly visited nation in Gaal. They are ruled by the Witch Empress, Anat, who holds their World Beast, Lotan.
Demon | One of the biggest influences so far from Gaal. They are primarily controlled by the Future Cult (think of the Inquisition from Warhammer 40K in terms of fanaticism) and revere the Priestess Shion. Shion is believed to descend directly from Amatarasu-no-Okami.
Other
Ichijo family | The Ichijo family is inspired by the Ichijo family in the Shinobido games, but Yoshisada specifically is actually from the Tenchu game (Yoshisada Toda).
Oda clan | The Oda are a real clan, but I drew them up around the idea of using Nobunaga and Nobukatsu from the Fate Grand Order series. Hence their use of magic and fire (and Nobunaga using the musket which is the staple of her Noble Phantasm).
Concepts
Chakra | Created and used by the World Tree since the beginning of the planet's life. It is the combination of Chaos and Spiritual energies. Because it is developed directly by the body - replenishing by absorbing the outside Chaos energies and using the internal Spiritual energy to mix - it is the easiest energy to control compared to the two.
Chaos | The energy of the universe. Just about anyone is capable of using this energy, but in what way depends on their body and willpower. Unlike Chakra, it is harder to harness because it is an outside source that must be forced under control.
World Tree | The World Tree is a virus that is born on nearly all life-sustaining planets. The Tree eventually sucks all Chaos from a planet and then the planet withers away. The Tree also dies but in its death, its fully matured fruit (not known as a seed) will birth the next cycle of life by forming a new planet.
